A really first class hotel experience from all aspects. Fantastic location. Have a huge variety of restaurants and some great clubs. Of course, the casino and tables were great. Its just a fun place to be and I love the first class nature of everything in our hotel room. We had a great view of the Bellagio fountains and it did not disappoint at night. Will definitely stay here every time Im in Vegas

Guy, I had to make this post.. So, I brought my old laptop to fix . It was fixed, but the screen broke. . This guys at the Geek squad and Best Buy management were so responsible and gave me a decent credit towards a new laptop..it was great.. The where attentive, nice, understanding, and etiquette...yes they are busy, so I recommend an appointment. But that is why they are so busy ...Thanks everyone at Best Buy, God bless

It was a joy to visit. The friendly staff was working hard, and the location was well-maintained. Pricing is moderately high for products, yet the expertise of the associates is worth the trip. They had a huge selection of tvs and appliances. The holiday hours were posted for customers on the front door.

This is the last brick-and-mortar electronics store. Cherish it.Best Buy is, as previously stated, the last of a dead breed of stores. Everyone was wiped out by the Internet and its lack of overhead. Literally everyone has shut down.Best Buy fought tooth-and-nail to compete. They always have the going price for the Internet and have engaged Amazon with free shipping on lots of different items.Again: this is the last of a dead breed. Cherish it.

I ordered 2 items on line. Went to the pick up counter and there wasn’t anybody there. A young man named Fernando was ringing up a customer across the store at the register . He acknowledged me from there and motioned 1 minute. I was really impressed. He provided great customer service!!!!!

Ive always loved going to Best Buy growing up here in Oxnard. It was the place Id go to so I could wander around and read about all the fancy gadgets Id probably not ever buy or just play the newest video games that they had on display. This is the place where I learned all about computers, car audio systems and how to build and install them both at an almost professional level; or at least I thought so and I was proud of what I had achieved after numerous trips there just to learn and see and ask questions. But man, this last trip I made there to explore like I have so many times throughout the years gone by I was quickly reminded of why I order online and have only gone into the store to pick up what I order. Today my childlike wandering of the aisles and curious touching of products to read there descriptions and check out there features was met with a prompt security check all departments and a can I help you find something? at least every other aisle. However when I did actually have an honest question about something which I was going to purchase but all my questions were met with a sort of condescending puzzlement and a response of why dont you look on Amazon. I mean if youre looking for a VCR to watch old home movies from the 80s and 90s the logical place to look would be to go to Best Buy since Frys no longer exists in Oxnard. And how am I to know that VCRs are no longer sold almost anywhere. So, hey Ill just go check out the miniature arcade version of mortal Kombat thats on display. Only to find that the machines controls dont work and the demo on the screen just plays over and over. So sad! I actually left there missing the Best Buy of 20 years ago. The only place I know that the curious question asking will always be met with warmth and knowledge furthering is their mobile install department, whom have taught me many things over the years. So, long Best Buy Ill leave you in my fonder memories of growth and exploration of a technological world in which not even my parents could fully fathom or advise me on making me the household expert and ambassador to all things shiny and delicately expensive performing non-essential tasks with a simple-seeming complexity that forced you to truly consider purchasing the add-on warranty and need for a geek squad repair, replace or installation package that only costs you an additional 25-35% more and would most likely only be needed around the time it expires unless theres an accident due to manufactures defects, a force of nature or an act of God. Man, I wonder who came up with that, selling a product that you cant touch nor see or may not even ever get to use. Touché. Pure genius, pure genius...

I came here a few days ago for my boyfriend’s birthday. It’s a big store, and it took us a bit to get someone to help us out with our questions. My bf wanted a speaker with subwoofers but then we saw the tvs and decided on getting both. Adrian was so helpful, he helped us with all our questions regarding tvs and the models. And we weren’t even sure what speaker to get since the speakers we had seen weren’t exactly what we were looking for. Adrian recommended a sound bar with a subwoofer, and showed us the one on display, we were blown away, really great sound and the subwoofer was amazing! We ended up getting the sound bar and a tv, and my bf really loves the sound bar. It’s Bluetooth and connects to his phone and the tv, it was also on a great sale! Great customer assistance from Adrian, thank you so much!!

Went a few times recently seems to be understaffed these days. No one was in the PC department two days in a row, and I had to be helped by a Pacific sales associate to buy a PC. He was helpful.Review update: quality of customer service has declined drastically. Associates avoid eye contact to not help you. Manager was looking down at his phone. I ended up leaving and ordering a computer online.The customer service was comparable to that of the Frys electronics that closed a few years ago.

