My family and I stayed here just this last weekend and it was a terrible experience. Similar to many of the comments left on these reviews, the hotel manager was incredibly unprofessional. The way I and my mother-in-law were spoken to lacked human decency. After, I contacted the Best Western customer relations and explained the entire situation, they called the front desk while I was on the phone, and moments later came back on the line to tell me there was nothing they could do. They let me know that someone from their corporate office would reach out to me and instead I received an email from the woman who treated my family poorly saying she was sorry we did not agree with how they handled the situation. Beyond wanting anything back from this experience in terms of cost, we wanted someone from within Best Western to acknowledge that how we were treated was incredibly inappropriate. I am not sure if this is how Best Western handles inappropriate situations or bad experiences, but I unfortunately just will not extend my business here. This was not handled by anyone higher than the manager who was unkind. It did not feel like we were customers at this establishment and I am actually astonished that with as many reviews as there are, that mention a lack of customer service and unkind behavior, that those who manage this establishment would still be doing so. I personally would not recommend staying here, because it caused much frustration during our stay. I am sure the owner will comment on my comment letting me know that they are sorry and are working to be better but I do not need or require that. I wished I would of been talked to with respect and decency during my stay, in the multiple conversations that were had. This comment is purely to let others know who are thinking about staying here that it is not worth the cost or energy that will be used.

Clean rooms that were recently remodeled and could be great with a few tweaks. The metal box springs look nice but sound like someone tapped a dumpster whenever your toe taps them. The lighting in our room was dim and overly blue but adequate. A warm ceiling lamp would help. The desk chair leans way too far back to be useful. The towels were thin and two were dingy. The breakfast would be a nice free breakfast but not worth the $10 we paid for it. Really clean and comfortable beds. Decent location.

Second time for us here at this Best Western. Just like last time, disappointing. The breakfast is a minimal spread. The worst part is that the hot water runs only for a few minutes every hour. Sometimes the hot water runs out in the middle of the shower. Another miss - no microwave ovens in the rooms. Will not stay here again.

Its more of a motel than a hotel. There was no heat in the room, and the blankets were thin, so I slept in my clothes. I booked for 2 nights, but I canceled my second night. The lady at the desk was cool about it and gave back my money for the second stay.

I have stayed here several times, especially around the holidays. I have enjoyed all of them. Mayer, The General Manager and his staff are always professional, friendly, and on top of everything. The rooms are newly remodeled, clean, and cozy. Always a Great value. A Very Nice complimentary breakfast too. Thank you Best Western Diamond Bar for your hospitality.

DONT STAY HERE!!!I stayed a night recently. I was checked in by Davin in which at first seemed very professional and nice. I payed for my room and put the $100 cash deposit down. The room was nice and quiet. I asked for a late checkout and they gave me til 12pm. Upon checkout Davin called exactly at noon I told him I was grabbing my bags. Got my bags outside then headed up front to the office it was 12:10. He says beings I was 10 minutes late getting to the desk he was keeping my deposit. He was so rude I ended up in tears. It caused me to be stuck in the lobby for over 2 hours because I needed the deposit to order a Uber home. Then he said he was advised that the room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke.THATS A LIE!!! I DONT EVEN SMOKE CIGARETTES. I HAVE A LUNG DISEASE!!!IVE TRIED TALKING TO THE MANAGER SUMMER AND SHE WOULDNT EVEN HEAR ME OUT! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!I still have the card keys for the door because Davin wouldnt check me out and refused to give me a invoice receipt.

Having allergies, I appreciate rooms that don’t have carpet. Aside from being pleased to not have a carpeted room, the room was a surprisingly refreshing size. The shampoo & conditioner smelled pleasant. The employee at the front desk was professional, courteous, & sincere. When his coworker was experiencing an inconvenience, he was caring towards her. Lastly, the breakfast was great … At least, I love chocolate chips & well-seasoned potatoes. So, I was satisfied.Oh, my boyfriend felt the bed was comfortable, whereas he found our previous hotel to have a hard mattress.Thank you for an excellent stay.

