UPDATE: The general manager, Kathleen Wyner, made the decision to kick me out following this interaction. She didnt give me until the end of the day, but rather told me youve got 20 minutes. She also made a point to let me know that room services are not and have not been available here for some time, though theyre advertised in the accommodation books that the hotel puts in every room.Disabled veteran or not... Stay here AT. YOUR. OWN. RISK!Review:Good Morning,Im having a really terrible experience at the Baymont by Wyndham, and I feel like the front desk staff is trying to keep me from bringing this to your attention. Im in town for 3 weeks, for work, and have run into nothing but issues here. Im hearing disabled, and there was some kind of miscommunication this morning that led to me being harassed by the front desk staff. My room phone hasnt been operational the whole time Ive been there. This morning, however, a front desk representative of the hotel constantly harassed me via this supposedly nonoperational phone and him beating on my door so vigorously, I barely felt safe opening the door.In addition to todays harassment, the advertised hot tub is under construction, room service is unavailable as the room phones only work if the front desk wants to harass someone, and the Internet is so bad I couldnt even complete an interview.I asked the front desk to speak with you and they told me to call the front desk number and ask for you. I hope you can see the conflict of interest there, and why Im concerned this could be happening to other people.Please help!Thank you,CameronTo be clear, every front desk representative has provided excellent customer service, despite all the other problems. It was great hotel. We booked a king room and the room was very spacious. The highlight was free covered Parking and amazing breakfast.The only thing is location is a bit away from downtown and other stuff but it doesn’t matter because free parking and free breakfast make up for this.

This hotel is in renovation, the room had a bit mildew smell but was gone by the next few hours of being there, the breakfast was great, cant eat in your room though, you have to sit and eat your breakfast in the dinning area. Parking is under the hotel so there is a very low driveway in and out. It is located on the highway, we were either 20 to 30 mins from Hollywood and it wasnt a bad drive. Shopping mall around the corner from the hotel. I wouldnt stay there again, but it worked for the cost and got good sleep for my three nights.

Normally I stay at military lodging while vacationing unless Im in need of a resort atmosphere. On this current roadtrip I needed a quick one night rest approx 15miles from Hollywood CA. McArthur Airforce base is under renovation, which was my choice in the past. This hotel was along my route, descent price, located right off interstate.Front desk check in was fast and courteous. Rooms spacious and clean. Free underground parking with elevator entrance.I was good until 0430 am when the customers above me checked in, holy cow the noise.Yes the ceilings and walls are thin, this is an old hotel. Yes, they need to update and fix the issue. Customer should not be inconvenienced with the noise.Breakfast at 0600 and we out, onward to our next destination. Other than the noise, which is huge when your trying to sleep. Tip: its definitely a one nighter kinda place.Happy Travels@glampedlife

I am currently staying at the hotel, and I have been for a few days. I am eating their complimentary breakfast, and I have stayed at many hotels but I have never been told that I cannot take my breakfast that I technically paid for up to my room to enjoy. That is the weirdest thing to me. Maybe I do not want to sit in the dining area with strangers to enjoy my meal, maybe I would like to eat in my room while I watch the morning news. I was stopped by a mexican woman who rudely told me I could not take food up to my room then asked the front desk to say something to me. She is right now watching the dining room like a hawk to make sure no one leaves with food to go to their rooms. What are we in kindergarten? For this reason I am leaving 3 stars and I will be saying something to the front desk before I leave.

The only major complaint that I have is that the 2 ladies in the breakfast lounge were very very rude. They made you go around them when you wanted to get something. They would stand by the garbage can and be in the way. They wouldnt moved out of the way for me to throw out my plate. They made me go around them. I dont think I signs be staying at this hotel next year.

WiFi was very slow through the 4 nights we stayed there. This can be easily improved. We think that the entrance and exit in/out of the property is dangerous. You could get rear ended by someone behind because no right turn lane to the property and it is very close to the intersection. The property was clean, quiet, nice wood floor in the room, easy access to highways, many restaurants and shopping stores close by.

