Beautiful rooms and property. Wonderfully quiet and close to downtown. Staff was great. Loved our late night check in with Alex. What a lovely young man and knowledgeable. Great little pool area with the scents of wisteria! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Read this before you book!!! The photos on Google and the hotel website are misleading. The rooms pictured probably exist but the room I got looked and felt like a motel. It is next door to a gas station and the vibe is passing through, not at all vacation. We felt tricked by the pictures into booking here. Once we checked in and looked around, we left because we didnt want to sleep here. We lost our two nights we paid for since we chose the deal of the unrefundable rate. Dont book here for vacation or anything special. Fine for necessity accommodations.

Do not stay here. I was reconciling my expenses for work and saw a 5 dollar charge. The guy on the phone said it was for PARKING. What?? First of all, this was never mentioned, secondly you lost my business over 5 bucks. Then I had to waste my time chasing down a dumb receipt for 5 bucks. Hope it was worth it!! Our work (science lab) will not be staying here now that we have more work in the lake Sonoma area.

Man the rooms here suck. Walls are not quite appear thin but maybe like 4 ply. Could easily hear conversations of people next door and RIP if the snore. Person wasn’t even a bad snorer but you could hear the zzzzzz all night long. Decent location to local activities and everything was relatively clean

This hotel is heartless. My wife and I planned a trip to Healdsburg for an annual wine club dinner. We stayed at this hotel for prior wine club dinners and found it to be nice and convenient. It had been six years so we were very much looking forward to our trip. Unfortunately, our daughter became very ill the day before we were to arrive so we had to cancel our stay. Since we were inside of the 72-hour no cancellation window, Priceline and Best Western told us we had to get a waiver from the hotel owner/operator to receive a refund. The heartless management at the hotel refused to give us the waiver EVEN THOUGH OUR DAUGHTER WAS ILL. Their basic position was: hope your daughter gets better but we’re keeping your money because you canceled too late. Never staying at this hotel again and shame on Best Western for allowing a franchisee to conduct business this way. I encourage people who are traveling to the area to stay at Marriott-branded properties.

Really disappointed that theres no continental breakfast available at this Best Western. The onsite restaurant was shutdown. Not any restaurants within walking distance. It was a Motel 6 with Best Western pricing.

Great room, king with sofa bed. Arrangement of room could be better. TV centered for bed and should be centered for bed and sofa bed as room is listed ‘sleeps 4’. A simple rearrangement of TV and wooden closet would provide a much better stay. Correcting the website amenities would be helpful or at least bringing them up to date. Possibly explaining the Lodge and Inn difference would be helpful.

The hotel is fine, and location great for wine tasting. However, the mattresses left a lot to be desired, and the bed frames constantly squeaked with any little movement. They also had an unfortunate sewer line backup that made our bathroom unusable on our checkout morning, so I cant speak to their customer service as we checked out and let them know of the issue, but didnt have to be moved.

Rooms were decent but very loud. Extremely loud noises from neighbors, house keeping, cars, and pipes all throughout the day and night. Air-conditioning was great and hair dryer was strong. Sink did not drain and the shower would not turn on. We mentioned it to the front desk but all they said was, oh sorry about that. Would not come again at the price point we paid ($360 for one night booked 1.5 weeks prior to arrival) no breakfast incuded is a shame to me, at least offer a credit for the diner you share a parking lot with. The diner itself was delicious and well priced for the food and portion size

Alex is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This guy deserves a raise. He has been here for years and is so valuable to this company. He greeted us in such a professional manner, he does his job exceptionally well. You don’t wanna lose a person like this coming from a business owner. He made our stay just so beyond what it could have been.. I will be calling his manager as well as leaving this review because workers like this are rare to find. Customer service is a up and down field and Alex is one of the BEST people I’ve ever encountered working in the industry for 13 years!!

The front desk personnel were really friendly and super helpful when a crib was requested. The coffee in the lobby was top notch, hands down probably the best coffee from a hotel that we have ever stayed at.The pools yes TWO pools at the facility were really nice and clean and the property was a great value for the money. Great location by Big Johns and right off the freeway. If we ever find ourselves in the Healdsburg area again we will be booking directly again with Best Western!

Pool is very small and freezing cold, no hot tub, very little outdoor sitting space, hotel room itself was clean and fine, just not a place you want to hangout. Walls were very thin I could hear the dog in the next room over and people in room above us. Location was nice. Traveling with little kids the pool and outdoor space are what I look for so I would not stay here again.

This place is shabby. Lamps don’t work. USB charging outlets don’t work. Toilet seat broken. Used coffee supplies open and left from previous guest. Extension cords everywhere to connect tv and lamps. Shower handle was stripped and would not come on. The pool is a large tub. The hot tub belongs to the Hilton Lodge Hotel behind this one, as does the fire pit and seating area. Just very shabby. Definitely not worth the price per night. More like a motel than a hotel. Would never choose to stay here again.

