I had a wheel bearing replaced on my 228i- evidently a difficult job that 2 other independent shops declined. Bavarian Professionals was able to do the job well, deliver excellent, accommodating service for HALF the price quoted by the BMW dealer. I will not bring to the dealer again. Bavarian professionals is not inexpensive, but seems to be a reasonable value.

After the sudden closure of H&B, I took my car in for service to Bavarian and could not have had a better experience. Marta was wonderfully communicative, thoroughly explaining everything that was being done, and a timeline for all that was recommended.I appreciate it having a loaner for the day, and I loved coming back to my car, sparkling, clean inside and out! I wouldnt trust anyone but this shop to touch my vehicle. The service is white glove and the staff is a library of knowledge. But what really sold me was the loaner carrying over 200,000 miles and driving like it just came off the lot. Honest, direct and fair, I know I can trust the advice and direction given by The Bavarian Professionals. I can trust that under the workmanship of this shop my vehicle will see 200,000+ miles.

I will be bringing my M4 here exclusively after my first interaction with Bavarian Professionals. They did some Dinan upgrades. They got me in quickly, got the work done quickly, and it is too notch. They advise and recommend changes based on what you are looking for, but do not try to up sell anything. They are extremely knowledgeable about BMW and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend, their prices are also a lot better than the dealer, and you get a loaner too.

I took in my 2004 BMW 330xi for an inspection and a power steering hose replacement. Eric and Nino were very knowledgeable and helpful, service was excellent, and drop off and pickup were convenient (they keep you updated through text about what they find during inspection, what services you need, and when your car is ready for pickup). A car wash was also included in my service free of charge. Definitely an exceptional place to service your BMW!

I am reluctant to take my car to any service shop. However, one of my friends, recommended the Beverian professionals and I was impressed with Eric’s friendly approach. I asked price quote for a deferred air filter, spark plugs, and micro filter for my M3. He quoted me a fair price. I immediately decided to use their service. They service my car on the same day. I highly recommend this company. They have earned a customer for life.

Just wow. Lady on phone very knowledgeable and gave me all information I needed to schedule appointment. Quick dropoff of my X3 and quickly got loaner that I booked complimentary. Great people, great work, and as friendly as can be. Got a tune and spark plug change to go along with it. Waiting for the ecru to get fully adapted to the tune but can already can feel the extra torque which is significant. I’ve been working with the team at Bavarian Professionals for over twenty years across two cars and trust them completely. They are honest and know their stuff, recommending when things need to be done and when things can wait or be deferred.Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned I was smelling fuel when I filled the car up. Their inspection revealed a leak from the tank which they said was extremely rare with BMWs. They would need to remove the tank to troubleshoot further (requiring several hours of labor). I needed the car back, so we scheduled to do this at a later time. The next day they called to tell me they had researched the problem for me and discovered that this was likely an issue covered by a special warranty extension for my car. They recommended taking it to BMW and even counseled me on the best service advisor to use there. Turns out, BMW replaced the gas tank at no expense. Bavarian Professionals saved me thousands of dollars by doing this research that they didn’t need to do for me. Thank you to Marta, who is both so knowledgeable and kind!

The finished product was very high quality. I used to take my car to an official BMW repair service for repairs, but it was very expensive and required many repairs. So this time I chose Bavarian Professionals because of the high reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am an international student and my English is not very good yet. I also do not have much knowledge about cars. However, they taught me slowly and carefully, using gestures, and I am very satisfied. While they were working on my car, they constantly emailed me about the progress and the status of the repair. When I asked questions, I received very thorough answers, which made me feel very comfortable. I was very surprised that the total cost was less than I expected. I was also very excited when I got in the car, as the exterior and interior of the car were very clean and well maintained. (This is like a brand new car!) Still driving my 2001 530i, which I ordered in 2000. Recently got the TRANS FAIL-SAFE PROGRAM alert and brought my car into Bavarian Pros for diagnosis and repair. I highly recommend Bavarian. I originally took my 2015 X5 to Weatherford BMW. The dealership didn’t communicate for a week and then quoted me about $13k worth of repairs. I emailed Bavarian the list of repairs and they responded immediately. They gave me a quote for the same work and were about half the price. I dealt with Marta who gave the the quote, gave me an accurate timeline for the repairs, and was extremely responsive and communicative. They finished the job in the time they estimated and for slightly less money than the original quote. Good shops are hard to find. This is one of them. If your BMW is no longer under warranty, avoid the dealership and take your car here. You’ll save time and money.