I normally would not leave a review but I didnt want someone else to get stuck with this place. One of the top 5 worst places I ever stayed. Huge scratches on the floor. Loud! Could hear the person next to me t.v like we were in same room, got worse when they snored all night. Also sounds like you are trying to sleep right on the freeway. Hallways smelt like cigarettes. Its located right next to absolutely nothing, just the previously mentioned freeway. T.V only played one channel as the remote was broken. Top it all off the person behind the counter was rude.

Around 11pm Pacific Standard Time 1/13/2024- Called and spoke to the front desk agent at the hotel. He stated that his name is Alex.He was extremely disrespectful, outright rude the way he spoke to me. I understand that he is not able to modify my reservation. But that was not the issue. The way he was extremely rude, the tone, the attitude, and finally he hung up when I told him how rude he was. As a front desk agent he needs to be trained on how to be friendly and polite with guests. Very disappointed!

I stayed at the Baymont last month.Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were well kept and breakfast was wonderful.I really enjoyed my stay.Unyil I got home and was looking at my credit card statement and realized that I was charged 250.00 for smoking in the room The funny thing is I don’t smoke haven’t for 10 years.They said there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector which I have no knowledge of and does this prove someone was smoking did they smell smoke,find ashes or buts etc..I spoke to hotel and they refuse to refund my money I’m in the process of disputing with my credit card company.will keep u updated,

Great service at the front desk and Rome’s very nice, except no microwaves in room sucked since we travel for work and to heat up our cofffee. Lady’s for breakfast made you feel uncomfortable standing behind you to tell you not to take food/drinks out waiting for you to get up and leave. Needs some tighting up. But thank you.

There’s no way to secure your room once you leave. The massive gaps in the door frames allow you to slip the lock with almost anything. The do not disturb card works incredibly well. Once you’re inside, you can use the flip out latch up high, or a piece of furniture. Take everything with you every day.

This hotel and its wonderful staff quite literally saved my vacation. My brother and I came to the area recently for a music festival and our original accommodations turned out to be awful so we had to do a quick pivot and find something else. Fortunately, we happened upon the Baymont. Not only were the rooms beautiful and very recently renovated, but the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the attendants working in the breakfast area. They were so sweet and I enjoyed every interaction I had with them immensely. I know for a fact that the next time I am going to be in the area, I will 100% be coming back because this is absolutely a hotel you can trust.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Angie the front desk agent who was so welcoming and nice. The area was safe, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Carmen from dining was so sweet. I had an emergency and Angie and her manager Kathy were so helpful and understanding with my situation. Also Julio front desk was very professional and helpful with my situation. Overall very impressed with the staff and how amazing they were! The hotel has safe parking, clean, and perfect for short term stay!

The room was definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable and the location was decent breakfast was OK. The carpet in the hallways was dingy and dirty. It was an older jolted and the whole place had a faint smell of mold. The room definitely needed to be aired out. Also there is not a working hot tub but that’s what was advertised. Definitely would not stay here again.

Also requested rooms on same floor and they put us right next to each other! Breakfast was amazing! My room at the was great. It was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I liked that there was no carpet, just a clean hardwood floor. Normally, hotel carpets are super filthy. What blew me away was the breakfast. It was off the chain. They had scrambled eggs, sausage links, hashbrowns, toast, waffles, juice, you name it. The server even had fresh cut flowers on each table. Overall, I will be returning to this hotel. For the price of $ 139, it was worth yhe stay!

The pictures of the rooms are wayyy nicer than they actually are, but whatever. I was more upset about not having a microwave in the room and a hair dryer. The flooring is soo bad, we were on the third floor and there were holes, its very dangerous if we tripped and fell over furniture or something. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. Service was above and beyond! We returned late from an event & the parking area was completely full. Front desk employee (forgot his name) allowed us to park in the 10-min area for the night, instead of telling us to park outside the premises. Thank you so much for great customer service! Free breakfast was very nice and tasty. The waffles were delicious. ALSO, very Nice, hardworking ladies during breakfast hours. Thank you! I see you! Tables were cleaned after guests kept leaving for the new guests to arrive. Nice lady even helped an elderly man with his breakfast (he did not understand how to operate the waffle machine.) Overall, it was a good stay, but very outdated and needs to be remodeled, the internet photos are a bit deceiving lol..3/5

