We order a online two items for one hour pickup. Adam at customer service was friendly and courteous.Best Buy online ordering is very easy and efficient. Store inventory online is real time. We pick up the last phone in stock.Store is very clean and well organize. Large clean safe parking lot. Located in Savi Ranch shopping center. off the 91 freeway Yorba Linda Blvd.

Hamid, one of the supervisors was extremely helpful in helping me choose my entertainment system. I watch football, basketball, play PS5 sometimes, and enjoy movies. A few months ago, I wanted a decent 75 inch (didnt want to budge on the size). He told me about the TCL Series 6. After talking to him about it and doing some research online and on Reddit, Im so glad I closed on the TCL Series 6. Geat bang for your buck! I came in earlier today to complete my entertainment set, Hamid and one of his team members spent awhile with me and helped me pick up the TCL Q6310. Hamid told me it was one of the best sound bars in the $200 and under range and boy was he right! Hamid is the epitome of great customer service + knowledge on Best Buys system and culture + knowledge on all the products and services from Best Buy. Such a blessing that Hamid was the rep to help me with my entertainment system! I couldnt be happier! Thank you Hamid!

Store just reopened after the remodel. Everything inside is new and modern. Lots of displays to see and touch products. Multiple ways to get products; in-store shopping, ship to home, curbside pickup, and brand new lockers so you can pick up your item at any time.

Mario, the store manager, and Thor - Sr. Team Member at the Best Buy in Yorba Linda, CA, were fantastic. One of the best, and expected, buying experiences Ive had at Best Buy since they came to California!! I walked in knowing the exact product I wanted. I ran into Mario. After hearing my situation he introduced me to Thor. Thor went in the back and brought out my product, rang me up, opened the packaging so I could confirm the unit worked; packaged it up and I was out of the store in 15 - 20 minutes. It seemed like 10. Very positive experience. Thanks guys!

I used Geek squad for my Mac and paid for the membership. After I found out what the guys did cost less than the membership and the Apple store would fix the rest the Best Buy Guys refunded me the money of the overhead! Their customer service is excellent and timely. They truly did what was best for the member which means a lot to any customer.

Terrible service. Rude employees and manager. A young lady named Isabel was very rude. She would not print me a receipt of my only order and was very rude in her tone. I spoke to her boss Hamid. Not much different. He defended her without even hearing the conversation. He also didnt print me the receipt. I was upset and returned the TV I bought right there. Very disappointed.

Went to here when Costco was a mad house. Was looking for them to match an older bundle surface 6 Costco sells online. Instead they did a bit of upselling and ended up with the newest version bundle and beat the Costco price. Id recommend visiting when Costco gets crazy. The Best Buy location was a calmer and peaceful environment to shop and parking is easy during this Christmas week than Costco.

The geek squad associates at this location are rude, unprofessional and cant perform even basic repairs on common laptops sold by their store. In particular the female associate with half blonde/black hair (who refused to tell me her name) was dismissive and disrespectful and only interested in trying to sell me a new laptop instead of even looking at the diagnostic codes on my system. Ive been a long time customer of Best Buy and have typically found their associates within the store to be quite friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However after this experience I will never try to use their Geek Squad service again.

I interviewed for a position on their geeksquad 3 weeks ago. A couple days later I got a voicemail from brittney, geek squad manager, that she would like to talk more about the position. I called back no more than 20 minutes later and never recieved a call back. I tried day after day for 2 weeks to no avail. After asking the customer call center for different ways to contact them; I was given the stores geek squad extension number. Shaun (Sean) picked up and let me know that Brittney was not available at the time and I would hear back later in the day. This process repeated 2 more times the next couple days. If they ghost potential hires I have to imagine the way they run this branch is even worse behind the scenes. Thank you Brittney for not only giving me the incorrect contact information regarding how to get back to you, but for also making me realize that I would never want to work for you or anyone at this location, let alone spend money on any products.