If I could give it zero starts I would this place is a scam!! They just scam you and take your money they make up lies to keep your deposit and the saddest part is there doing this to every guess do yourself and look at the reviews before you ever book this place. It’s definitely not worth your money. It’s also sad that when I contacted best western they are not able to help me with getting my refund of just my deposit I’m not even asking for the nightly stay fee this is ridiculous

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was unprofessional and frustrating. After my wife arrived at the counter for check-in, the lady attending to her abruptly left without any explanation, leaving my wife waiting for 10-15 minutes.The room itself was not up to par; the floor was dirty and even had beer bottle caps scattered around. It took a complaint before they cleaned JUST the floor the next day, but room service was inconsistent. We had someone show up at 8 pm for room service when we were ready to rest for the night and prepare for the next day.The front desk personnel, particularly the Indian staff member, displayed a lack of basic customer service skills. During our first inquiry about a crib for our child, he responded rudely, claiming he didnt know if one was available. On the second day, when room service was still lacking, he once again exhibited rudeness, explaining that we should have explicitly requested it as per their front desk sign. Despite my suggestion that they should inform customers about their room service policy during check-in, he became increasingly argumentative. I firmly believe that providing clear information at check-in is essential, rather than expecting customers to rely on poorly visible signs. His dismissive and unhelpful demeanor is a clear indicator of the need for soft skills training.Adding to the frustration, the phone in our room was not functional, and we had to use our mobile phones to communicate with the hotel staff.Another concerning incident occurred at the swimming pool, where some individuals, possibly non-guests, were drinking alcohol and smoking. Feeling uncomfortable due to our two little ones, we reported the issue to the front desk, who assured us that alcohol consumption was not permitted at the pool area. After some time, the individuals left, but we are uncertain whether they did so voluntarily or were asked to leave by the hotel staff.The presence of a noisy highway behind the hotel significantly detracts from its appeal, giving it the appearance of a motel.Overall, our stay at this hotel was disappointing, marred by unprofessional behavior, inadequate room service, and issues at the pool area. I sincerely hope that management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their service standards.

Rooms where dirty. Very loud atmosphere, hard to sleep. Swimming pool was dirty. Hot tub didn’t have hot water. Had 3 more nights booked and asked for a refund. Wouldn’t give refund. We still left and paid more money for a different hotel. Would never suggest this hotel to stay in.

Check-in took around 20ish minutes, and we were the only ones there checking in. Also, the service was bad, we weren’t told why it was taking so long to check in, so there’s that. The room we got smelled like cigarettes, and the curtains had stains. We couldn’t change rooms there due to them not having enough clean rooms; they mentioned they don’t have enough staff to clean the rooms on time, which is somewhat understandable, but it was around 3:30 when we checked in. The pool was great, but it’s a bit noisy as the hotel is right off the freeway. Besides everything else being bad, the pool was the only good part of staying at this hotel.

Excellent new rooms but one of the metal beds was squeaky. The doors being closed in the room next to ours was loud and it would shake our room. Staff is very inattentive and they don’t check on the pool or facilities. We were on the highway side and it wasn’t very noisy from the highway unless you have the tv turned off. I don’t think they should charge extra money to face away from the highway though. The pool was nice and big and very enjoyable but there were never any pool towels available the three days we were there.

The Room was superb really clean and nice looking. Breakfast was immaculate and clean. I have one complaint. The dumb guests that stay there do not adhere the hotel policies. Like no taking food out and serving themselves so much then throwing food good food away that other people can eat. GEORGE AND the other man at the hotel and the afternoon lady that helped me with the TV. And the maintenance man were very committed and helpful. Hooyah Disabled Navy Veteran. Stayed twice this year, great experience both times. Very nice, recently remodeled with new beds, etc. Fabulous breakfast with a superb attendant keeping everything stocked. Pool and hot tub are great, too. What sets them apart is their guest services. In July we arrived at midnight and still had an exceptional checkin by Oscar, who gave us a great room away from the freeway noise. On Christmas Eve, Brittany was very gracious and interrupted her lunch break to check us in early and gave us another great room. Looking forward to our next stay!

I was there on Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd. To start, they charged me 100 dollars for a deposit and that was not said in the app. That night it was cold and the heat was not working and the sheet was very thin. So I left a cash deposit before reading all reviews. I was charged $40 for new sheets because my daughter spilled son in n out on the sheets. They said it was now stained and will be turned into rags. First of all in all my years I have never seen a hamburger stain sheets. She kept telling me it was makeup stains I said no it’s from a burger. The sheets to begin with were already worn out so to be charged full price for worn out sheets that could have been washed is a joke. The room was creepy smelled like they just sprayed for bugs. They put us in the back where there was creepy people hanging out. It was just my daughter and I. The lady at the front desk asked will it only be you two girls really creepy like they were going to send people to our room to get us because we were alone. For the price I would have been better off at motel 6. This is by far the worst best western I have ever stayed at. Beware before leaving a cash deposit and staying here.

