Employee who helped us was very nice. But this place is definitely understaffed. And the checkout needs to be more organized. Not fair that we were skipped over when we were waiting longer than the pick up orders.

This is a medium sized store located in the Glendora Marketplace Shopping Center (on the Gladstone side of Sams, Home Depot etc.). The associates were welcoming. There is ample parking.

Waiting for a week for them to fix my washing machine, got an appointment today 02-21-24 and nobody showed up. And now Im on the phone with them for 30 minutes. So mad because I buy all my stuff from them. I dont think I will be buying anything else from them. Why pay extra for the geek squad if this the service they provide. Or in this case no service. Don’t trust geek squad. I took my 2 year old ipad in to them because it was not charging. They barley inspected it and concluded that the charging port was damaged and it needed to be sent to apple. He told me it would be around 400 to get it all done. He also recommended that instead of paying the money to repair it, I should put that money into a new device instead. I left best buy and went to the apply store instead. The only thing the Apple Store did was hard reset my iPad and everything started working perfectly. I could not believe Best Buy does not do their due diligence to actually try to figure out the issue. Instead they would rather you buy more stuff from them. I am also a total tech member since they first rolled the program out. Unfortunately my iPad was purchased before the program came out. But if my iPad was covered I am curious to know if they would still overlook the hard reset and go straight for taking apart my device. Not sure yet what I will do with my total tech because I do not trust geek squad at all. Hope this review helps others out there.

I cancelled an Apple Store appointment to come here for a computer repair that had 3 yr Apple care and these guys are a licensed apple repair center. Almost two weeks later not only did the computer come back with no repairs done, (they claimed they didn’t have the parts), and thanks guys for notifying me about any problems??? To top it off they attempted to charge me an additional 40 bucks for service. It’s under warranty, and not only did they waste my time but tried to still squeeze a profit. All this took over an hour just to give me back my laptop. Having worked for both Best Buy and Apple, this store definitely did not reflect what I remember and I won’t be returning. Even Apple was surprised by their conduct as it violates their agreement with them to do what they did. Took it to Apple in Pasadena, had it back in less than a week good as new (and no slimy fees)

Unfortunately I no longer enjoy the in-store shopping experience at best buy. You have to check in to have anyone help you, many items require assistance. Literally makes it difficult to shop here!The main thing that kept me shopping here was curbside, which they just recently discontinued. Why do all of this when I can have Target or Walmart bring many items Id have shopped at best buy for, to my car?

Went into this Best Buy for the most simplest thing you could ever imagine. Just a simple pick up of an order I placed. Front door man was helpful and pointed me in the right direction but after that the customer service was abysmal. From what I gathered of them talking in front of me of the mistake they did on my order was that some guy came to pick up his order way too early but it was the same product as me so they just gave him my copy that was set for me. Because the moment I give them my name and number to see my pick up status they said I had already picked it up. To which I said no, that’s not right. They bring a manager over to assist and nothing really happens? They left me waiting for about 30 minutes with no word. One did apologize and say they’re trying to fix the situation but it wasn’t even the fault of the person that apologized. So I’m writing this because I’m waiting and waiting and I see them just continue to work as if I’m not here. The mistake was on them and my time is the one being wasted here? Got it resolved after almost 45 minutes and the problem was someone else came to pick mine up with my exact name and number. So now I’ve got to see if they told me was true and just change my password immediately but also Best Buy should be asking for Identification. Some form of state ID or license and this would have never happened. But shout out to Kelvin, he was super respectful and amazing to me. I hope he gets treated well at work because he’s a kind person. Saw him attending a family and he was very caring to the children as well and being nice to them as they show him something cool they brought. Get a raise man!

Got a great deal on open box LG refrigerator. Almost $900 off sticker price. There was a ding on the left French door but its on the side you cant see it. I would recommend best buy for their open box appliances... some are just minor cosmetic damage but you get a huge discount

This location has many bare shelves. They do not have many items in stock, and their variety has diminished since their heyday. Their cell phone section was fully stocked though, so it felt more like a Verizon or Sprint store that also sells a few tvs and appliances.The employees were all too busy talking to each other to help the customers, so we ended up leaving and going elsewhere.This may not be the place to find what you are looking for.

