Terrible service they had the nerve to not even give me a offer and told me I should put my high price items on OfferUp and looked at me as if I stole the items that belongs to me I’m not being salty cause of their terrible customer service towards me ( a African American male ) but it sad when I can’t be able to sell the things I buy without being looked at wrong or discriminated because of the color of my skin or race I highly recommend if your black or African American don’t even bother wasting your time

THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I called on the phone about an item i wanted to trade in for cash. i was told to come in with it charged halfway and that they aren’t able to do a quote over the phone, which is perfectly fine. When i arrived at the place they told me that they can’t accept my item without a charger but the lady i spoke to on the phone told me i don’t need to bring anything except to have it half charged. I did just that and they are refusing service because of it

I dont know whats up with all the bad reviews, seems it might all be the same person with a grudge since theres no name to the reviewer. Anyways when I went here I had a good experience, got what I asked for for my item and got it back at a later date with no issues. Another time I went they made a good offer on an item I was trying to sell. They have the biggest pawn shop with the most selection in Vallejo. I would recommend this place, or the one at the top of Springs Rd. Which is smaller

The process was fast with clear fees posted. Nima streamlined the process and did not hard sell me ( haggle) which works for me. I like that I have time to pay it back, with more time if needed (fees incurred, but I’m aware of that upfront). Switched layaway item for another and then lied about it. Customers beware the last payment for layaway is the full amount of tax so for large ticket items get ready for that last big honking payment. Will never use again!Now I have called 2x...1st Terry was not in yet and then called before 6 pm per his voicemail and the man that answered said he was not available and did not know when he would be with attitude because I asked to speak with just Terry due to calling him per his request. Under their newer management, Best Collateral has been exceptionally improved. They value their customers and seek to give the best loans. People who said their stuff us stolen goods dont understand California laws. I was wondering this too so I asked and apparently the law says they have to hold all items 30 days before selling and if the police come they give up anything that is requested, sounds legit to me. Bought a used Wii and received exceptional service. The location is a little seedy but that comes with the location.

They didnt look it up, didnt investigate the value or demand, and just said, We dont want it thus wasting my time.
