Employee who helped us was very nice. But this place is definitely understaffed. And the checkout needs to be more organized. Not fair that we were skipped over when we were waiting longer than the pick up orders.

This is a medium sized store located in the Glendora Marketplace Shopping Center (on the Gladstone side of Sams, Home Depot etc.). The associates were welcoming. There is ample parking.

Waiting for a week for them to fix my washing machine, got an appointment today 02-21-24 and nobody showed up. And now Im on the phone with them for 30 minutes. So mad because I buy all my stuff from them. I dont think I will be buying anything else from them. Why pay extra for the geek squad if this the service they provide. Or in this case no service. Thank you, not a happy customer. 🤔🤔🤔🤔😡😡😡😡

After wandering the store for about 1/2 hr, we finally got some assistance from Matthew. Purchased an open box TV, he gave us great recommendations, on our way to set it up. Ill be back to this review if I have any issues 🤞

Don’t trust geek squad. I took my 2 year old ipad in to them because it was not charging. They barley inspected it and concluded that the charging port was damaged and it needed to be sent to apple. He told me it would be around 400 to get it all done. He also recommended that instead of paying the money to repair it, I should put that money into a new device instead. I left best buy and went to the apply store instead. The only thing the Apple Store did was hard reset my iPad and everything started working perfectly. I could not believe Best Buy does not do their due diligence to actually try to figure out the issue. Instead they would rather you buy more stuff from them. I am also a total tech member since they first rolled the program out. Unfortunately my iPad was purchased before the program came out. But if my iPad was covered I am curious to know if they would still overlook the hard reset and go straight for taking apart my device. Not sure yet what I will do with my total tech because I do not trust geek squad at all. Hope this review helps others out there.

The service at the geek squad repair area is by far the worst service I have ever had. Techs are rude and the opposite of helpful they actually make things more difficult.