So I went into this Best Buy to fix my iPhone 11 screen because it was cracked.Made an appointment for Monday 11:20 to my surprise they wanted to keep my phone till Thursday because there certified apple tech wasn’t going to be there till then.So I decided to make the appointment for when there technician would be there so I would have my phone the same day or the next day.Show up to my appointment to be informed that I would be without a phone for 2-3 weeks because they have to send out my phone to get fixed and if I wanted same day I would need to take it to the Apple Store. (Hand slaps face in frustration)Why wouldn’t they have just said that from the beginning and I wouldn’t feel like I wasted my time and breath.In my opinion they don’t know what the heck there doing at this location plus Best Buy isn’t as good as they used to be.

Seems like the employees were avoiding me. They dont greet you, and your presence seems to be an inconvenience. I was in the surround sound system area for quite a while before getting the attention of an employee to help, and even then, all I got was, This is not my area. I felt bad for the kid I did get to help me as I had him follow me to get me prices of unmarked items. Still spent close to $300 here, but options are limited these days.

Came in to pick up my new Phone with a trade in, after my old & new phone exchanged data for about 20ish min we mentioned to Mark the young guy who attended us that I purchased the glass screen protector for my new phone if he can install it for us like they always have with me no problem. Mark did not acknowledge what I just said walked away to help the other customers and was seated for 10-15 min left ignored. We stood up made sure I got his name he saw that also and did not say anything. I get that you are busy but at least tell your customer Ok give me a few minutes while I wrap things up with my customer. Today my experience was a really bad one.

For a change, I found that they were well staffed. However, I still could not get help. I had questions and hoped for assistance with HDMI cables. I finally asked a guy finishing a sale at a register about a cable and was politely directed to it should be over there somewhere.... Alone I went and stared at mostly empty hooks, trying to see what I needed. An employee passed by me with no greeting or offer to assist. Fed up, I finally gave up and left the store. Not one employee acknowledged me presence in their store, not even the greeter in the booth at the front. Wont be back.

Terrible experience.Major drop off for Geek Squad from what they were at one time.Total Tech Support isn’t “Total”.Took a DVD Player purchased from Best Buy for repair. Out of warranty. But, have Total Tech Support Contract. Supposed to cover repairs and tech support on all devices and appliances. Even the ones not purchased from Best Buy.Was floored when told by Geek Squad that Best Buy no longer repairs DVD Players. Wouldn’t fix or exchange it for me. No help. Unbelievable! We were helped by Chris, the appliance manager. He is the best!! He helped us pick the right fridge, gave us great advice, was patient with us, even when we came right before closing! He is a very nice guy who really wants to help his customers. We could have bought the fridge from somewhere else, but we loved Chris’s positive attitude and willingness to help us, so we bought our fridge there. We left Best Buy as happy customers! Just waited 25 minutes for my curbside order to be brought out to my vehicle, and I was the only car their the entire time. Watched a bunch of their staff walk outside to watch a shoplifter walk through their parking lot before driving off in a white vehicle. Eventually, a representative brought out my order, however, he told me that I could just park in curbside next time. I told him, I was parked in curbside for 25 minutes and checked in 3 separate times before finally getting my order. Worst experience ever, canceling my total tech membership because of the lazy employees at this Best buy location.

That store called to cancel (they did not have the item anymore) they transferred to a second store (which was closer). New store did not have a clue. 90 minutes later, I could see the item on the store shelf, but trying to pick it up was a pain. Honestly dont think anyone was pulling any orders.

My go-to place for electronics. This location has a nice home theater entertainment showroom. Lets you see and hear most of the models more in depth, and experience audio setups. Great selection of TVs $ laptops. Ive had good experience with knowledgable staff.

This is my go-to place for electronics when I need something fast. They have all the essentials, are fairly priced, the employees are knowledgeable and actually seem like they enjoy their job. I was on the market for a laptop and had a basic idea of what I wanted. After talking to one of the employees, he was able to confirm my initial thoughts on the one I was interested, one of the latest Dell models. The gentleman who helped us was kind enough to give us some discounts which was greatly appreciated. He wasnt pushy trying to sell me extras. Well, he did but didnt insist once I declined the majority of them. I was able to pick up the laptop fully stocked the next day, although it wouldve been ready later that day. I highly recommend this store for those who like to talk to someone in person when purchasing electronics.

