All I can say for this location is I’m happy they actually had stock of the iPhone screen we were replacing. You’d figure the latest model there would be ample spare parts available but we had to go to two stores before we found one that had replacement screens. I also felt the wait for geek squad was entirely too long. On a Saturday I’d figure that space swarming with reps but to only have two and have to wait 45 mins just to get to the point of intake even if you have an appointment seems a might bit ridiculous, but maybe I’m expecting too much.

The store manager Adam was not professional and rude. I came to the store to return an speaker that I bought it the day before in Best Buy at Fullerton as an open box (excellent) and when I enter to the door and he saw me he said that he can’t take the speaker because they don’t carry which is a lie because the carry the same speakers in the store it just he don’t want to deal with that open box. He never let me walk in to the store.I have to take again to the same store. I’be been customer of Best Buy for so many years and this is the first time that happens to me with a return never before. He should not be a store manager for Best Buy. Customer service skill zero. I hope the main corporation see this review and take action with this person. I will never buy anything again from this company.

I really liked the customer service I received from the young lady there. She was very informative about knowing the items there. Liked what they had there. Bought a PC, and a wave monitor with the head gear. The monitor is amazing. Clarity is off the charts.

Todd Varell he claimed to be the store manager, earlier today accused us of stealing, made us wake up our baby sleeping in the stroller insisting we put a speaker inside the stroller, we open up the cover and obviously nothing was found!!! my baby woke up for nothing!! still didnt believe, calls his security guy to double check again and then he just says Oh I am sorry my apologies, Best Buy you need to better train your employees!!!! My other 2 boys were scared when everything was happening!!!!

I went in to upgrade my phone from the fold 3 to the s24 ultra after having two failed attempts at two previous Best Buy locations. 1st location (Eastvale) said they had the phone in stock. They proceeded to log in to my account and then telling me they didnt have the phone in stock. So I drove to the next nearest location that had the phone in stock. The second location (Riverside) had the phone in stock but were not able to access my account because the 1st location locked it. The lady at the second location didnt do anything to try and unlock it or even call verizon. Then she said she had to leave. So visited this Best Buy in Chino, CA the next day and was helped by David. He was amazing! Great customer service! Explained everything to me from different plans to trading in my old phone. He was even able to access my locked account and access my nonworking phone. I am very satisfied with his service, he went above and beyond to help me. I Will definitely be going back to this location eventhough its a longer drive from me. Thank you David!

I literally got discriminated against for wearing my bonnet and the staff acted liked they couldn’t help me. Luckily I was already going to Montclair library to pick up a book for my studies and I got helped there no issues at all, in and out.I should be able to go to my nearest Best Buy and not have to worrying if I look too “crazy” to get adequate help.This is sad Chino please do better :(

This review is not a reflection on this Best Buy store, but instead focuses on the Best Buy website and how it may not accurately reflect stock on hand.This morning, I needed to replace my old cell phone quickly and purchased another using the Best Buy website after finding it was in stock at this store. However, the phone was actually in stock at the Best Buy warehouse, which required the phone to be shipped to the store I selected.I found this out only after speaking with multiple Best Buy service reps. and waiting 6 hours for the website to update the status of the order, which it never did. The rep then found another store which actually had the phone, adjusted my order and told me the phone should be ready to pickup in an hour. A few hours later, the website still showed processing and found myself in the same situation as before, but as I approached 8 hours waiting for this order to process, I figured I had spent enough time and cancelled my order.The Best Buy website needs to update its processes/software to ensure stock is accuracy reflected.So if you find yourself in need of a replacement phone, and need it quickly, I recommend calling or going to the store directly and checking if they have it in stock.