My friend referred me to Bavarian Pros recently so I made an appointment online on Memorial Day and was responded I was told by Eric. So I brought my car in two days later and Nino helped check in my 323ci 2000 car. I wished I knew about this BMW car service place years ago because the workers and the service is first class! They determined my misfires and my faulty gas cap immediately by calling me within a hour or so. Not only that, when my car was driven out for pick-up, my car was washed! I already made an appointment to bring my other car for this Friday. I am one happy customer with Bavarian Professionals!For my 2001 e46 wagon, Bavarian Pros pretty much brought my car back to life. Highly recommended!! I found Bavarian Pro on Yelp for brake fluid and oil change for my e92 M3, and I am so glad to have found them. It is difficult for me to find mechanic shops that I can trust and is familiar with M cars but Bavarian Pro specializes only in BMWs! They already know my car and what I needed when I called to inquired about their services. They really are professionals from start to finish; responsive, transparent and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment via text messages, and they were super accommodating with my schedule. They have a lounge for me to work while I waited for the car and offered a loaner car if I needed to be somewhere! They even washed and vacuumed my car at the end for free. The best part, I did not pay anywhere close to what a dealership would have charged. I highly recommend Bavarian Pros to all BMW, especially M car owners.

In February 2023 I brought my BMW X1 in because of a warning light stating “emergency call malfunction”. In addition, the GPS map location was inaccurate. After some diagnostics work it was determined that the telematics control unit had corrosion and needed to be replaced. In addition the sunroof seal was replaced because of a possible water leak. Check for water leaks showed no leaks. Total cost was $3,093.12.In June 2023 the “emergency call malfunction” warning returned as well as the inaccurate GPS location. I brought the car back to Bavarian Professionals, and they determined that the telematics control unit was once again corroded from a water leak around the roof antenna. Much to their credit, they honored their warranty and replaced the telematics control unit at no charge.However, the emergency call button no longer works and the car does not receive information such as traffic information, or communicate with the myBMW app on my phone or computer.Based on a phone conversation with BMW Service, they suspect that the telematics control unit was not installed correctly. That is the most plausible reason for the failure to make emergency SOS calls.I’m unsure of my next step. I just want the car to work correctly.

If you drive a bmw and love your car then you should get it to these guys instead of bmw service centers and you won’t be disappointed at all. This was my first time with Bavarian and I have become a lifelong customer now due to below reasons.- They are honest. They quoted me much lower than bmw service center and did not charge extra for the parts.-Job was done exceptionally well and better than bmw service centers.- Service was very fast. Got my car back within 24 hours after appointment whereas bmw service center kept my car for 3 days just to have a look into the issue.- Amazing customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment for my Bmw convertible top and to find out why it’s not not working . A female sales person, I had spoken with had very little knowledge of my concern, regarding my convertible top issue. I ask a question and in return she provided a price.Inspection cost $180 and hour. I did not get the problem fixed, the diagnoses didn’t break down any problem that could convince me of satisfaction in services rendered . I ask a questions and receive no clear answer. The sales lady name lack knowledge of repair services. She babbled whenever I ask how much, later on the next day, she sends a picture of a crack in a unknown part. The cost became more then the car was worth. I stop the repair, then I was told I can pick up car, she was not present and no other staff person new anything, but knew how much, I had to pay for my convertible top not working. ( I knew that, when I brought it in.)they knew very little about where the problem was located ? Like show me the area that is damaged. 🤔I ask a person behind the counter if he knew anything about my BMW. He said he didn’t know . I had ask the female over the phone before arriving for a detailed Description of the issues regarding my convertible top. No description but a $$495 diagnostic bill. I would never recommend this company for services to anyone. No thumbs up.. A big total of time waisted. Those who say this company is a good bmw specialist is wrong..they must be apart of the staff.