Then they have an attitude and can’t even tell you if they have a battery in stock for an iPhone 11 without getting all sorts of information. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

There is something About having mostly male team. Seems like things run efficiently and quick. Sometimes Efficiency can lack human connection and empathy. Supervisor on staff helped me get a new phone with the quickness But totally lacked compassion. There was also a gentleman that helped Initially but definitely lacked compassion. Theyre doing a great job. The store was clean and the employees were attentive. But, this store is a relic of the past and Im not sure why theyre still open for business.Frys Electronics went the way of the DoDo and they finally closed shop realizing that people buy electronics online now.Perhaps Best Buy needs to close all retail outlets and have only an online store. Have only a few flagship stores for returns and repairs.Whatever the case, they need to reinvent themselves if they want to carry on with their good name and good will that theyve developed with their customers over the years.Maybe rework the stores to be local distribution centers with only small showrooms for a select few hot ticket items with minimal staff.Its just sad to see such a large retail space struggling to fill it with ANYTHING.We love you Best Buy! But wed rather see a repurposed version of yourself, than have you become a distant memory.

This Best Buy has been around for many years now and its really been my go to place for tech, even over Amazon, because they are pretty good about price match. Over the last decade, Ive been satisfied with the products and support the employees give. Man if you would have asked me to review Best Buy 10 years ago, the grade would have been an F-. Fast forward to present day and you can see Best Buy have positioned themselves to compete versus the online giants that have taken over the retail industry. They offer great products with a wider variety being available online. Their shipping is lightning quick for about 60-70% of their products. They have PAIN-FREE extended warranties with Geek Squad. And to top it all off, they price match and will even refund you if you notice a sale on the same item you purchased. My only issue is that they dont have the top tier electronics on display but thats understandable. Since Google doesnt do half stars, Best Buy gets a solid 4 outta 5.

Maybe Im just sensitive, but I really dislike being asked by every single employee that is within 15 feet of me if I need help finding something. it would be fine if I didnt walk past 10 employees in 5 minutes. It also makes me feel like loss prevention thinks Im suspect or something. You may not be losing money from me through theft, but I sure am going to use Amazon more.Then when I leave, this location seems to always have somebody soliciting out front and I end up snapping at them from trying to be polite to all the employees inside.

I had a great experience today with someone here. Didn’t get her name, but she has dark brown hair and 3 tattoos on her left arm, and she might’ve been a manager. Regardless, she was patient and kind while doing my iPad trade in today. For the most part, everyone here is great. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because there’s one manager here (a tall/bigger guy) who has consistently been rude to me. One time I came to do curbside pickup and he never came out. I had to go inside and ask for it with no apology from him. But y’all for the most part are a great Best Buy!

It closes really early, and their parking lot is really spooky at night. It is in a rather remote location, microcenter is always going to have a better selection at better prices but best buy is good for normies that want to get a tv pretty much.the geek squad is over-rated but they can usually help your grandpa with tech issues if youre not able to, but it will be pretty expensive and I would compare it to sort of like jiffy lube for electronics, they can do the basics, but they might break a piece of something off in the process and not tell you. but they are an option.

They are really doing their best to safeguard everyone while trying to conduct business as usual. Masks are required, and theyre setting appointments to visit with the Geek Squad. They really couldnt help me resurrect my dead computer, but Im certain they would have been happy to sell me a new one (at a reasonable price, of course). Very professional, and determined to make things as normal as possible. I also noticed a pretty good selection of anime on the way to the restrooms (very clean). Enjoy shopping there while you can, because you just never know.

