2024-06-11 06:53:03Bought a 50 Toshiba with incredible clear view! So much thinner light weight easy set up! Customer help was fantastic! I ordered on Amazon so it was ready for pick up next day! Nice store_ good service! Made my day!

2024-03-23 01:23:37Have a great assortment of products but very few staff that are available to help. Even the Geek Squad are limited in their capabilities to help/arrange timely appointments. Too ex for the quality that you receive.

2024-02-08 19:15:49They dont care about customer. Eric had terrible service. Store had people greating and nobody helping customer who are ready to buy. Just order on Amazon its easier. Especially if customer service is tossed out. They will fade away due to the service they offer. Why run it slim. Close down and you can save more payroll.

2024-02-20 14:57:01Best buy was greatGeeksquad on the other hand sucks they told me they had to forcefully remove my phones pen and told me it wasnt covered under warranty after they broke it. It worked fine before my screen was replaced.Did you know in order to make it worth it to get the insurance you have to break your phone twice to break even

2024-06-12 15:36:47The woman in appliances was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the wait. She was the only one working and therefore getting service took about 30 minutes wait.

2024-03-01 00:27:00Bought a new PC online at this store specifically because the website said it was in stock and it would be available for same day in store pick up. I didnt want to wait for shipping. The next morning I woke up to a call my phone marked as scam likely. The caller left a voicemail in which she explained that my order needed to be verified or it would be canceled. I was told to return her call. She then rattled off a number as if she was an auctioneer. I had to replay it a dozen times to make out the number. She left out a number. I couldnt find any reference to this number anywhere online. I DID find posts from other Best Buy customers wondering if this was legitimate or a scam. I waited until the store opened, then traveled forty minutes to speak to someone who might know what theyre talking about. The very helpful associate in the order pickup department gave me a completely different number to call to verify my order. I did so. He confirmed the order was verified and should be ready for pickup within 45 minutes. I waited in the parking lot for three hours. The next day I still hadnt received any word about my order. I drove to the store again, explained my situation to another associate. She looked up my order and discovered that my PC was never in stock in the first place and werent expecting another shipment until March 5th. She asked if I would like to cancel or wait. I chose to wait. She apologized. I went home. An hour later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to unverifiable information. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. 0/10 Would not recommend. The employees were nice, at least.

2024-04-05 23:24:31I went there because I wanted to get some advice on a home entertainment center. I arrived shortly before opening and searched in the store for someone to assist me and located only one employee that was already busy helping others. Finally saw what looked to be a cashier supervisor and asked him to find someone and he didnt reply directly to me but instead asked the employee that sits by the door to get me going and walked away. The person at the door asked me for my phone number and I gave it to him somewhat confused and I got a text seconds later from best buy. He then, without explaining anything said ok, and turned away. So after getting his attention and asking him what the purpose of all of that was, I was instructed to go back to the audio department and someone would show up and help me. I went back there and waited another 30 minutes and no one showed up. I ended up leaving the store with no more information than I came in with. I could have saved time and just got that non attention from Amazon, which is where I ended up buying the merchandise from. Its not AI thats going to cost people jobs in the future, it will be people who make themselves obsolete.
