My wife and I recently purchased our first home and have been fortunate enough to have Meridith as our real estate agent. From the very beginning, Meridiths strong work ethic, honesty, warmth and responsiveness really impressed us. While my husband and I took several months to figure out what type of home and neighborhood we wanted to live in, Meridith helped us along the journey by showing us countless houses, giving us honest opinions and answering our many questions. When we found our dream home, we ended up having a not-so-easy home buying experience but Meridith never gave up on getting us our home. She was always extremely responsive, offering ideas on different solutions and helping us keep a positive attitude. Were so grateful to have had Meridith as our realtor and plan to work with her again when were ready to move on to our next San Diego home.

My husband and I purchased our first home in October with the help of Meridith Metzger.We were both apprehensive about the entire home buying process - we werent sure what to expect, what we could and couldnt afford, where we should buy, etc. However, working with Meridith immediately assuaged any of our concerns and made the entire (complicated) process smooth and happy, with a very wonderful outcome.We had spent ours looking on many of the real estate listing websites and thought we had culled a list of homes we liked. However, when Meridith drove us around and showed us other options, we realized we had barely skimmed the surface - we really did need someone with savvy and know-how to show us the way - and Meridith certainly did.We had a million questions - all of which she answered expertly and quickly so we felt really supported and guided along the way. The first day she drove us around we found our dream home (one we had never found in our own searches - we had no idea it existed!) and immediately put an offer on it. Meridith talked us through all the paperwork calmly, patiently, and clearly so that we knew exactly what was going on every step of the process. Furthermore, we never felt pressured or sold to in any way - simply supported and helped. We really felt as though she genuinely listened to our concerns and needs and catered to them in a caring and thoughtful way.I highly recommend working with Meridith for all of you real estate needs. She is kind, genuine, concerned and connected with her clients, and she makes the process (which can be quite daunting) a pleasant one. We now live in our absolute dream home and could not be happier - and we owe so much of that to her.

Just bought new home in Coronado with the help of this group, Phyl Sarber is a veteran agent who knows every home in Coronado and most of the people. Charlotte Rudowicz is a whiz with all the paperwork and details. Wonderful experience working with this group. They even researched and recommended a realtor to help us sell an out of state property.

Merideth Metzger is friendly, easy to talk with, and so knowledgeable about the Coronado real estate market. Her local connections are amazing. Highly recommend. Great local realtor.
