I stopped by this Best Buy to pick up my online order and to return something. I chose this location because I was eating in the area with my friends so it was convenient. Finding parking was fine on a Saturday afternoon and they have curbside pickup here as well. I didnt walk around the store, I went straight to the return area. The worker helping me was great, he checked the item I was returning and asked why I was returning it. After I got my refund, I went to the online order pickup area and got my Ring camera. The store didnt look busy but it seem like the place is a decent size.

The name of this company is genius Best Buy .They really have everything in the store with comfortable prices and high-quality brandsThey do have a nice restroom and some of the employees are nice some of them lazy I feel like they didn’t wanna come to work this day.In the big picture I like this place I would definitely go back and check for new things and you features, I was looking to buy an iPad and from them, I got the best deal for the best value.Their shopping bags are horrible. They gotta do some thing with that. The most important is that I am happy and my friend happy because we need to get what we want after a long time searching here’s some pictures you might have something catching your eyes.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Plenty of parking.You can get better deals online, but you will have to wait.When ordering online, if the first location doesnt have your item, I recommend selecting another Best Buy.I noticed that sometimes the other location will not only have but arrive sooner.

The Team leaders in the front were not nice or helpful to me because they were looking at the cameras due to someone stealing, which had nothing to do with the customer service that I needed. She brushed me off and sent me to another young lady saying that she didnt have time to help me. Although they couldnt find the product in store that I needed, the other young lady was very helpful.

Very subpar shopping experience. from being told to go to go to order pick up to purchase headphones because the line was long and was a inconvenience for the register lady to walk not 30 feet to grab the headphones to asking one of the representatives to bring me a item while I was in the middle of a transaction only to be ghosted. the least thing he could of done was say no and be honest. yes this Best Buy sucks at customer care.

Totally remodeled - beautiful store! We bought a cable modem for in-store pickup. We parked near the entrance. We were greeted at the door and shown to the pickup desk - everything was fast and easy! We also shopped for WiFi and they have all the systems wed researched and a few more, all nicely arranged in the same section.

Mostly opposite experience from the Aurora Colorado store. This store actually had cameras and video equipment in stock and mostly full display cases. Battery selection was sparse, Employees/assistance will not engage with you unless you approach them first.

If you know your way around tech this is a wonderful store. I know just enough until I end up breaking my own toys. Prices however may be insane but if you dont like the prices I suggest building your own device with parts or waiting till something is on sale. Plus If this store doesnt have it maybe other stores will. Options are always available here and what a fantastic location. They have quality that fits almost every budget. In Highschool with my first check I bought a tv from a Best Buy! Ha LAME I know..... 🦗Anyway with how fast things are developing in the tech market they are always dropping prices. Out with the old and in with the new kind of thing. If you want to know what toys are hot and what all the cool kids have look no further Best Buy probably has it on their shelf.

Do not have appliances delivered from Best Buy. This company has the worst delivery system! They give you a 12 hour delivery window. You never receive a heads up that the delivery is coming - not even 24 hrs ahead. They do not even contact you to confirm the delivery address. Best Buy has the worst dispatch/ delivery system I have ever seen.

It was a terribliest place in my life!!!in which I stayed for 3 hours. I couldn’t buy a new phone that was at a discount. During this, they disconnected one of the numbers from my plan for money, and then they said that if I just want to connect it, then I need to pay the same amount again . I left there swearing without a phone number and without a new phone. Ive never had anything like this at best buy before. palmdale area is the worstest area with the worsteststaff (supervisor advisor and regular worker),and the worstest service. not counting the fact that I spent 150 miles there and back home. Because, by the website of their corporate store, this store was the closest one that had these phones. It was easier for me to buy at full price near my home. Wanted to 😭

They sell you a gift card. Then if you want to buy another type of gift card, i.e. PlayStation, with it they deny you. Heres a thought, let us spend the money you took from us how ever we want. If there needs to be a small charge for the cost of the plastic or transaction, fine. Just dont hold all our money hostage by refusing to let us buy specific things.