This place is probably going to turn out better than the experience we had. We paid for a premium room that was in a separate building towards the back of the property. Im guessing that renovations are still in process, but somehow stalled. Our room had no heat, and the phone didnt work... So I called the front desk from my cell very late in the evening requesting an extra blanket that was promptly delivered. The room was very upscale and the bed was comfortable... But we were cold that evening. In the morning they came to service the heater, but it could not be fixed that day, so they moved us a couple of doors down to a new room with heat! It had heat, but the TV had no remote... This time the phone did work and someone promptly delivered a remote for the TV... Only the remote would not control the down volume... Everything else was fine. We noticed that the housekeeping laundry bins were left in the hallway all day... Like 12 hours at least... Kind of unsightly. So... This place has a great location, lovely upscale rooms, good service, and the potential to be great. Unfortunately for us, they missed the mark this trip.

DO NOT STAY HERE! From the outside it looks like a nice place however that is not the case. We woke up after the first night to find ants crawling all over the ground and counters. When we spoke to the lady at the front desk she was very nice and felt bad about the situation. She offered to find us a new room but we needed a room with 2 queen beds to fit the four guests. At first she couldn’t find any rooms with 2 beds and told us that she could get a discount if we wanted to stay in another room. We did not want to pay for another room considering we did not ask to stay with ants. We ended up moving rooms and got switched to the part of the hotel that is being renovated. From a first look the room seemed super nice, however that was not the case. The air conditioning was broken and the tv remote didn’t work. Once we started looking around we noticed this room was also infested with ants. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to stay with a bunch of ants and have to pay to switch rooms! Save your time and stress by staying anywhere else.

Its our first time staying here. I really liked it. The rooms are nice. I was actually surprised that there is a fridge in each room. The check in and out are very fast. The hotel is in a good location. Its about 5 min from the downtown. What I would encourage the company is to clean the pools and the hot tubs everyday.

Very clean and reasonably priced. But it was the service that gets my votes! I have been to many hotels but this one stands apart from most. It was really nice and our many calls for things like blankets or towels were answered very quickly. It was our first time at this hotel and well be back any time were in the area. There was an employee named Liam who was just wonderful and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed.

Rooms are not adequately prepared for arriving guests. The room temperature was 52 degrees. We were given the run around and management had no solutions. Very disappointing, inconvenient and unwelcoming. The hotel maintenance could not help get the room warm quick enough, front desk indicated that they have a flaw in their housekeeping process to prepare adequately, front desk had us check 5 other rooms to see if we could find a warm room but all 5 other rooms were also 50 degress. It took 6 hours for our room to warm up. We are expecting a refund for the night but management has not addressed our expectations. We were given more run around! Lastly, they advertise that breakfast is provided but it is NOT. I do not recommend this BW.

I just finished a 3 month trip across the U.S. and Canada. Stayed mostly in Best Western hotels. This was the nicest of all. Room was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Fabulous large bathroom and modern shower. Great location. No breakfast like many of the others but still a great stay!

We enjoyed the location . room was very nice. we had a few issues in room that were not too depilitating. when brought them up with the mgr at checkout- he was very respectful and understanding. He acted swiftly in giving us a credit towards our stay. This goes a long way these days- acountability and resolve without incident. very high marks to management. lets just say staffing and servicing could be an issue due to our economic climate, as per our stay. That being said, we had a soaking tub that didnt hold water and lights that didnt turn on (notified them at check out, immediately called maintenance to look into it and offered a discount) to he strangest thing was the light turning on by its self (even though the switch was off) and waking us up at 8 am .shortly after sounded like the maids were slamming things around next door. check out is not till 11, thought I would sleep in for once.

The walls are so thin that you can hear the neighbors breathing. You hear the staff roll their carts through in the morning and it’s so loud. If you’re not off the 3rd floor it gets so loud from heavy footed people/staff. It literally sounds like they’re throwing furniture above me.

The Toscana property in the back has been sold to Hilton, so no access to fire pit also no upgraded rooms. The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk to the city center and there werent many cabs/ride shares services available in the area so you need to consider that if you are going out for dinner and having drinks.The staff were very helpful and friendly. We paid top dollar for this room plus one night up front for a three night stay. No breakfast or food served at all because blah blah blah COVID. This was not mentioned on their website. No food nearby after 3:00 PM so after hours of driving we had to drive again just to eat. Only 1 plug in a lamp for charging all electronics and running anything else, and they called the desk the lamp sat on a workstation. Check in is at 4:00 which is later than most and they made us wait till then even though we saw others check in at 3:00. Very loud. Cold tile with no carpet at all. No microwave in the room, you had to go to the ice room where there were 2 for the entire floor. The couch was well worn as was most of the rest of the room. Very disappointing. We will never stay here again. The room was pretty clean which is the only reason I gave it a 3 and not a 2.