Ive been shopping here for a decade. Its changed a lot over those ten years. What was a bustling electronics retailer is now very quiet. They still have a great selection of products, and I shop here as much as I can, but it isnt the hot-bed of deals they used to be. The staff is hit and miss. Mostly miss. Ive encountered some of the worst retail staff Ive ever experienced, right here. Its a shame, because Im a believer in Best Buy, but I fear theyre headed the way of Circuit City. Example: I wanted to buy a laptop. I waited hear the laptops hoping someone would notice a customer and take it upon themselves to help. I had a few questions. That lasted 20 minutes. Undeterred, and determined, I flagged down a passing employee. They declined to assist. The store wasnt busy. There was more staff than customers. So I found a floor manager. THAT was a mistake. This person was utterly horrible. I told them what I was trying to accomplish, and that it was becoming discouraging with all the waiting and inability to get any attention. They got angry with me, really angry, for bringing it to their attention that I wanted to buy something and had a few questions, but were having trouble getting any help. I had thought the lack of customers at this store was due to their poor location, but this interaction made me consider that there may be more to their lack of customers than just where they were located. The people at the returns and service desk are outright obnoxious. The person at the door that monitors customers, Im not sure for what, but they have the attitude that everybody is a thief until proven they arent. This is retail, not rocket science. Its a fine place to browse for, and buy electronics, but know that youll mostly be on your own.

Theyre doing a complete remodel of the store. The staff is nice and helpful. Theyre still open but you cant go inside and look at anything or try anything out. Bit of a bummer if youre looking to actually shop around for things. This was our first visit to Best Buy, Yorba Linda, and it was awkward. The first kid that approached helped us find the item we were looking for and left us to shop freely.Then, as we inspected the item (a multi-device charging station) to make sure that it was compatible with my wifes devices, another kid asked if we needed any help. He was polite but made us feel rushed. He seemed eager to get us to pay.My wife felt weird about the interaction too. I was left wondering whether he was hungry for a commission (in that case, I respect his hustle) or if he just wanted us to pay because he was concerned we were going to steal.Idk; either way, it felt kind of pushy. A little sales/customer service training wouldnt hurt. Oh, the kid working the TV area was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped keep the rating at a three :)

If you need something installed in your car David is your guy!I called right as Best Buy opened to see if they had a specific entertainment system available and David cross checked that all the necessary parts Id need for the install were there and squeezed me into his busy schedule the same day. That was super awesome because through the Best Buy website it said there wasnt an open appointment until a few days later. David was super friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything he was doing and when he was done sat with me to make sure my phone paired with it with no problems and adjusted a lot of the settings to make sure everything was the best it could be for me right off the bat. He was the only one working in the installation garage and despite being so busy he went above and beyond to make sure I left with no questions or doubts about the system. Would definitely drive all the way out here again just to work with him again!

Bought a game online waited a week got confirmation email, then Im told that it magically disappeared, after confirmation email said in store come pick it up! Get a call and told its not available, sorry too bad so sad sucks yo be you. Call in, store offered $10 off another game. Wow, so not only is my time worth $10 not even what you get with gamers club. Come in and told the same after I got a cancellation text, which no one told me about. Best buy had been on their last legs with us anyway. Customer service sucks never have things in stock, even in ad items. Would have to wait another week for a washer that was in ad, so they lost a $700 sale to Lowes. So if you want mediocre at best service and people who could care less shop here. This is the type of attitude that almost had them going bankrupt a few years ago. Have to say the cliche never will I shop here again. I havent stepped foot in other stores Ive written of for years. So no biggie.

I said I did not and I had a question about installation of a newly purchased television. I was then sent to the home theater department. We had a same day repair appointment for a phone screen at 3:40. We waited over 20 minutes at the front of the line for the Geek Squad member to return to the desk, after he acknowledged we were there and walked away. When he returned, he said that he needed three hours to repair the phone, and since the store closed at 7, we’d have to pick it up the next day after 1 pm. Don’t offer same day service appointments if they won’t be same day.

This location needs to improve on the curbside pick up. I have little kids so I use that alot. I was waiting for over 20 minutes 😩 I even called to let them know but they didnt answer my call. 20 minutes with little kids in 80 degrees weather in a car is hell. They advertise curbside pick up in 5-10 minutes. I waited over 20 for 1 item. Not good at all I was very unhappy.