Horrible! Horrible! We just left here. Went to buy a Dyson Vaccum, nobody was there to help! I asked the guy who was standing in front of the store if there is anyone who can help us in that section, he said he will send someone over soon. 10 minutes passed nobody comes, we walked over the computer sections and my husband wanted to get a hard drive, again nobody is there to help. A young guy was passing by so if asked him a few questions and he did not know what to say, he just grabbed the phone and pretend searching.We grabbed to flash drive and walked to check out! There is only one guy in check out/customer service. Two people are ahead of us and 4 people are standing front of the entrance chatting!!! Overall, a large and clean store. The managers did not approach me.I was disappointed by the empty stands and the fact that the headphones I wanted to try were not available. Neither were very many other headphones. Literally a couple headphones from Bose and Sony, as well as two pairs of JBL. And I literally couldnt try some of them because they just didnt work.I looked for Marshalls Major IV (Brown), but I couldnt find them anywhere. Although I was really hoping to at least try to buy them and maybe listen before I did. I decided to order directly from Amazon, even without a preliminary test, but for a lower price (Including extended warranty) and shorter delivery date (if from Best Buy site they would come in a week, Amazon gave me delivery within 2 days).I sincerely hope that the next time I go to Best Buy I buy what I want. I like the store itself, especially for the displays where you can touch the products (where it is reasonable, of course) and see if it suits me and buy it.

Anyone in the market for household appliances, electronic gadgets, car accessories, music videos, computers, softwares and the likes will find this store well stocked. It is also nice that store personnel dont pester you even if you dont buy anything. I was there on July 18 and bought a Sony mirrorless camera. One Ron was very accommodating and courteous but it was only when I reached home that I realized there was something wrong in the item that I failed to notice and which Ron didnt tell me.

When I finally had questions a gentleman was willing to help immediately. I got the information about the device and what would be more suitable for me. Im not one to typically leave reviews, but my recent interaction with the manager at Best Buy truly deserves recognition. Approximately a month ago, I purchased two Cobra Dash Cams. Unfortunately, during a recent heatwave, one of the LCD screens malfunctioned. Since I had already installed the cameras and all the associated wiring, I was hesitant to take everything down. However, when I reached out to Best Buy, they promptly exchanged the cameras without any hassle.During the exchange process, there was a slight oversight, and the mount for one of the cameras was left out. I only realized this when I attempted to mount the new cameras. Upon checking online, I discovered that I could purchase the missing mount for $29. But heres where Best Buy truly impressed me – I also noticed that the cameras were now on sale for a $60 discount!I visited the store, and the staff not only provided me with the $60 credit but also opened a box from their stock to give me the missing mount. The level of service and willingness to accommodate my needs was exceptional.Kudos to the Best Buy staff for their outstanding customer service!

They know the equipment and which will be most useful to specific consumers. From casual user, enthusiast to pro-sumer. They wont try to upsell you for nothing in my experience. Dont buy certified phone from Best Buy.We ordered two certified 13 Pro Max iphones for more than $2000 for both (my wife thought she would get the brand new phone for that price).We went to store to pick them up. We noticed one of the phone has lots scratch at top of frame.We told the Best Buy store manger (he was a manger in the pick up section but he called hims the store manager when I asked) we wouldnt like to buy the iphone with lots of scratch on top of frame.The manger said we just processed the transaction and if we dont take the phone he had to charge us $45 for restucking feeI told him we should have inspected the phone prior to buy it. It is not right that you do the transaction without telling us and now you ask me to pay $45 for the restucking fee. I dont even taking the phone out of your store. This is not right!He said thats what it is and he cant do anything about it.I keep complaining about this unbelievable behavior and I said I would not accept his term because it is not right.He went and brought the security guard to direct me out of store.I kept telling him we even have not taken the phone from your store. Why we should pay for the restucking fee? Your product has a problem I cant take it! This is a general policy everywhere the seller would take the defective product back.He didnt accept my reasoning and keep insisting on charge me $45.I dont know what would happen if my wife didnt interfere. She negotiated with the store manger to take the unwanted scratchy phone and receive $50 discount.But after all we are planning to return the phone and pay the restucking fee!Terrible experience with buying Best Buys cerified phone.

We ordered a dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered and installed with our Total Tech membership on November 9th, window 7am - 7pm. Nobody shows up. We finally get someone on the phone, who says Best Buy contracts with a 3rd party, and they couldnt get ahold of them but they should come tomorrow morning.Next day, November 10th, comes and goes. We speak to somebody on the phone again who offers to reschedule. We ask if they can at least commit to coming before 3pm because we already cleared our whole work schedule for a day at least once. They say no, they cant. We ask if it could be put in the notes. They say no, they cant. We ask if at the very least they can include free haul away. No, they say, they cant. So fine, we reschedule for November 16th.Now, November 16th, 7am-7pm has come and gone. Guess what? Still nobody came by to install a dishwasher.We will sever our relationship with Best Buy due to this. This is unacceptable.

