I brought my car in at 9am to fix a transmission leak at the transaxle. Got it back at 12:15 pm with the problem solved. No more trans fluid on my driveway.

TLDR: Excellent service, highly knowledgeable, and very affordable! My first experience with Bellflower Automotive was Jan 2024 and based on it they are second to none and better than the dealership! I am eternally grateful they provided a more affordable, reasonable pricing than what I was quoted at the dealership. Saved me $1k on the issue I came in for, and another $200 on a separate issue.Details:I talked to Andrew and he was able to get me an estimate of service over the phone for what I thought the issue was (hybrid battery needed to be replaced). I researched and shopped around for a couple days and it was between going to the Toyota dealership, Bellflower Automotive, and another local repair shop. This place had good reviews and the best quote so I booked and got it towed over to them first thing next day, and got my car back before lunch with a brand new OEM hybrid battery. He even saved me at least $200 by replacing a bulb on a taillight issue I asked about when I picked up the car. He advised to return the taillight I bought and get my money back (it was in its box new and unused). I was so grateful and impressed -- it really made me want to learn more about car maintenance. PSA: check with Bellflower Automotive before you buy an entire taillight component like the parts shops and even dealership parts dept says you need. Thank you to Andrew and everyone at Bellflower Automotive who had a hand in getting my baby running again!

These folks are worth ALL the 5 Star reviews! Never had a mechanic communicate so friendly, clear and respectful as these guys EVER! I was driving from Vegas to Long Beach with my kids when my car overheated and I had to stop and drop it off. They werent even there because they were closed so I left my car outside the shop. I had to get back to Vegas the next day to spend an anniversary week with my wife so I called the shop and they totally took care of me. They let me leave the car there for a week and the owner even called me every day to give me an update. This is hands down the most amazing experiences Ive had at an auto mechanic shop ever. They deserve all the 5 Star reviews they receive 🙏🏿 Thanks again you guys for taking care of me and being concerned about my family 💯

They repaired my air conditioner. A separate part failed on my air conditioner a few months later and they fixed it at no charge. Theyre honest and have fair prices. I go here for all my car maintenance.

Car had smoke coming out the front. Took it to this repair shop and was met with very friendly mechanics . All took the time to listen to what my issue was . Told me a estimated time and apon discovering the issues they were very thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. They have definitely earned my trust for future repairs and cannot reccomend them enough

Andrew helped me out with my car. I went in for an oil change and I also got a new filter. I felt he was very honest and straight to the point, which I really appreciated. Every other time I’ve been to other mechanics I felt I had to put up a front to not be taken advantage of. Here I just sat down and watched tv at their lounge area while my car got worked on. Pretty cool if you ask me.

I called them a day before buying a car for a pre-purchase check up (based on their excellent reviews) I made an appointment & was taken on time not a min late. I found Hector knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He inspected the car throughly at a moderate speed. He is super reasonable as far as cost go and within an hour he had feedback. it’s a great feeling to know where to take your car and not get ripped off. Would recommend!

I have been going here for years. My Dad originally started going to Hectors (thats what I call the place) back in the day and my whole family goes here. This place is the familys mechanic for all our cars. I have always gotten great service, reasonable pricing, and all around knowledge mechanics there no matter what car you drive. I believe this place is fair and doesnt tell you that you will need something done on your car that you actually dont need at that time. Tell everyone about this place you will not be disappoint with the service and the quality of work.

Can’t recommend this place enough.I had to bring my girl friends car in because her Catalytic converter was stolen. From start to finish they were friendly and honest. They worked with me to make sure everything got done as fast and inexpensive as possible. They even found away to make my girlfriends car drivable while we waited for the parts to come in. I’ll say it again I can’t recommend this place enough!

Dont waste time searching for another place.Hector is absolutely honest, an expert mechanic, and charges fair prices for services you actually need.I came from a referral from my father-in-law. I use to HATE dealing with mechanics. I am a person who just wants their car to run without having to worry anything. Just tell me what I need please. I used to waste my time and would get multiple quotes from different shops, dealerships, pepboys, etc., to shop around for the best price and not get screwed over.I brought my 2008 Ford Focus because there was a rattling in the engine when it was idling. Three different mechanics couldnt find the source of the problem. Hector took it for test drive and realized the engine mount was worn-out. He quoted me a fair price and I got the work done there.The second car Ive been bringing to Hector is my 2015 Toyota Prius. He recently did the 100k recommended fluids. I told him I could swap out my engine and cabin air filters and he was totally cool with it. No upselling, no nonsense.I had taken my Prius to the Toyota dealership because of a computer software recall and they told me I needed new brakes. I asked Hector to take a look and he said they were completely fine. That was 10k miles ago and I still dont need breaks.