Do not use EV charger. Hotel controls the fees. This is not disclosed when you use the charger. The charger is miserably slow adding only 20 miles per hour of charging. I unplugged after about 2 hours, less than 40 miles added. Hotel did not mention charges at checkout but added $30 charge two days later. This is very deceptive and much more expensive than $6 per gallon gasoline. Nothing else redeeming about this hotel. Below average for a Best Western. A lot of noise from the parking lot and adjacent gas station on dry creek road.

Website and phone service did not make it easy to book 2 rooms for 2 different couples. Ended up with 2 rooms in my name and on my card. Trying to keep them separate seemed to be very difficult for them. People might say call and book separately but the girl said the hotel was filling quickly and we wanted to ensure specific suites close to each other (luggage and all). It didnt get any easier I person.The website showed a symbol for dining which lent one to think there was a dining room and/or breakfast options. Not the case.The pillows were big and lumpy (bring your own). The TV was broken (bottom 4 inches not syncing to rest of tv)The ac unit when turned to heat smelled as though it had never been dusted. Had to open the door and let the breeze clean it out.

This hotel is a good location in Healdsburg, but wasn’t a very pleasant stay. After the first night in our room we woke up to ants crawling absolutely everywhere. We contacted the front desk and they couldn’t find any extra rooms with two beds, and said that we would have to book an additional room and pay for it. We eventually got moved rooms with a pull out bed and had asked for bedding for the pull out bed. We were brought a small blanket with giant holes in it. On our last day we found ants in our room again. Not very sanitary nor pleasant to sleep with ants crawling on you.

Clean room, comfortable bed. The hot tub was a nice bonus. No breakfast, though. When we were there, five or six wildfire firefighters would wake us up each morning around 5:30am. The best part was the room darkening shades. Absolutely no light came in the room, so we were able to fall back asleep easily.

This is by far the Bestwestern I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many. Excellent, nice, friendly, experienced staff . Super maintenance, and the room cleaning men and woman get the job done and clean like no other. The hot tub and pool incredible, and open an hour later than most hotels. The breakfast is superior to any other. The price is reasonable, most time cheaper than others in the area, that are yet, nice but nowhere as nice as this one. Great job guys thank you.

Stayed here for a wedding at a local winery. King room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Yoga on Monday, Wednesday and Friday was a nice plus. Breakfast was hot and staff made sure everything was well stocked. Better coffee than most hotel breakfasts. Please dont stay here. First, when I checked in the staff was very kind- but once I got to my room and opened the door- a couple was already inside! They had given me someone elses room.After kindly understanding human errors happen, I asked to be placed in a quiet area of the hotel due to being in town for a funeral. The second day of my stay, they put a bachelorette group in the room next to me out of a whole hall of empty rooms. I had to switch rooms due to the noise.Finally, after tiring days with loved ones grieving, there were several nights I would get back as a single female and my room key would not work. They would continue to tell me this happens, and to come down for a new key. I am extremely disappointed with my stay and wont be telling friends or family to stay here.

They have a awesome pool Im going to go back there just to swim in that pool at night again! Very nice staff. Otherwise they only had two pillows per bed in the room and none of the chargers plugs or electrical plugs worked by the beds, And there is not an ice machine on the third floor plus the elevator was out I think sometimes these places should only be called Best Western not Best Western Plus. Except that pool!!

The staff treated us very well. They showed us the utmost courtesy. I thought the concept of not having room service was better because it lowered risk. When we wanted more of something it was delivered promptly. From now on, we will definitely be staying here each time we are in the area. We are members of a winery in Dry Creek Valley, and the winery has events every six months.

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, and the property is really cute. The patio area and outdoor space is great for relaxing and spending time with friends. My only criticism is that the beds are not very comfortable, not bad, but not comfortable. I would stay here again.

We stayed midweek and felt the rates were affordable. The room was very comfortable, the balcony from the room accessed a courtyard that included a jacuzzi. The bed was plush and comfortable. Our room included a jacuzzi tub and shower. The pools were pleasant with one for adults.Great location to start your winery visits. So many wineries to see right from this starting location.

We were really surprised and really enjoyed our stay here. This place was really clean and the customer service was right up there. They have two hot tubs, two salt water pools and a really nice court yard and FREE parking. The breakfast was good but nothing special. We like this hotel more than the higher priced places weve stayed. We also love the town. Lots of wine options and Bear Republic Brewing is pretty nice too. More my speed. The Town Square Plaza is super cool at night with really nice restaurants and shops all around. Will definitely return some day.

