This doctor is an expert. The prices are good. I broke my foot, and Dr. Guan did my surgery and told me exactly how long it would take for me to heal. He was right on the nose. I enjoy the doctor’s personality. Excellent service.

Dr. Guan is helping me treat a very stubborn 10 year old plantar wart on my foot that I was unable to get rid of with over the counter remedies. I am very happy with the progress we are making and my foot should be plantar wart free soon!Dr. Guan and his team are very friendly and professional. They truly care about the best possible outcome for their patients. I am very happy to work with a podiatrist that cares about 1) the quality of the treatments and how they benefit my wellbeing (e.g., advising on treatments that would have the best long-term outcome for a full recovery) and 2) cares about the financial impact of the treatment options to the patient and is willing to work with them on a treatment plan that is cost effective.I strongly recommend Dr. Guan and his team to anyone looking for high quality medical care!

I started seeing Dr. Guan for my plantar fasciitis after my wife had very positive experiences with her foot treatments. Dr. Guan explained my different treatment options with corresponding costs as well as offering his professional opinion. Based on his recommendations, I am close to fully healed and pain free (just one more PRP to go!). I would recommend Dr. Guan and his practice to anyone!

Back in 2023 I saw Dr Guan for plantar fascitis, and flat feet. It turns out that I had a bone spur on my right ankle and both of my ankles needed were not in very good condition. A few surgeries later along with custom insoles, both my ankles are doing much better. Thank you Dr Guan for your amazing work.

The short interaction I had left me feeling more like a customer than a patient. It felt profit driven rather than patient driven. I do not believe any potential patient wants to have a rude interaction over text with a medical clinic.

I’ve seen several podiatrists in the area and Dr Guan and his office over the last year have been the most helpful and strong in customer service. He did a multi pronged approach to solution years of pain in my foot. I now have freedom from pain while hiking and am able to move around in basic activity pain free. Thank you Dr Guan and staff.

Customer service is so rude. I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was being passive aggressive. I asked about the type of shockwave they have available and she said «  I thought you were asking about shockwave arent we on the same page ». I explained to her that there are 2 types. She then said « I will transfer you to the medical assistant »I was on hold for 10 minutes, the medical assistant ended the call. Did not call back or anything.They do not know how to handle customers. Throughout the call there was no « thank you for your patience, I apologize for the wait »It is such a shame to have customer service reps like this!

I came in to check for pain in my foot and was told I have a possible posterior tibial tendon tear. They offered to do custom insoles. They charged me $1300+ (they make you sign a paper for upgrade material that would not be covered by insurance). I was asked to come back in a month to pick them up and have an office visit to check if they are working correctly. During that visit I was told it looked great even though I assured them that they dont seem to be offering any support. I tried to wear them and push myself to do so even though they were painful, but no luck. They also told me to do 6 PRP injections with them for $1000 each without offering more details (their answer was to look online for more info). I also asked to do an MRI to understand the problem better and not just guess the possible tear, but they ignored my request. They expected me to just do the injections without knowing what to expect.Besides all that, I asked multiple times to explain some of the charges from my visits. They also ignored those questions.Summary: DO NOT get custom insoles from them. I bought ones from Amazon for $18 that literally made instant relief and been using them for over a month, definitely recommend to do that instead.

I sincerely thanks Dr.Guan to his professionalism, his clinical skills and his bedside manner.I was referred to Dr.Guan after severe ankle injury and could not walk for 3 weeks. Dr.Guan promptly seen me and explained in detail about his treatment plan. He put my mind at ease.Due to my age, I prefer to NOT have surgery and elected to do the PRP treatment. I was skeptical at first, but after 3 PRP injections, my ankle feel much better and I am able to walk now.Thanks Dr.Guan to recommend the PRP and now I am a true believer. Looking forward to follow up with him next week.

Dr.Guan is one of the best doctors that Ive ever encountered. I had a really bad ankle sprain, went to see a couple doctors with very minimal improvement.Dr. Guan layout his treatment plan throughly and walk me through the process step by step. And his flexible schedule is great!His cut edge treatment make the make my ankle feel new and the was gone in 3 day!!!I cannot thanks him enough, find a good doctor is like find a needle in a haystack.Best Dr.Guans skill, professionalism and bedside manner is definitely one of the best.Dr.Guan you are the BEST!!!!
