This place has the absolute worst customer service! Asked 3 different associates for help to find a power cord after being walked passed 4x and then I finally was assisted by a man who clearly didn’t want to be there flinging his water bottle around and dragging his feet as I had to lead him through his own store. SMH never again

Ill spare you all the details but there is no Expert and no Service here. There very much need to change thier sign, Expert Service.Apparently staging is an abyss. Even when 5 people can see the item, has my name on it, Im pointing to it, and I paid for it hours ago.Im sitting watching 10 employees barely work, the store is closed, Im 20 feet from my item, and no one can figure out how to get the single item.The supervisor needs to THINK, hell go further in life.

When I came in, I knew exactly what I needed. I asked an employee, and he took me right to it.Now, here is where they failed. They had only customer service open, and i waited for over 10 minutes to conduct a checkout that took 60 seconds.There were over 10 employees in the store, and why couldnt someone help cusmters who were just simply checking out. 2 other customers ended up behind me waiting as well why 2 employees each helped someone with an issue. Poor customer service.

As with all large chain stores, most problems lie at the feet of head office, who care more about investors than customers and not at all about their employees.I came in looking for some basic passive cables the website said they had one (1) of (they had at least a dozen on the rack) but had a wander round while I was there because this store was new to me.Seems like theyve disabled the checkouts by the exit, all non-phone handset purchases while I was there were redirected to the in-store pickup counter.I was having a look around and just following what caught my eye, obviously this made my path around the store erratic, so someone acting as loss prevention wordlessly stood next to me in the cheap av cables aisle once I stopped moving and stayed with me for at least two full minutes 💚... I was actually looking for something in particular but they were examining a very interesting box and I felt it rude to interrupt, so I moved on.An absolutely mediocre experience that Ill gladly repeat again and again because its a physical store and I can, if I want, ask questions and directly compare identifiable products that are right in front of me. Pay your staff better. Peace.

I have had a good experience st this BestBuy. These are people that are professional. They want the best for the customer and for the store. They are doing their best with advanced electronic equipment to help with any questions the customer has. It is a fair price as well.

Most of my visits here have been okay. But why do some employees at Best Buy have to be so condescending? Is that in a training manual or something? Especially the ones at computers and home theater. Dawg, youre providing me with basic information on electronics, not curing cancer--drop the superiority complex and just help find the right computer. I think this is true at a lot of locations, actually.Also, at this particular location, the bald guy who does loss prevention and checks the receipts when you leave needs to fix his attitude. He should be friendly as customers enter and exit the store. He was like a bouncer at a club. It was just an unpleasant experience after unpleasant experience.

Very horrible experience that I just had. The so called “manager” of the customer service area was very rude about me returning an item. Will never come back to this location and don’t even consider being a loyal customer for Best Buy anymore. Very disappointed of how I was talked to.

I remember back in the day when service was much better!Customer service morale has absolutely dropped at Best buy.. at all Best buys! Associates run the other direction when they see customers instead of engaging and helping them... Phone calls seem to be more important to associates than actual customers in the store. If an employee doesnt know where to find an item, they just say they dont think they have it. No research no effort no customer service at all. Best buy has fallen from the amazing company it was back when I worked there in 2005. Now its a former shell of itself and makes one miss the likes of Circuit City and Frys electronics. If you dont change The way you do things pretty soon youll be just like all those other companies...