They have pretty bad customer service and no real knowledge of how to work with disabled customers. I took a phone in to their Geeksquad to get repaired because my Apple care insurance said that was one option and I thought it would be convenient. Big mistake. The gentleman I turned the phone in to was okay. He took the phone and when I got called to pick the phone up I looked at it and it seemed like it had been scratched when he put the new screen on. I had asked to speak to management abou this because I didnt want to talk tot the same man and after a long wait she told me that I had damaged my own phone and didnt really want to be bothered with this. I know I didnt damage my phone chasis when I damaged the case and so her insistance on this angered me and I was raising my voice and a security guard came by. I realized I needed to leave the store but he kind of boxed me in and I had to push against his obese body a bit to get past and he said dont put your hands on me. My hands were not on him he was fat. So as I left the store I cursed at him which I regret but that store is a mess and I will never go in there again even though I am probably banned from them anyway. Take your Apple products to an Apple store if they are under warranty with Apple please and avoid the GeekSquad at BestBuy Oxnard. My experience was a unmitigated disaster.ETA: Upon closer inspection of my phone I also noticed that the back lens protectors I had put on the phone to protect the camera lenses on the back had been removed from my phone and not put back on. This is highly bizarre to me as all that was repaired on my phone was a new front screen was installed and nothing about the camera lenses was indicated as far as needing repair. Its almost like they looked for something additional to mess up on my phone. Please avoid this Geek Squad and this BestBuy if you want stress free shopping and repairs on your Apple products.

I bought a backup hard drive their 2 1/2 months ago and I put everything Ive ever done on it put in my trust in their product. Two and a half months later I lost everything Ive ever done and I am a video production business and they would not honor the refund because it was two and a half months. I didnt really care about the 90 bucks but it would be something in order for me to buy a new one even though I lost everything Ive ever done 720 videos just to start. I will no longer go to a department store because Amazon would have understood and they would have at least refunded my money

I come to Best Buy as they have the ability to transfer all the data from one phone to another Verizon and ATT dont or wont.This time Justin and Yami helped us transfer our cell, they also put on the screen cover for us and got all the info transferred to the new phone even the text messages.They have great team work, enthusiasm and customer service.I have come in just to get them to switch out the broken Zagg glass cover and they did it for a minimal charge and dont give you any grief for not buying the phone from them.All the stuff with new fluff.The prices here are competitive with the other big box stores and they have some cool stoves and kitchen stuff we saw while walking around waiting for the phone to transfer.

Purchased an Arlo security camera system and realized that Arlo customer support is terrible. I called Best Buy requesting a return, and verified that a return was possible and a shipping label was emailed to me. After returning the item through UPS, the item was mailed back to me. I called Best Buy again and they informed me the shipping label was mistakenly emailed to me, and I do not qualify for a return. Apparently, a return is no longer possible, and regardless of their error, it is up to me to request a return directly with Arlo. The customer service is terrible.

Just had an appointment to get my phone’s battery replaced. After waiting 30 mins I ask the one representative taking forever to change a couple’s password on their tablet “Are you the only person here helping?” He replies “Yeah everyone else went out to lunch” He could’ve said oh Tony or whoever is on his/her lunch. By him saying “Everyone” implies this is more than two or more people probably. How could that possibly happen? Who is managing the Geek Squad department? Why is everyone allowed to take lunch together and the one unlucky person gets swamped if suddenly a rush of people come in needing help. I go up to a manager and let him know and he says “oh everyone is probably on the other side of this wall working” Umm…ok?! So he goes in the back then reappears talks to the other couple waiting in line and then just leaves doesn’t come back to follow up at all. I thought breaks were meant to be staggered so everyone can have a break but the customers don’t lose time because there’s an adequate number of people to help at all times. Completely unimpressed with Best Buy Geek Squad at this location.

Id gone to Best Buy to buy some appliances but wasnt too sure about the quality or price. Lately, though, Ive been buying small and medium sized items and have been happy for the most part. Some dont work exactly as advertised or as well as they were explained to me by employees. Im still learning to use my vacuum but am a bit disappointed that it doesnt have a long tube to reach high places like I wanted tasked the person I spoke with if it came with the long tube. He said yes, but that wasnt true. Havent used it to vacuum carpets yet because I forget what to do. I still went back to Best Buy to buy Blink cameras for my house. Happy with those.