I checked Best Buy online for a Segway scooter Ive been wanting and online it said it was available at this store for pick up so I went and nope, apparently, they didnt have it in stock....??? Then why did the website say this location had it? Weird. Best Buy is doing renovations at this particular location so, I guess, their stock is pretty limited. It looked that way at least. I recently purchased a 85in tv and I had to change my wall mount. I went to best buy first to see what they had. They were doing a remodel so everything was disorganized. I found the wall mounts they had 2, but the one I wanted was $349.00. I went across to Costco, got the same name brand for $150, + an extra $50 off coupon, so $99. Ever since Frys left I feel they are not competitive anymore.

Incompetent employees, horrible corporate customer service. Unfortunately I drove to the store to pick up my online order and they didnt have it so I went to look on the shelf and I found it. It seems they dont really look for the items and just say its out of stock when you order for in-store pickup. I asked them to ring it up for my order and Kamran didnt know how, so Kyle took over and said to cancel my online order and they would ring it up at the register. I told him I used a reward and didnt want to lose it. He said to not worry. HE pressed cancel on my phone and canceled the order. Next thing I know he says I have to wait 2 weeks to get my reward back. Whats the point? I drove all the way there to get my item today and get help doing so, and instead of getting helped they ruined it. Then they told me to call corporate and of course I got nowhere with them. By the way, Bed Bath & Beyond went bankrupt over a month ago and they dont accept gift cards anymore yet this store was still selling their gift cards. What a mess!

Was there today with my mom and sister trying to get help for are new phone. We were looking for a phone cover and screen protector. We needed help so we had to approach a worker who is chitchatting with other workers at the, helpdesk. The last question I asked was, Will the screen protector work on my iPhone 12? The answer was yes, but it did not. It was for a iPhone 12 pro max. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Staff should be walking around and ready to help customers. And if a customer does ask for help, they should be more attentive to a customers needs. They should also be a little friendlier. I will be returning the items I purchased tomorrow, and I will not be visiting that Best Buy in the future.

Bought our TV from here. The team here didnt try to upsell us on things we didnt need and they had a very practical point of view on what TVs can do for you. Friendly staff. Approached many times offering assistance. Went for a micro SD card for the Switch. Saw they had it online but decided to just go and get it in person since it’s Memorial Day I wanted to see if they had sales on appliances. Came to Best Buy to pick up my 30W Google Compatible Type C charger. Sara was great! She actually went the extra mile to help me out! Some of the reps were sarcastic when I asked about a Google product but, she was helpful and very professional. The store could be better organized. Lots of products were in stock and not even out on the floor, which seemed odd since there were so many people working there. Unfortunately I didn’t buy anything here. I found this item on Amazon for a really good price and I researched the product numbers on Best Buy and saw that they had it in stores. So I went in to purchase this item and I was turned away. I was told that the model number did not match when in fact they did. Then I was told that maybe it was an older model. Which it’s literally the same. When you search the model number on Best Buy’s website the same item that populates on Amazon appears with all the same information on Best Buy. The real reason as to why they didn’t want to price match this was becuase the item was discounted from 139.99 to 59.99. This is why daddy bezos is reaping the richest and stores like Best Buy are ending up like radio shack. They could of made a sale but instead they turned me away. I guess I’ll be waiting an extra day to get it from Amazon than to have gotten it same day in store at Best Buy.

There was 1 clerk for in store buying and 1 clerk for pre-orders. DO not come here for repairs unless you have no issue with wasting hours of your life away. I came here for a repair on a iPhone that was covered under apple care. Simple enough right? WRONG. Most people pay for apple care so they don’t have to waste time and can easily get repairs. I scheduled my appointment for 12:20, arrived on time and ended up leaving at nearly 3pm after paying my apple care deductible. However was told that my phone couldn’t be repaired because of some internal issue with the warranty and apple care not matching. (Sounds like it’s not my issue) was told I’d get a call in 24 hours to fix the phone. Strangely after calling apple, I was told I was covered and shouldn’t have a problem. So I basically wasted time, gas and energy having to return to the store the next day only to be received with blank confused stares.This isn’t rocket science, if you can’t service apple customers then remove your store as a service provider. Time is money, and I’m not being reimbursed for mine being wasted.

