I started working with BeCreative 360 over 15 years ago. They were the first to offer customer direct marketing in our industry and have an incredible, responsive and creative staff. They truly are a partner that has helped our business grow. Then they created review my dry cleaner which again was the first in our industry. Not only did it make our positive Google reviews increase significantly it also allowed us to respond to other reviews quickly to make sure we were taking care of all of our customers. Again, a major partner in our business growth.I cannot recommend a company more highly than this one. Well done to Dave Troemel and his excellent team.

The software is good, but what is great is having a dedicated human who is your account rep! The ability to text Yash (our rep) really brings this software to the next level.

We have been using Be Creative for an about a year now and it’s been amazing. We have asked customers to review us on social media for more than 5 years with minimal success. After 1 year with Review My Dry Cleaner, we have 4-5 times more reviews. We are planning to utilize more of their marketing tools in the future.

BC360 is some of the best money we spend out of our marketing budget. The number of Google reviews we have gotten has increased exponentially since we started using RMDC. Being able to automate replies to the reviews is so helpful, and saves a ton of time. You can get very granular with the automated replies, based on if they contain text, how many stars, etc. We have also salvaged some situations that could have gone badly because the customer was proactively asked to provide their honest feedback, and that allowed us to address the issue in a timely manner. Having all feedback, reviews, and social media messenger messages in one dashboard is very convenient for keeping up with customer communications. The interface is fairly easy to use and navigate once you learn where everything is. The fact that the platform updates listings across so many of the major information-serving sites on the web, so that things like our address, hours, phone number, etc. are accurate and up-to-date is beneficial to our SEO and is also a time-saver. The OTS emails are also another great time saver since theyre automated - our customers get automatic reminders to pick up and pay for their orders, and can schedule their pickup days for our delivery service. That benefits our bottom line.Basically, this service does exactly what it says it will - a ton of helpful customer relations/communications and marketing tasks - and all the automations allow the marketing department to focus on other, more important tasks. The service provides a good value for the cost, and is almost like another person in the marketing department.Finally, Yash and Shawn are very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. If we have an issue, or want to make a feature request, they get back to us and we get it taken care of.We will always make sure to budget for this service. Its invaluable.

Today Cleaners has been working with BeCreative360 Marketing for about six years now. We initially worked with them to utilize the On The SPOT capabilities of generating emails and marketing campaigns automatically within our point of sale system. We then learned about reputation management concepts with their Review My Drycleaner application. This has really taken off for us and we are again learning about newer and even more powerful concepts to use within reputation management.BeCreative 360 is very responsive to our inquiries; everyone on their staff is energetic and seems genuinely happy to work with us. It is very nice to work with marketing professionals who completely understand our business and what it takes to jump to the next level.

Really like this website. Easy to use to send CRDN reviews and surveys to homeowners. Also like the inbox feature where you can text a homeowner without giving them your personal number. Good feature for office users. I do wish there was an automatic feature that you can schedule for reviews and surveys to go out at certain times. But overall very pleased with how this has integrated into Google reviews.

Overall, a really strong program with lots of capabilities. We wish that we could direct customers only to Google like some other platforms allow (since we will lose all of the RMDC reviews one day), but love the option for direct feedback from customers that might otherwise leave a negative review. We have been able to better assess the performance of our stores with RMDC and increase our SEO rankings!

With our old web chat software, we were getting 1-2 chats per week. Now we get 5-6 per day and our clients love that well text them rather than sit on the website and wait for an answer. The best part is, we dont have to answer 80% of them because Robin (the A.I. software) does it from the FAQs we created on the platform. I cant say enough great things about it! Were going to be signing up on our other businesses too.