I prefer carpet. Another dislike the bed was on some sort of metal stand that made noise every time you moved or turned. The bad- wanted security deposit. There is no mention on Best Western website. The real bad- see photos. They were taken at the rear of the property.

Do not stay!!! 6/11/2022 Where can I start first we booked a non freeway facing room but we got a freeway facing room. We were tired and didn’t want to go back in and get another room. What a mistake that was! All night we could here cars rev their engine as they go through what looked like a tunnel. Second the room had a funky smell to it and was outdated. 20 minutes in we were unpacking and house cleaning came right in the room no knocking or warning. The light switch was not working so couldn’t charge phone next to bed. But the worse thing of all was the bathroom. The lights turned on and off through out our stay. The fan sounded like a generator was on and the toilet was the same size as my kids training toilet super small and almost to the floor. This hotel should not be listed as a 2 star definitley not a 3 star. Our saving grace was that we only had to stay 1 night here. We moved to another hotel after this. TERRIBLE!!!

Very appealing on the outside, breakfast was great in comparison to other hotels at this price. -1 for pee on the toilet seat, it obviously hasnt been cleaned. -1 pool was dirty but allowing it couldve been windy the day before it would be okay except Jacuzzi looked like it had never been cleaned, very yellow. Overall decent stay. Comparing to other Best Westerns Ive stayed at, 3/5. Next time Ill opt to pay a little extra for a cleaner, more updated room at another hotel.

Wow what a wonderful courtyard and garden with a large variety of flowers. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Beds were just replaced and super comfy great choice for a hotel stay just east of L.A. thanks to our staff at Diamond bar. There are also a variety of great restaurants in the area. We tried the Thai and Pho in the area, you will not be dissatisfied if you choice this quite cozy little hideout in Diamond Bar.

Where to begin. The room cost us over $100 a night and it was horrible compared to the other BW we have stayed at in Anaheim. We use the stays for trips to Disney and absolutely love the BW Hotel LuLu. When I saw this one with what I thought would be a few more perks I thought I’d take a chance. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was nice. Got to the room and it stunk. Musty old room was thick. Couldn’t try to mask it because I signed a paper saying I wouldn’t spray any perfumes or aerosols because they would think we’re masking cigarette smoke. The room didn’t have noticeable stains or anything like that but it just felt unclean. When looking for outlets there was a lot of dust behind the furniture. We went to shower and the towels were half the size of a normal towel. The toilet paper was basically sandpaper. For the price I expected better. The second night after getting back from Disney we shower and realize we need more towels so I call down for more. They bring me a new bath mat and one towel. Claiming that is all they can give me. The was the final straw. I packed our stuff, told the front desk clerk to cancel our 3rd night and that we had found a closer hotel room. She was nice and quick to do it. We were refunded the correct amount and left the following morning and stayed at BW Hotel LuLu. We really like the BW name but the quality of this was not what we expected from BW. I gave the 2 star rating because of the staff. They were the only good thing about this hotel

I’ve been here a couple of times. Each time the room was clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It’s quiet and comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a microwave and refrigerator. On check-in I already got frustrated that the lady told me I cannot get the rewards points for my stay there. I always use BW, and I get my rewards all the time, but this stay was a total fail!Second is the breakfast. I cant believe that there was no variety. Its a scrambled eggs and sausage the whole week! Third was the bedding. Its just horrible. How can they have no heavy comforters 😖.

My stay here was nice. I liked the all-around feeling of the hotel, but there were a few flaws. To start, you will need to remember your breakfast passes and if you dont, they cost $12. Its definitely a hassle when you cant go back to your room, however the breakfast was not very good. The rooms were outdated, but not by much. In the middle of the hotel is a garden and the swimming pool. Its all very pretty and the pool is fairly large.

Its a good hotel for the price, nothing fancy - dont expect the WOW factor. The rooms are big, which is a plus for families. I think its a Great Hotel if you have younger kids. They require meal tickets for breakfast...the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as well as the cleanliness of it. There was lots of parking available and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. Being that my wife and I are old, we needed a first floor and non-smoking room. Beyond that, the cost of the night was a great deal! Without a doubt, we would stay at this hotel again.