I think a lot of us can agree that the best buys have definitely declined in customer service and competitive pricing over the years. But of all the best buys Ive been at in this country, this one in Oxnard is probably the worst. They could have a dozen employees, and four customers in the store, and its still like pulling teeth to get help here. If by the off chance you can actually get an associate to assist you, theres a 75% chance that they dont even know what theyre talking about and theyre not very educated on their products. Not to mention, most of them have pretty bad attitudes. Unfortunately these are reasons that Amazon is taking over the retail world, I believe.

I had the worst delivery experience of my life with this store. The delivery guy called my home phone when I left instructions to call my office phone. The delivery guy didnt leave a number and I called every number I could over and over for hours. I had to go to the store and get the TV myself and they wouldnt refund the delivery and setup fee. So dont get delivery from this company.

Horrible experience They could not accept debit or credit cards at the register. So the man at the register asked me to place an online order for pick up, and it would be ready and five Or 10 minutes instead, there was only 1 person working in online. Pick up and when I walked back into the store. After placing the order, I was informed by the guy at the front Door that sense the result. Only 1 person doing online orders. And there was a pretty big weight. And mine was still not technically over in the online orders area. Yet for pickup to head over to the register. I had just walked away from and just have him scan it and give it to me. The young man that had previously tried to ring me up and could not. Because his credit card and debit card systems were down for all of the Best Buy at this location then called over a manager and told them that I was trying to pick up an online order at the front. In which case the manager Came over and told me. I needed to go over and wait in the online. Pick up line I had such a horrible experience. I canceled my order and placed an online pick up at target. And it was available an hour later and I picked it up after work and didnt have to drive back to Oxnard. And I didnt have to pay Oxnard city taxes, which are higher than every other city around them.

Customer service is poor at every Best Buy I have shopped in from coast to coast. Stores are big, and its always hard to find sales associates, even when the store is not busy. Sales associates do not seem to be well versed in the stores products. They are generally polite. Some try to help. Others seem disengaged.The Oxnard store has an employee greeting customers when they enter, and pointing them in the direction of the item they are looking for. This is an improvement, but it still can take a good bit of time to get a sales person to helpThis trip I got the impression that the store is seriously understaffed.I dread going to Big Buy and try to avoid it when I can. Unfortunately there are few alternatives in this area.

I bought a 50-inch LG 4K UHD TV from Best Buy the day before Thanksgiving, brought it home and set it up, and then realized it was too small for the space. Our old TV was a 9-year-old, 47-inch Vizio, so we needed something much larger to fill the space.I ended up returning the LG on Black Friday and purchased a 65-inch Vizio 4K UHD TV. You measured the space to be sure and when we brought the TV home it fit perfectly. It was a Black Friday deals, so the price was very competitive.I thought I might get caught in a very long Black Friday return line to take the LG back, but the person at the door directed me to a very short customer service line rather than the regular return line because I had also purchased a new TV. This saved me a lot of time. The pickup was in the back of the store from the stocking door and it went very smoothly.Best Buy has great customer service; they offer curbside pickup and competitive warranties from The Geek Squad on all of their electronics; and they go out of their way to give their customers a great experience. I highly recommend them.

The delivery driver left my TV sitting in my driveway where anyone could have picked it up rather than walking 20 ft to my front door and knocking or at least leaving it where it would not be seen. Took my special relative to Best Buy rather than Walmart, and it was the right choice. The selection for TVs and TV Cabinets was very good, and the prices great. Baxter helped us all the way, and his service was phenomenal. Very friendly, patient, fast, and thorough. The store is large but well laid out, and the staff was always around to help us. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. We felt valued as customers and my family was grateful.

Waited at register for 15 minutes yet nobody helped and employees laughed at me.Went to best buy to buy an iphone charger. Was at the front of the line and nobody was there, multiple employees had made eye contact with me yet seemed like they didnt care to help. Two of them even looked at me and smirked as if they were purposely not helping me. Finally after 15 minutes of standing right in front of the register, someone said Is somebody helping you? While two employees literally were at the register (not helping me). Never going back to this store ever again and will make the drive to the Thousand Oaks location if I must go to best buy. After walking around and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up having to go to the front and talk to a greeter that didnt greet anyone coming into the store. I love all the stuff Best Buy has. Their customer service is a bit strange. They are waiting for you right as you enter the store and want to help you. If your just there to look, its rather aggressive and can put you off. If you are there on a mission its fine. Once youre in the store on your own and you need help, youll have to seek someone out (this can take a while). Theyll pass right by you and not ask if you need help. Once you do find someone they almost always have the answers and they know their stuff.