The internet is horrible. Had to move rooms to get even 2 bars. Luckily this room had ethernet. But even with it wired in every 10 or 20 min it cuts out for 1 min.Also they will chase you down the hall if you bring breakfast outside the breakfast room. Yelling you cant eat in your room. Then they attempt to scare you by pulling out there phone.The weirdest thing I have ever seen. But also a very uncomfortable experience when you first wake up

Room looked ok, thats all i can say. AC system worked, but drainage was clogged. By the time we came back to the room, the room flooded from the AC unit all the way to the door. Thank god floors were hardwood. Top it off, the hotel phone in the room didnt work!! Check the room before going out!

Stayed two nights here while visiting family nearby. We had a double queen room on the 2nd floor. Overall decent hotel for a fair price, no major complaints, but feels dated and somewhat institutional.Facilities: building and furnishings are clean though show some wear. Hallways are dark—few windows with natural light (the windows on our floor had film covering so you couldn’t see out, which is probably okay because the view looks out onto some kind of electrical company facility. There is a pool but we didn’t learn it was closed until we checked in which was disappointing.Rooms: surprisingly comfortable beds, decent size room, fridge in room, standard amenities. Room was clean but a bit dated. Bathroom had a shower tub that was good size. Hot water readily available but water pressure from shower rather weak. The window bathroom was sealed and didn’t open. We couldn’t hear guests in adjoining rooms but you could hear foot traffic in hallway.Parking: parking is in garage under building. Garage is rather dark and empty, slightly creepy. Beware when parking in some sections as the ceiling is low and the power lift gate on our vehicle hit a pipe when it was raising up.Meals: there are snacks and beverages for purchase in lobby. Breakfast is included—usually scrambled eggs (seems like mass packaged), bacon or sausage, fried potatoes with cheese, and a waffle station. There’s a selection of cold cereal (Fruit loops, Raisin Bran, etc), milk, yogurt, some fresh fruit (apple or banana), and English muffin and bread for toasting, along with usual packaged jam, butter, peanut butter. Quality is okay, typical hotel/motel type breakfast. You are not allowed to take food out of the dining room.Staff: everyone we encountered (front desk, cleaning, dining room staff) were friendly.Location: very close to Hwy 60. Costco, Chic-fil-A, Ono Hawaiian bbq, Starbucks, and In-n-Out are just up the road, less than 5 mins away. Also nearby are Albertsons supermarket, CVS, Best Buy, Del Taco. It’s possible to walk to these but would be at least 15-20 minutes. It’s a bit tricky to pull out of the hotel driveway due to the cross traffic.

First of all, everyone is friendly. From the front desk person to the room attendants. Also, one of the most comfortable beds Ive slept in so far, clean and comfy. The complimentary breakfast is awesome! Eggs, potatoes, bacon, bagels, waffles, and the list goes on. So good! I wouldve given them 5 stars, but the hotel needs work on the curve appeal. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again if needed.

No complaints whatsoever, since the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the workers were extremely accommodating to my needs, and the sub level camera secured parking lot were all amazing! My wife and I stayed in this hotel while visiting LA. Our first impression of the exterior hotel made us rethink our stay, because it looked like the hotel needed a new paint job but as soon as we went in the staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully renovated, and our hotel room seemed renovated too. The rooms looked modern and the house keeping were friendly. The hotel smelled good and our room always smelled clean and fresh! There is a gym jacuzzi available which was convenient and had tasteful breakfast included with our stay. The parking was easy and free. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Hotel was great for the cost! Underground parking was a plus. SUVs and Trucks over 6.25 may not be able to park in the structure. We drove our 2018 Explorer and had no issues with height clearance. Continental Breakfast is available and seemed to be decent.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast great. The staff was so sweet and they were so friendly. After being out all day, we were so happy to be in our super clean room after leaving it all unorganized. The maids did such an amazing job. The ladies at the front desk were just so accommodating, professional and always pleasant! We will be back already booking for next May for a wedding that we are going to!!

