The BeClinical experience was truly remarkable! From the warm welcome and seamless iPad check-in to the delightful lattes, the atmosphere was inviting. The immaculate bathrooms and waiting area added to the overall comfort. The nurse was not only highly knowledgeable about the procedure but also incredibly personable, making me feel at ease and reassured about my safety. Her continuous check-ins and efforts to alleviate any discomfort were above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional place.

I have been going to Be CLINICAL for over a year now. Their services are exceptional and I I really love the staff and the results I am seeing. I love the natural look and they are helping me every step of the way to taking care of my skin.I would recommend BE CLINICAL to my family and friends!!!

My face shape is completely different now from when I came in. My results were unsatisfactory. When it comes to fillers and Botox, I feel the natural anatomy of the face should be valued and respected. Nothing wrong was done intentionally, but it’s important to remember to listen to the customer well and remember that we are not a one size fits all.Now I am living with a face that I don’t recognize so much. Not happy with lack of transparency with treatments and unattractive results. I don’t feel any accountability was taken. I’ve moved on but will never forget my experience at BE clinical.

I had purchased lip filler last summer with the intention of getting it done with my regular practitioner, Gianna. I made an appointment to see Gianna on 1/17. On 1/09, I received a call that Gianna would not be available for the appointment, but they could book me with someone else. I asked if she had anything sooner available and I was told Yes, we can book you for this Thursday 1/11 at 10:40am. I took the appointment believing that I would be seeing Gianna as I had planned. What they failed to mention, was that they had actually terminated Gianna and were calling all of her clients and placing them with other practitioners without the clients knowledge. When I arrived to my appointment, I checked in and then was taken aback when a woman I have never met before called my name. I wish I had spoken up in the moment that this made me uncomfortable, but I proceeded with the appointment. She asked what I was looking for and I gave her detailed instructions on placement. That I wanted the product focused on the center of my lips and to not place product towards the corners of my mouth. When we were finished, I could tell immediately that she did not listen to my instructions. She did not do a horrible job, but the results I received showed a real lack of experience and skill. I am disappointed with Be Clinicals lack of honesty and transparency. I would not recommend this clinic.The attached photo shows the original results I received with Gianna (left) and the results I received from this other injector (right). Again, not horrible, but not what I wanted and not as skilled.

Heads up, they will have new clinicians onlyemployed for 2 weeks without any real experience perform your $1200 Halo treatment. You will have no results, and they will blame you.I bought two separate Halo treatments for my mom and my husband. They both had treatmentson the same day with two separate clinicians.My husbands treatments with Kayla went well, and he had results consistent with a Halo laser. I would definitely recommend Kayla.My mom came home without any redness, swelling, or pain and looked like she had no treatment whatsoever. After calling Be Clinical with concerns since this was completely different than the usual Halo post laser result, they had her schedule a follow up with the clinician who did her laser.Turns out it was a new person who had onlyworked with Be clinical for 2 weeks prior prior to to treating my mom. Not only that, but during her follow up, the clinician repeatedly BLAMED my mom for nothaving good results, saying she had thick Asian skin, didnt pretreat with hydroquinone or tretnoin which is contrary to their own pre-laser instructions. She also blamed my mom for scheduling a consult and treatment on the same day when it was the front desk that scheduled this. She had absolutely no accountability.We were not told this was a new clinician in training when scheduling the laser appointment and only found this out during the follow up. Its completely unacceptable to be charging patients a full treatment price and having an Inexperienced and untrained person performing the laser treatment.What if she burned my mom???? What if we didnt know what a typical Halo result should have been??? They wouldve taken our money, and we would have disappointing results and be blamed for it.They did end up offering a complimentarytreatment with Kayla which we did accept, but at that point my mom has wasted her time, her PTO due to taking time off for the laser the first time (which was a waste) and then the second time, not to mention the frustration of being told that it washer fault.How disrespectful of Be Clinical to be letting poorly trained clinicians laser paying patients.

This team is amazing! Dr. Fiona Frie is not only a skin [genius] but truly an expert in the actual science behind what they do.The sheer fact that Be Clinical can actually explain the processes behind their treatments is exactly why I hold them (especially Dr Frie) in such high regard.So if you are looking for a place that walks-the-walk (instead of just trying to sell you on promises of beauty with convincing before & after pictures), then I recommend you try Be Clinical. (And yes, they arent the cheapest, but as my mother always said, you get what you pay for).

I’ve been coming to Be Clinical for almost two years. The girls at the front office are super sweet and respectful. The practitioners possess great knowledge about their products and procedures. Since coming here, my skin looks and feels amazing. With their expertise, I’m able to be in public with no makeup! I’ve received countless compliments about my skin and best of all, they’ve helped achieved the soft filler and gentle succulent lips.

Jamie is the best injector Ive ever had and I used to manage a Plastic Surgery clinic! She is a perfectionist and a great nurse! Her work is amazing and she knows exactly what shes talking about.I am so grateful to her for all she does and for her dedication and commitment to her profession.There really is no one like her in my opinion.The rest of the staff are amazing and so helpful, they always make the visits an enjoyable one.Thank you to Beclinical!!!

This team of professionals is simply amazing! Everyone has a great attitude and top-notch skills. I’ve done a number of treatments and always find myself leaving in a good mood and satisfied with the services.
