Very pleased with the service I received from Elijah. I was looking for an Apple Watch. I requested some coaching, Elijah was kind and knowledgeable. Btw. I ran across many other sales men and women while looking confused and nobody offers assistance! This gentleman was the only one willing to help. Not the first time this happens either. Some rather socialize with coworkers instead of helping customers who are looking at items and have questions.

Wow, Julian was a superstar! He really knew his stuff when it came to picking out the right printer and TV for us. Not only did he guide us through the tech specs and features, making sure we got exactly what we needed, but he also went above and beyond. After we checked out, he didnt hesitate to help load our car with the new gadgets. His help was so appreciated, especially since those boxes can be super bulky and awkward. Julians customer service was top-notch, and it made the whole shopping experience a breeze!

I bought a $300 razor and tried to return it the next day, The customer service representative was stuck up and full of attitude... she said that Ive had it Longer than a day or I had a different one at home.... and they would not accept it Im pissed I wont go to this location again. I hope that somebody treats that little bizzo exactly how she did me so she understands that you cant treat customers like that.

Jake who helped my son and I with what he needed for his Meta Quest 2 was awesome. He had great customer service and was super helpful. Over in Geek squad the man was a bit rude. The check out area was so bad. There was only 1 woman and she was dealing with a situation that caused the line to get long. There was about 8 other people in line not including myself and the guy in front of me. It was frustrating that the woman was calling multiple managers or staff to come help with the womans situation but was not even bothered that the line was growing. I work in retail and as soon as our lines have 3 or more customers we are told to call for back up. Surprisingly I was shocked that Best Buy obviously does not do this. We were done and ready to checkout within 10 minutes of being in the store. Sadly we waited in line for another 20 minutes just to check out. Needless to say Best Buy needs to make some improvements.

We had an awful customer service experience here. Their selection of electronics and products are good, however we could not get anyone to help us buy the TV we wanted. We finally just got the one we wanted ourselves, and when we went to the cashier to purchase, he was just rude! He was literally asking to go on break as he was helping us. He didnt even hand us our receipt. It was just a bad experience.

I still hate this place. My daughter needed a charging block and a case for her new airpod pros, purchased at Best Buy. Well, no one around to help. Merchandise is organized in a confusing way. Took ten minutes of scouring shelves to find a charging block. Took 20 minutes to pay for it. Only to see a better charger at a better price on the way out the door. Ordering better grar for less on amazon and returning this junk. I wonder how much longer before these guys join radioshack in the pile of companies that just didnt care about customers.

I love Best Buy. They have every tech person need. Overall great service.MISSING STAR: I went to recycle a device to get a coupon and they gave a receipt and sent me home to wait for an email. After 3 weeks I went back to ask about coupon not received. A different associate helped me and mention that they had to give me my coupon right away. She printed it super quick.

The only reason this location got 4/5 stars is because of the complete lack of staffing - which is more than likely not the employees fault, I know. It took intercepting an employee who was off shift to tell me to wait for 10+ mins at the home theater section - and me still having to waltz back in to their employees only back stocking area & even then I had to get an employees attention back there after going in and out of their shelves back there to finally have him radio the right associate on his ear piece to report to his home theater checkout station. He was very polite and helpful once there, and Im sure he was legitimately busy elsewhere in the store.My point is I could have walked in to this store, walked right into their back loading dock area, taken whatever I could reasonably carry, and left out the front without any employee so much as seeing me.We got a good deal on a smart TV

It’s a shame how far downhill the company has gone.Want to buy something? Anything? Don’t bother asking questions, the salespeople don’t actually have training or knowledge on the products.Just get in line at the front, wait for the single cashier (they never have more) to finish each transaction that takes 5-10 minutes and ask them for it.Then enjoy standing there as they search behind the counter for it endlessly, and go through a 5 minute checkout.Order online if you’re gonna go here, you’ll still be stuck in the line, but at least they won’t have to search for your item.This has been my experience, every visit, over the last year.

This is the reason why stores like this are going out of business. 1st off I go in to Best Buy to buy a car charger for my phone. I find one and I ask the girl working that section if its a quick charge. The Box was unclear thats why I asked. She assures me that it is so I buy 2 and proceed to the register. When I get to my car I decide to open one of them up realizing that it is not a quick charge. So I have to walk back inside and return them. So I asked A different employee if they had quick charging car chargers. He said I dont know and then he said they should be in this section lets go look. At the end of the day they didnt have any so I drove all the way over there for them not to have it. Isnt Best Buy an electronic store shouldnt they have all this stuff and I understand if it was out of stock but they just straight up didnt have it. No its not a big deal for me but but this is a big reason why stores like that are going out of business it would have been so hassle free to just go on Amazon and buy a car charger fortunately I needed it that same day. Is Amazon is the present and the future. Not only was it cheaper the description clearly sethe description clearly said quick charge it took one day to deliver right to my front door no need to waste gas. I know I sound like a Boomer but its gonna be a while before I walk into a Best Buy again not for any sort of retaliation reasons but for the simple fact that they dont carry basic stuff the staff doesnt really know whats going on which I understand because at 1 point of my life I was A teenager who didnt give a c*** about my job. Never ever again! Horrible experience! Our luck, New guy didnt know what he was doing and ended up sending our fridge to a different address and with 3 kids we really needed a fridge and customer service was no help, then my husband went back into store to make a cash purchase on another fridge, few days later they finally got the right address but delivered the wrong fridge model. Still, customer service was a headache and no help! We went back into the store to reorder the correct model, The In store associates only apologized. Meantime, we used the wrong model until the 3rd correct fridge finally came! On top of all the headaches and Hassel, my husbands credit card was charged for the wrong fridge after he paid cash and his credit score went down! And if that wasnt enough, we were unaware that we subscribed to pay 100.00 a mo. My husband realized he was being charged but didnt know for what, customer service didnt want to specify what hes being charged for and they kept hanging up on him, but the 4th rep finally helped and he was reimbursed $600.00. Future purchases? No thanks!

