My experience at this shop was just awful.At first, I met with Kayla who spent good amount of time taking pictures and inspecting the vehicle and then asked me to schedule an appointment to drop off the car.When I came later to drop it off, another person named Jennifer showed up and start marking the spots and after about 30 min she decides to check with her manager who came in looked at and said sorry we cannot take your car. Thats fine I dont need your service either but atleast when you took my car to get it washed, make sure to bring back clean. Dont ask me to bring it back because I took it for a hand car wash!You guys are a total waste of time.. in future, do the inspection properly and stop wasting others time@Kayla I hope you get better soon. You have a great attitude!Avoid this place ..

The original body shop wouldnt touch my car until November 2023... they told me that in late August 2023. These guys not only had it done in 3 weeks but have it looking better than when I first purchased it 9 months ago as a 2 year old vehicle. Polite and courteous staff... Professionals with a lot of technical knowledge.

One hell of an experience, took in my avalanche to have the bumper replaced and quarter panel repaired. Not only was I met with the super customer service of Ms. Kayla Hudson but I was given regular updates throughout the entire process. She updated me for well before the insurance ever did. Got my truck back like nothing ever happened to it, and in case youre wondering, Kayla definitely knows her stuff!Thanks again Kayla

Hands down the best experience Ive had at a body shop and unsurpassed customer service by Robert and his crew. Having a BMW approved body shop repair the damage was extremely important to me. It was awesome to get updates on the process, they were super quick with the repairs, and my car looked the same as it did the day I bought it. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you!!!

I was referred by Mercury Insurance and from the moment I walked in the door my experience with this business has been superb.The receptionist was very attentive and organized.I was assigned to Robert to take care of my vehicle and I have to say the work performed went above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle looks brand new.Communication is excellent, they sent me a text almost every day letting me know my car status and the work was completed on time as promised.I highly recommend the shop. They turned a bad situation into a great situation for me.

I never write reviews, but I have to for Ben Clymers. From the start, the entire process was AMAZING! Sigi was very thorough in explaining the damages to the car and keeping me updated during the process. Car looked like it never had been in an accident. It was perfect. Unfortunately this business does not look out for their customers. They fail to honor something that they put in place with no expiration date on said item. I understand situations have an impact on people, but you fail to remember that your customers make your business thrive. I cannot trust a business that refuses to put the needs of the customer first. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They completed repairs to my moms 2002 Dodge 2500 and returned it to her looking better than when she dropped it off. Do not bring your vehicle here. I had the worst experience first off they added 2 new dents. They got glue on my roof. The paint doesn’t even match. Plus overspray on my rims and want me to drop off the vehicle and take a Uber back smh they could at the very least pick up the vehicle and fix their mistakes.

Had a simple bumper trim replacement completed and they quickly accepted my vehicle and called me back in two hours saying it was ready. I originally went in for an estimate, found the staff made the whole process, seamless. I received an estimate from Henry and dropped the car off a week or so later. They are a AAA certified collision center, and their work is top notch. They only use OEM parts, and they keep you updated along the whole process. Enterprise dropped off my rental and I was able to leave it there when my vehicle was ready. I had to have a brand new, rear bumper, and censor installed. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning and Henry called me on Wednesday, informing that my vehicle repair was complete. Melissa, in front was great as well. Definitely will recommend Ben Clymers to all who ask.

I had work done by Ben Clymers, I was rear ended and they had to replace my bumper and color match it. Their employe helping me was very helpful and walked me threw each step, kept me updated ever single day. All their staff is beyond helpful. That being said, when I picked up my car I was honestly expecting a better job, I want to say the color match on my car was at a 75% close to the original one. I was told and I also understand that color matching is very hard and it wont always look 100% correct. I want to say 3-4 months later the clips on the bumper started to fail and my bumper looked a little faded. I took it back and told them about the clips they said no worries you are covered with out warranty, I also let them know that my bumper looked faded and once again dont worry took them about 2 days I believe to finish the car up. I was beyond pleased with their work my car looks like it never got hit, their color match this time around was 10 times closer to what its was the last time. That being said I would have given this place 5 stars if they would have gotten correct the first time around.I will definitely do business with them again, great shop, friendly people.

I brought my car in after it had been side swiped. Kevin and his team took care of my car and had it completely repaired in under a week. In the mean time they organized a rental car for me. I took my honda civic for a minor fix in the rear bumper. They were very friendly and responsive. The process was a bit slow because my insurance company (Alliance United) was hard to contact. There was a minor issue regarding the total amount to fix the car: for whatever reason, the insurance company didnt send me the total amount for the repair, they were $75, which I paid to get my car back asap. When I filled the survey, some one from Ben Clymers called me THE NEXT DAY to solve the issue and sent me a check for the $75, which is great, showing that they do care for their service.

I have had two experiences with Ben Clymers first experience they totaled my truck out with finder damage. Fine. I ended up with another truck through the insurance company. Second experience a rear end finder damage... TOTALED! ARE YOU SERIOUS? So we choose to pick up car and take it somewhere to have it repaired. When we come to pick up the car (3. days later) we are told that the car has been taken apart and they dont have TIME to put it back together. I was so angry When THEY KNEW THEY WERENT GOING TO REPAIR IT, HOW COME THEY DIDNT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER? So I had to wait an additional 2days to get the car back BUT once I did I was able to have it repaired the same day somewhere else.The receptionist seemed pleasant BUT I suspect that most of the body work people there might do what is required to actually avoid doing work other than writing extravagant quotes that exceed insurance minimums and totaling out cars with minor damage.

I will never come here again. They tried to scam me. I took my car in to get a quote and they quoted me at a good price . So I called to set an appointment a few days later to bring my car in and they gave me a way higher estimate than before. The guy didnt even remember giving a estimate the week before and was trying to go with the higher estimate. I guess he didnt expect me to have my estimate from before which I showed him the paper with the lower estimate. He said that Oh somebody must have made a mistake well a few hundred dollars is a pretty big mistake to make especially when your customer is paying cash. I didnt get no apology, they spelled my name wrong on both of the estimates that they gave me, they didnt want to accept the lower estimate I was quoted at. They just care about the .money and not really helping you.