Had a adaptive headlight malfunction error which disappeared and the day I brought it in but was replaced by an excessive battery drain error message. It’s easy to see why BP has so many glowing 5 star reviews - I’ve been coming here for over 4 years now, and have seen many ins and outs of BMW ownership, including (proudly and gratefully) 3 different M cars of 3 different generations.I’ve also been to a handful of shops in the area, some specializing in BMW, others more general, and while I’ve had mostly positive experiences, BP is definitely a cut above the rest, and that’s why I’ve kept coming back over and over.The front of house team is super professional, very courteous, and great with communication, and the back of house folks really know their stuff and do great and surprisingly fast work.I’ve had most minor and some major repairs here - oil changes, multiple sets of tires, oil pan gaskets, AC system, fluids, etc. Because the M series stuffs huge engines into normal size engine bays, the processes for even simple fixes are sometimes elaborate, and BP has always been very transparent about cost, and deals with my after market warranty company directly which is awesome and very convenient for me.BMW owners have a reputation of being all kinds of not so great things, and while I hope I don’t typify the worst of them, I’m sure I represent a good number of them very faithfully hahaha. The team at BP has always been extremely gracious and I am very grateful for that.Very comfortable lounge if you want to wait / work (plenty of seats, outlets, wifi) for your repair or oil change, Whole Foods a couple blocks away, and loaner cars if needed (I recommend calling as far in advance as possible if you need a loaner as the place is popular). Also, the car always comes back ‘feeling’ better, fluids topped up, washed, etc. Overall, a very premium experience at a very fair price, especially compared to dealerships.One of the main challenges of owning high performance cars is getting them serviced properly - I can’t recommend BP more in terms of overall value, speed of service, and customer experience. My wifes 2003 325i had two years of repeated cooling system issues, leaking coolant, getting fixed, and leaking again. It all said: don’t trust this car. She had a solo drive to Morro Bay coming up after the new year, and a week before her trip I cold-called Bavarian Professionals asking for help. But these guys have not only been professional but accommodating when I was commuting from Berkeley to Davis and needed after hours drop offs and pick ups as I rotated between 2 Beemers. Engine was misfiring often on rapid acceleration sending out “Service Engine.Soon” indicators. Eric first tried swapping coils and later replaced a faulty plug. The misfiring condition first improved then reappeared in a few weeks.Eric then noticed I have a SULEV emission coverage and recommended fixing the problem through the dealer. After testing coil swaps the dealer replaced all six coils. The problem has not reappeared.

The glass fell out of my side mirror inexplicably. This would have ruined my Memorial Day weekend, but they were able to get the glass, and squeeze me in on a Friday with a days notice. That morning I realized the window washer jets were in fact broken not empty, and they were able to take that on, replace the motor, and clean out the system. Both jobs done in under 30min and for a very fair price. Getting to take my daughter to the beach the next day, priceless!

I just picked up my car from the Bavarian shop and as soon as my car was delivered to me I noticed 2 scratches on the left rear door which I CERTAINLY wasnt there when I left my car for the work!! Extremely frustrating! I will post my review on Yelp to alert people to this issue!

This is the truth. Marta is the lady you want to talk too about you BMW. She assign joe to my BMW on a test drive I had mention that it could be my struts and rear shocks I was wrong it was my control arms and bushings for my something to do my drive line well just on a test drive. They inspected my suspension later marta calls me and tells me what their evaluation is and joe spot on.A foreman name jeff whiteland from concord BMW said my suspension was fine . As you can see barvarian professionals they are the truth in knowing your BMW. I grew up in a bmw shop I am out of touch but these guys have made me a beliver and a friend for life. They are super honest and if you want it done right talk to these guys.

Excellent work and incredibly honest.. Tells me what work i need, but as importantly, what work is NOT needed, even if the BMW dealership or the computer alert say that it is needed. Great having beemer loaners. Love this place.

Eric provided great recommendation to replace tires with Michelin run flats for slightly more cost on my 2013 X3. Smoother, much less harsh ride vs. the OEM Pirelli run flats.

I was going to bring my car to get serviced here but when I went into the main office, a member of the staff had taken off her mask and was talking indoors with no mask on. It is clear they do not take COVID-19 seriously here as the CDC does mandate that masks be worn indoors at all time.