The last Best Buy that I reviewed in Marina, Ca. got an obligatory one star which was too high. This Store was a lot better. First of all, it passed my standard as an audiovisual professional. The store is large enough and trafficked enough for them to carry a full line of accessories and selection of the various standards so that you can one stop shop for your rig - whether audio video appliance or computer and camera to a certain degree of sufficiency. The sales staff stayed out of my hair which earns them an extra star and so does the fact that I wasn’t pestered by security as I thoroughly scouted the store for a universal remote. I went into your Woodland Hills store yesterday to look at laptops. I am in the market for a new gaming rig and wanted to see some models in person. I guess the employees at this location are just too busy gossiping with each other to check on customers. There was only about 10 customers in the store at the time and at least twice that many employees around the store. Their geek squad appointment process is about as flawed I could imagine. I bought a new laptop at Best Buy and I needed my old hard drive data transferred. They gave the option of making an appointment for the next day or waiting in line to have this done. There was only one person in line and it seems better than taking the stuff home just to bring it back the next day when they had an appointment. I should have known when the Best Buy floor person offered to get me a chair that it would be a problem. With one person in line in front of me it took 45 minutes before I was called. It took an additional half hour to process my order. And this is with most of our information in the system already. And they still got things wrong. they told me that would be a 24 to 48 hour wait. They do have an online status feature. And it is pretty much useless. The only updates were agents assigned which happened 18 hours after I was there. And the call that I got today which was 40 hours after I left the store. He told me that I can make an appointment for tomorrow at 1:20 p.m. To pick it up or I can take my chances and wait in line again. They seriously have not figured out the concept of a pick-up line. This is not something where anything needs to be done but my new laptop hand it to me Ive already paid for everything. This is my first experience with the Geek Squad and it will be my last.

While I was traveling my camera would randomly shut down on me (not some kind of sleep mode) I missed some priceless opportunities because of it. I just went into this location to return the camera and the person at the desk called over from the electronics department to come look at it. He was clueless, didnt know how to attach the lens or operate the camera at all, no judgement there but not sure why he needs to come over to verify the camera was defective when he doesnt know the first thing about the camera. After that, he calls his manager Edwin over. This was the rudest person I have probably ever spoken to in my entire life. He had no compassion for my situation whatsoever. He takes the camera to the back for 30 seconds and comes back and says its not turning off for me so were gonna charge you a restocking fee. They charged me $240 to return my defective camera to them! They have absolutely no sympathy or remorse whatsoever. The concept of customer experience or customer satisfaction simply does not exist here. I will never set foot in a Best Buy again. After reading this would you really still shop here?! Save yourself the heartache, there are plenty competing stores that actually care about their customers.

I have gone for help with my car stereo and speakers. The guy who works in the installation department at Best Buy is very nice and helpful. Best to make an appointment with them before going. Noah and Matt are the installation guys there and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is installed properly. I bought a Pioneer Stereo that was less than $200 and am very pleased with the quality of sound that I get from the system overall. This location has a bit of a smaller parking lot during the holidays when wanting to find a spot, so it can be harder during that time of year. But easier during the rest of the year for sure.

I was sold a Samsung Monitor in 2021. The Bestbuy associate told me fo paying certain amount, I will have the option for exchanging the monitor or upgrading while paying the price difference for as long as the policy allows. I bought the policy for that reason. Two years later I am told that that statement was not true and thay this was a Geek Squad protection. I found the manager to be rude as well. Never again I will go back to them and will not continue buying from Bestbuy.

My son needed computer speakers and an SD card reader. Frys and Target were a worthless waste of time because of limited inventory if any at all. Best buy not only had a great selection, they also had great prices and my son was able to find a great set of speakers that had more bells and whistles then he ever thought possible. I have never seen him this happy and I owe it all to Best Buy! Thank you, Best Buy!

My husband and I came in today with a problem we had with a computer we bought last week. Dani and Ray in returns/customer service were amazing! Normally when I go into stores you wonder if the people working there even care that they have a job but these two went above and beyond what I would expect. They resolved our problem and put extra detail into helping each customer in line. They deserve a raise or a promotion as thats how customer service should be. People always take the time to post bad experiences so I wanted to post a good one as it seems to be rare these days.

Best Buy has come a long way! I used to love shopping here and at similar stores like Good Guys and Circuit City, but then Amazon came along and these places all started to die off. Best Buy is the lone survivor of that trio, and at least recently, appears to have made big strides in competing with the online giants. They have improved their customer service, and now match prices with them. I received great service from their computer department and will continue to patronize them in the future.

I had been always buying my electronics from Bestbuy but never tried their Customer Services for a defected item. Apart from other Electronics, I bought new Samsung Tab 5months back and it stopped working last week, being busy with my schedule, I took it to Bestbuy and they asked me to contact Samsung. Samsung doesnt have any Customer Services nearby. I stuck with a new defected Samsung tab bought from Bestbuy. Very disappointed with what I faced today. I believe, Costco is way better in respect of Warranty recall related Customer Services..I contacted Samsung Customer Support and they offered me to go for a replacement or refund and I consider refund. Got full refund check quickly. Very satisfied with Samsung Customer Support and bought alot of Samsung products(TVs, Sound-bar, small Tabs, Phones etc) until now.