The location for this hotel is great. Close to the Healdsburg Square and also a great jumping off point to a lot of wineries. We picked this place because its one of the few hotels around that allows dogs, so in that regard, it was great. The night time staff service was a little slow/lacking, but I think we might have come at a time when someone was new on staff. Overall, its a good spot if youre going to be traveling with pets and youre really only looking for a place to rest while being out the rest of the day.

Spent one night. The outside of the hotel is nice, liked the Tuscan look. Too bad we werent able to take advantage of the sauna, pool, or breakfast. The location was convenient, easy access off the interstate. The staff were friendly. The hotel is older but clean. Our problem was noise. We shared a wall with a group of four people that we could hear easily through the walls. Sounded like a girls trip. Luckily, we were easily moved to quiter room.

Definitely the nicest Best Western Ive ever stayed at, but still a humble hotel. Heated pool was really far from the hot tub, but they were both nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was the same as every cheap hotel, nothing special, but they did have wine tasting and yoga classes on certain days. I was there on business but I would stay again if I needed something financially feasible for the Sonoma region.

I give the Best Western Dry Creek Inn 5 stars. Its clean, the building is nicely decorated, and its easy to get on and off the 101. The only thing/things I had a problem finding the ice machine. The binder in the room said across from room 225. Found a stairway and went up. No ice. The door to my room wouldnt close properly. It locked, but the breeze came in anyway. (Heat worked great in the room) the beds were nice, a little too firm, but I slept fine. The bathroom and room its self were spotless. Very clean. Id definitely stay again, and recommend it to others.

And, as a traveler advisor, I referred guests to this establishment and heard glowing reviews.Unfortunately the FREE night program is a scam unless you have the time to call, be put on hold and then finally have it honored only to arrive at the hotel and find you are given a mediocre room. No value.Also, the first morning I assumed all the loud talking outside our room was from guests leaving. The second morning when it started at 7 AM and lasted until we used Google translator to tell the staff they were LOUD and disturbing! At 8:30 AM...we were told by the front desk staff that the maintenance room was outside our door.I think this hotel is no longer the value it was, the room rates sky rocket UP on the weekends and have steadily climbed since my first experience.Im very disappointed.Plus the breakfast is not worth the energy.

Overall this hotel is great. The location works well, the breakfast is decent, there is a complimentary wine social in the evening, swimming pools/hot tubs, saunas. I do not recommend staying at this location. The state of the room and customer service were appalling and unacceptable. The bathroom reeked when we checked in but we did not have time to figure out what was wrong as we had a wedding event to attend. Upon returning to the room we found that the smell in the bathroom was urine and the toilet was leaking. Maintenance was nice and friendly and attempted to fix the issue but said that he would have to take the toilet apart. He was kind enough to go to the front desk to figure out the room change. Our room was upgraded since there were no other comparable rooms available. So at 11 pm we packed all our things and moved with a sleeping infant to the next building. I inquired with the front desk if we could just stay in that room the following because I really did not want to have to move rooms again. They said no since that building was all booked for the next night and we would have to move to a room comparable to the original room we had. So the next morning we missed wedding activities with friends, also from out of town since we had to wait around for a room to be available to move again. A whole morning wasted! After the second move we asked the front desk if they could compensate us for the inconvenience they caused and their response was Well, you got a room upgrade for a night for the inconvenience. No, we were upgraded only because there were no other standard rooms available. We had to negotiate with the front desk about what could be done. I wish their customer service was better. It would have been so much better if the people at the front desk offered something up front. They could have offered 10% off due to the inconvenience, and although that does not make up for unsanitary room conditions or making us move twice, it would have been to know that they were trying to do something for us, however minimal. But no, we had to initiate conversations on compensation. They did end up giving us a discount, which is why the rating is one star instead of none, I did call their customer service line to leave a complaint and after documenting the person on the phone immediately offered monetary compensation. The amount was about 10% of the original cost of the stay, again not enough to make up for the hassle. What resolved the issue for me was that the representative on the phone commented that having to move rooms twice was a lot and immediately offered something to make up for our bad experience. This hotel is old, but the grounds are beautiful, all done in Tuscan/Italian design. The rooms are clean and comfortable. For a continental breakfast they did have a good variety of food. Very well-centered for all the surrounding wineries, however, be careful if you travel during the week as a lot of restaurants are closed. We will travel to Healdsburg again and stay at this Best Western hotel.

