I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here for Ortho. We have been inconvenienced for the past year by having to take my children to a location in Cypress or Long Beach. We live right down the street from the Bellflower location but cannot be seen there even though thats the location we signed up at. Weve been canceled on so many times, that my children can go 2 months without their wires and bands havent been changed which is so unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I am so sad to say that after 15 years of going to this dentist, they have truly gone down hill. I live in downtown los angeles and never minded the commute since they provided such excellent service. However now that the owner has become so greedy and no longer cares about their hardworking staff, this dental office is just another mediocre facility trying to take your money. Do your self a favor and find another dentist.

Called in just to speak to Bianca it seems like she’s the only one with respect over the phone and in person. “crasada”, stated she wasn’t in but so quickly and rudely to rush me off the phone without giving me any information like when she will be back in or a number or any information to reach Bianca after she left me voicemails. the way she pronounced her name “crahsadahhh”. Can’t really understand how they can answer the phone with bad energy and say things in an aggressive way and work in a professional field is beyond me. I asked to speak with a supervisor she stated they didn’t have one and she hung up in my face twice. After calling back again i spoke with delilah she didn’t ask me what happened she rudely answered and repeated in a rude way that it’s nothing they can help me with. If you want to spend your outta pocket money when insurance wasn’t available for you, and get talked to in a negative way just call in to bellflower. After this experience no thanks I’ll just switch my dental office. Whenever someone gives you negative customer service they don’t care about the job and clearly themselves

This office has the prettiest and most empathetic front desk staff. You will immediately feel comfortable . They are amazing. Then you meet the dentists, who will totally charm and relax you. Before you know it any anxiety willll be gone. This is the best dentist office Ive been to since I was a child. Now Im 66. So. Ive got experience of my own and in taking my 8 children in. Bellflower Dental Group is #1 for all dental needs. You wont be sorry.Since they received their 1500 dollars and the dentist messed up my anchor tooth, they took my front tooth. They want 27,000 to fix it so I can once again smile and not be afraid to go out in public. They are terrible people and will tell you what you want to hear and take your money have been very mean to me.Run from these abusive dentist. Do.not trust their deceptive practices and poor dentistry. Im out 1200 and tgey messed up my front tooth as nd want $27000, to fix it. Its tgeir fault too. I reported them to the Dental Board.

Been going to this ortho for about a year now but if I knew something like this was going to happen I would have went else where. Supposedly theyre roof caved in but come to find out workers are on strike. They were only offered .25 raise! Seriously!?! In this economy now a days thats nothing and so unfair! The staff was amazing there but now that Ive been sent to 2 different sister offices it sucks, Im waiting longer and the commute is further for me. Totally inconvenient!!! 👎

Im so grateful for this team of professionals. They really care for their patients dental health. Ive been coming here for over 3 years. I just had my braces removed and need some dental work. Natalia, General Mgr, called me at 745 pm to offer the most gracious assistance with getting my teeth back on track. Im beyond impressed. Thank you! Just a wonderful team of doctors, staff, and my favorite orthodontist Dr. Luis!

0/5 I was told my daughter needed to be seen at a different time due to Construction which I understood then the construction was going to be longer so therefore I was asked for her to be seen by there sister office on longbeach. I was flexible enough to agree, then they called me a day before to reschedule again because apparently they double booked. Note my daughter is 4 and will be without food or water 4 hours prior. Then they said she can be seen but, it will be a long wait I couldnt have her wait that long without eating.Not to mention I had to put in a request at work to get off early and made arrangements for her to get picked up from school early, just to make it to said appointment on time. That will no longer take place. Because I will be moving her Dentist. Very disorganized and just a complete mess not to mention I kept getting placed on hold and a new person would answer each time. Just Horrible Receptionist workers. What a shame.

Dr. Sammy has such a great spirit and a fabulous sense of humor, which has helped me out so much in controlling my anxiety so I can get my dental work done. He is such an asset to the practice.Dr. Sammy’s assistant Katrina is so sweet and has excellent bedside manners. They work so well together professionally.Katrina is such a hard worker and she always makes me feel so welcomed and safe..
