Excellent company to deal with!. Had to replace the logic board in my mid 2011 27 iMac 1312 to fix a fan issue. The logic board they supplied was fixed my problem, looked brand new and the price was very reasonable. Quick shipping as well. My iMac is running perfectly again. Definitely recommend Beetstech to anyone looking for parts for older Apple computers. Ill be contacting them in the future for any parts I need.

Im so glad that companies like Beetstech exist so that we can extend the life of computers that would otherwise fill the landfill. it helps that they have very knowledgable and friendly support staff to guide you through the purchase process, especially if its your first time upgrading hard ware. Thanks to you, I was able to take my old 2014 mac Mini and make it usable again. Highly recommend these guys and you have a customer for life with me

I had an issue with one of their employees that was so bad, I came here to post a review about the experience. The owner reached back out to our business immediately to resolve the issue. Changed my 1-star to a 5-star because the owner has made it clear that it was a one-off situation with a singular employee, he was willing & ready to make it right.

I ordered a replacement keyboard for my MacBookPro. It was not a simple repair (thanks for the help, YouTube people), but the keyboard fit and worked perfectly. Shipping rates are super reasonable. They have a lot of hard-to-find parts to keep your Mac going.

My old MacBook Pro battery blew up, destroying the bottom casing and keyboard. I did not want to waste two days trekking to the Apple Store in Roseville, plus I prefer to patronize local businesses whenever I can. However, my experience with local biz over the years has been disappointing, especially with the mom and pop retailers. But this time...WOW! What a great team...prompt, thorough communication and follow up. (And for the affordable repair cost I am certain they did not make any money off me :-) Anyway, if you need a Mac repair job, I highly recommend Caedon and the bunch over at Beetstech!

Great customer service for their online store. I dont post reviews often, but I has such a positive experience with making an exchange (shoutout to Dallas!) that it was worth sharing. I mistakenly ordered a high cost part for the wrong model macbook pro, but Beetstech made the exchange so smooth and easy. They refunded me the price difference for the correct part, gave me a prepaid return shipping label, and shipped the correct part to me very quickly! Beetstech is now my go to for all things Mac!

USPS lost a package but kept the Shipping Tracking open without any updates for 8 days. Contacted Caedon (Tech Lead) to ask if I needed to follow up with USPS or if they had any procedures in house to drill USPS for a search. Before I knew it, they had already shipped out another package!Amazing responsiveness and Customer Service!

10/10 for quality of work, speed, and friendliness!!! Thank goodness for Beetstech! Foolish me thought I could replace the battery on my Macbook Air by myself with a kit from Amazon, but after removing half the screws, I got stuck and panicked. I called all of the repair shops in the area asking them to simply install the battery for me, but they wanted to charge me $80 and up!! Beetstech charged me an extremely REASONABLE price of $30 for the labor and had it done right away! My computer is running beautifully with the new battery. I will be trusting them with all of my tech-related needs from now on because I know they will do an exceptional job and charge a fair price!

Brought my Macbook in and in 5 minutes I was out with a fixed computer. These guys are FAST, why bother waiting in line or getting appointments somewhere only to give up your machine and pay crazy amounts. These guys are just as good and will help if you wanna repair it yourself too. will be back!

I previously gave this company a very bad review. At that point they had refused to issue me a refund for an item I never received. They have since rectified the situation and refunded me my money. Update to earlier review: While I can speak very highly of the repair experience, there was cosmetic damage to the computer (see photo). To create such a dent in the corner of a macbook pro would require considerable force. I was so intent on making sure to restore my files etc. after a logic board repair that I didnt notice the damage until after three weeks had passed. While the dent to an otherwise pristine computer is sad, it was even worse to have Beetstech categorically refuse to accept any responsibility despite the fact that such damage could only have occurred in their hands (i.e. not in transit, packaging was not damaged). A simple apology was all that I wanted since theres really nothing to be done about the dent. If youre considering using this company, take photos before you send and be sure to check not just what you asked them to fix, but also everything else.

Sent my Macbook 15 inch in with a cracked retina display. Beetstech replaced it with a B grade that was in excellent condition. Elijah was my contact person. He responded promptly and kept me on track for the repair, even though the pandemic was in full swing. I highly recommend Beetstech for all the right reasons.

Beetstech installed a 2012 logic board in a late 2011 macbook pro. Every other shops said they wouldnt do it or couldnt source the board. They answered all my questions and did the job quickly. Pricing is very reasonable. Laptop arrived safely and is working perfectly.

I purchased a 27” replacement screen for my 27” iMac, which included the adhesive tape designated and necessary to adhere the screen to the computer. Unfortunately, even though I have experience in the past, it appears the quality of the adhesive was sub par. Basically, after following the instructions, installing the screen, and leaving the computer alone while going to work, upon returning, the screen had come loose and fallen onto the keyboard and cracked the $500+ screen.Upon reading on the web, this is quite common due to using inferior non-Apple approved tape. I can only assume this is the same in this case. An attempt to get some assistance from Beetstech has resulted in a washing of hands for any responsibility for this.Hence, I strongly recommend anyone considering Beetstech for any product like this, to reconsider and go directly to Apple for the adhesive tape and possibly other products.