Great location with wide open rooms. One of the few best westerns that charges a deposit but the rates are really good otherwise. Lots of food options in the area. Definitely one of the best rooms for the rate in the better LA area. Breakfast is alright. Definitely needs more hot food variety. Keep your deadbolt on. We had maids walking in a lot long before we checked out.

If you want to die come here! Never ever come here, this is a ghost town. Nobody was even here, guy in the front did not know how to communicate he did not turn on the heat till 3 am, the fridge didn’t work at all, and it was freezing cold in the night, hair was in the blankets and nothing looked clean. Worst hotel experience ever!!! Traveling alone without my husband to visit family with my three young children and had to leave after staying one night at this hotel. Summer Patel was extremely rude and made me feel so threaten that I had a Sheriff go with me to check out early. I called the Best Western cooperate office and was told the problem would be taken care of. They refunded my money and were unaware of the cash deposit. Hope they truly address the management issues at this location. Best Westerns used to be a solid hotel but after this nightmare of an experience, I will never stay at a Best Western again!! If you value mutual respect and human decency, book a room anywhere else but here. 🥲

This is a decent place to stay when I have business in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The wi fi and water pressure in the shower are good. Would say 3.5 stars if it let me but 4 stars would have to do because it wasn’t really that bad other than the rooms didn’t seem to feel as clean as you would think for a best western. Seemed a little more like a quality inn type of room. Little outdated but the beds and pillows where comfy. Guess I expected a little different quality for the price but then again I’m use to somewhat of higher quality when I’m spending 125-150 a night. Service was great in the front, great location, free breakfast and once again comfy beds so In the end 4 stars seems right for the price you pay and the quality you get in the Diamond Bar area.

This hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. However, the noise from the traffic was very loud. My biggest complaint was getting charged for having two extra people in our room. we had four people in a two queen room, and i did tell the person this at check in. However, we were charged upon check out for two additional breakfasts. The breakfast was very small and certainly not worth $12 a person. Cheap ownership!

I was locked out for 2 1/2 hours because they gave us only one key, one set of breakfast tickets . The room was reserved for two people. They still havent given any kind of apologies to me.I am blind (with a visible cane) and disabled. They didnt care. They said I could stay in the lobby but the Manager was so rude I didnt feel comfortable. I sat on the cement walkway in front of our door, leaning on my backpack, two and a half hours before my Mother finished her business appointment.No courtesy call to my Mother to confirm what I said???Turned out, they DID have my name and information in the system. Front line worker... long term stay...was put in a room with no microwave with the manager knowing the reason for my stay.. lied to...manager and employees stating no microwaves in any of the rooms here...talked to other guests they say umm...I have one.. Very nice place to stay off the I-60. It is sorta of tucked away into its own corner with lots of restaurants within walking distance. It is also located near a Sprouts for the health conscious, a Ross for those on a budget, a Coffee Bean for the early risers, and a couple gas stations.The room I stayed in could be considered a suite. A wall partition separated a part of the room from the bed and sofa with the flat screen positioned on the wall that can be seen from either side. Room came with mini refrigerator and closet space. There are multiple stairs and one elevator to get to the second floor.There was a small fountain outside as a part of the landscape. At night you can here the trickling water which was quite peaceful to go to sleep to.Continental breakfast was hot breakfast. I would definitely like to stay here again if my future travel plans took me down here.

This was a very comfortable hotel, and not noisy at all on the south side. I dont know what the north side would be like, it faces a freeway. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable (a king). The breakfast was not up to par with other Best Westerns I have stayed at....no peanut butter, no hot chocolate, no bacon or sausage and the yogurt was obviously purchased in bulk and a little poured into disposable cups then covered with plastic wrap. The usual waffle or pancake machine was there, instant cereal and milk, juice, hash browns, scrambled eggs (from powder or a carton...not sure). There were pastries, boiled eggs, cantaloupe. Toast with butter and jam as I recall. Also some cream cheese and small bagels. The motion activated lights in the bath and vanity areas were annoying...they come on full bright in the middle of the night if one desires to use the bathroom. Had to put band aids over the motion sensors.

This Best Western is located fairly easy access off the highway and near other shops. The room size is fairly big for a inn/motel. It seems fairly clean also. The big problem is with the shower, where the water suddenly goes from warm/hot to very hot, a temperature that can actually burn someone possibly or cause a lot of discomfort. The breakfast area... there isnt much, but its to be expected.