Some things were closed due to renovation but it didnt matter. Everything else made up for it. Their continental breakfast was awesome!! Potatoes, eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, yogurt with many topping choices. Granola, strawberries, coconut ect. Highly reccomend this hotel...a short drive to many of the places you want to visit in la. I will stay here again, even if i am visiting hollywood, worth a short drive to stay someplace that cares about the hotwl and its guests, and a place that is clean and safe!!!

Watch out for the NEW management and reception desk. Attitude at its worst.We had stayed here two months in a row and enjoyed our time away from home. We returned for a third month but found check in procedures had changed and so had the management. The former staff was very polite, helpful and friendly, so it was shock to be treated so poorly. Needless to say we wont be back. Ill spend my Wyndham member points elsewhere.

This is a great place to stay! We were there for 6 nights and were very happy with our time there. The hotel is very clean (they even mopped the attached parking garage daily!) and we loved the free breakfast they had there each morning from 6-10am. Usually it was scrambled eggs (sometimes with peppers, sometimes plain and once with sausage), a meat option - bacon always was gone by 9am and would then switch to sausage, cheesy potatoes and hard boiled eggs. Of course there was pastries, toast, make your own waffles, cereal, etc. it was really good every day. The women that ran that room were very quick to keep it clean. Front desk staff were easy to talk to if we had a question, efficient at the check in and out processes and overall very helpful. We used the hot tub several times (it was too hot for me and sometimes had a weird smell which was maybe from the heat or chemicals), but again was kept very clean. They have an exercise room, which we didnt use but saw them cleaning many times when we were on our way out. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff, cleanliness and value for our money. Spent $600 for 6 nights/7 days.

This hotel has been amazing, from their service to their amenities to their rooms. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and up to date. Their WiFi was a little spotty but worked. Now their breakfast was well worth it. It has a waffle bar and oatmeal bar with lots of toppings to choose from. They also had eggs and sausage and potatoes. It was very delicious.

This was a very good and comfortable hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and caring. Overall a very good experience. Size of breakfast hall is small and sometimes there is a wait time for breakfast. If in a hurry keep some cushion for this. We would definitely come back here again.

Service is very good. The water pressure is unfortunately bad. Our toilet takes 15+ minutes to refill enough to flush a second time. The room was clean and reasonable well aired out. Parking is included and underground. The breakfast is complimentary and surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast.Edit: changed to 4 stars from 3 as the staff fixed the toilet issue quickly.

Very nice stay! There was some cosmetic damage to the tub in our room but overall very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately there is some construction going on next to the hotel but being on the third floor and with the ac on, I did not notice it much. A nice middle spot between Universal Studios and Disneyland (takes about 30-40 min to get to each). All in all, I will definitely stay again.

Very nice staffRooms are noisy from closeby guests going in and out, sound dampening, or lack thereof leaves a lot to be desired... room 205 anyways. noisy enough you are arent sure if people are trying to get in your room or not... doors and floors vibrating etc with use. Not something that helps get decent sleep after midnight on a Saturday night, but I survived, nice bed and pillows.Otherwise nice big spacious room and bathroom and setup as a handicap accessible style.Above average breakfast, everything I needed to be very satisfied, staff stayed nicely on top of everything as well and greet and chat with smiles even if not at the front counter, nice atmosphere.Overall definitely feels like its age is showing/ sounding, but otherwise clean and safe, Ill be back!

Absolutely incredible experience staying here over this last Thanksgiving Day weekend! I forgot my wallet at home and they were able to work with me on checking in and placing a deposit that we could afford ($50 instead of $100). Super sweet staff that checked us in and out! They were awesome at greeting us every time we would leave or come back in for the day! One of the members even gifted a special snack to my 4yr old step-daughter. The breakfast was awesome!!! Lots of options to choose from which made our trip super easy to come together as a family. My man told me the exercise room is not really functional, the room did have a couple of hidden corners that were not clean, and a few bangs on the furniture. The view from our balcony was of the power plant and highway60 but it thoroughly entertained our 4yr old. Super quiet room though and super clean comfy beds. We are so appreciative of this experience with a BIG THANK YOU to this hotel and its staff!

