I always bring my BMW into Bavarian Mastercare when my car needs service or repairs, they also do excellent work, and they are really quick with repairs. Eddie, who is at the front desk, is super nice, friendly and efficient, the kind of person I would love to have greeting my clients.

Bavarian Mastercare has been our automotive shop of choice for her 12 or 13 years now. They have consistently provided us with good feedback, not overcharging us, and are always friendly and helpful. Ive been taking my BMW 650i to Hamed and his crew for almost 4 yrs for those surprise engine lights and various issues as well as routine maintenance. I have been taken my BMW to Bavarian Master Care for the last 4 years, since I moved to CA, and I have been very satisfied with their professionalism and great job they always do. I just had oil change and while I was waiting Mr. Shah checked my tires pressures and all four sensors, because the light pressure was on, so he put air on all tires and reset the pressure lights off, and I was out if the door within 30 minutes. I have never had such a wonderful experience in any other Previous shops before.I do strongly recommend Master Care to anyone who needs professional service and repair for their cars!

Bavarian Master Care has serviced my X5 and vintage 1986 BMW 635Csi for several years, always with excellent results. Ive had many foreign cars serviced since the mid-1970s and, frankly, BMC is the most knowledgeable, efficient, and service-friendly firm Ive ever known.

I have been taking my car into Bavarian Master Auto Care for about 12 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable, dependable, family owned, and responsible. For Regular maintenance or fixing an emergeny problem is what they do best.! They are reasonably prices, explain exactly what they need to do and get it done quickly with no no necessary extras. Highly recommend Bavarian Master Care for you car maintenance!

We have over 23 years as a Customer. When you feel confident to continue to use a business and refer others constantly, that should say quite a bit about them. They are fair, honest, and provide exceptional service. Over the past 23+ years they have worked on 9 of our BMWs, with great attention to detail. They not only pay attention to the vehicles, but to their clients as well, always following up on the service and experience. We think of them as an extension to our family, they have created that level of trust and confidence. I would definitely recommend them.

Bavarian Master Care is a 1st Class independent BMW and Mercedes shop that will fix any repair requested. Hamed and Habib are the most professional technicians Ive ever associated myself with. The minute you walk in the door, your questions will be answered with confidence and the level of comfortability ensues with the customers. Knowledgable, courteous, and professional is what youre going to get upon arriving at Mastercare. Ive had 4 BMWs, my wife drives one and my daughter has a Mini Cooper. Having owned BMWs for the last five years I only go to BMW Mastercare as a good friend referred them to me. Their work is impeccable and pricing is comparable. I have never had an issue with their work. Excellent Body Repair in addition to the Service!Hamed and Habib have an excellent established Mercedes Service Center which I am customer of as long as I live in the SD county.They have expanded business to Body repair lately. I took my car, GLC 300, there for a repair for the first time.The work was estimated $1600 elsewhere. They returned the car to me brand new for only $900!! Had a hard time to believe there were body damages to my car ever! They wash the car inside out as well before returning to you. Great quality and value. Thanks Bavarian!

This is my 2nd time visiting and am impressed with Hamed’s care and customer service. Very professional and great attention to detail.After getting a poor alignment job done by Pep Boys, I had Bavarian check the specs and it showed that the toe was completely off. They performed a correct alignment, provided before and after computer readouts.Overall, I am very pleased and feel better for having brought my car here.

This is a review on Bavarian Mastercare on the service done on Toyota Sienna on 7/12/2019.I brought my 2015 Sienna to Bavarian Mastercare on Friday morning 7/12/19 due to the vehicle shaking a bit when decelerating from above 40 mph. Hamed called me back in an hour with a diagnosis of warped front brake rotors & disk pads. He gave me a quote for his cost of the premium parts and labor. It would have cost me much much more if I had the service done at the Stealership. The shop service stalls were full of cars needing service, so I was expecting to get the vehicle back the early part of next week. That was okay with me knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Hamed surprised me again by calling me after five hours that my vehicle is done and ready for pick up. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, Hamed had another pleasant surprise - the final cost came out much lower than I was quoted over the phone. Hamed even showed me the replaced parts & patiently explained to me the rationale for the cause of the problem. I left Bavarian Mastercare with a big grin on my face. I finally found a car service provider who is highly skilled and yet very honest in his dealings with his clients. Now I know how it feels to have your cake and eat it too.This is a review on the service done by Bavarian Mastercare on my BMW 760 Li on 6/4/2019.Hamed Wassel is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. He explained the service that my car needed thoroughly. This BMW, Mini Cooper and Mercedes Benz service provider is efficient, thorough, competent and provides high quality work. They have state of the art equipment and tools to service specific cars mentioned above and more. The location is perfect as I live in in San Diego North County. Their billing is transparent and competitive. They have an online accessible history of your vehicle with service recommendations and will remind you when service to your car is coming due. I wish I found them much earlier than I had. I highly recommend Bavarian Mastercare auto service. Bavarian Mastercare is my auto repair shop from this day moving forward.

I took my 2013 Mini Cooper in for a turbo issue and I could not be happier with the service I received. We were given lots of information about the diagnosis and since we wanted to keep driving the car for a while we replaced the turbo. We were treated courteously and the turbo was replaced for a fair price far less than the dealer would charged. I found a service provider for my out of warranty Mini and I am so happy.

Took my 2005 BMW 530i in for many problems. Shop had it for a week and knew everything that was wrong with it. This is now and will always be my shop to go too. We all know BMWS are expensive to work on but this shop is far and customer service is undespuitable. I will never take my car too any other shop beside Bevarian Automotove. Hamed and his team did a fantastic job with our BMW X5. I previously brought my car to 5th Ave Auto thinking it was close and they did a great job on Smog check. What a big mistake that was. 5Th Ave Auto ended up breaking my rearview mirror and navigation no longer functioning. Both items were working when I dropped the car off. After spending $2K with 5Th Ave Auto, I ended up bringing my car to Bavarian Mastercare. Hamed and his team Marco was in constant contact with me with their findings and updates on costs. They fixed the navigation and the broken rearview mirror at a fraction of the costs. I will never bring my vehicle anywhere other than Bavarian Mastercare.

In the last 19 years we have have owned four BMWs: a 2000 323i sport wagon, a 2004 Z4 3.0i roadster, a 2015 328d sport wagon, and a 2016 228i coupe. All but the newest (whose service is still covered free by the dealer) are routinely serviced by Bavarian Mastercare. Hamed, Habib and the rest of their team have kept all our cars running smoothly, reliably and worry-free. Case in point: the 2000 323i wagon has gone over 300,000 miles without having to overhaul either its engine or automatic transmission!

I manage auto parts delivery drivers and have the occasion to stop in while covering a delivery now and then. I was greeted as if I was a customer. He offered me water and coffee. He spoke to me in a kind manner and patience as I made his delivery for the first time. If hell treat the delivery driver like this hell treat you well too. First impressions are huge. Dishonest and terrible customer service.I called about getting an ignition because I lost the key to my car but I had the fob and I asked what is the cheapest way for me to be able to get my car started. the supervisor for degree 400 + and said I needed for 5 different parts to get it going I asked him since I had the foB if I would be able to get the ignition key cylinder with key can just change out the fog if my car would run like that the supervisors told me know was very rude about it didnt want to listen to me my explanation when trying to explain to him that I have the fOb part of the key he cut me off And RUDE. WELL guess what boys I got my ignition key cylinder and I put it in myself and my car workS GREAT. Thanks to autobahn I got the part for 50 dollars with excellent customer service. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.