Where do I begin? This store lacks a lot in customer service and not only that but processing orders. I have had multiple issues I think it mainly has came from the workers they choose to hire and the practices they teach. For example Geek squad should never be called for any computer problems because theyll charge you 60 dollars just to reboot your system and this comes taking advantage of people that do not understand technology. But I had an order that I came to pick up because I called and I was told yeah your order is waiting for customer pick up. So I arrive and ask this lady that had been talking for easily 5 minutes with another associate about her car before asking can I help you. That already showed me her mind was somewhere else. I tell Im here to pick up my order not attitude, not even mad about being ignored just normal and after looking up my order says with attitude not ready comeback tomorrow and was going to just walk away and I say I called and was told it was ready. She walks back and says no its not I dont know who told you that, but you would have to come back tomorrow. Then the manager passes by and says hey can you tell this customer he has to pick up this order tomorrow with attitude, so then I tell her its fine Im just going to cancel my order and go somewhere else and then she says again rudely like she has lost patience no... I cannot cancel your order because it wont let me. She didnt even try or anything and in front of the manager I said well isnt this just good customer service. The manager gave her a look like really you honestly being rude and had to step in and was able to cancel it no problem, this just showed she just didnt want to do her job and wanted to leave already like understand, but if you just helped I wouldnt have had to spend an extra 15 minutes trying to solve a simple issue. Management should look into retaining their employees and showing them better customer service because it felt like I was at the DMV and the worst part of it is this is not the first issue I have had here.

I was harassed a couple times by employees with the pretense of trying to help me, they would walk away as soon as I said I did need their help, and tell me someone would be right with me. Store was not busy, lots of help, I tried 3 times to get help to find a hard drive,got the brush off once. Finally after 15 minutes, one staff member talked on my phone to my IT technician and went right to the place it was. These stores want to sell products but all the staff hides at the perimeter and do their very best to ignore you. If I was 22 with long blonde hair I would have been out in 5 minutes. But im 75 and am just looked over. 1 Star is too good for them. Very dissatisfied.

The people there are really great, always very helpful. If they dont know the answer to your question they try and find out. Product selection is very good but not excellent. They dont often carry the top and items. If they did then I give him five stars. But probably because of their lack of sales of those items they dont stock it. Geek squad is a pain if you dont have an appointment already, just move on to a different source for repairs.

Do they have what you need..probably. This is a huge warehouse facility full of home appliances and gadgets and computers. As an electronics store it is great...but you MUST HAVE PATIENCE. They are always low on staff, on the floor and the check out. Long lines, staff cant keep track of merchandise, its lost, we have one in stock but cant find it. No help around, merchandise in all the wrong places, not labelled...under staffed, always. BUT, I have done in store pick up and ordered on line. This has been MUCH EASIER. They also have a warranty you can buy. I bought this for a laptop many years ago. It broke before the time was up and they gave me the full price in store credit to buy whatever I wanted. I got a newer, better laptop. If you break things or have kids that break things, get the warranty. I have also passed it up before and regretted it.

Paid more than $3000 for my computer here at best buy. I was told to buy the protection plan with Geek Squad incase it has any issues later on. I paid geek squad $199.99 for the incase of..... Well I had an issue and needed to take it to geek squad.I waited 45 minutes in line at the geek squad inside of best buy. Only to be told I needed an appointment. I was told it would be three weeks or more before my computer was repaired. They told me they had way to many repairs right now.My business employs 17 people with this computer and without it they will not work, their families will be disrupted and their rent will not be paid. They offer (no loaner computer) I have no way to run my business without it.I will not buy another product from Best Buy and I will never use geek squad or any of this again. If you are going to advertise computer repair have enough people working to handle the business. My time is just as important as yours. You got my $199.99 and not another cent.