I stayed here while traveling for a Spartan Race at Dodgers Stadium. This hotel has a great location, safe, quiet, but still close to everything.I have to ask what brand of coffee they use, its really good!My room was very clean, and even had a tiny balcony with a view. It wasnt a grey view, but a view nonetheless, and I liked having a balcony for fresh air.While the hotel is clean, there are some things that seem a little worn out, like the elevator and some little things I noticed on curtains and light fixtures. Seems like this BW may be due for a refreshing.

Personally wouldnt recommend staying here. The breakfast is amazing (the one positive side to our stay) but everything else was disgusting. At check in the staff member was obviously new, so its not her fault that they were having trouble checking us in, but the manager that came out to help us was rude. When were finally able to get up to our room the entire third floor smelled like a sewer. Our room had a very stained up carpet, but the bathroom was worse. There were little tiny black bugs crawling up from the bathtub drain. The front desk said they couldnt move us because they were full, so they had housekeeping reclean the tub. Of course later that night they had began to crawl up again. Lobby is also very nice, but the bathroom they have in their lobby smelled like nobody had cleaned it in years.

We were staying for 12 nights at this hotel. The rooms were okay for the price (but with a bit of a weird smell) with working aircondition. Breakfast was okay with eggs, bacon, bread and waffles.What I didn’t like, is that they use paper plates and plastic cutlery at the breakfast. To make a waffle, you have to take a brand new plastic cup, fill it up with batter, and pour it into the iron. Imagine that all the guests are using one plastic cup each just to move the batter 30 cm from the dispenser to the iron... There should be a better solution than this. I can only imagine how much waste this place generates in each day after a 4-hour breakfast! I even saw one guy taking 5-6 plates because he didn’t manage to separate them...

Amazing customer service. Parking is great. If you miss breakfast they give you a grab n go bag which great. Only downfall for me was the quality of the bathroom. Paint was chipped away in the bathtub and the toilet had a hard time flushing. Other than that, great stay.

The lobby is really nice but when I got to my room there was spiders and bugs all over the bathroom and room. It was as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in days. The floor was dirty and the walls looked like they were about to come down. The front desk lady was being so rude because I did not know when breakfast was being served. Overall I am very disappointed with my stay.

We had stayed about there 5-6 years ago and it was gorgeous. This last time we were there was not the same. The room had a mildewy scent. The hallways and dining room were so HOT. The temps outside were 102 on some days. I could not believe how hot it was. Thank goodness there was air conditioning in room. The furniture in dining room was beat up. I wont stay here again.

My daughter and her bf book 3days/4nights at this property but didn’t stay due to lack of cleanliness and well, let’s just say it wasn’t how it was advertised. Dirty carpet, few hair strands in the bed sheets, rusty windows, bugs and do t forget the musty urine smell🤮. I mean, for $100 a night, you should atleast vacuum and change the sheets for your guests prior to arrival. Had to book somewhere else and kind of a bummer because it was a little after midnight and they were tired from driving. Won’t recommend this place to anyone!

Nice when you walk in but once you get into the elevator it smells and some of the buttons dont work. Then the room is a weird smell. Found hair in the bathtub and it just didnt feel clean. The office downstairs looks nice. But overall my family and I just didnt want to stay the night.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel that isnt close to anything and arent worried about aesthetics, this is the one.The staff were all nice but the overall decor is very dated. Numerous minor blemishes can be found everywhere, without even trying to find them.The room was average and fairly clean; with 2 queen beds, a small desk, TV, refrigerator and single cup coffee maker (in the bathroom). The beds were made with only flat sheets, so you might end up on the actual mattress. The shower was actually nice and hot.Unfortunately the walls and floors are so thin, you can hear your neighbors walking around upstairs, while your one neighbor is flushing the toilet and another neighbors alarm is going off.The view out the window was of the 60 freeway, with an undeveloped chunk of wasteland (complete with high voltage power lines) right outside.Breakfast was your average continental fare, but they were always out of something for 15-20 minutes before it was restocked. And if you show up late (after 9:30a), they wont even bother restocking it.Parking is under the hotel, in a dingy and dimly lit 2-level structure, with the only way into the hotel being past the laundry and housekeeping office (both with doors wide open and machines running).We cut our stay short, as we werent prepared for such a low-end experience. We wont be back.

