I dont think this is mentioned enough in their reviews, but theyre always proactive. Even though my business computer and technology needs were totally from the early 2000s, they created a plan to bring our office up-to-date! Our office only has a few staff members, and they customized a plan that was just right for us. I totally recommend them as managed IT support providers. Thanks to BCT Consulting, my home network is 1000% better! When the pandemic compelled our whole employees to transition to remote work environments, we encountered considerable difficulties. Since then, the hardware recommendations they offered and the configuration of my home network have worked properly. My home office used to only provide dial-up speeds. Im amazed by BCT Consulting, Incs openness, and honesty! I was at my wits end as the owner of a small home-based business, spending hours upon hours trying to understand how to fix the bugs with my IP difficulties affecting my email. I called this company around 7 oclock, mind you, exhausted, not knowing what to expect other than that there would be a huge cost at the end. I received a callback within ten minutes with practical advice on how to resolve the problems I was having. Maybe in their view, my email/IP problems werent that complicated, but I cant express how grateful I was that they took the time to listen to me and guide me through the steps to resolve it on my end.
