UPDATE: I received a follow up call as indicated by Bell Pest Control and they were able to come out this morning. JT was friendly and professional and he sprayed and knocked down the nests. The wasps are still fall out as I type this update. THANK YOU JT!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!Called and left message to request them to address wasps at my home on 6/10/24 (after hours) and did not receive call back. Called again on 6/12/24 and was informed that they couldn’t get out until one week later when my hour was scheduled for it’s regular service. On the morning of 6/19/24, I received a text saying m house would be serviced I called to remind them of the wasp issue and was requested to text a a picture. I texted a photo and video of the area. When they came, no one rang the doorbell and a door hanger was left at the back gate telling me my house was serviced. The wasps are still there and it didn’t look like the area had been treated at all. Not a single dead wasp around. I called back within the hour of receiving the email of billing and was told that my house was sprayed and the technician took down a nest. Here we are two days later and the wasps are still there. I called back on 6/21/24 and was told they can’t get back to service until 7/5/24. Disappointed. Had their service for 7 years. Service used to be provided within a couple day of call and the technician used to contact you. Wondering if they are under new management.

I have been a customer of Bell Pest Control for a number of years. I have never had any issues, concerns or unaddressed pest problems. They are always responsive and attentive. However, Darryl came to my house today and took exceptional and detailed care of the monthly service today. I noticed his attention to each nook and cranny outside as if it was his own home. I’d like to commend Darryl on his above and beyond customer service experience today. I bombarded him with tons of questions that I hadn’t had the chance of getting fully answered when I had initially called the office to inquire about. My first phone call experience was a disaster due to the young lady having a nasty and condescending tone while asking questions trying to understand the billing process and our how often our service dates would happen. The very last young lady (I forgot her name) I had spoken with when I called the office to set up today’s visit was very professional, helpful, and hospitable in answering all of my questions. She was just a delight to speak with. I complimented her before hanging up. I did mention to her how her great attitude meant a lot in the field of customer servicing the public. Today’s visit was another great one. Darryl performed professional service today. He was nice, funny, personable and a joy to work with.

Bell Pest ControlI’ve found the service to be very poor. The customer service even worse. The spraying that was done was completely different than what the supervisor (Miles) said was required. The supervisor agreed to call me back when he got to the office to set up a time for him to come out. He never called. I called him again. He agreed to come out in a few days. On the scheduled day, one hour before the he promised to come out, he called and canceled.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt from the pest control team. I’m typically pretty chill but yesterday I was irritated that I got stung by a yellow jacket and worried that my kiddo could get stung as well. Needless to say this put me in a bad mood. Enter Matt. I must say, he exceeded all expectations. Not only did he handle the job with utmost professionalism but the fact that he poses a vast amount of knowledge in his field went along way with being able to explain what needed to be done to remedy the situation despite my irritation. I was upset through know fault of his and instead of just spraying and leaving he took the time to politely educated me on some eco friendly ways to combat the problem. His calm and friendly demeanor coupled with his attention to detail left me with a sense of confidence that he in fact did all that he could do and some. My tech Matt always calls the day before to insure it’s a good time to perform the service. Always goes above and beyond and is quick to resolve any pest issues we may have. I left Bell Pest control a few years ago for a cheaper priced company. Took me about 3 months to realize I had made a mistake. Bell Pest Control is undoubtedly the best service I’ve had over the years; and l used service from a few Pest Control Companies. The Staff is very professional and they go the extra mile to provide additional service beyond a regularly assigned routine treatment. I asked my technician to identify a type of winged insect that has been loitering around my home. He immediately told me what the critters were and steps to eliminate them by finding nesting places and erecting traps. Great Service

Recently my yard has become overrun with black widows, and Bell Pest control was very quick to help with the problem. I had a lot of questions about making sure the product would be safe to use with our tortoises, and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and caring to my needs.Sean has been out a few times now, and I notice a difference in the spiders almost immediately. He has been great about treating all the problem areas, and making sure to clear out their webs as well. I also appreciate that with my subscription to the service, if I notice any pests that pop up in between treatments they will send someone back out at no additional cost.I’m really happy with their service, and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs pest control.I just wanted to edit my review and say I had another appointment with Bell today, and Rusty’s positive attitude was very infectious! He also found and took care of some wasps nests I didn’t know about, so that was very appreciated. I really admire how friendly and kind everyone from Bell has been, and that just adds to my satisfaction with the service.

