Joe is great! Ive now used his expertise twice now. I used him for my original home loan and I made sure he was going to take care of my streamlined VA refinance. He knows the in-n-outs of the VA home loan process and guided me through. Both times he was professional and friendly and provided me with the most amazing interest rates. Both times I used him Ive recieved better than market with less than awesome credit.I highly recommend him and plan on using his device again if there is a 3rd time.

The best refinance experience ever! I was wary after my first personal mortgage experience but Joe came highly recommended from a close friend, he did not disappoint! He and his team kept me updated every step of the way, always letting me know what to expect. The process was fast, efficient, and so easy that I did it all on my phone. Great job Joe. Saved us by restructuring the loan, thinking outside the box and being very professional. He has all the ingredients for a successful business man: professional, intelligent, helpful, patient, organized, and persistent. We got our loan, saved 1 full percent and did it all in 3 weeks. Closed this month and Ive already referred him to two friends wanting to refinance. I would highly recommend speaking with Joe first. You wont go anywhere else. I was referred to Caliber Home Loans for a refinance and I couldnt be happier with my choice to use them! Joe was extremely knowledgeable, a straight shooter, helpful, and responsive through the whole process. His assistant Cheryl was always available if I had ay questions as well. I met Joe seven years ago when I had to make a change within my Real Estate office and the loan side of the business. After working with five other mortgage officers in the past I had grown tired of the games, distrust and general shadiness of others in the business. I was ready to forego having mortgage services available to our clients in our office when one of my agents suggested I talk to Joe before I acted on that decision. I was at a point where I didnt care if he wanted to come on board or not but I liked what he had to say and bright him along for one last shot. I met Joe through the San Diego fishing community where he has a great reputation for being a good fisherman and a good guy. After a few outings with him on various boats we started talking about his job and doing loans. He explained what I needed to do to become a homeowner and gave me a proper plan of action. It did take me a few years but now after sticking to the plan we just closed on our home!! Thanks Joe!!
