I hardly ever write reviews anymore since EVERYONE asks for them...But, Nadias customer service today was so extraordinary that its a pleasure notating the great customer service...Ive been with Bethany for about 15 years and have ALWAYS received stellar customer service, usually from Danny (my old buddy), but this was my first engagement with Nadia. I needed a policy FAST, and she was very patient and sympathetic to my concerns and was very knowledgeable as to what direction to go. From start to finish, I had my policy in about 15 minutes. That whole operation always seems to go to great lengths to provide the most efficient and cost-effective insurance. MANY THANKS!!!!

Had a very long and helpful conversation with Paul yesterday. He seemed very earnest in our engagement and gave a lot of helpful advice and pointers, knowing full well that he was not going to be able to earn my business at the time. I called and spoke with Daniel this morning regarding an insurance quote. I previously had a policy with the company, however, I no longer required it because the my business closed.Daniel was extremely rude. He asked me if I was also going to cancel the new policy in six months. When I pointed out to him that his comment and attitude was rude, he said, “We don’t have to do business together.” and hung up the phone on me.I was shocked by this behavior, since I dealt with Daniel in the past and he had been cordial. I even had a previous policy with the company. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his behavior was unacceptable.Some businesses start to slip and get arrogant when they become successful. I can see this happening if Daniel continues to treat customers this way.

Daniel was patient and took the time to go over any questions we had. Within a week we accepted the quote and are now one of their many clients. Was with for about 5 years. Recently Stillwater Insurance canceled our policy for unsubstantiated reasons, things beyond our control. Called Bethany Ins to help find another company and was told, the markets really hard right now and I cant help you. We have been working with Jenn Whittle for years....she is amazing!!! She took the time to get an understanding of our needs and then custom tailored coverages to make sure we were completely secure. When Jenn reviewed of our polices she discovered that we didnt have the right coverage for our home. I was looking for workers compensation insurance and went online trying to find help. After a week I could not find anyone to help and got one outrageous quote. I then thought to reach out to a local insurance company. I was able to get in touch with Daniel through yelp and he responded back during off hours immediately. I (being the one that has used the insurance services the most due to all sorts of incidents) I could honestly say that every time I needed to report anything, it was done so smoothly, with zero hassle.We all know how annoying it is to call an insurance and you get a recording of some sort, with a bunch of steps to do before you even speak to someone, right? Well not here! Literally I got alive agent, ready to help every call I made, and let me tell you, my situations got very complex, that Jen, our agent, took charge in this one particular situation.Jen went above & beyond to assure I got some answers to my stalled situation. I can’t even tell how or what she did, but all I know is, I got the answers I needed within minutes! Which took a big load off my shoulders. Dealing w car accidents are already detrimental. For instance, a friend of mine, who happens to also have insurance through this agency, was recently involved in a car accident and her vehicle was in shambles as a result. I cant say enough amazing things about these guys. I really really want to thank you. You always help me no matter what the ask is. I am a multi property owner with a full time job. They make my life so much easier. They literally remind me to pay my premiums. Dont get me wrong, so can Google if I just set up a reminder. But anyone being a self multi property owner that manages them too its a full time job just keeping all the bills/paperwork in tact if you dont have an assistant never mind throwing in a full time job. My last firm I was with I was constantly getting cancellation letters because I would literally forget to pay the premium. Yes there is such a thing as auto pay but anyone on auto pay and the premium goes up its hard to try to get that back. i like to make an informed decision each year. Michael and his team help me do that. No one wants to throw away hard earned money. they literally text me/ call me /email me telling me my premium is due soon and what I want to do. If it jumps up too high they literally already shop it for me with out me having to ask. THAT IS SERVICE! Granted these are supposed to be me doing it but it just makes it so much easier because they already anticipate my next move. I have been with this firm for over 6 years and recommended so many friends and family over to them. My review is not to boast about how good they are or even show you the reader. My review is to show THEM how much they make my life easier. I have multiple properties and am In the process of refinancing my primary residence. If anyone is a multi unit owner they know the paperwork involved. So late last night the bank asks for all the insurance declaration pages for all the properties. I literally would have to log into each company to download the dec pages (since I do all e-paperwork) and realized my account was locked out. I email michael and ask him if he would be so kind and just pull all dec pages and send me them. OMG by this AM I already had them all.