Looks like an airport hotel.You park your car under the hotel, you take the elevator next to the laundry.Staff is nice.We were upgraded as gold member.Wifi is really bad, remembering the time when we had to raise our hands up with the phone to get signal...Breakfast is not exceptional, scramble eggs chorizo, potato with cheese and bacon... Decent hotel but needs a major refurbishment. Our room needs a touch up of paint and all of the floors squeak. My room also felt like it was on a slope. Due to Covid the restaurant and bar is closed, but they do offer a breakfast goodie bag.Which consist of milk, juice, yogurt, cereal and a muffin. The beds are really comfortable and I did get a good nights sleep. The gym is also closed because Covid and they do require you wear a mask indoors and within the property.Parking lot is underground and its a first come first serve. The hotel is conveniently located near the 60 fwy and shops.

Its difficult to rate, but when I stayed here there was a lot of construction so it was very noisy. There was a large, damp spot on the floor of my room--I am not sure if plumbing issues are part of the reason for renovation or if the last guest spilled something. The staff is friendly, but the hotel is very tricky to get to. There was plenty of parking below the hotel. There is a nice bar across the driveway that serves food.

The hotel is too old. There is a musky smell right when you walk in the hotel all the way to the room. Walls are ripping and have some mold. Toilet is old and shower tub is leaking. Bedsheets have dried stain. Our TV remote battery died and the front desk lady doesnt even know what is a AA Battery. You can here every noice in the room, people walking, talking, opening door and even the bathroom door in our room sqeeks a lot. You can also hear the loud music from the club. Breakfast taste nasty.Will not recommend this specific hotel at all and would never come back. This hotel need a lot of improvement.

Came to LA for BET Awards weekend and enjoyed our stay here. Even though the pool and jacuzzi were out of order I think the cheesy potatoes that they serve during the 4 hour breakfast window made up for it. The rooms were decent and clean. There was construction going on outside of the building across the street from my room which produced unwelcome noise early in the morning. But it was a cool spot and I would stay here again

Nothing special. I had a room that faces an empty lot with abandoned buildings. I was worried about squatters or teenagers taking over in the evening and partying, etc... The room is comfortable, but not insulated for sound or temperature very well. We woke up around 5AM freezing. The floor shakes a lot when people walk around. It has a relatively large refrigerator and the TV is still the old tube type.For the price and my needs, Id consider staying here again.

Im down from Seattle area for work and stayed here for several weeks.The good:Staff is friendly and helpful. Their continental breakfast is awesome with scrambled eggs, sausage, chorizo, bacon (rotating daily), and awesome cheesy potatoes. Along with pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal and a waffle maker with numerous delicious toppings.The so so:The hotel itself is average and kinda dated. They are doing some upgrades to join the Wyndham family (from Best Western). Kinda bit me when I had to work some nights with all that construction noise going on during the day, but staff took pity on me and moved me to a nicer room with a Jacuzzi tub for same price. Again, the staff is great!And its not terrible for the price. Book on one of the travel sites and its just under $100/night with all taxes and fees. The breakfast alone is worth $15-$20 IMO.The bad:Had company laptop, iPad and scanner (all in laptop bag) stolen out of car in parking garage. Security cameras are so bad and poorly placed, the Monterey Park Police Officer and I couldnt even positively identify the make and model, let alone the license plate of the thiefs car when reviewing footage! He had followed me into the garage and circled around to my car 2 minutes after I pulled in and went up in the elevator. Sorta my fault for leaving in car in the 1st place but come on! 1 way in and out of the garage. Shouldve been super easy to get license plate and even the identity of the thief with even average cameras and proper placement!

Do not stay here! the rooms are ok but the staff is rude, that is if you can find them! we waited to check in for over 30 minutes with no one to be found behind the front desk. when the clerk finally showed up she acted like it was our fault for showing up during her break. same thing happened at a different time on the following day so ether the breaks are at random times or the staff just leave at will. I also spent an hour in their business center really just an old computer on a small desk with really slow internet right next to the front desk. During this hour I witnessed 6 different people check in 5 of them were treated as rudely as we were in different ways. they refused 1 customer a chance to see a room before booking, another was refused a room they already paid for because the address didnt match even though they had the confirm numbers and they were forced to spend 30 minutes on the phone with their booking company to get it straight. another was made to wait for 10 minutes while the clerk was on the phone with what seemed like a friend. then while I was still working on the computer but the other guests had gone the desk clerk and a member of the maintenance staff actually made fun of some the guests. it actually seems like the staff go out of their way to make staying here unpleasant.