I go to this store alot, everyone there is sweet and have patience with everyone they see. Sure there are not alot of people there but if you ask nicely they will que you in line. Whenever I price match they will let you know that you need to make sure the site you use for the item is sold and shipped by the same store. I did a price match for headphones with Walmart and made sure it didnt have a 3rd party seller by under the add to cart icon. Same goes for Amazon and etc. I love that I can at least be able to price match. Overall I love this store and cant wait to buy my appliances here when I move.

In store pickup was fast and simple. Ordered online, order was available in 30 mins on a weekend! This store is one of the largest stores I have been in, great variety available. I specifically purchased PS4 compatible TurtleBeach Headphones. I did not like the original ones purchased so I returned them and exchanged for a better quality version and am very pleased! Got them on-sale too. Customer service is great. Very knowledgeable staff!

I purchased a Galaxy 7 Tablet to view security cameras. the sales associate told me it would work perfectly and the idea of having a mobile tablet to view cameras while my security staff are walking around a property was huge. I bought a $200 warranty with tech support and spent almost $800. After the it people downloaded the app there was a 10-second delay in switching from camera to camera when I went back to Best buy the cashier named Victoria refused me assistance with the geek squad even though I paid for the warranty for that support Ill be purchasing all my electronics from here out on Amazon were you dont need to speak to anyone if you have a problem send it back and they take it and give you immediate credit why buy one retail with very little support if you can get the same online for less.

I went into price match and anker charging port, and Kyle stated Amazon is not a qualifying retailer because Amazon didn’t manufacture the Anker charger. It doesn’t qualify for price matching. I think somebody needs retraining! It clearly states in Best Buy’s policy “qualifying retailer” kyle was clearly wrong. So I bought it for 30% cheaper on Amazon and I think I’ll start buying my stuff from Amazon and bypass all the waste of time going to Best Buy.

I went in to Best Buy looking for a new micro-usb charger and couldnt find one in store anywhere. I asked the first associate I saw for help and they immediately gave me theyre full and courteous attention. I let them know what cable I was after and they checked their warehouse in the computer system to find the last available one in the store. The employee then went to go get it and a couple of minutes later was ringing up order a few steps from where I asked them for help. The visit was good and the people who helped me there were pleasant to talk to.

Best electronic store. They have just about everything from TVs, video games, vacuums, and even kitchen appliances. Their return policy is wonderful. So you can buy anything with confidence and if youre not happy or satisfied with the item you can return it to the store within the time allowed for the particular item. They also have price match so if you find the exact item cheaper somewhere else they will refund you the difference, youll need to provide proof. For all the reasons above Best Buy has been my go to electronic store for over 20 years.

However, as I walked out there plenty of blue shirts hanging around the cash register area. Bought my first pc here within less than a year it began to have hardware problems, I took it to the geek squad inside. They charged my $200 to say theres something wrong with it but were not sure what. I understand its not all best buys fault but after researching the manufacturing company I found that many problems had been reported similar to mine, so if they know its a bad company they should stop carrying their product.

Came in and bought a new unlocked phone. The purchase was pretty straightforward. No hassle or heavy push for upgrades or accessories.Came during a weekday in the afternoon. The store was not busy, did do minor waiting to get service but employees were always aware and kept me updated.In the end, while they were not able to finish setting up my phone (no fault of theres) I was helped in locating a store near by, of my cell provider, to finish the process. For that, I appreciated their efforts in helping me when they didnt have to.

2 sales persons lied to me to apply for the Best Buy credit card when purchasing a higher end laptop to get the 10% in reward for the first purchase. Told me to do the financing instead of paying upfront. The rewards never came because financing eliminates you from getting the reward. I could have bought the laptop from Lenovo as it would have been cheaper. This store might have employees working on commission or trying to meet certain sales goals. Very dishonest.

The general manager Maurisio, extremely rude and arrogant. He did not help at all. I don’t understand how he is the manager he has no customers skills. He wasn’t able to help me. No accountability just gave me number to apple. I was going to purchase another iPad since the first one was stolen. He would ask me question and answer them himself and therefore I walked out with nothing I told him to cancel my purchase. His response was oh well so he was OK with the company losing over $600. I would hate for that to be my store and a customer walking out and not purchasing their items because the manager was such a jerk.