Today, Rusty performed our bi-monthly pest control treatment which includes de-webbing the eaves, doorways, windows and light fixtures and even the fence. He applied the protective barrier under the eaves and along the foundation as usual. He worked quickly and professionally. I always know that he does conscientious work and appreciate his work ethic. Our technician is always on it and asks if there is a particular area we want him to focus on.Today, a new technician named Sean serviced our home. Ive been using Bell Pest Control since August 2020 and they are fabulous! They are timely and a real person answers the phone. Regular service, performed by Dru, is on time and done thoroughly. When we had a bee hive show up in between services, Dru was able to come out same day. Highly recommend!Update - another wasp next was found and I called Bell in between services and they came out within 48 hours. Steve and Rodney did a fabulous job checking all eves for wasp nests as well as preventative spraying. They arrived within allotted window, were friendly and professional. So glad to have them!Update - needed to get the eves serviced as it was windy when they came out for regular service and Steve was great. He was timely (at the beginning of the 4 hour window) and completed the service. He was friendly and happy to complete the service.Update - Rusty is our current service technician and he’s great. Always friendly and checks in when arrives to find out if we have any new issues or concerns. I asked him to take care of a small wasps nest that had appeared under our eves and he notified me at the end of the service that he found 3 more wasps nests and took care of all of them.

Matt has been our technician since we moved into our new home three years ago. He is always on time, very thorough, checks and cleans any cobwebs, sprays for insects, and always asks if weve had any other pests since his last visit. When we added compostable food items to our green waste last year, Matt set up a couple of mouse bait traps and checks them each time he comes and sprays the area where we keep our trash, recycle and compost bins thoroughly. We haven’t seen any more mice or live cockroaches outside since then and we have never had any problems with insects or pests inside of our home. We couldnt ask for a better or nicer technician. The 2 technicians, Brian & Rusty, who came out to treat 8 mobile homes, 1 of which was totally infested with German Cockroaches, in the park that I manage got here first thing in the morning and got right to work. Once we had coordinated with the home owners and they had explained exactly what they were going to do, they got to it and had everything done in just a couple of hours. Rusty S dusted all the house, fences, and applied the products as needed. Ive been a Bell Pest Control customer for years. Four months ago I moved out of state. When I called to cancel and when someone reached out to me about an upcoming service - I was told that the cancellation must be done in writing, mail a letter. In the craze of two moves in the past four months I didnt send the letter, totally spaced. So today Bell called to collect on the service that theyve been providing to a vacant house. My card on file wasnt working. I informed their employee that I moved and have a local bank. I just got something in the mail from them yesterday that I hadnt opened. As we talked, I opened a bill. I reiterated that I moved in July. The employee shared that there is no way that Bell could have known that I moved if I didnt submit that information in writing. I told her that I would make the payment but its not accurate to say that Bell didnt know that I moved. If Ive told two separate employees that I moved, Ive made Bell aware. Saying that the contract requires that I make the request in writing is factual - I assume. Ive been a customer for years and wouldnt begin to know where to find a contract - which is why I did not contest making the payment. However, insisting that because a letter was not received, there was no way to know is not factual. And insisting to reiterate that point made for a very poor customer service experience - for no reason, I already agreed to pay. I didnt contest the payment but shared that I was annoyed and would be sure to share that dissatisfaction. Never raised my voice, didnt even change tone. And from there the service experience went further downhill fast.The most unbelievable part of the conversation? When I shared that I would pay the $154.00 reflected on my bill today and would follow up with a the late fees at a later date and was told that I cant demand not to pay. Wait, I have to ask permission to call back to pay the late fee? Who is the customer here. Again, didnt contest it, just said I would take care of the $154 reflected on my bill today and the balance at another time (I couldnt reconcile how a bill postmarked 10/23 with no late fees has now accrued two late fees. I figured it was better to see it on a bill.). I have never experienced such terse service from Bell. Until today, everyone whom I have ever worked with has been kind. Solicitors regularly approached with competing offers. I never even entertained a conversation about switching.I will drop a letter in the mail reflecting my cancellation as I recognize that my phone call and this note do not constitute a cancellation. Guess we could draw further that this until that until the letter is received Bell would have no way of knowing that Ive moved.. Disappointing to see my loyalty to Bell hold so little value.

They’ve been great. Low impact on us even though we’re usually inside with two young kids. Price seems reasonable and the service has been effective. Service people are very friendly and helpful.

I have been with Bell Pest Control for a few years now! They are amazing fast and friendly! Eric was super fast came in did what he had to do. He came within the earlier part of the time frame I was given 8am-10am. He was very helpful! Even calling in, staff is super friendly and helpful! Thank you Bell Pest for all you do!

Daniel came out today after I called about ants inside a bathroom in our home. He spent a lot of time trying to accurately determine where they’re coming from and how best to rid us of them. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He determined a short and long term plan to keep them gone. He was on time and used shoe covers without being asked, which I appreciate.We’ve used Bell for our pest control needs for over 20 years and always been happy with their service. They are prompt, thorough and friendly from the phone call to the technicians who come out. Whenever we have a problem come up between our regular service scheduled visits, they come out within 24 hours.

Jonathon did a GREAT job today!! I was quite impressed with his thoroughness and I am quite picky ! I feel bad because I was not ready when he was in the area early and I am praying he doesn’t get in trouble. Bell Pest you should feel proud to have such a nice and kind young man working for you!
