My sales person (heavy set young man in the appliance depertment) was absolutely phenomenal. Kind, deliberate, honest and knowledgeable. I was grateful for how easy he made the purchase and wanted to go out of my way to say something online. Wish I could remember his name but Best Buy you are lucky to have him.

The online order was ready at this location. Some locations accept online orders, saying they are in stock, so order and then get an email not available.If you have multiple items at a location and some are not available, then you may need to go to other stores or send them by snail mail. So I appreciate this store being accurate with its online store availability.Friendly enough employees at pickup and in store. They also knew when sales ended.Good inventory and sales.

How does this place have an above 4 star rating? DO NOT SHOP AT THIS OR ANY OTHER BEST BUY. Bought a Nest thermostat because we thought ours was out. Found out that the heater needed to be replaced. It took about 10 days to arrange for a new heater installation. The heater installer said they could not use the nest that we had purchased at Best Buy. Now here stupid me thinking that Best Buy still has a reasonable return policy like they have for the 20 plus years I have shopped with them. But no, 15 days only. No refunds. No store credit. You are SOL on $140. The manager was an absolute jerk as was the customer service person handling returns. I cant believe anyone still shops at these stores. It is a bad experience every single time. Im done and every time I find myself in a conversation with somebody where we are discussing a product that could potentially be purchased at a Best Buy, I will make sure to mention that they should buy it elsewhere. Go bankrupt faster Best Buy or at least quit making people miserable while youre doing it slowly.

Actually got most of these systems I needed from a fellow consumer but Best Buy rarely disappoints. I really like this Burbank location because of their drone selection. It seems like the Best buy near me in Oxnard is always sold out of their quadcopters.

This place is an absolute joke… I went and purchased an air purifier online. And when to pick it up in store. Pick up was easy and fast, however I’m heading out the door with my item and ask the guy at the register if he needs to see my receipt. He said no and I kept on going. I’m putting the item in my car and turn around to see the security guard FOLLOWED me out to my car to ask me what I have in my trunk. I told him I purchased an in store pick up and he said it looks like I took a computer monitor. Mind you, this is a large air purifier that’s very long, looks absolutely nothing like a monitor. Asked me to open my trunk so he could check. I said no and showed him my receipt and left. I was so angry I turned around and went back in the store and spoke to Johnathan who said was the store manager with a geek squad shirt on. He was short with me and absolutely rude, I told him this is against the law in California and told me Best Buy doesn’t hire security. In turn I said so what this guy stands here on his day off and volunteers, of course Best Buy subcontracts him. I was given a short run around answer saying someone will contact me and there isn’t anything he can do. I will never shop at Best Buy ever again. I’m so sickened by this, I am hiring an lawyer to help me sort this out. It was so embarrassing and an absolute joke of how it was handled.

I have been a member of Best Buy total tech for over ten years. I never return purchases and have rarely called for service. Tonight, when I had to return a printer that didnt work and was covered under total tech, I was treated in the most disrespectful and dishonest manner by two employees. The geek squad member could not look me in the eye as he told me tall tale after tall tale to basically deny honoring my total tech. I asked for the manager, a man named Roma it seems, and the manager refused to come over and said he was busy. Again more tall tales continued, from we can take it to repair it to oh no we cant. To its not on your total tech, oh but you did purchase it with your best buy card so it should be covered to the manager wont come out and solve this and too bad for you. When I left the store it turns out the manager is busy leaning against a TV set doing nothing an arrogantly lied to my face about what he told the employee to do. I called him on and he said he sleeps very well at night. Since it seems there is no way to make a formal complaint against a manager that I know of yet, I would like to warn people here that the Burbank branch of best buy will offer you NO after support on your purchase and will also treat you with lies. Roma should be fired. He sits around and refuses to give any customer service, will not resolve any issue and hides while he puts his employees on the front line. Certainly a poor choice to be a leader.

I found the battery I was looking for here and the employee were pretty helpful. I came to this Best Buy location after checking on their website that they had the battery I wanted in stock. I tried another Best Buy location and they didnt have it. The parking at this Best Buy is great, alot of spaces and roomy. I wore my mask inside and it looked like everyone wore theirs as well. I asked an employee working the camera area where the battery location was and he directed me to the tablet area. I was able to find the battery I wanted and was out within like 3 minutes.