Unfortunately, the toilet made loud noise all night that prevented me from sleeping all night and the shower only had warm water for 5 minutes before turning cold. We ordered a movie and watched half of it before the movie froze and a maintenance guy had to come into our room after i was half naked, covered up in bed. Lame. The attempts to upgrade the hotel are appreciated - the fireplace, balcony, furnishings all made the room a more pleasant place. However, the renovations werent completed adequately. The thermostat did not work and we had to call maintenance 4 times in two days. A small adjustment to our bill did not make up for the lack of sleep on the first night when the room temperature was 80 degrees and the second night when the room temperature hovered near 65. There is a premium paid for the location but the hotel should make sure that basic functions like HVAC are in good order.

I was very dissatisfied with the venue. We stayed in one of the suites, which were actually nice looking compared to the rest of the building. Of course, it was a lot smaller than portrayed on their website, and it didnt have a bathtub. The kitchenette was poorly equipped with plates and coffee mugs only. We called the lobby to see if we could get a knife and salt, but they only had a plastic knife; no salt. I was afraid to use the elvators. I stayed at the Best Western Dry Creek Inn for 2 nights, and overall it is a very nice facility and well-maintained. However, the air conditioning units in the rooms have problems. They are operated via remote control and tend to get stuck in a timer mode that you cannot get out of.Calling the front desk, I was told that nothing could be done until the next day. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy, and I didnt want to leave the sliding door open to the outside (the screen did not have a lock), due to security concerns. I was told maintenance would come first thing in the morning (they arrive at 7), but they did not. After waiting until most 10, I called again, and the maintenance man did come reset it. They said this happens often.I was not offered a fan to plug in, or anything that would have helped. My party was staying for 2 nights in an upscale room and did not expect to pay that amount of money and have no air circulation in September! I would have appreciated a discount if a fan could not be provided.

2.5 would be the most appropriate rating because this hotel simply met about half of our expectations.The low rating has everything to do with the hotel and very little to do with the staff. The entire staff was fantastic. Friendly, respectful, and prompt!The hotel room was dated, overpriced, and a bit dirty. The recent (maybe) remodel the villas we stayed in was a slap together job, just downright poor work. Paint was peeling etc. the hotel was also experiencing an ant problem so we were finding them dead and alive throughout our room, and unfortunately my wife also find some in her Raisin Bran while eating it.If it wasnt for the consideration of the top notch staff, this review would be hanging on by 1 star.

The decor is Tuscan style and the staff is filled with great people who were very nice and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay the best they possibly could. As long as you set your expectations right, this place is OK. Best selling point is that they are a fully dog friendly place. It is also decently priced for the area.Of course though this is really a motel, although a nice one. Be ready for a 1990s fake Tuscan explosion and a swimming pool in the middle of the parking lot. Upon check in at 3:45 pm on 8/16/22 I was greeted by a very impatient and rude clerk. After seeing my room on 1st floor busy avenue I came back to front desk and respectfully requested another room. He said it was impossible and I had reserved that room . He stated that you cant bend the world to your will, thats how the world works hes like 21 y.o.To emphasize his point he pounded his fist on the counter. Eventually he gave me a better location and stated Im glad you got what you want sarcastically as he slapped my key on the counter. Hard. Half of this hotel is being used as a Covid quarantine center for the homeless, and its only this building that has patios, decks, a courtyard or hot tubs you may see on their website. The remaining 3-story walk-up is a glorified Hotel 6. Seeing families camped in the parking lot waiting for their loved ones and bags of bio hazard waste piled in the drive, made us leave within minutes for another location. Im not saying that the hotel isnt safe but rather its now a place thats anything but relaxing. I personally feel the hotels website should acknowledge that its only half the hotel it usually is, and that many amenities are not available, as most reputable sites would do in the case of construction for example. As its advertised now, its a bait and switch. You dont know the hotels state until you arrive and then BW wont refund your first nights deposit.

The climate units are old, takes 10-15 mins to heat up if they do work, and they are noisy. Everything was really great at this BW. They had a wonderful hot breakfast with a lot of options. The location is really nice: close to the highway and easy to get places! Short hop downtown and to lots of wineries. The pool was great, not super busy and not cold. I took our infant in it and she loved it. The reason my review is four stars: no microwave. I was kind of surprised. Our trip was 8 nights in 6 different hotels, and this was the most expensive and the only one without a microwave. I understand there are wonderful places to eat nearby, but my husband has a lot of food allergies and we had brought food with us that needed to be heated. Therefore we had a hard time during this particular stay. I was able to eat the great hot breakfast they offered, but he had to sit in our room and eat cold food. They didnt have a microwave in the breakfast room, either, which would have been a little better. If you dont need a microwave, 5 stars!