The sales associate that helped me was super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I almost bought something else. She listened to what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. I bought a 40 Samsung monitor that has amazing specs. She even went out of her way to look online for a price match. She found an incredible deal that fit my budget. I said Ill take it!. My experience was not a pleasant one. I did online ordering with same day pick up. I ordered first thing in the morning and items were not available until late in the day. I went to pick up my items but needed to purchase a couple other items also so I went in and got my other items and made my purchase. I let the sales person know about my order pick up as well and asked if I could get it at the same time in which I was told no I needed to drive around and let them load it. I did not want someone touching my vehicle or doing anything else with my vehicle so I let them know I can load my own items and to please allow me to do it myself. After about 20 minutes waiting I was given my items but with no way to get them out of the store. I was basically told you said you got this right because the cart can’t leave the store. I carried my items to the car and left because yes I got this but still a little customer service would be nice. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they actually had the items in stock.Also there is a front door guard named Keith who is the most disrespectful, arrogant, unhelpful, piece of work I have ever seen. Something needs to be done with him. I asked him a question and received nothing but attitude and watched numerous other people receiving the same treatment especially women. He is thankful not one of them was my wife. Hopefully Beat Buy does something about this!

I called over the phone to inquire about Some Bose headphones and An associate by the name of Darrell answered the phone. I asked him honestly what he thought about these headphones and he said they we’re great quality headphones & that a lot of customers enjoyed them. He also looked up which ones he had in stock and offered to send me a text message with a direct link so I could purchase them and or come in the store and look at them the following day. Darrell was extremely helpful, honest and has great customer service. I will definitely come in store and back to this location, probably the best customer service I’ve ever had.

I order and pick up the printer from this store. I am very impress, and love this BestBuy. The store keeps up to date technology, store has big sign for easy to find. The price is hard to beat. This is second printers I pick up from this store, price is much better (believe me or not) than Amazon, and for sure NewEgg. Place the printer in wish list as the printer was out of stock, couple days later store email me back the available and no change in price. Staff is quick, courtesy, and super nice. They should add a check out at pick up line for convenient. I want to purchase the earphone as I pickup the printer, but the staff could not help me for check out and ask I have to go stay on the long check out line, and heavy printer box. I though BestBuy used to do this.

Of all the Best Buys Ive visited, this one seems to have the friendliest staff and eager to please associates. Being only a mile and half from my workplace, Ive visited this location multiple times and never had a sub-par experience.Although the service you get at retail stores can vary based on the overall satisfaction of the employee assisting you, this one seems to be doing something right given that most associates appears to be happy with what they are doing.

He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and even though they didnt have the stereo we wanted in stock, he found one at another store that we were able to bring in and he installed it that same day!Mike did an amazing job on the install. Terrible customer service! My husband went to pick up an item ordered online and to buy an extension cord charger for his mobile phone. He was told he could not pay for it along with the other item ordered. So, he had to get in line to just buy the cord. No one to help him carry the item to his car. My family received a Christmas gift Which another family member gave to us. I tried returning a $500 oven which I bought from your store. Youre store Did not give me the real value of the item returned I received $350 on a gift card. I did not receive the tax that was paid and we had a drivers license we offered twice to the young man who was processing the order. I dont know if this is your policy to rip off customers that have been buying for years I feel we lost about $200 when you factor in the tax that was not returned to us. We are in our seventies.

They must be on commision because obviously not important enough to walk me to my purchase. They pointed me to aisle were cords were when I asked a question if a certain cord would work They just said yes and ten pointed me again to aisle. Needless to say didnt work. Their phone answering system went in loops and has no option for electronic recycling or disposal so, of course, when I finally got connected, it was the wrong department. I like the massive selection. The main problem is their massive selection. I only wanted a dongle for my headphones and they listed a Google dongle for $8. (The $15 Samsung was right there with the other accessories.) The manager for the cellphone accessories showed they had them in stock. He spent a good ten minutes looking for them on isles and end caps. They just have so much stuff that as theyre rearranging the isles to put things in better order, at the same time they cant find the items that theyre rearranging to put in order. Best Buy is a great place to browse through things and get ideas or maybe by a computer or a cell phone. If youre just looking for something simple it can be a problem. The employees do their best to help though.