Be careful when you buy things from this store - ALWAYS CHECK WHAT IS INSIDE THE BOX BEFORE LEAVING WITH YOUR PURCHASE.I bought a $800 laptop from them and later at home. When I opened a SEALED box, it contained a used and cracked laptop.I went back to the store to return the laptop, s and the manager blamed me, saying that I switched the products at home myself!I called the Best Buy customer support, and apparent, y there is nothing they can do - it was my fault for not checking the contents of the box in the store. I am mind-blo, because never in my life could I have imagined something like this happening in Best Buy. It’s not like it was electronics shack in the projects somewhere, selling stolen things.Please be awarnot toot get scammed by them.The store manager ROMO was extremely rude. I would not be surpris if d he organized this whole scam himse, because he was very anxious and eager to throw me out from the premises.I dont do reviews, even for terrible customer service, but this was simply outrageous.The bottomom line ithat - after 2 drives to the store and 3 hours lost, I am out of $800 because somebody who works at this Best Buy stole that money from me.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, or at the very least check your purchase thoroughly after you pay so this doesnt happen to you as well

I just called the Best Buy (Burbank) to purchase a PlayStation and was sent to Cesar. I guess that the Geek Squad so I asked him to transfer me back to the operator so I can have the right department so I can order my PlayStation console. Cesar advised me call back The store and ask for that yourself. I asked him why can you not transfer me? He said yes, but it’s going take a long time. What long time you’re there at the store? All you have to do is enter the right extension, but I guess Cesar just didn’t want to be bothered so I will take my business elsewhere.

I CANNOT BELIEVE this location has an above 1 to maybe 2 star rating. So my husband had taken my laptop I to geek squad that I bought along with a $200 Total Tech membership that supposedly offers 100% coverage. husband and I have taken in products and picked them up interchangeably as we are both on the account. So my husband went out of the country and as scheduled I went in to pick up my laptop. I was introduced to the most rude lady who said because my husband dropped it off only he could pick it up and also mentioned because the technician deemed the laptop unable to be fixed because of the mother board being soldered to the laptop hardware so it will be a junk out where they give u a store credit gift card in the amount of the laptop at the time of purchase. Mind you Im still a total tech member as I stand there trying to get this handled. I explained thats not right we are both on the account and not only that but you can see from our history of repairs that we have both interchangeably picked up our devices with no problems or ever having to give verbal consent to the other picking up said devices because were both on the account. Asked for my or his ID while picking up?? Yes absolutely because they match it to the names on the account. I asked for the manager to which she rolled her eyes and went to the back. After being gone for 10 minutes she returns with another woman who is already giving me attitude by saying whats the problem with a very bothered tone of voice. So while repeating myself as the geek squad manager and other employee stand before me the manager cuts me off before I even finish explaining and literally just repeats the exact thing that the first employee said as if they are buddies and she went back there told her the situation and against policy or the best interest of the customer she basically refused to release my laptop to me irregardless of the fact that Im on the account as well. Furious I left empty handed. Little did I know in 1.5 weeks time my total tech membership would expire, which after the way I had been treated I was far from keen on spending another 200 dollars to be treated like garbage. Coincidentally a few days after my total tech membership expires I get a call from best buy on my phone by the very Same manager that treated me so poorly and lied to me profusely. She stated that that laptop has been stored in the closet too long and end of the week the closet would be cleared out and my laptop would be thrown away. I stated that I dont know what they want me to do my husband isnt back from his business trip for another 3 weeks. To which she replied well if u can come in before the end of the week she will make an exception this time I said so now u can make an exception why couldnt you make an exception when I was there to handle it? she brushed me off and said ok so Ill make a note of it in the computer so make sure your here before the end of the week. I went in the next day. A fellow helped me and went to the back and returned with the laptop. I explained no i was told by both employee and manager it is a junk out and I was covered under my total tech membership to have the laptop replaced via a store card for the amount I paid for the laptop. Again having the misfortune of the same manager coming to help she said no u arent a total tech member anymore so the device is not covered. I said but it was when u deemed it unfit to be fixed and the decision was made to have it replaced since I was covered but YOU refused to release it to me so no I am covered. She wouldnt budge and made me leave with a paperweight laptop and out 200 bucks to not be covered. FUMING I went to a different best buy location where the gentleman at the geek squad heard me out and said ok lets see whats going on. He returned to tell me that I was lied to and it was a GARBAGE MOVE It should have been replaced. Needless to say Ive been in touch with a lawyer who said this is an open and closed case not to mention the money I lost from not being able to work and the stress