First, the room was not thoroughly clean. There were short curly black hairs on the bathroom floor, not ours. Some of the corners of the hard surface floor had built up grime, especially behind the doors. There was no coffee maker in the room, this may have been due to COVID-19, but they should have at least notified us beforehand. Only two small pillows in the room, had to ask for more. The bottom bed sheet was inside out, small thing, but a friend said, ‘I wonder if they just turned the sheet over instead of changing it’, wow I didn’t need to think about that! The room was very noisy; it was located at the very end of the building facing the road. My husband woke up at 5:30 am and could not fall back to sleep because of the cars passing by. I have wrote a special request when I booked the hotel asking for a quiet room since my husband is sensitive to noise. Instead we were given one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel. When I asked to change the room, I was told that the hotel sold out and our room is actually quite and we won’t hear any cars . It was a lie. I will try to avoid staying in Best Western in future.

Unbelievable racket all night long from parking lot, gas station, the worlds noisiest ice machine that serves two floors, no natural light due to retaining wall which seems to let in noise and keep out light. thin walls.If you stay in the other, newer section of the hotel or in a room facing the pool or back parking lot it isnt so bad. Woken up by barking dogs on one side of us, and housecleaning carts going in and out of the room next to us (apparently this was the housecleaning storage) two mornings in a row. When we left on Sunday the people next to us had obviously left their dog locked in their room alone and he was losing his s#|+.If you are going to allow dogs, okay, but isolate them to one part of the hotel and don’t allow people to leave them unattended. When we checked in, we were told that due to booking issues we received an upgrade. I thought this was going to be a good thing, but it wasnt. We got to the room and the toilet was broken. To their credit, maintenance came and fixed the issue quickly. The room itself was very nice, with high ceilings, a fireplace and a hot tub. However, the back door overlooked a busy street and didnt particularly block any noise at all. It sounded like freight trucks and racing cars all day and night. The other end of the room was located directly above the conference room which houses the continental breakfast for the entire hotel. The conversation noise didnt much reach the room, but the door on the conference room had an overactive hydraulic system and would slam shut every time anyone walked in. Literally every 30 seconds from 7 am - 9 am a loud slam could be heard/felt in our room. Lastly, the tv in the room had picture quality like something out of 1995.No doubt that the price was attractive, but now I see why. For my money, I would rather pony up another $50-$75 per night to avoid this place again.

They charge an early check-in fee even if you arrive only an hour and a half early. (All the other hotel brands Ive ever stayed at have never charged an early check-in fee if a room was available). At breakfast they serve some sort of homogenized egg (?) patty product. My second floor room had a skylight that couldnt be cover so light came in at dawn. Great location but not very accommodating.We see that our room is clean but the desk manager won’t let us check in until 3:00 and it’s almost 2:00 now. I understand if the room isn’t ready but we are sitting outside the room now waiting until 3:00.Also we asked if we could leave our luggage while we walked to a restaurant for lunch and the desk manager said they don’t hold luggage. My husband insisted and she relented. A woman came in right behind us and she asked if she could leave her luggage until check in time and she was turned down. We got thru the first night fine except for the toilet not flushing and running all night. Maintenance guy came and it worked fine for him (because I had just messed with it- the flapper inside the tank needs replacing). We saw a few ants in bathroom first night and then discovered more ants the next morning when we left an empty soda can on dresser. The shower supplies were almost empty. Frustrating because this was the one time I didnt bring my own. We were only given 2 towels which sucks if you have long hair and need to put it up in a 2nd towel. This wouldve left my husband with only a wet towel to dry with. The robe was very soft and warm. The 2nd night seemed colder and we looked for a blanket with no luck. It was late so we just toughed it out with only the sheet and thin comforter. The shower head faced the door so when you turn on the water to heat up you get soaking wet. Rm 533. It also never got truly hot like I like it. Water also leaked out the bottom onto the floor. Didnt realize it was a dog friendly hotel which is great if you have your dog there but if you are on a romantic wine country getaway...not so much. Often heard dogs barking and twice saw dog poo on the ground in hotel walkways. Why dont they keep dog families in one building and other guests in the other. Also the hot tub water smelled very old and dirty. Our clothes stank when we changed them and still did when we got them home. Has the water ever been changed? Basically we didnt want to change rooms so we just put up with it for one more night. For the price we paid for this room we couldve stayed at the Hyatt with little to no issues. It was quite disappointing for my husbands birthday weekend. We stayed here probably 12 yrs ago and dont recall having issues like this.