When I got to the store and checked in I sat in the parking lot while car after car came, was helped by staff and left. No one came to help and no one asked if I needed help. Once I arrived to the location I was informed that I could not order it in store and had to do it online. I found a cable modem on Amazon cheaper than Best Buy and could have had it today delivered for free to my home but decided to just pick it up from the local store instead since I could get it at the same price without giving Amazon more of my money. He tries to tell me there are different types of this modem...yes, but the other one is more expensive. I know what I am buying. Then he proceeds to tell me that price match for Amazon is only for things they stock and sell and not through third party. How do I know where Amazon is getting it and why do I care if I agree to the price and shipment terms? Furthermore, is it not the intent of price match to make a Best Buy sale that would otherwise go to Amazon? I bought the modem there because I want to install it tonight and the difference in price is not great but I am fuming at the principle of the whole thing and the fact that their posted on-line policy does not make any mention of this. From now on I will go look at things in Best Buy, play with them, study them and then shall buy them on-line. Again we were reschedule and again a NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT, we then called again and was told we are rescheduling you for Tuesday January 22, 2019 another NO SHOW but yes a call stating they were (yes again) rescheduling us for January 23, 2019, again NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO TEXT.. we then called again and was told someone would get in touch with us. Salesman seemed to only care about the sale of the galaxy note 9. I recieved erroneous information regarding the protection plan. I was told my protection plan was still current, but was told by Geek Squad it had expired. I had to repurchase the plan which I felt wasnt a very good deal. It was explained if the phone is damaged I will have to pay a $150.00 deductible and a refurbished phone will be issued. Im paying $159.00 for the plan and another $150.00 deductible fee. I am not a happy customer with Best Buy right now.

I would like to commend Mr. Miguel Hernandez for going out of his way to help us get our online Macbook pro purchase released after a 2 hour wait. He exemplified leadership and initiative by taking upon himself to resolve any issues despite the fact that he wasnt in charge of the online purchase. On the other hand, the person-in-charge left me with a big sigh of disappointment for just telling me that its corporate who will send us the go signal to release the order. Great service from the young man in the apple Dept. Very helpful and knowledgeable about his product.Ive came here numerous times over the last 12 crazy months. While people were hiding from Covid or stock piling weird things, Mr Nabil still showed up to work at the front line. Wether I needed a dryer he was there. If I needed 4 desks to prepare for my kids distance learning, Nabil was there to help. I also needed a bunch of laptops and Chromebooks, Mr Nabil was always there to help me with my purchases. The crazy thing was, no matter what department he was in, he had all the information and knowledge to make my shopping easier. Im not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but Im always confident when I make my purchases with Mr Nabil. I just called Glendora office to help me with new projector I bought 3 days ago. I called twice. First time I was on hold for 12 minutes, second time 8 minutes . First call, I asked the operator to connect me to Anthony the Sales man who sold me the proctor. After long waiting they transferred my call, the phone was ringing but no answer finally I was disconnected. Second time it happened the same, despite of my conversation with operator for help. Bought a Samsung 7 series with voice commands:open box satisfactory. Satisfactory: minor dings, tv functions some non essential parts missing. Ours is missing everything including ESSENTIAL REMOTE. Manager David agrees that the remote is essential and brings us a Samsung remote. Now at Home it is the wrong remote- no voice capability. We call Bestbuy and Manager Robert tells us that we got a discount and the remote is non essential.

I really dislike Best Buy overall. Their prices are a total ripoff, and typically their employees are idiots.This store is a bit of an exception. Every time I have needed anything out of the ordinary, they have gone out of their way to help me. The fact that the customer service I have received at this store is so good makes me happy to shop there.That said, Best Buy prices are a total ripoff. My refrigerator stopped working on August 11, 2018. A technician came out to diagnose the problem on Tuesday August 14 and stated the problem was compressor. It has now been almost 2 weeks since my refrigerator has worked. I am extremely upset because not only have I lost a lot of food but the coolers and the melted ice from the refrigerator in my home have ruined part of my wood floor from the water spillage. The refrigerator will not be fixed until August 24 when a technician returns. Up until this I have been fine and not complained because I know that things happen sometimes that are out of our control.However the reason that I became extremely upset was because I have a 3 year warranty on my refrigerator (which is only 1 year old), and I called Best Buy of Glendora, Ca on Aug 21 where I purchased it and the representative: Eduardo stated that food loss was not covered on my protection plan. I therefore felt skeptical and checked on the Best Buy website where I saw that there is a $200 food loss coverage. I overlooked the misinformation that was provided to me by Eduardo and called back and spoke with him again. I explained to Eduardo how I saw that online which contradicted what he had stated earlier. He apologized and told me that I could go to the Best Buy in Glendora and that the customer service rep in the store would help me and directly give me $200 for the food loss that I had.I therefore drove out 45 minutes one way because I now live in Fontana, Ca. Once upon arrival I spoke with the Customer Service representative: Tatiana. She informed that the store does not directly give out anything for the loss of food from the protection plan. She let me know that I had to go through Geek Squad and she was kind enough to call them for me. She then gave me a Food Spoilage Claim Form that I needed to fill out. I was enraged because Eduardo not only gave me wrong information but he also had me waste my time and gas on driving out to Glendora when I could have printed the form at my house. He has been incompetent and poorly trained. He needs to learn more about the rules, regulations, and policies of Best Buy.After I left the store I called Eduardo back and complained about the incorrect information that he gave me. I know he apologized but that does not fix all of the wrong information that he gave me. Apart from that he was aware that I had been calling about the Glendora, Ca location and when I asked to speak with his manager he rudely transferred me to the West Covina, Ca location.I am extremely upset not only because my refrigerator stopped working for 2 weeks and I have basically been camping in my own kitchen but because of your incompetent employee that does not know about the rules and policies for the company in which he works for.

