This was a mixed visit. After checking online to make sure they had what I was looking for was in stock I headed to the location to pick up my gimble. They have plenty of parking and I was greeted when I entered and asked what I was looking for so he could help me get to the area where my product was. After searching high and low I was unable to find what I came for. I went to the cashier asking if maybe it was behind the counter. The gentleman looked and checked the floor and returned to tell me I should go to the Pasadena store because he couldn’t find the one at his store. He then told me that I could ask someone else at this location but they won’t find it. Feeling a bit frustrated I asked to speak to a manager. Sebastian came to the rescue. I explained my problem and frustration. Sebastian asked me to give him a minute to look and within minutes there he was with my gimble in hand. He rang me up and was very helpful, professional, and kind. Ten out of ten recommend getting help from Sebastian. Went back to return our opal ice maker and it was a total nightmare. Erwin was nice and helpful but the greeter at the door SUCKS! I hate this new service they stop you at the door and interrogate you about where you’re going and if you try to just walk in without anybody addressing you, you can forget that they stop you and question you this is very intrusive and it almost makes me not want to shop in the store at Best Buy 10 out of 10 does not recommend please change this policy immediately it sucks and the people greeting at the door are extremely rude. Major power tripping.

I tried to get a battery replaced in my Iphone. You make an appointment with a call center that who knows where it is located. After the appointment i spent 20 minutes on and off hold to confirm they had the battery in stock. No such luck, impossible to speak with anyone at the store. I go to the store and 4 people standing around in the Geek Squad area and get immediate help. They tell me they don’t have a battery and if i want to order one it will take 3-5 days and i need to leave my phone until the battery arrives. No deposit, can’t pay for the battery, just leave the phone. They are doing their best to continue to drive people online.

Eventually got the help I needed, but customer service was lacking. I understand when employees are busy doing something even when they are not with a customer, but a simple “hello, I’ll be with you in a few minutes” or other acknowledgment of my existence would go a long way.

Went to sell an old phone and get a new one. Employees helped me with the process of uploading data. Couldnt apply my points very disappointing. Products are a little overpriced.

Seemed too quiet for a Saturday evening. Im only a sale shopper.. and I didnt see much of any sales. Its going to be increasingly hard to keep stores like this in business because of rent and higher minimum wage in California.. people like me will just be content buying off of Amazon. What people dont understand and thats because home economics is not taught to kids anymore is that when you start raising wages.. everything else goes up. Or when the government, for example the current one, doesnt like oil or gas and they tax it higher.. transporting our food and other stuff goes up in price.

When to make a payment and the workers there fallow you around like you are going to steal something 🤔 then went to the bathroom and one off them fallow me and when got out he asks if I need something. Jaja is the worst best buy worker .

Bought a TV online through the BestBuy website and the TV does not work when I plugged it in. Brought it to this BestBuy and they wont accept the return? They told me to go to a different location and return it there. What is the point of this BestBuy if I cannot return the TV I bought online to this store? What a waste of time.

My sons Birthday today Jay your employee made it memorable and made him so happy with his phone purchase he did the job of 4 people even though I am not happy that BestBuy has limited staffing. Either way one person made the sale of 4. Employee of the year Great job. I hope he is appreciated at Best Buy. 👌

WORST customer service. No wonder it is so slow here. Waiting for cell phone help for 20 min after being told he will help after he finishes with a customer, employee walks away to help cashiers with no line. Then asks if I still need help after I practically follow him to cashier. Manager says that standard protocol modeled after Apple. What a great store.

Called ahead to make sure what we wanted was in stock. We were told it was, and when we arrived, it wasnt. The rep in the store literally says, No one inside this store answers a phone. You talked to someone overseas. It is insanely frustrating that no one lets you just talk to a human being in the place you need information from. May as well just order from Amazon.
