Pooja was excellent to work with. I found the travel agency on Google and called. Pooja answered and we discussed my specific travel plans. She immediately got to work and gave me several options and airline prices within a couple of hours. Once we narrowed down to which airline we wanted to fly on, she got details on our food requests and preferred seating and immediately confirmed the tickets and booked travel for us. All of this was done within 24 hrs. Best booking experience I have ever had. She was very respectful, responsive and available through out the process. Poojas been booking international travel tickets for me and my family since the past 10 years. While booking for scheduled travels is a relatively easy job, what sets Pooja apart is the level of attention and knowledge she brings in an emergency scenario. She has helped me twice, explaining the right way to proceed and the correct things to to. There are multiple services out there now to compete with a travel agent, but I do not think any one of them stands up to the professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge that Pooja brings to the table.

Searching for international flights is not usually a difficult process, Ive done it many times. When it comes to international travel from US, Pooja from Bay area travels is the Goto person for us. First time, I used Bay area travel services was in 2013 and since then, its never turning back.Few benefits I would like to highlight for going with Bay area travels are:1. So I have stopped grinding myself exploring too much when it comes to international travel and just let Pooja handle it, she will make sure to find you the cheapest deal and not only that, but will take care of the right seats/meals based on the preferences you tell her. She asks extremely relevant questions. Its like she is building some AI model!2. Informative/helpful suggestions - When it comes to travel to Europe or Dubai (Im sure there are more destinations, they are well versed in) in terms of places, weather, food, culture, etc. Its like they have done a thorough study thru Tripadvisor or have traveled themselves to those destination.3.