Tried to call the store at 8:15 pm, it was answered by a recording. The two choices were #1 to check store availability of products and sales was the #2 option. I chose #2 it rang and rang finally picked up after about 5 mins of ringing. I asked to speak to someonein tv sales. It rang and rang for 15 minutes!!!. (I know, who would stay on the phone that long, rigjt?) They are open until 9. Yet no one answered my call. Terrible customer service. I bought an Apple product expecting to get points for my purchase. I found out they changed their policy behind apple products having to be purchased using their best buy credit card to qualify for the points. I paid in cash and lost out on a lot of points, also I was directed to purchase the 5v power charging adapter when I wanted the same one that comes with the iPhone 11 pro max so I would have a spare. Also was sold 3 products that I specifically ask their apple sales person if it was compatable with my iMac, (mini display cable to HDMI) adapter for the thunder bolt 2.0 which I had to return them all until finally finding the one that did work. After buying extra lightning cables at full price I found that they went on sale for 7 dollars less all within a week. So I decided to return everything except the iphone. I then purchased the lightning cables at their sale price and purchased thru an online company that gives a rebate for online purchases to make up for points that should of received. So I saved more buying elsewhere. No longer will I shop with best buy.

JARED SÁNCHEZ!!!!! I will start this review with the name of the person who helped me on Friday afternoon. Me and my wife with my baby that’s in his terrible 2s and knew we we’re in a time limit b4 my baby starts to flip the store upside down and prayed for someone that knew there stuff and understood that I was in a time limit. Jared was real quick to understand the situation and went straight to work with what I brought to the table. He answered every single question I had and was very patient with a fussy baby and never made me feel uncomfortable at all despite the crazy shoppers and busy store he never left my side as I took him left and right asking about the TVs I was interested in. He helped me narrow it down to a tv that would benefit me and my family. This review is not for the store but for JARED SÁNCHEZ and want to tell his manager that he won the lotto when he hired Jared truly knows his stuff but most importantly he is great with people and looks like he adapted real quick to this hectic situation. I encourage everyone to look for Jared Sánchez if you need a real brake down on tvs and very patient with people like my self that knows nothing about all the fancy words they all use but Jared helped me understand. I walked out of that store feeling confident that I walked out with the Best Buy for my dollar. I will never pre-order from this store again, EVER! I pre-ordered the Super Smash Bro.s for the Wii U bundle that includes the limited edition controller, an adapter for game cube controllers, and the Game for a half decent price. Maybe Best Buy doesnt know what pre-order means. It means you buy the game or put some money down in advance to pretty much reserve the game, its like a guarantee that you will get your copy once the game comes out.Anyway, so when I go to the store to pick up my game low and behold they dont have it! I ask, why dont you have it? They respond, We never got a shipment. I get that if they are honestly saying they never got any then, ok I guess your hands are tied but you could have at least let the people that made a pre-order know that. They could have called us up to let us now, but nope, nothing. I called after a few days to see if they got a new shipment in yet but still they havent gotten one. I explained to the lady over the phone my situation from earlier in the week and how they never had any to my understanding. The lady over the phone told me that they did in fact receive a shipment on the day the game was released but only a small amount, so only SOME of those who pre-ordered actually received the game.All I can say is that if I had just pre-ored at Game Stop I cant see this happening. I even stopped by a Game Stop in my area that night the game came out to check if they have the game and they were sold out too, unless you pre-orded. Later in the week I called costumer service to put in a complaint. After being put on hold for about an hour and transferred from person to person, I was connected to some lady that sounded like she had just woken up from a slumber after a night out of partying and drinking and it was so echo-ie, like she was sitting alone in an empty warehouse.