Over all after reading other reviews of this property we decided to book here for our weekend getaway. The hotel itself was conveniently located near the fwy as well as all things you could possibly need, clothing store, grocery stores, and gas station. Checking in was easy, but I do have to say I was disappointed when I had to pay $8.00 extra than the agreed upon price online, due to a city tax increase. That should have been updated online. I booked an interior room which turned out to be room 160, which was located towards the back of the hotel. As we drove around the property we had to pass under a larger over grown tree which happened to scratch the roof of our car. I would suggest that someone trim that immediately. Other than that the rooms were clean and the noise level of other guest and the freeway were minimal if non exsistant. The parking lot area felt safe as well as the area surrounding was nice and quiet. The hotel safe was friendly and the breakfast offered was nothing fancy but sufficient for a hotel breakfast. Would I say here again. Possibly the area was conveniently located to everything so yes. Plus the price I paid was reasonable.

Hey if you can sleep through anything this is the place for you. Cause this is near the freeway so its a tad bit noisy. Unless you are lucky enough to get put on the inside of the compound. Or just get a executive room. And the adjoining rooms is a Russian roulette wether or not your neighbors will be obnoxiously loud or quite. Cause the adjoining room doors are paper thin.And while Im on the topic of rooms, their doors could use some sound proofing doors and windows. And the weather stripes under the doors are really worn and I could see light coming through the bottom. So that could use some fixing as well.Their breakfast isnt the greatest but its good enough. I stayed away from the waffle mix cause the waffle just tasted funny in the end. And the eggs always seemed undercooked and soggy. Wish they had a rotation for breakfast cause its always the same stuff. Good thing McDonalds is close by.And dont be fooled by their non smoking little signs. They can be deceiving, it says property on one of them but apparently they have a different definition of the word. You see, its okay for one to smoke as long as its outside. Which is annoying because I had someone smoke literally outside their room and the smell was coming directly into my room making it into a smoke chamber.I really did like the idea of a entire smoke free property when I saw the signs because people are just blazing it up way too much in CA.Overall despite people smoking near the rooms, they dont smell at all. The rooms are clean and the restroom as well. Its sort of hidden and there are security cameras almost everywhere. The police and sheriff seem to have a route here cause I seen them drive through the parking lot in the morning and late afternoons. The owner is cool and reasonable. And the water is hot so hot I have to warn you not to burn yourself. Oh and bring a small bug light cause the maids let them in when theyre cleaning. First off they will not refund a $100 hold they put on my card that they were not authorized to put on in the first place - because we gave them $100 cash for the incidentals - when questioned why they did this they were so rude to us. The manger is rude and refuses to help even though this is their fault and totally wrong of them in the first place. Dont stay here, they discriminate more than a little bit. I was refused a room when trying to check in because I wouldnt give the front desk person my drivers license. I initially gave him my passport card. It has all the info he needs minus an address. I was willing to verbally give him my address. He insisted federal IDs wont due, California law blah-blah-blah; and called me a conspiracy theorist when I continued to refuse. It was late, I had just driven 10hrs and I was ready to relax, I was going to give in and give him exactly what he wanted. So I pull out my drivers license to read to him everything he wanted. He said I had to hand it over to him for this to work. That made no sense, so I refused that as well and thats when he decided I couldnt stay there anymore. Now, I refused on principle, but what about the thousands upon millions of people that simply dont have a license? You going to refuse them too? I noticed signs in the lobby in other languages. When foreign people come with their passports are you refusing them as well? You wont be able to read their drivers license if they even have one. So I doubt it. Its unfortunate when people think just because they have a little bit of leverage or power they can arbitrarily fabricate rules because it makes their job easier. Dude youre working the midnight shift. Youre going to spend most of your time watching TV (like you were when I walked in) and sleeping in the office. So what if it takes you an extra step to check me in because my ID isnt the one you typically come across. I got a refund and found a different hotel; gave them the same passport card and credit card; they didnt hesitate to check me in...

