Nice store for TV, soundbars and laptops.Do not bother if you need a camera, their selection is almost zero.They have some good helpful employees lately, so it is nice to talk to a human that understands your needs and helps.

Very large store, lots of parking, nice part of town. The store has a lot more electronics to choose from. Certainly more microwaves, stoves, washers, dryers, and TVs than any of the Best y Ive seen in LA. Wasnt too pleased with their cell phone area. If youre looking to buy a cell phone and/or looking for variety then I suggest a different Best Buy.If youre looking to purchase a home entertainment center or one of those expensive TVs than this is your store!

My encounter with this store while attempting to return a PC was highly unsatisfactory. On May 10, 2024, around 11 am, I visited the store to return the PC I had bought previously. However, both the staff and later the manager rudely declined to accept the return, insisting that the PC must be devoid of personal information, which it was (having recently installed a fresh OS). Despite this, they persistently demanded $40 to address a non-existent issue. My attempts to reason with the manager and staff over the course of an hour were met with disrespect and dismissiveness. They failed to provide adequate information or engage in meaningful conversation with me as a customer. I left the store deeply disappointed with the entire experience.So, I ended up going to another store, and guess what? They just took back the PC without any fuss. Im left scratching my head wondering why Best Buy lets their rude staff ruin their reputation like this. Its crazy how different one store can be from another. Its like theyre not even part of the same company sometimes!! Really disappointed in how everything went down.

Did an online order pick up for a monitor for my desk. Turns it out it had a non functional lower part of the screen. The box was labeled open box - good condition. Clearly no one here checked to see if it was actually functional because the whole point of the monitor is to be able to see the entire image.My question is why the hell would Best Buy even allow this to be sold? Who would buy a monitor and see it like this and decide to keep it? Completely insane.

Just went to this store to make a return. The guy the customer service refused it stating it expired yesterday, and the return window showing online for until tomorrow was for online only.After trying to reason for a bit, I just left to another BestBuy which accepted it right away. Looks like this store have either employees who dont wanna do their job, or its encouraged by management to refuse refunds (because theyre other people with similar reviews).And this is after spending $2k at this store few weeks earlier.Im going to avoid this BestBuy location.

This is my 2nd day in this store to pick up an item I was told that would be ready in 1-hour, and they still cant release it. Its tagged with my name, and all, but their system is saying something preventing them from handing me what I paid for.Terrible online ordering system. Terrible pickup process. Terrible waste of my time, and a terrible use of live humans who cant comprehend their own systems. Four workers are trying to figure it out, and no one can.Whoever allowed Sam to be the lead/ manager clearly has no interest in respecting customers. The entire time he whispers to his employees saying disrespectful things about me, even questioning my identity when his employee told him 3 times consecutively that I was already authenticated with my ID checked, while he beckoned insistently, “Are you sure?” When he finally decided to speak to me, he gave a smirk and proceeded with a condescending tone as if his authority over the situation deserved praise, rather than acknowledging that I had been there two days in a row and that maybe I was not happy. He was not apologetic, nor did he offer any sympathy for my situation. What’s worse is that when I called him out for it, he then turned towards his employee and proceeded to further “talk mess,” rather than address my concerns. His example to his employees is deplorable at best. Even the 3-day new hire had to hide her laughter.Thank you to Sosa for caring and trying to be professional throughout my process. I honestly felt as though he was my only ally throughout the entire process.I will NEVER purchase here again.

Went in to browse and almost left immediately, comparing prices to other stores. But walked around and found better deals. Ended up finding an open box section and found a gem.It was a bit over budget. But the staff was friendly about splitting the payment in two forms so i could jump on the deal.Instead of getting a full hd monitor from another store, i left here with a 4k monitor, perfect for editing photos & video.Not fast enough for gaming. But i was worried about color quality, not buttery smooth gaming. But they have fast screens too. If its your jam.

I did an online purchase for Apple AirPods Gen 2. This was a “store pickup” or “overnight 1-2 day delivery”. Both options ended up being a disaster and a disappointment.I waited the 2 days and got a message that my delivery was delayed. I would be receiving my Apple AirPods 10 days after my purchase. This was very disappointing considering I had to leave in the next few days for a cross country trip that I wanted to use this product for. I bit the bullet and decided to wait until I returned from my week long trip to get these in the mail.Upon waiting the 10 DAYS there was no AirPods in the mail. Beyond frustrated I called Best Buy’s hotline and they informed me there was an issue of these AirPods going missing in travel. Okay… well I’ll pick them at store. They informed me the purchase would be ready In 2 hours. I drove over to this particular Best Buy 4 hours later and the front desk said my order was not ready.I asked if they had the product there in store. Can they just swap the order so I can walk out with the product? No because I ordered with a gift card I would have to wait for the package to be ready. I had to wait another day for pickup.The entire experience took me over 2 weeks to receive a product that should have been a simple store pickup. Never again.

One star is generous, I felt like I was on a safari hunting down an employee to help me, the guy at the desk was chatting with a friend and when I asked for help he said he was helping someone but just kept talking about nothing to his employee friend, when I did get help I felt like I was talking to a statue who didnt want to be there, I was pulling teeth to give these people my money but my mother was desperate and needed a phone ASAP so we spent $500 on a phone anyways. Overall we had fun laughing at how bad the store was, they also had old advertisements up
