I own a construction company and I have used Best Custom Screens a few times now. They have great prices compared to their competitors. That is a big plus because when you are in business or even a home owner you are always trying to save $$$. I placed a service request a few times when I was stuck on a project were I was not sure what to do and they did a great job. I will add that you do have to call them to make sure you are on their schedule and they will take care of you (Dont be lazy, call them). To be honest their service is still better then some other companies I called that will put you on a waiting list for a very long time. Other then that I like them and their products are good. I will continue to use Best Custom Screens.

Best Custom Screens was recommended to me by another contractor. When ever I have a project that has sliding screens or window coverings I just order from them and put a service call in. Best Custom Sreens have good quality products and they know what they are doing. I just let thme take care of the installation. This takes all of the guess work out of my projects and I can focouse on other things.

I never received my order from this company. They never contacted me that order was not being delivered. They took my money and never gave me my screen door. I want a full refund!

I ordered a sliding screen door. The order was processed very timely, and it shipped right away. The order was exact on the screen dimensions and I had it installed with no problems.I recommend Best Custom Screens, and have some other projects for which they will supply the parts.

Overall, my experience with Best Custom Screens is positive. There was an issue with the rubber end gasket being factory installed backwards, but it was an easy on-site fix. We had a lot of trouble with our previous sliding screen not sliding well at all. It was just your typical Home Depot stock replacement screen. So I had high hopes that a custom screen would work much better. It does, sort of, but not as well as I had hoped, as the new screen still gets jammed up when sliding. It might just need some additional tinkering to get the adjustments just right.

Ordered screen over seven weeks ago. Still not here. Called and emailed several times to cancel and was finally sent email yesterday that it was shipping and I couldn’t cancel? Customer service is a joke and they still want to charge me. Horrible company. Go somewhere else or try local.

This was the best investment. I have two large dogs who like to go in and out as they please and the cheaper clip in attachments you can by online are nothing compared to the solution I got from Best Custom Screens. While it is more expensive, it was well worth the investment. The screen door has withstood a lot of action and is still as good as the day it arrived.

Placed my order on the website for some screen doors for my house. I watched the video on how to measure and install. It looked easy enough for me to do. The young lady in the video could do it then I am sure I can. When I placed my order I received it within a week. Not as quick as Amazon and the box was so big. I didnt realize how big. Because of the size I did have some trouble installing and then realized that I measured wrong.I called the company and explained to them my problem. For a small charge they sent out their own people to come out to my place and cut it down and install it. Now I am even more happier.

Ordered a screen for my slider. Took about a month to arrive. The screen ordered was a 94 screen and a 93 screen is what arrived. It has now been over 2 weeks since notifying the company of the error and they just keep stalling on letting me know how they want to fix their mistake. I either want a refund or a replacement screen that is the size that I ordered. Should have just purchased from a local vendor

Ordered on June 23rd. Still waiting to receive it or even get an update that isn’t a lie. I called three times, at least someone answered during business hours. First time they claimed it takes up to 3 weeks to be shipped. Called at 3 weeks and 2 days later on what was a Friday morning, then person claimed it was shipping that same day and would miraculously arrive on Saturday or Monday. Tuesday afternoon, no surprise it hasn’t arrived yet, so I called, a different service person has no info and said would have to call back. I think at next call it’s just time to ask for money back.

My experience here was awful. It took me just about a year to get a refund because first they delivered the wrong color screens, second they delivered the wrong size. I understand things happen but if youre going to take my money, you should at least make every effort to make it right. Instead I was given the run around by the answering service people month after month. It wasnt until I went to the place of business that I recieved my refund. Not good.

I wanted more privacy in my windows so I contacted someone local and got exactly what I was looking for. The screens we ordered for our home provide privacy while still allowing some light in. It even lowered our electric bill in the summer. I’m thinking of using them again to make my entertainment room a blackout room next! Highly recommended.

I really appreciate the help section. The ordering process would have been fairly stressful if they didn’t have well done help videos for measuring for your screens.If you have an atypical window size, this is for you. I spent days looking for a screen even somewhat similar, I’m so glad I found this.

I just purchased this product and installed it last week. It was easy to install and works great. I have a toddler constantly in and out of the house. I would have 30 to 40 flies most days buzzy around. Since I have had seen 3 in a week.

They show a screen door on their website for $249. When you select a color and size, it is $30 more, even for a standard size. I worked for a manufacturer for 10 years. They dont charge more for standard sizes. I called anyway, and got a very fancy automated system, that just kept saying, Please stay on the line. Misleading pricing and nobody to answer the phone is enough to make me go somewhere else.