Due to a car accident, I needed a wheelchair accessible room. The man booking the room was extremely curt and unhelpful to my girlfriend. He said they didnt have anything suitable for my needs and booked us on the second floor without any feasible directions from the parking lot. Although it is close to the freeway, sounds of traffic are not an issue, the hotel has a courtyard with a pool, hot tub, and small fountain that is quite soothinh. The,building is older but the rooms and grouds are very well kept and clean. The room smelled fresh and had a clean remote for the TV in a pouch on the night stand. Went to take a shower afterward and right after I got in I noticed a dark hair on the wall and started looking around and noticed what appeared to be a dark pubic hair on the wall with the faucet...I have blonde hair and I had just gotten in so I know ithe hairs were there from previous guests...the tops of out bed frames were dusty and the carpet was not clean...the towels were nice but the bedding was very worn and not white any longer! The breakfast was good! When I called about the $200 he said it will be credited back tomorrow but he’s not sure when my bank will give it back to me...I shouldn’t have to wait until tomorrow for my money to be credited back I checked out at 9am this morning! They shouldn’t have CHARGED it to my account just put a hold on it and they need to clean better!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel stay. 1st, when we entered the room it smelled of a person strong musk. We had to open the windows just to stomach being there. 2nd, the A/C cannot be controlled from inside the room. You have to call the from desk for that, and the room never did cool off to a comfortable level ( In triple digit heat ). 3rd, there is a constant sound like a tea kettle whistle, its not too loud, but loud enough that while you are trying to sleep it is an annoyance. 4th, the rooms we were in, faces the freeway from the parking lot. When the trucks, muscle cars, motorcycles come by, it is loud, early in the morning, a train came by. Every 10-15 minutes, I was awaken by either the the heat in the room, tea kettle noise or freeway traffice......definately not a good or quality hotel stay......and there was no food service, except for pre-package snacks.......WILL NEVER RETURN HERE, not even if they paid me.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Diamond Bar after checking in went to the room and found that it was a very large room with the sofa and then a wall separating it between the king bed there were an abundance of Lights the bed appeared to be very clean sheets pillows of course I didnt take a black light or anything to test it but everything smelt good the floors were clean the towels they had left lots of different items to use for Hygiene shampoos and things the television was a nice wide screen I think at least 32 in with cable television and good clear picture honestly I could not find anything wrong with the room also the breakfast in the morning I really enjoyed especially because of the waffle maker it makes a very large Belgian waffle with a heart in the middle and I enjoyed that along with the juices and the egg and sausage so I would recommend this location in terms of pricing it was $35 less than a location simply 4 MI away a Best Western that appeared to be of the same quality and same size so its very quiet its at the end of the road so theres no traffic whatsoever going by very impressed

When I asked the front desk about it, a nice man gave me a charger for the night and explained that the front desk staff had left for the night, but he would ask about the charger. When I asked the manager to at least take some money off the room so I can buy a new charger, they refused. I was alone with my daughter it was 10:30 at night and they charged from a room then wouldnt give me the key and wanted a $100 deposit in case I smoked in the room or damaged anything. They were going to swim with my dad and brother. There are 2 gas stations, 3 sit down and 4 fast food restaurants within a 5 minute walk from your room. Staff are considerate too. Gasoline, banking and a CVS pharmacy to. Safe area to stay in. Not too close LA not too far away. Room was good and amenities to include WIFI. I would stay here again and recommend it.

We came in late and found this to be the least expensive hotel around. We had our 26 U-Haul truck so parking was hard. There was plenty, but with that large truck, not so easy. Plus there were 3 tour buses there.The room was clean. Linens fresh, beds comfortable and pillows nice and fluffy. Not too hard, not too soft. The tub and toilet were clean as well.It was quiet for being located right by the 60fwy and 57fwy.Lots of food places around also. Right on the corner you can choose Mc Donalds or Carls Jr. There is also a Chinese Restaraunt.Down the street heading North on Diamond Bar Blvd, there is 7-11, KFC, Del Taco and a bowling alley with a sports bar. Heading South is Baskin Robbins, Rite Aid and other Chinese Restaraunts.I would recommend this Best Western, for cleanliness and convenience.

When I came back, the man at the desk then said “You give me a bad review, then you can’t stay here”.Apparently when customers aren’t satisfied I have to assume you kick them out of your hotels? That is the policy that is allowed by managers? He said himself he was the manager. I am going to make sure to tell my friends to NEVER stay at the best western anywhere ever. I recorded him and his horrible behavior and him giving me the number to the owner or someone named “summer”. That was the name he wrote on the card. I’m assuming he saw Hispanics and thought that we wouldn’t say anything. Or maybe that’s B.w. policy? “kick out all unhappy customers”. This was a nightmare.