A really nice dog friendly hotel in a great location. We were able to book a room the night before, at a great rate finally getting to explore Healdsburg and Geyserville. Very nice reception staff, excellent room with fireplace and super comfortable bed, wonderful in-room Spa, nice to walk into wine tasting in the lobby when we arrived on a Thursday evening, delightful Courtyard. We chose to do a three-minute drive to town but a walk would have been just fine. Super convenient right off the highway and plenty of free parking. We didnt experience any of the noise others have mentioned but sure that depends on the location of your room. Ours was pretty darn perfect!I joined Best Western rewards because of an excellent BW in Santa Nella California. It is not as fancy as the one in Healdsburg but has a wonderful staff and Incredibly comfortable atmosphere. Booked at many more Best Westerns and kept giving it a chance because of the Loyalty program but they never met the customer service and value standard of Santa Nella so I basically stopped using my loyalty program here. Booked this Healdsburg BW out of necessity and so glad I did. It is the best BW I have stayed in( except for Santa Nella, CA because I stay there often and really feel at home there).

We were a group of 4 couples who stayed this past weekend and there were some major problems. First, we stayed in the Villas which are supposed to be the nicer rooms...but they need work! We have stayed at this hotel at least once or twice a year over the past 7 years and you can tell the difference. The rooms need to be redone and updated. In our room, the lights were like strobe lights...always flashing. In another couples room, their tv would not change channels and in another, the lights didnt work in the shower area. Fixtures that have been changed over the last few years do not match...They just havent maintained the look and feel it did a few years back.On top of this, when checking out my bill was incorrect (which I caught) Since I had cancelled one of my nights (done 3 months ago)...they just decided to increase my Sunday night rate to $550 in order to get the same monetary amount from me...which I was not having. After some explanation, they changed it, BUT it should never have been increased in the first place. Thank goodness I caught it. Also one couple had a higher rate for the same days we stayed. We received multiple reasons for this which were all not true (we booked directly while the other couple booked with corporate..not true....we booked non refundable rooms while they booked refundable...also not true). After some conversation with the manager who refused to change it, my friend said it would give her pause to come back to the hotel at which time she was told thats ok, dont come back. We could not believe it. I am not sure if they know what customer service is any more at this hotel, but these 4 couples will not be back and Best Western May want to rethink their policies and staff!

Security Issues.....BEWARE....I booked two adjoining rooms for my daughter and her three friends for my older daughters wedding, not only did they give away their rooms to someone else during the room not quite ready yet period on three different occasions someone else checked into the hotel and they gave their room away to 3 different men. While my girls were getting ready for bed one night and the next day getting ready to go to the dress rehearsal, three Males walked into their room with keys the hotel had given them with their actual room. We called, we had a heated meeting with the manager on duty and he had nothing to say as to why it had happened. I am still waiting to get a call back 5 days later from the general manager as to why this happened and how they are going to fix this. The staff and management took it very lightly and we were not happy how they handled the entire situation. Someone in charge needs to see what kind of computer system they are using and how this can prevent a possible criminal act in the future.

This hotel fit our needs perfectly. It was a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location in Healdsburg, right off the 101. We were able to walk down to the square in about 20 minutes using the bike path, or took an uber for $7. The hotel was very nice with beautiful landscaping, two pools and a hot tub. The breakfast was nice, with waffles and excellent pastries from Costeaux French Bakery. We will definitely stay here again our next time in Sonoma.

Loved my stay here. I was able to check in early (at noon) and used the pool both on arrival and after I checked out. They have bikes to rent right on the property for $1 an hour via zagster and I was able to bike into town and around the vineyards! The bed was soooo comfortable and a lovely room. Friendly helpful staff !!! Also there is a huge market a block away with gourmet food, bakery and all you could want. I will definitely come back here. The Healdsburg people were so friendly and warm - everywhere I went.

Had a wedding block made with them. Unfortunately COVID happened and the Sonoma County came out with a Health Order that hotel shouldnt be operating during the dates of the wedding block. I asked for my money back since they couldnt provide the service and was told I could still come. I contacted the police to check if they were bs-ing me, turns out they were just making up an excuse to not provide refunds. They also brought up I had signed a contract with them refusing to provide my money back, but I contacted a litigation lawyer and he said the contract said nothing of that in the contract. Again beating around the bush. The supposed group sales manager (Yesenia Lozano) who I had been going in circles with told me to contact Jack Burkam because he is the supposed manager. After multiple tries to contact Jack, he finally picked up the phone. He had no information from Yesenia and I had to review the whole situation again. He brought up the contract (which I told him is invalid because I had backup information from the police and a litigation lawyer) and gave me a sob story of the hotel barely making it financially and said he simply did not have the money to provide refunds. I am not sitting on a pile of money and the hotel is basically taking a interest free loan from everyone they are refusing the provide refunds to. Jack said he would provide refunds when they had the money. I told him I wanted it in writing and emphasized this multiple times. He said he would email me. I never received anything. The premise of this hotel is lies. DO NOT EVER PREPAY AT THIS HOTEL. THIS IS NOT A HONEST BUSINESS.