Labor Day morning in Oxnard, it was packed. I waited to be helped and after about 10 minutes Xavier came over from The Geek Squad side of the building. I told him what I wanted I wanted to replace my laptop that was 5 years old. He started me off with the open boxes. Which surprised me because most salesman want you to spend the most money. But Xavier took interest in what I was trying to do and guided me through the process even letting me come in with my laptop that I brought with me to surf and buy the item online. Ive never do these surveys, I think theyre a waste of time however Xavier went above and beyond and helping me. Ive had my Best Buy card for over six years now and Im so thankful that I have it and used it today. I believe in loyalty and I dont buy my electronics anywhere else but Best Buy... I would like to say that it was fantastic. Everyone was so nice. The people at check in were so helpful. When I was getting help with my computer the guy said I had everything I needed for it. I wasnt sure I did. It was very easy. The woman at check out was so kind to me. It was great. I am also glad you allow the DARE people to be in the parking lot. It keeps people aware and children funded. Especially because kids right now are being bullied via social media. And your company deals with computer. Kids turn to drugs when they have problems slot of times. So its cool how I see that happening.

The employees were very helpful. The store was a little empty based on covid-19. And I think that all the stores around here are pretty empty. We found a good deal on a television because ours had just broken. They were helpful in finding a special any boxed previously opened television which gave us a very good discount. And that was really nice. I would like to make only one complaint which doesnt affect their rating at all they do not have an electric scooter but only a hand pushed wheelchair. And Casey has multiple sclerosis and its very difficult for Casey to navigate and be independent in that store. and that is something that is very frustrating for Casey and a think that if they would be interested in possibly getting a motorized scooter for larger people. Or for people who are not just tiny, it would make a huge difference for those people and it would make them be more interested in coming to the store. Or at least making purchases from the store when they are there instead of them getting worn out and not having enough time to shop. Because people who have diseases like that or issues like that get worn out very easily and you want them to stay there as long as possible so that they will shop. Just a suggestion. other than that the store had a good selection of items unlike other stores we had visited previously this day and we found the best item there so I would suggest people going to Best buy. Prices are a little higher here but then again the quality is a little higher too.

Updating my last review, still wouldn’t call the store because they tend not to answer, I tried for an hour contacting them to see if they had a lens for my camera in stock once waiting for about an hour I finally got a hold of somebody they explained that the lens was not in stock yet online it said that they had one in stock I got a weird vibe didn’t believe the guy over the phone so I went to the store anyways ended up talking to a lady and she went and found it for me. I was pretty upset that I waited so long over the phone just to be told false information, I ended up speaking to a manager who was very nice and gave me a 10% discount on the lens for the troubles that I went through, I feel like I didn’t really go through much trouble myself but I also didn’t like getting false information for a lens that I have been waiting three months to get in store. Be warned they have a 15 day return policy and close by 6 pm on the week days. With that said I had purchased a pair of jabra headphones... the elite 65. I found them uncomfortable to wear with marginal sound quality and according to people i called while wearing them, a random shriek during calls. So i went to best buy to return them. The guy at the returns counter said that wouldnt be possible as i was on day 20 of the 15 day return policy. Which sucked cause i didnt like the earphones and had been by a week earlier only to discover the place is a ghost town at 6:20 pm. A manager was called and she gave me an in store credit. Whew...I used that credit to move myself into the future of hi-fi wi-fi, i purchased the Sony WH-10000XM4... HOLY COW these headphones are magnificent! Thank you Best Buy! I only give BB 3 stars because the sales people appear to determine by how you look, whether or not you are worth dealing with. So if you look like you have money to spend they will ask if you need help, if you dont then you can walk in front of them several times and then have to disrupt their conversations before you can get any help. I usually order online so I dont have to deal with these kind of people and I get a little satisfaction from walking in dressed in old clothes and take the long route with an empty basket to see if any sales people will ask if I need help, window shop for 15-20 minutes without putting anything in my cart and watch as they basically ignore me. Then go to the pickup window and get my order which is usually substantial and then go for one last cruise around the isles with a basket full of merchandise that I have a reciept for and NOW the sales people pay attention and trip over themselves to ask if there is anything else they can help me with. I just politely say no thank you and stroll out the door with my order. I dont understand why people are the way they are but if they worked for me and ignored one of my customers, they would be really close to having to find a new job. I remember when Frys was the go to place for electronics, and their sales people would treat potential customers the same way. I used to walk up and ask those people that obviously needed help but couldnt find anyone if I could help them. I would answer questions and help people find the items they needed, not because I was mr nice guy but because I was at Frys literally everyday and knew the store. I remeber thinking back then that Frys needed to train their employees how to interact with the public to generate sales and that if they didnt do something they were going to lose all their customers. People go into stores because of sales and discounts but only return if you treat them right. Pay attention BB or you may suffer the same fate as Frys did. Just because you are the only Electronics chain left in VC doesnt mean you got it all locked up. Walmart and Target are starting to carry TVs, Computers and electronic goods... Just sayin..

