2018-10-16 04:36:28Better Bodies Fitness is the place to go if you want to get in shape! The trainers Ashley and Chuck are absolutely amazing! They genuinely care about your personal health and fitness goals, not just taking your money and giving you the same workouts over and over. They push you to challenge yourself and succeed, all while making you feel like family. I trained with Ashley and lost over 30 lbs and approx 12% body fat! Love this gym, would definitely recommend!

2017-07-15 20:05:55Better Bodies Fitness Center is amazing. The Personal Trainers, Chuckie Miller and Ashley Helton, are the best personal trainers Ive encountered. My initial goal was to lose weight. However under their guidance, Ive built up my endurance and overall strength. I have been a member of the Better Bodies Fitness family for 5+ years and Chuckie and Ashley have pushed me to reach fitness limits that I could not imagine. It offers top notch training from very passionate and knowledgeable trainers tailored to whatever your needs are. I have played sports at Long Beach Poly high school, UCLA, and am a former professional athlete of the Washington Redskins and Detroit Lions and I have found that Chuckle Miller has been second to none when it comes to his fitness regiments. I highly recommend Better Bodies Fitness Center for any one who wants to get in the best shape of their life!

2018-02-15 16:25:44I have been training with Better Bodies Fitness for 6 months and everything Ashley and Chuckie has done to create the right energy and right environment for their clients shows from the moment you walk in the door. Not only do they push you to perform at your highest potential and never give up, but also they take pride in helping you holistically. For instance, making sure sure clients are visiting a chiropractor and have the right meal plan for their individual needs. Also, I admire the fact that Better Bodies Fitness is invested in the city of Long Beach and provides access to meals for families who are undeserved. Finally, I love that Better Bodies Fitness is ran by two professionally trained Jackrabbit-Bruin athletes who are data driven and focus on results. The first time you walk in for consultation you have to weigh-in and get all of your measurements documented, so every week you can track your progress to your goals. They are extremely flexible and committed to helping everyone reach their goals.

2020-02-10 20:11:38I started training here in November/December. Ashley is a great trainer. Ive had trainers in the past put nothing like the way Ashley pushes you and knows your limits. Ive lost 14 pounds so far and so glad to have the help and allow me to strive to have a healthy lifestyle. If you are ready to hit your goals this is definitely the spot to go!!!

Ive been training with Chuckie Miller for over 10 years and this guy is the greatest at helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle combined with all of my personal training needs. Chuckie treats his clients like family and his overall concern is making sure you are 100% satisfied with your fitness results from weigh ins & Dr. visits to health advisement and meal preps, he does it all. I am very satisfied & he is highly recommended.

2018-03-21 05:36:04I have been with Ashley for 7 weeks now. In that 7 weeks, I trained with Chuckle for 1 week. Both of these trainers are highly experienced and dedicated. There drive, motivation and passion tells it all. I lost 11 pounds so far and have gained muscle. I have lost 1.5 percent body fat. When I go to there gym, it is all buisness. Ashley and Chuckle do not play around. They take there profession serious and demonstrates this through not only physically training me but also by food coaching, daily texts to follow up on my food intake, motivational texts, and books to read on food chemistry.I have never had a trainer before and I decided to start with a trainer because first off, I want to be healthy, I do t want to be fat, I want to look good and I was tired of trying and no results. Ashley and Chuckle is given me not just a training session, they are given me the tools to maintain my weight loss. The tool is knowledge. Therefore, I have decided I will continue to train with them permanently to maintain once I get to my goal. I have 20 more pounds to loose. I would recommend Ashley and Chuckle with no reservation. Dont go there lolly gagging because hard work is never easy but once you see your results, it will motivate you to keep going.

2018-01-22 17:21:08Ashley and Chuckie are amazing! Their workouts aren’t like any other trainer I’ve ever had. They challenge me to be great in and outside the gym. They have taught me how to eat in order to maximize my results. I’ve been training here for two years now and I’m not going anywhere!

2020-07-21 08:36:27From the very first personal training consultation, I knew Better Bodies Fitness Center was the right fit for me. My trainer Chuckie Miller set me up with an easy to follow regimen which included a low glycal lifestyle and daily exercises. He understood what my goals were and gave me realistic expectations on how to achieve them. I started three weeks ago at his gym in Signal Hill and Chuckie said hell make sure I loose at least 2 pounds a week, well guess what? Im down 8 pounds and its only week 3.I love how Im always held accountable, Im pushed to my limit and at the same time Im still able to workout at my own pace. We are always working on a new routine and it keeps me on my toes. I cant wait to see what month 3 has in store for me. Thanks for making me believe in myself again, Better Bodies Fitness Center!
