Great medium size hotel, just a few miles from the Yamaava casino, and served by a 24-hour free shuttle. My room on the 3rd floor was big with mountain views. The king-size bed was super comfortable. The room was quiet but I could hear the TV in the next room. The bathroom is nice with a large hot shower. Unfortunately, the body wash container was empty. The room also had a nice sitting area with a sofa, a big screen TV and a coffee maker as well as a safe.Check-in was quick. The lobby bar and bistro was quite good and they also offer room service. There are a few restaurants within walking distance

Very comfortable accommodations. They have great staff throughout. The check in is simple, quick, and very infirmary to any questions you have. The bar is comfortable, and service is top notch. The meals are quite delicious. Theres a pool and jacuzzi and a nice patio area.A bus runs 24/7 to and from the casino. Nice....

We are high limit players and spend alot of money at yammava. Tonight we picked up our boat from service and didnt have time to bring it home before missed the slot tournament. So we parked at bear springs, which we love, spoke to security Nick, whos amazing, and front desk and asked them since check in line was long and asked them if we could come back after slot tournament. They were all so nice and helpful and said no problem. We got in line for shuttle to come back to hotel to check in and the shuttle bus driver refused to let us on bus!!!! The shuttle bus driver made such a problem that I was embarrassed. I called Jacob at front desk to please tell the shuttle bus driver to please us on and he made sure of it!!I could not believe what I had went thru just to get a ride back yo hotel!!!I believe the shuttle bus drivers name was Michael, and because of him I will never trust this shuttle again.But I do want to emphasize, this hotel, rooms, amenities, front desk staff and security and restaurant, TOP NOTCH!! BUT THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A DEGENERATE AND WILL MAKE YOU NEVER TRUAT THIER SERVICES AGAIN!We ended up driving to a different resort because, I will never be made to feel like that, and next time will make sure I never need the shuttle services again.

First and foremost, I gotta say. I totally underestimated this place due to the location and not hearing much about it prior to my visit. But like my Grandmother always said Dont knock it until you try it or someone/something will make a fool of you. And Im happy to say she was right Bear Springs.My Wife and I had our Baby Shower in one of the event rooms and from the Staff, Bar, Food, and just the overall experience was nothing short of Amazing! My Wife and I were completely blow away with the decorations and all. In which I would like to give a special Thank You to the Event Manager Whitney, for doing such a phenomenal job and exceeding our expectations. She was so polite, attentive, and organized. Without her, I dont think the event would have been as great. So thanks again Ms. Whitney and the Bear Springs Staff, you guys are awesome!

The room was nice and customer service was very friendly. The only issue was that people were partying all night in all directions loudly. (I didnt complain because I didnt want to stop people from enjoying their time there.) It was hard to sleep, though, because of that. Other than that, this hotel was great. The shuttle to Yaamava leaves every 30 minutes. I didnt get to check out the spa area, but I will next time.

Honestly, one of my favorite hotels. Get the steak when you’re there. It’s like $50ish, but you get almost a pound of steak and awesome sides. The margaritas and old fashioneds are great too. The rooms are cozy and they gave us a free upgrade one time.

The walls in the rooms are too thin. My friend &I was talking normally, we got phone from front desk that the next room complained of noises from our room too keep it quiet/ down. So the walls are too thin. People cant merely have a Conversation inside hotel room? This ridiculous. Hotel or motels are expected to me noisy. People should stay at their home,if they want quiet 🤫 😒 🙄 😴 😑.

Very nice service the woman at the front desk absolutely a doll so nice and curious in room dining pizza right out front Walmart across street but the woman at the front desk she was absolutely welcoming and just very sweet room great so far a diamond you should definitely stay here

I absolutely love this place!! The staff are very professional and courteous. I did have a little situation this morning that wasn’t handled the way i would have liked, but overall I definitely would recommend staying here. The shuttle service to the casino is a plus…and the restaurant options are yummy!!UPDATE- I came again and yet once again blown away by the overall hospitality at this property. This time the weather was amazing so i took advantage of the pool/spa area. It was very clean and inviting. I need to give special attention to Erica. She is a wonderful human!! I can not wait for my next visit!!

So I got 2 free nights stay I called to book and apparently their all booked from the accommodation rooms my dates were from 4/29/24 -5/29/24 or 6/3/24-7/3/24Only mon through wedsI was really looking forward since I spend alot of money in yamava so I have to call everyday to see if someone cancels