Always a good place to find the latest tech and gadgets. Desktop/laptop selection and variety might be narrow, but, they usually stock and sell the latest and current models, thats what usually matters. The staff here at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you approach them with a problem they can help you sort it out. Give you their opinions on what they use or possibly a better solution. Make sure you ask detailed questions about your issues because maybe there is a different associate who will be more knowledgeable then the one youre speaking to. I have had this happen a couple of times but always managed to find somebody who can help. The location of this Best buy is well seen from the freeway however the layout of the entire shopping center deters me from wanting to visit unless I need to.Best buy in general has started to sell items with the intention of the mass market in mind. Meaning, that they treat themselves like Walmart or Target and really show themselves off as a big box store these last 5 or so years. Theyre collections of movies and video games and computers are less diverse and trend toward the most popular. For movies that means new releases for TVs that mean Samsung LG and Sony.For computers it has meant HP Microsoft and Apple. They still sell a few other brands but they definitely dont promote them like they do the others.This store in particular has a helpful staff when you can find them. All stores have all switched over to headset communication between departments and I have experienced less employees on the floor because of it.I have found myself not being able to find products at the store because they choose items that are high sellers and get rid of things that sell but maybe not as often. For example I needed to buy a microSD card for my computer and they do not carry 256 GB cards anymore. The highest they go is 128 GB. I also like to browse their movie section and video game section, and have realized that they are choosing to only carry what is popular or the newest releases. They have a few titles of movies and games that are popular and older but it seems at the quantity is lacking. I understand this is more of a criticism of the corporate nature of the business versus this specific location, but the decision to focus on the most popular and remove the niche market stuff sometimes leaves you wondering why you went in the first place. They still have a few items that I like to buy, anytime I need internet cable HDMI cords power strips the small things that help our lives run.

I came in to get my iPhone fixed, it wouldn’t update or restore and they told me, the computer in it failed and was basically brain dead and that I would need a new phone. I went to a regular phone fix-it store in San Bernardino, and they were able to fix my phone and now it’s up and running just fine. It seems a they are preparing to close this location.There used to be a Google store and Samsung store inside where you could find all of the products and knowledgeable people, those are gone. Looking through the cell phones department there is poor selection, the smart watches have poor selection, accessories are poor selection. Unless you are looking for iphone crap, then there is selection.Nobody around to help, but on the way out without buying everything, there they all are standing around the front door. Bought a PS4 game for in-store pick-up on 8/31. Picked it up at the very last minute and they closed their doors on my way out. When I got to my car, I noticed my copy of the game was not only missing the shrink wrap, but also the game disc itself. Since the store was already closed, I decided to come back the next day to try to get this resolved with an exchange because I still wanted the game.I came back on 9/1 after I got off work and the employee at customer service said they were out of stock so I’d have to go to the Best Buy located on Tustin. Went there and they said this problem was created by the location on Savi Ranch so they couldn’t help me. Came back today (9/2) and spoke with a manager who is now telling me it’s near impossible to verify the mistake was theirs because “the games come directly from Sony so none should be empty boxes”.Manager said he’d consult the other manager, Mario, and give me a call so I left my number and order number but if the call doesn’t show any hint of Best Buy taking responsibility for their errors, they lose an elite member today. Overall just a very bitter experience for the lack of any form of compensation because from the moment I was handed an opened box, I was already exempt from any sort of a refund.I will update this review when the issue is resolved (if ever because nobody seems to believe they’re at fault)

The inside of the building was remodeled and is much smaller. A lot less items on display. As I was walking around, I was asked multiple times if I needed help. I didnt but it was a nice change from the past. By the way, I found what I was looking for.

Plenty of parking and a clean, well stocked store. Its not always the case, but they had plenty of registers open so I was in and out quickly.

Sad and empty. Most likely due to the pandemic. I was looking to buy an ipad and couldnt find any help, not that theyre busy but there isnt an employee in site, big difference compare to last year.