I usually go to the Best Buy in Murrieta and have no problems getting help there. I stopped by this location because I was in the area and it closes later but I waited nearly 30 minutes before getting help and I already knew what product I wanted to purchase. Johnnie audio installation manager and Luna store manager are truly setting the bar for excellence when it comes to customer service. I had my system installed at a Best Buy while I was active duty in Virginia. There were some issues in the original installation. I came to this Best Buy and they replaced the melted fuse and lead power cable at no cost they really stand up to the lifetime warranty!.. Very Satisfied with the work performed.!!

Just have to say again there is nothing like a brick and mortar store for some purchases. Things like TV sets, any hand held devices, headphones and just about anything you have to touch regularly will be better suited if you can interact directly before buying. Dont be a scum bag and shop here then buy online to save a little money. I am absolutely bewildered. I specifically ordered this product as a Christmas gift online, as opposed to in store, so that it would be concealed by its packaging and I wouldnt have to worry about hiding the present until we were ready to start the gift wrapping process. Obviously I am very upset and disappointed in Best Buy and their customer service team, as they refused to do anything substantial to correct the situation. The supervisor I spoke to attempted to make excuses and refused to take any responsibility. They offered me a measly 10% discount. I have to waste MY time, energy, and money to return the product, buy it from a more reputable retailer, and find another Christmas gift to replace the ruined surprise that Best Buy caused.Even if it wasnt for Christmas, Best Buy left the product in serious risk of damage. Instead of packaging the product, they slapped on inconsistent tape around some of the edges. There are cut marks, a hole, and scuffs on the original product box; damaging the box and leaving it exposed to both bad weather and theft.After speaking with Best Buys customer service supervisor I am left one option; to return the product, never give Best Buy my business EVER again, and to hopefully deterre potential customers from doing business with such an unempathetic and irresponsible company.

He lead us to an inexpensive tv and when asked if their was a better model stated that to get the added functions (4000 and smart tv) it would cost much more.(120.00+) When we got the lesser cost TV written up I noticed a tv that was only 60 dollars more and had the 4000 and smart functions. When confronted the sales guy simply said that we had not asked for this lesser cost tv. We at that point we returned the one we had written up and purchased the upgraded 4000 / smart tv. Todays experience tells me not to expect any sort of helpful customer service from the management.I tried to order an iPad mini online for Black Friday. Friendly appearance but they lied about their refund policy or at least one geek squad employee did. I went to bring in my laptop for it to be fixed at a $150 charge for an over all fixing. Nothing was different if not possibly worse and I was give only $50 back because the first $100 is the cost of them simply taking the time to look at it. Besides the fact that it wasnt even fixed, I was denied a full refund and was given only $50 back, and to finish the entire useless trip down there I was practically told that there wasnt much to be done to my computer to begin with. Im a pretty forgiving person when it comes to major inconveniences like these, but even for me this was just some down right robbery. Again this may have been a employee confusion as to where another employee knew better but I highly doubt there and that being said this bust buys geek squad was terrible and potentially lies to their customers, the one star is the the actual best buy employees because they were cool :).

I bought a Apple Watch on December 27th which is supposed delivery on January 6th I never got the order, I went to the store and ask what happens, they told me I will get my refund, but it’s already February 20th and I’m still waiting for my refund which is $419.00, I already went 5 times to the store and making a lot a calls and nobody give me an answer, I’m start believe I lost my money, I never go back to the store again and I don’t recommend them, the customer service is really bad including the manager store.

This is the friendliest and most helpful Best Buy in the area. However, it is smaller than most other stores as it does not have a Pacific Sales appliance dept. (there is a standalone PS nearby) at this location. They do have MagnoliaAV.

Awful extended warranty. Best Buy lied about their iPad replacement warranty. Ive been waiting for my iPad for over one month, they dont tell you the rapid exchange is not rapid but takes more than two weeks, on top of that they give you a refurbished replacement that does not work. Still waiting to get my iPad. Over all a extremely frustrating experience.

I went here last week to buy a printer for my computer and I walked out with a new camera. They had a great deal on a Canon PowerShot SX500 IS 16 MP 30X Zoom Digital Camera. I got to use it this week a little but this weekend I will put it to the test. They have a big variety of products at this location and the price is pretty fair.

What a SCAMI just spoke to Marcos this Saturday afternoon 4.21.18 and he cannot bring himself to say that what has happened amounts to bad customer service - he said that they have excellent customer service. I guess that would be a liability to admit that the above services are anything but steller.I’ll be utilizing every resourse available to shed light on the horrible customer service at “Worst Buy”

BEWARE: Had them install a stereo in my new truck, front camera and alarm system. Found that non of the wire connections had any mechanical fittings. They stripped insulation off the wire to make a bare spot, then wrapped the splice wire around the stripped wire 2 times and put a pinch of tape around it. I tugged on it and it falls off. I guess crimp on connectors are just to expensive. I would never take my car there again.