Do not stay here, zero stars! Please read full review for imperative health information... COVID-19 patients are being housed by county at same hotel. Guests are not informed prior to booking. I sent an email to the manager, Erik, and he did nothing. He doesn’t care about guests or their experience. Just the tax breaks the hotel is receiving from the county for housing COIVD-19 patients.One of the buildings is covered by security guards around the clock. Medical personnel in full PPE dress are going in and out of rooms. There are biohazard bins and staff in DEMA shirts.I asked one of the security guards what they were guarding. He told me “a corporate event.” Clearly a lie, because when I asked why there were biohazard bins for a corporate event he ran me off the property. I did some investigating on google and found out the hotel has donated parts of its hotel to house those with COVID-19. I asked the front desk attendant why we were not given informed consent regarding what is happening at the same hotel individuals and families are vacationing/working. She gave me Erik’s card and no other information or apology.Not at any point of the reservation process, or on their website, was I informed this risky housing was taking place at their establishment. Not informing customers of this PRIOR to, or even during, their stay is unethical. Further, it does not allow customers to make informed personal health decisions. If someone were to contract COVID after staying here, I’m sure a court of law would not favor Dry Creek Inn Best Western. Their duty to inform guests and lack of ethical consideration is more than concerning.After reading Erik’s response below and realizing it’s the same canned response that he replied to my initial email concerns, BE CAREFUL! There are plenty of reviews for this establishment that mention him by name and his lack of care and customer service. Do your research before staying here, you’ll find you don’t want to after you do. Like Erik said in his response, his lack of care for guests is public knowledge, that is if you choose to figure out what is going on. Hot tub was cold first nite was disappointed fixed it in the morning. Could of did a better job checking us in. Drove over 4 hours asked for an early check in and had to wait almost 2 hours. It has a great courtyard with tables and a fireplace for groups to meet in and have a happy hour.(dont touch the eggs at breakfast though - head downtown to a good bakery ;-)

The Dry Creek Inn is priced high for a below-average room. The beds and carpets are overdue for replacement.There are very few mid-$$ range lodging options in Healdsburg so its got a corner on the market for now. Great location - a long, nice walk to downtown and very short drive to world-class vineyards on Dry Creek Rd. Free Breakfast, wine tasting and the courtyard was very nice.

They gave us a room key that someone was already staying in. Walked in and to my surprise a see a suit case and a messy bed. Glad I wasnt shot. Told the front desk management they assigned us another room. Acted as though it happens all the time. Rooms wear clean but bathroom was a bit rough. Tv and fire place worked well.

Apparently this building has no insulation to prevent noise traveling between rooms. I received a noise complaint and all I did was walk across the room. Dont stay here unless you plan on crawling into bed and staying there your entire visit.

Lea’s attitude at the front desk was disgusting. I hope Aaron Krug sees this and contacts me. I’d like him to hear how she speaks to customers. I can stay someplace else next time in downtown Healdsburg where they smile and speak to their guests with respect. Leah doesn’t understand that she works in the “Hospitality” industry. This must be the jewel in the crown for Best Western. We are regular customers of BW and the Dry Creek Inn is by far the nicest we have stayed at. The two buildings look like a Spanish Villa, the courtyard, the outdoor fireplace, and the pool are beautiful. The breakfast room feels like a restaurant, and our King room was large enough to almost be considered a suite. This was our second visit and we loved it both times. If you are wine touring in the Sonoma Valley I highly recommend the BW Dry Creek Inn

After driving across country for 5 days, we found this piece of heaven in Dry Creek. Although they are remodeling the first floor, we never heard the construction from our room and I am a light sleeper. Expect to return for a weekend get away when we can enjoy the sites.

Surprisingly fast wifi for a hotel (80 down). Rooms were very nice, both pools were fairly clean. Check-in was quick and easy and there was plenty of parking.

I need to let you guys know Jamie at the front desk is a very nice person help me with everything she could.In the other hand Cat and July are very rude and need some training to improve customer service experience and make the guest feel welcome.The hotel is nice litle Tuscani but overpriced, enjoy breakfast the personel work hard to keep it clean and organize at all times during the free breakfast, love the coffee machine expresso, waffles and bluberrie sauce where excellent.

Aging property just not very well run. We had hoped to find a new home for our annual 10-12 day stay in wine country....unfortunately this was not it. Initially a lot of money must have been spent to create an Italian villa but at some point it seemed someone just quit trying....too bad. As the old saying goes...we had two stays, our first and last at the same time.

This BW does not serve continental breakfast and if you want breakfast you have to pay an additional $20. We had to wait a long time for the shower water to become hot, but once it did then it worked well. Nothing about this Best Western was standout and its doubtful that well stay here in the future.

Great service and located just off the freeway. The rooms are of standard size and very clean. Walking distance to a diner and a few other places. About a 10 minute walk from downtown Healdsburg.
