Great Team. Tracy and her team guided us through the challenging process of selling a beloved and unique family home of 65 years. Tracy has many years of experience and provides great expertise on strategy and approach to preparing the house for sale in a collaborative manner. She is an encyclopedia on real estate rules and provides excellent guidance on the many steps of compliance to make sure that a transaction will be absolutely solid from the seller’s position.Unique with Tracy is her love of design and appreciation of a home’s style and architecture. Once we agreed together on a plan, Tracy’s team executed the plan and coordinated the many contractors in a very compressed time frame. All along they regularly communicated on the status of the work and kept a detailed budget. When additional work was needed, we were promptly informed of the scope of the work and the costs. Tracy’s stable of contractors did good work and on time. We were truly amazed that the house was ready for showing according to the original calendar plan.Tracy and team also have some great ideas on marketing a home and presenting it to the market in pre-open house gatherings, and at the open houses. They put together a distinctive website and photo presentation of our home.All in all Tracy and her excellent team made a once in a lifetime experience of selling a family home very positive.

Design Skills Coupled With ExpertiseWe hired Tracy to sell the family home after my father in law passed away last year. The market was already starting to decline and we knew we had two choices, sell as is or fix the home. We consulted Tracy and she said we would get better offers for the home if we cleaned it up and added design elements to go with the modern architecture of the home. Tracy also called other agents in the region who had recently sold similar homes to get a true feeling for the market at that point.With solid market data in hand combined with utilizing her creative and design talent, the house showed so well, that we received above asking price. Tracy made the process of moving the things out of the house and getting us through escrow seamless. During a time of grief for the family, having Tracys calm, professional and kind demeanor made the selling of the home one thing we didnt have to worry about. Tracy is the best. She has so much kindness and attention to detail when it comes to supporting a home purchase. She was my dad’s realtor when he bought his first and second homes so naturally I went to her when buying my first home. My husband and I trusted her so much to tell us what was right and wrong about a house — she and her realtor partner Linda would often scour disclosures and spot red flags we would never be able to see. They would talk us down from any houses that didn’t feel right or had major fixes. There was so much attention to detail and care by Tracy and Linda.On the day we decided to put in an offer, Tracy personally went and did an inspection for us on the house and walked us through everything via Face Time when we couldn’t be there. Linda even showed up at our signing for moral support! I trust Tracy and Linda and would 110% recommend them to anyone!

Fabulous Vision, Expert Perspective, Flawless Follow-Through. Our house was in pretty good shape when we interviewed three realtors. One said do nothing. One recommended a couple minor things like escrow flowers. Only Tracy had the vision to see what was missing to make it great, and gave me the confidence that she would take the process, not as a set of boxes to tick, but as a personal mission to achieve a successful outcome.In the end, a very small investment made our house amazing. In fact the buyer commented they specifically fell in love with the house because of the changes she made.Tracy also made the process incredibly comfortable, and respectful of both our budgets and our emotional processes of saying goodbye to a beloved home and also hoping to make good money off it. And her advice every step of the way was spot-on.

Wonderful remote selling experience. Tracy made selling my aunties house remotely a complete breeze. She was communicative and attentive when I had questions or worries. The house ended up needed more work than we originally thought but Tracy managed the projects and I was never concerned being so far away. I would trust her completely to sell our house again.

Ten Stars. We cannot say enough about our amazing experience with Tracy. We knew her agency was incredibly profesional from our experience buying our first home with them 10 years ago, so we were keen to use them to sell our home this year. Bringing a home to market is so complicated and stressful, especially in these tumultuous times, but Tracy led us through every step of the process with skill, patience and the confidence that comes from many years of experience. Additionally, her philosophy is to keep the client at the center, making informed recommendations but always leaving final decisions up to you. She was available at all times for even the smallest questions, and has a wonderfully approachable communication style that my partner and I found very reassuring. Additionally, Tracy has built a very capable team around her, including stagers, contractors, landscapers, and a close network of many other agents whom she can tap for insider knowledge. Ultimately, the offer we received for our home was beyond our highest hopes, and we can say without question that it was down to Tracy’s exceptional skill and experience. Professional, caring, and exceptionally competent. Tracy and Romney did an exceptional job guiding us through the process of selling our property. They were extremely patient during the clean up and clearing out of the property and offered helpful suggestions; they had excellent vision for ways to upgrade and prepare the home to highlight it’s best features, and came in under budget to do so; their marketing approach was thorough, targeted and sophisticated. During the entire process they communicated with us frequently, were prompt in responding to calls and emails, and in general were reassuring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience!Tracy and her team came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint! They were so knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful and did exceptionally high quality work on our home remodel and sale. They truly transformed our family home to make it more modern, while maintaining the original style and architecture. The end result was a truly stunning home that sold for well over asking. Unfortunately the Covid 19 pandemic hit in the middle of our project and we encountered every obstacle imaginable; however, Tracy and her team were extremely professional, helpful, and really worked with us to effectively deal with any issues that arose in a timely manner. They were truly a pleasure to work with and I would very highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finnish. Tracy has deep knowledge of the East Bay real estate market. She does wonderful property preparation and marketing and I would highly recommend her. I am a professional Fiduciary and I rely on her to handle sales of trust and estate properties.
