2024-03-30 20:42:39My stay at this hotel was very nice. The girl when i first checked in at the front desk was very helpful & we enjoyed the conversation w/ her & she did really well on explaining where our room was. She asked if we needed anything to not hesitate to come back down to the lobby to ask her. The room was nice and clean everything was very neat. Breakfast was also very great & my kids don’t stop talking about the omelettes from that morning. The pool was great as well. Overall it was an amazing hotel experience.

2024-03-08 02:28:51The staff is very friendly and reasonably accommodating. Rooms with handicap accessibility are very spacious however the accessible shower does drain water everywhere so grab extra towels for the bathroom floor. The beds are soft but comfortable. Close to restaurants and highways.

2024-01-27 20:57:20This hotel is the best one that I have visited. They have a front desk clerk named Stephanie. She checked me in and she was so professional. She helped me when I was not able to find a room at the other hotels nearby. She made sure that my needs were met. She is an important asset to the Best Western Hotel International brand. She made sure that my overnight stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She is the best front desk clerk that I have encountered in my travels. I hope that she will be there at the hotel when I am ready to return to San Dimas, CA.

2024-04-21 21:18:58**5/5 Stars - Stephany: An Exceptional Receptionist at Best Western!**I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel, and I have to say, the service I received was truly exceptional—especially from one incredibly kind and helpful lady at the reception desk named Stephany. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel like a valued guest, greeting me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her attention to detail was remarkable. Stephany quickly checked me in, all while engaging in a friendly conversation that instantly put me at ease. Its clear that she takes pride in her job and enjoys making guests feel welcome.Throughout my stay, Stephany went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I had a couple of questions about the local area, and she provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. She even took the time to draw out a little map for me, which was incredibly helpful. Its those small personal touches that really make a difference. What stood out most was her genuine care for the guests. She remembered my name, which is always a lovely touch, and asked about my day whenever I passed by the front desk. Its clear that she enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and is committed to making everyones stay enjoyable.Overall, Stephany was the highlight of my stay at Best Western. Her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service set her apart. If youre looking for a hotel where the staff truly goes the extra mile, this is the place for you. I cant thank her enough for making my visit so memorable, and I look forward to staying here again! :)

2024-02-19 06:38:32Just to preface: I am aware this hotel is a Best Western. I am also aware that I was staying with a larger group. Still, I was generally disappointed with the service. A few notes:Our room had three people in it, and so naturally, one would expect to be able to use three room keys. However, whenever the third key was issued, it would reset one of the other keys. This led to the experience of constantly being locked out of the room and needing to get a key reset at the front desk. This happened maybe 10 times. The breakfast was okay. There is a decent selection, and it is made-to-order. Not many complaints here. The rooms were fine, but again, its a Best Western. Notably, the phone in the room could not reach the front desk. At all. So there was no way to contact room service. The pool, which we expected to use, was closed for the entire three-day weekend. No explanation given, just no, sorry! There were also no signs posted at the pool that it *was* closed, just once we asked the front desk. The location is fine... it is SoCal so expect suburbia. We were able to walk across the street and get Food and Ice Cream, though. Its also relatively close to the Claremont Colleges. Could be worse!Overall, a mediocre experience, even for a Best Western.

2024-04-12 04:03:01We’ve started in several Best Westerns on a trip we’re taking. This one is the best by far. Clean, pool and hot tub in the courtyard. Breakfast is good. A minute from the highway.

2023-12-12 00:28:59We really enjoyed our stay.My only complaims would be that the TV would not connect and the heating/ AC unit was making a very LOUD banging noise. If I was staying longer I would have gone to the front desk and asked about these two things as I am sure they would have fixed them immediately.A very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was soooo good, not your run of the mill breakfast. They have a cook that makes your meal right there..for FREE!!!

2024-06-18 20:29:15Quality slipping a little. I always stay here when in area but this time both ice machines broken and chairs missing on pool patio. Also gal at checkout on Sunday was not so friendly 🙄Just stayed again for 3 nights Fathers day weekend. Quality is really poor. Charging and receptacles in rooms are worn out. Toilet was loose on floor. Faucet leaking. No coffee in room with coffee maker. Patio furniture in very poor condition and unsafe to sit on, cracked plastic etc. Front desk people dont know what their doing. Charged us one price at checkout and later charged more. Cooler in store was out of $3.00 water. They do however have a terrific breakfast! For the rates they charge, its a dump!

2023-07-18 00:21:41We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but a little dark, even with the one window open. Unfortunately, someone had previously smoked in our room. The air conditioning worked well (so important for San Dimas), as did the min-fridge and microwave. The interior courtyard with pool and jacuzzi was lovely, calming, and well-maintained. The pool was clean throughout our visit. The cook to order breakfast in the little dining area was a pleasant surprise, although could be improved by replacing the paper plates and plastic cutlery. However, was very nice to eat breakfast in the courtyard by the pool. The hotel staff we interacted with (front desk, breakfast cook/server and maid) were all lovely and helpful. The location was good, across the street from an excellent Japanese restaurant and 4-5 fast food places, plus 1/2 mile to a shopping center with many more stores. The location seemed centrally located for the places were visited while in town for the wedding. Overall, for the price and location, this hotel met my expectations, and exceeded them for service and breakfast.

2023-12-16 14:58:24Have always had great experiences here. Friendly staff, quiet, no parties and free breakfast. Had an egg white omelette. The young lady at the front desk is fantastic--from Chihuahua.
