Ive worked with Bennett Awards since 2019, but my company has been doing business with them even longer than that. I have nothing but praise for the work they do. I run a customer awards event and typically order around 10 custom trophies a year from them. The trophies are high-quality and have always arrived at their destination on time. Weve had a custom metal design for our trophies for years, and for the first time this year we added a glass-blown trophy for a special award. We were able to pick the colors of the glass-blown design to be close to our corporate colors. It turned out really beautiful! The team at Bennett Awards is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend using them for your award needs.

I cant thank Bennett and more specifically Perry, the Sales Director enough! I found the company by doing a Google search. No referral so there was a lot of anxiety on my part due to #1 using an out of state company for the 1st time #2 on a custom award #3 during the holiday season and #4 the specific requirements that my client had. Perry held my hand through the whole process, was patient and had great communication. I looked into other award companies but Bennett stepped up! I would definitely use them again and recommend. As you can see the awards turned out amazing!

Our company worked with Mollee and her team from Bennett Awards recently on this custom cast bronze Phoenix for a retiring colleague of ours, the entire process from start to finish was a fantastic experience. They listened to our ideas, offered valuable input, and delivered a striking award that beautifully captured what we had envisioned. Our nonprofit organization started a new award to honor someone who has made a significant humanitarian impact. We found Bennett Awards and they were just exemplary. Even though it was a bit short notice they were so accommodating and understanding about our concerns. The product in itself is high quality and is just beautiful. The customer service was excellent. We had to have the first trophy replaced because it was damaged but they made it such a breeze to replace and ship to the recipient. We are now in the process of having our second award made and we are looking forward to a long and successful working relationship with Bennett Awards.

Do you need an award that is custom made, great quality, detailed, and meaningful? This is the place you need to go. With limited information, this team delivers. I spoke with Rachel Rus and corresponded with her through email. Even in the holiday season these people ensured they stayed in thorough communication with me, made sure they sent me designs prior to building the award and delivered a FANTASTIC product. I worked with Mollee at Bennett Awards to create a Lifetime Achievement Award for an event. She very helpful in talking through the design and the process. We have a perpetual award and then take away trophies so each year I have new name plates made. This year Kim helped me with the name plates and with ordering more take away trophies. She was very helpful and when the awards arrived they were bubble wrapped so much nothing was going to happen to them!

This company conned my administrative assistant. Once we told them our budget they were solely focused on extracting that amount from us and DID NOT DELIVER! We ordered 5 awards, we were quoted 10k for the championship trophy and $900 each for the runners up. They ended up billing my admin the FULL $13,000 and never made us a championship award. TOTAL SCAM! See you in court Bob!!! I had to cancel our award ceremony because these guys scammed us, big financial lose to our business.

After researching a bunch of companies and reaching to a handful, Bennett Awards won our business.Our communications with them have been refreshingly good (one of the reasons they won our project), the design / review process was smooth, the turnaround time was PERFECT (even despite our tight turnaround), and the end product was superior to what Ive seen out there.There was a small manufacturing error on the medals we received and Bennet not only responded immediately, they corrected the issue and re-sent us pristine awards that ALSO made it to us by our initial deadline. That was beyond impressive and they have a new customer for life.