Urine puddle in the elevators.My first room had cockroaches, I saw a few in the course of about an hour in the room, was moved to another room, as far away from the first as possible, I didnt see any more.Yep, thats right, someone urinated in the elevator. But honestly, that seems somewhat predictable for LA and is not the hotels fault. But they didnt clean it up. I let them know about it at 1am when I saw it and the guy at the front desk said he would get it taken care of right away. Checked out at 6am, it was still there. The other elevator didnt seem to work, I couldnt get the other elevator car to come (I tried a number of times before riding in the wet elevator).I saw so many great reviews, and I got a really great rate on a room. I was really excited to find this place online. It really looked like it was just a bit older of a building and that seemed like an easy trade off for a great rate.Never again. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

Old enough that you will literally feel the holes and dents in the floor BENEATH the carpet all over the hotel. You will hear the constant creaking of the floor beneath you as well as every other guest that walks above your room or by your door. It will be LOUD and you will not escape from the noise. I was there for four torturous nights and felt like the person of above my room would fall through at any moment. I have never felt like Id fall through the floor or have someone else fall through into my room in any hotel. I have never felt HOLES and HUGE DENTS in every floor except the lobby in another hotel. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk. Her response was silence. Dont stay here I truly believe it is a death trap waiting to happen. Best Western should be ashamed of this place.

Be Careful!!I have been working for over two months to get money back from the hotel charging my credit card for the room, after accepting the booking from Hotwire. The hotel management refused to talk to anyone including my bank and Hotwire customer service and myself. Marketed hotel as a Best Western Plus in January 2018, Best Western said that it was not one of their hotels, there was nothing that resembled a Best Western, in customer service or appearance. Regardless of the name on the front of the building, I will never return to this establishment and I am in hotels about 300 nights a year.

Not a hotel guest, just went to the Chi-Cali bar and restaurant on premises. The food is really good here. The beers werent as cold as they should be. Im not one to need a bone chilling beer, these were just barely cold though. They got colder as the night went on. Seems like theyre using ice. Ha ha. Go for the food! Its worth it. Comedy night is fun too and it was free to boot! Overall, its a trippy little place to hang without going to Hollyweird or Pasadena.

Renovated subpar for the name. Tv remote wouldn’t work and the front desk wanted me to bring it down to them after a 16 hr drive. Bathroom toilet ran often (annoying). A chair and ottoman put in a space next to the bed that was too small. Air unit sits 4 ft off the ground. Everyone should know heat rises and cool air falls. So had to set heat high to be able to feel comfortingly the bed that sat below the air unit level.

Nice hotel as soon you go inside the elevator its just next to the parking and the people there are very nice and communicative me and the girl that was with me we really liked. .nice place its just by the 60 fwy. .

I love this hotel this is my favorite place for to stay when we visit family. They save my favorite room for me anytime we come. They have a little breakfast in the morning. They have coffee and tea and water in the office 24hours.Dan and cheryl is great i try to talk to him and a few others for making my reservations or checking in.I like being on the 3rd floor.The parking lot is under ground. They only take cars under 6feet. if you are taller you need to park on street.

First off I arrived a little early for check in (1pm instead of 3pm) which isnt normally a issue with other hotels but I was told they never had a room available so i can fully understand so I came back about 330 and was told that the room was ready on first impression i wasnt that Impressed by the interior of the hotel so I asked to see the room which the lady behind the desk replied I cant unless I pay first so I was persistently that I wanted to see what im paying for she radioed through upstairs to the cleaner and I went up and she showed me the room it was very a very dated room with a very bad smell i went downstairs told the receptionist I wasnt happy and wouldnt be staying asked for a different room to which the relly was we are fully booked then I booked a different hotel down the road and they still had the cheek to charge me for the room which I wouldnt put a dog in avoid at all costs
