This Best Buy has a nice staff who like to check in on customers pretty often. Oliver is great with customers and helped me find exactly what I needed, even making suggestions to help me better understand what I was buying and how to use it. If I had to come back I’d ask for Oliver because he’s very helpful and comes off as a sincere guy.

Store feels very empty but it does have most of what you would expect in stock. If the store was about 1/2 the size it would give a better vibe. Starting to feel like Fry’s Electronics from a presentation standpoint.

The Best Buy has less than some others but most of the basics of what you need on hand. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available.

After experiencing bad customer service at another Best Buy location we came to this store. I was greeted very professionally by the store manager (Wyatt Crowell). After explaining to him what happened at the other store Wyatt and his team was more than willing to help us out. The team here turned a lemon into lemonade. Very friendly and professional staff here at this location. Any further business will be directed to this location. Great job to the team at the Carmel Mountain Store. Satisfied customer. The other location needs training from this group.Great job.

I had to go to Best Buy to use their geek squad. They were unprofessional not helpful and very rude. I has asked to borrow their phone because mine was getting work done and they told me no, I asked to use the Best Buy phone. They told me no, so how would I be able to make an outgoing phone call for some important information that I need for my phone that they’re working on? I will never be going to the Best Buy again or using that geek squad ever again

Big business too big for their britches. I dropped my phone briefly in water and quickly dried it and stuck it in rice. Things went ok except it was running out of battery and of course a kernel of rice got in the charging port! I had very little battery when I decided to take it to a Best Buy near my next appointment. I called to confirm the store address knowing it would die soon. My needs didn’t fit their call director’s menu .. Call center chaos. I finally spoke to 2 separate calltakers whose English was poor, while my battery 🪫 was ticking down. First one thought my email address was more important than the address of the store which is all I wanted - but she wasn’t even in this city - probably not this COUNTRY. I decided to go to my local Best Buy and called a 2nd time she didn’t understand what was wrong so i asked to speak to someone else and she put me into a new “Geek Squad” call director! 3rd call’s a charm. This guy spoke enough English to understand that I only had seconds. (Now at 2%) Makes my appointment. I get there and stand in line 10 minutes early and the guy says he’ll be right back to help me but when he returns he’s walking away and around the store with another coworker. My appointment time arrives and I look expectantly at the other guy who finally asks if I had an appointment. Yes. (I can see my appointment on their fancy billboard) What time? Now. He says “Ooh! I tried to call you back. Because it may have water damage we can’t touch it.” “It doesn’t have water damage- it has a piece of rice stuck in the charger port.” Of course he insists.. protocol .. etc .. Their only redeeming grace is when I pressed him for anyplace around that can help me, he reluctantly said there’s a place by Ralph’s “uBreakiFix”. THEY WERE AWESOME! Aaron fixed it in like one minute give or take - including the time it took to check the charging port worked! Didn’t even charge me! My vote for small business! One star ⭐️ is generous for Best Buy. 5 isn’t enough for uBreakiFix!

I have always loved best buy. I will go there even when Im not intending on buying anything. I love the experience of seeing and hearing the equipment work. I love their selection of home audio equipment. They have from affordable all the way up to you cant afford this and everything in between. I have bought all of my home entertainment gear from Best buy. They match or beat prices so I avoid buying online. I will continue to go to Best buy and purchase my audio/video gear as long as they stay open.

Does anyone want to deal with Geek Squad? I know I didn’t want to have to go there but unfortunately my computer had an issue that couldn’t be resolved at home. I arrived right when they opened not knowing I needed an appointment and Jake was able to take me in as a walk in. Jake was able to fix my computer while still helping the customers that had appointments. Thank you Jake for getting my computer up and running so I could get back to business.