This is our option for electronics and such now that Fry’s has abandoned its operations. Best Buy isn’t best for the consumer and this store really speaks volumes about the area- everything is locked up and closely guarded by staff due to a never ending supply of thieves in the region. The stock is limited, the staff knows very little about their inventory unless it’s mobile device related. And don’t stand in one spot or look at any one item too long or you will see the entire staff ready to be the day’s hero when they catch a- oh never mind, it’s just a legit customer, in which case, good luck getting any help.... this is a store that I only go into as a last resort when I can’t wait for Amazon.

We saw the floor sales people standing in a huddle and joking around instead of helping people out. I tried to buy a laptop from this store two weeks ago. I looked at what they had on the floor and was told that my first choice was not in stock in store or online, so why it was out on display in the first place I have no idea. The person who helped me recommenced another laptop that was essentially the same, only a different brand. This laptop was not in stock at the store either so two day shipping was offered. After a week of being told it was on hold at the shipping facility, the shipping company said it was unable to ship the laptop and would be returned to the store. Best Buy didn’t offer any solution other than a refund and when I called their customer service line to see what else could be done, I was told there were too many people in line and was hung up on. I tried talking through their online customer service message system but as soon as I presented my problem they ended the chat. I asked for a copy of the conversation so I could ask why this happened to me and it was never sent.Awful customer service, the way they handled everything was strange and highly unprofessional. How can a shipping company have a product and decide they can’t ship it anymore? And if they return it to the store, why can’t I go to the store and pick it up myself? This was such a stressful and lengthy process. When my refund finally comes through, I definitely won’t be buying from them.

We were also told that they have a 15 minute policy that they follow so if the order would have taken longer or if it wasn’t in stock that they would notify us so we may have our money returned. I went to Frys first, and my experience at Best Buy was hands down all around better. Employees who apparently just started on the floor from working the warehouse were able to locate the exact item I wanted, and it was half the price of the same item at Frys, where I couldnt find a single employee to ask a question to the whole time I was there, none at the front, not while walking all the way to the back corner, none while looking around for 10-15 minutes, and none walking all the way back out! My warranty expired, Christian Best Buy rep said TOTALTECH will cover same as warranty. I previously spilled water on my lap top, the warranty covered it, TOTALTECH doesn’t. I called customer service to cancel. I spoke to reps in the Philippines, India, and Mexico. Over a course of three days, transferred to different reps and holding for over an hour each time, I requested to speak to a supervisor. They don’t want to transfer to supervisors. I insisted. I purchased TOTALTECH and paid $200 for two years. After going back and forth I managed to get a credit for the remaining months $85. The manager at Best Buy Andrew in Oxnard never called me back: Theres a general 800 for all Best Buy stores, you can’t call the store directly. I left a message with a rep that takes messages. On a more positive note, when I took my laptop back: DRAKE from GEEK squad, didn’t try to sell me anything. He offered free advise to solve my PC issue. It worked! Thank you DRAKE.

This can add up for larger purcheses.Also, the red light cameras on Rose are designed to get you. Youll find these yellow lights to be much shorter than any other driving youre used to in Ventura County. Youll need to slam on your brakes to avoid a $780 ticket but possibly get rear ended.

We came here to buy my mother in law a printer. I have to say I love the way Best buy looks and I feel theyre doing something right. Most of the printer models were out on display, allowing you to touch then and look at their features. This is a plus in my book. Had to have the employees look up what you are trying to look for and can only sell you what comes up on their personal phone and not what was on the shelf. Great store at times. Went several times over a week to replace quite a bit of electronics from house fire. First time was great, that was t.v. section, and they were great. When I went to replace laptops that was completely different, only one person working in that section. I went after standing around for 15-20 min and wasnt even greeted. I was led to believe the receiver had an equalizer. Turned out, it did not and I would have had to buy an extra piece of equipment...which I had no space for. My wife called Geek Squad to see if we could get a tech over and help us with an installation issue. She was on the phone for over an hour...45 minutes of which were just spent waiting on hold. In the end they could not help us. My wife hung up the phone in tears because of the frustration. That was the final straw. I unplugged the receiver, took it back and got a refund. Thats all she wrote. I will never do business with Best Buy ever again