I purchased a 75 in tv and a sound bar last week. The sound bar was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and the tv on Thursday. I’m still waiting on the sound bar. I keep getting the runaround from text and emails . The customer service on the phones are terrible. I just had a rep put me on hold after me saying 4 words about me dealing with this delivery issues. And today I get a email and text saying that the sound bar has been delivered. Then I call the store and keep getting put on hold. Then a rep just hangs up in mid conversation. She said that it shows that it hasn’t been delivered. WTH this doesn’t make sense. I’ve spent over $1000 and get awful service. I want a refund for everything I bought. Target has better service than this!!

The worst experience of my life. Bought an “open box excellent - certified” soundbar. It came with a subwoofer, but it came without a remote. There are no controls on the soundbar, so it relies solely on the remote. Store doesn’t take calls directly and the “customer service number” hung up on me 3 times. A shame that this place has such a monopoly. When these people lose their jobs to Amazon, it will come as no surprise. Absolutely astonishingly bad service in 2021.

My first time buying a computer, Lenovo Yoga, and approximately 3 weeks after one year warranty the flip monitor mechanism broke. No thanks! But if they won’t realize that the customers service is the reason customers comes here and not shop on Amazon or HP is the service. And I can’t really say I got the best one here. So come here since it is still fun to shop and kind of “feel” and see what you are about to buy. But try to come on the slower hours. So there is a greater chance you will actually get help.

Extremely poor customer service! Approached an associate regarding a tablet I wanted to purchase was told he is off duty and directed us to another counter. Stood at the counter for a good fifteen minutes while the guy there chatted up another customer. Finally, a third associate approached us and told us we should go to a station at the entrance. When we got there we were asked for the order number - after some confusion we finally got the product handed to us. No bag for the box was offered, no apology for the service....For the record, Our previous best buy purchases have been at the Potter Ranch location and service there has not been an issue

At first i didnt notice the bundled system for a few more dollars since it was on sale, a worker noticed when i asked them to pull it out and asked me if i would rather this system and the bundle with a game i said i was not sure what that game was about and did not know if my daughter would like it he asked if shes into space travel and sci fi which she is, the game was destiny and they were right she loved it. she told me she didnt know i knew she liked that game, i was really happy and beyond pleased with the service i received along with the great deal, awesome store and even better employees!

Awesome customer service. I called and asked if Best Buy would price match Google play store. I wanted my Nexus 5 however Sprint was charging $450. After initially being told Amazon was the only online store that would be price matched, I was transferred to the mobile phone manager he informed me that they would indeed match Google play. Got great customer service while I was there. Knocking off one star because they told me they had a specific open box tv over the phone twice. When I got there the salesman said that they never had that model there and didnt know what what the people on the phone were talking about. The second time I called the lady out me on hold for about 10 minutes and came back on the line to say that it was definitely still there. Pretty frustrating.

Its always hard to find someone knowledgeable about a product youre interested in but I got fairly lucky this time and found an associate who was okay. Buying smart watches is not like buying traditional watches. If youre lucky enough to find one that is displayed, on and in display mode its difficult to try them on because of the security sensors on them. Not all watched are displayed so you cant really do a comprensive comparison either.

My purchases are typically for things I dont want to wait for.The staff here are average. Not great, not bad.All in all a decent Best Buy.Tip: there is a Frys electronics very nearby. Bought a tv that won’t connect to my internet. I had a plan to protect it but I did not want another tv. I wanted my money back / return / dispose. Front counter lady was confused gentlemen who helped confused the situation more. When I told him the tv is not broken it just won’t connect with my specific internet, I got tired of reconnecting every time and bought a separate tv - he persisted to submit a claim with my protection plan to geek squad that my tv was defective even though this was not true. Stressful and uncomfortable to go to a store with a simple issue and have it so construed and having an associate not listen to the customer is beyond embarrassing for not only me but the company as well. I will not return to this store.

But they say they might have it at another Best Buy? They call out to double check to see if they have it and they sit on hold, and they are on hold for what seems an eternity and you wait what seems an eternity? 🤔 Not smart because you become impatient and you end up leaving and just buying online (Amazon). They made a huge headache for me and in conclusion, i had a to return to this same location 5 days consecutively. if i were u, i would just shop elsewhere or maybe even a different best buy. the person who was helping me kept cursing so also cover your childrens ears as they do not care to swear in front of others.
