Nobody works there. One TV sales person tried to talk me out a TV they didnt have in stock. Took 30 minutes to get away from him . Went to another store and had a few questions and out in 20 minutes. Have tried to buy auto audio too. NOBODY WORKS THERE. Unless your buying a selfie media broadcasting device. A shame about Frys. Best Buy to follow. Titanic at least had a band. I wish I could take the tips of the 2, star. I really avoid Internet purchases but thats we are headed.

I have a 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Replacement Warranty that was not honored correctly.Under this warranty it allows a one time product replacement.I went into the store and instead of exchanging they processed a gift card and told me to go buy whatever controller I wanted. I told them I bought the warranty and just want to exchange it for the same working controller. The gift card processed would not cover the controller price due to me buying the controller on sale.The associate then told me to go grab the controller for him to exchange. He then tried to void the transaction that processed the gift card, but couldnt. He told me he messed up and I just owe $8 now.I explained to him that I purchased the warranty and if I have to pay anything, what would be the point of purchasing the warranty. He agreed and tried to get help from his supervisor.He then told me that he would use someone elses in-store credit that never came to pick up or use. So I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket. The only thing I would need to pay for is the extended warranty for the new product. On my receipt it says the warranty is $10.99. I needed to get to work and said charge the warranty to my Best buy card. He ended up charging me $20.Not only was the Geek Squad Replacement Warranty not honored, but they tried to bypass it by using another customers unused store credit, and still proceeded to charge me more.I just want my warranty honored. I still cannot believe the associate tried to keep telling me its just $8. That is almost the amount of the warranty, and if this is done to many people, then the warranty is not customer service, but instead a complete scam.To correct this, I would like to be reimbursed for my $20, and unfortunately I cannot be reimbursed for my time or poor customer service.

Previously purchased were computers, TVs, etc. The last purchase was for a refrigerator. I didnt provide the correct dimensions, Im afraid; but the installers were very helpful and understanding. I reordered a similar product that could fit into the spaces. However, the only available delivery date had to be postponed twice. The manufacturer was the culprit, but a Phone Rep suggested a suitable replacement with a far earlier delivery date (at $100 less). Plus, the whole conversation was very brief and succinct. A note, though: Except for services included with the products, I forego their Geek Squad offers anymore. Prior plans proved virtually useless for certain repairs required for some of my previous purchases. That was the main reason for four stars instead of five.

This review is about employee Pooya and his boss Ryan. Very unprofessional. Refused to let me speak and spoke over me continuously. Refused to assist me with my concerns and was very rude over the phone. Refused to provide a customer support phone number, refused to let me talk to his supervisor . I have purchased all my home electronics and Video Game systems and accessories from Best Buy for years and they will be forever losing my business.

I rushed over after work because I had set a geek squad appointment, but only to find out it was a waste of time. I was told that I shouldnt have been set up with one because I had no warrant and that my computer was 5 years old. (By the way, I told the person that set my appointment that information), and they still set it up. However, after the laptop person gave me ifs, ands, Maybes, and fake promises, I ended up spending 1k on a new laptop and then went back to geek squad. The easier stated that I could have my data transfer done today but that was not true at all plus I found out that I was dumped on geek squad without an appointment. But, the geek squad rep was kind and got my computer checked in. Now I have to wait a few days for my computer so now all my work is put on hold.

Not the greatest location considering it is nestled inside of a tight parking lot. Getting in and out is a little bit of a hassle. Also the employees were not as courteous as I would have liked. I came here to pickup a PC for my nephews birthday and prefer to go to other locations.

I went to this best buy to get a progressive lease, and they told me that I couldn’t get one because I had a Mexican ID. When my husband who happens to have the same ID got a progressive lease, but for me they were saying that I couldn’t so I called my husband and he said that he got his progressive lease with his Mexican ID. I didn’t like the service they were bien racist

Cracked my phone went over to geek squad was hoping to get it fix before the day was over it was 5pm the guy there said they might be able to finish because they close it 3 hours like yeah sure whatever I insisted I needed my phone today as I work through my phone just as conveniently he say his equipment is not working hiring more professional employees not people who are too lazy to work that theyll lie to their customer face lmao he needs to lose some weight too

I had an amazing experience at this Best Buy. I came in to purchase a laptop. I can honestly say I was being annoying with my indecisiveness and trying to price match everything. But Chris and Levi where extremely patient and helpful. They answered any and all questions I had and guided me to the best option for my needs. I took my sweet time making decisions and deciding weather or not to finance. I went back and forth and they continued to help me with a smile. THANK YOU Chris and Levi!!!! You two are great people and have a talent for customer service.

Ordered a new dishwasher. Because we wanted white - to match existing appliances - it is special order & a few hundred $s more + 2 weeks wait. Also, BB wont install Because its hard wired.
