The gentlemen that work here are phenomenal and this has nothing to do with them. But if you plan to get a phone screen fixed I would move with caution. I got my phone fix here a few days ago and since then my battery dies at a VERY rapid rate. Like I said the guys were helpful and great but now I still have to get a new phone because I can’t use mine without being attached to a charger. Super bummed.

My car battery connection had oxidized, and the battery ran low on power. I decided to replace the 5-year-old batter.I went to Batteries Plus for their low price and free installation.They had the battery needed in store and check out was quick. They started to install the battery right away.The replacement was a bit more complicated as the oxidized connection was stuck on the battery terminal and would not come off. They worked on it until they got it off, cleaned the connection and added a new battery. It didnt work the first time and they cleaned the connection again.They clean the car after their work. They were very careful with the job.Im thankful for their service and availability.The car starts as new, and the battery has needed power again.

This is one of those great stores I enjoy visiting because it’s a nice break from buying everything on my phone. I enjoy supporting local businesses and they really know their stuff when it comes to lighting.They had a very hard to find a lightbulb that we use in our kitchen and it’s so nice to know that they are available locally when they can be out of stock on different websites. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great customer service. Very friendly, professional and patient. Had all the answers to my questions. The person I worked with installed the electrolyte solution in the batter.y for my quad w/o asking and then gave me instructions so I would know when it was fully charged. Also I bought the wrong size initially. They took it back easily with my receipt. First time I used BP and they far exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be my go to store for batteries.

Dishonest employees!!!! Do not allow them to work on your equipment! I took my watch into the Roseville location for a battery replacement. They had a new employee working on my watch who used a clamp to secure the back of the watch which cracked the crystal. My husband spoke with Jess and he said they would send it to a jeweler for repair. We waited 10 days and received a call that the watch was ready for pick up. My husband picked up and they told him they bought us a new watch since the original watch wasn’t repairable. Great! I try it on and it doesn’t fit my wrist. Something was wrong. We called them and they told us they bought a new used watch off eBay that was in better condition than my original watch. This is just dishonest! Why not be up front instead of making me think I was getting a new watch. I went and bought a new watch that was close to my old watch and asked to be reimbursed. They don’t want to do that. The replacement cost $65. Not that expensive but they want to give me a much smaller amount. Never leave your jewelry with anyone….this is bait and switch with lots of lies mixed in. They are not trustworthy. You broke it…you are responsible for that. You are not a jewelry store and should not attempt to repair jewelry you broke.

I needed my keyfob battery replaced....again. :{This time I went to Batteries Plus on Pleasant Grove in Roseville. I was in and out of there with a new, working battery in less time than it took the guy at the car dealer to replace it. The young man (now I sound old, but I didnt pay attention to his name!) who helped me was very friendly and efficient. Ive only been there a few times, but always get good, friendly service.

I’ve purchased more than 7 batteries from the location in roseville on pleasant grove, as well as battery jump starters and other misc items - over $2000 spent in this store!When my expensive AGM “best of the best” battery died (literally as soon as the warranty was up) they basically told “bad luck to you”, and offered to sell me a replacement. I tried to give them a chance to make it right, asked them to understand it from my perspective. But they were uninterested. I think sometimes people lose compassion and understanding when they see the same thing all the time, desensitized to this situation, and then stop caring.Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Somewhere that actually cares about its customers, not to mention offers the exact same thing for nearly half the price.

I call this store to see if they had this battery on stock. He told they didnt have it and to call another store. I asked if he can search for a store that might have it, he said he had not way of doing that. so I did call another of their stores and they said that the store I originally called it showed they did have that battery. I called back and the same guy put me on hold indefinitely and after listening to their pre recording for more15 minutes I hung up. Extremely poor customer service.

Outstanding customer service! Jackson and Carson are amazing! Very high-end quality products as well. Back in 2017 I needed a new battery for my 14 Harley Davidson Limited. I was very hesitant to try batteries plus as I’ve always stuck with OEM dealer equipment. I’m very pleased to say the battery replaced today was five years old and still was not having any problems. I replaced it just to be safe. The staff at this location is amazing. The prices are outstanding. I saved 15% just by buying it online and then picking it up. And yes they are high-quality and work really well and Harley touring bikes. I LOVE Batteries Plus!

Horrible customer service. All the employees have attitudes. Brought a phone in to fix the screen and they completely locked the phone up so it had to be erased. Lost all data that wasnt backed up. Excellent service. Quick and someone was ready to help me almost immediately upon entering the store. I had scheduled an appointment to fix our phone screen. The process was simple and my phone was fixed in under 1 hour. We also had a back up key made for our truck and the person who helped us made sure it worked before we left the store. Painful. Didnt have what I needed. Ask them to order it. They couldnt. Supervisor didnt seem to know much and was a little snarky and dismissive... Questioned my needs and acted like the whole thing was stupid... Ive had better service at a similar store on greenback near sunrise Mall... I wont bother going in this place again. Thank them for their efforts and received no acknowledgment. Stock was low and parking situation is ridiculous because the line for Chick-fil-A was blocking the only entrance... I give up... should have saved myself the 20 minutes...

I ordered online, and after about fifteen minutes I receive an email that my order was ready to be picked up at the store. Please continue with the prompt turnaround. The reason I ordered from you is because per your website, the merchandise I need was available for pick up at the store nearest my location, reasonable price, 10% discount on online order. Then after a few minutes of my online order, I received an email that my order was ready for pickup. At the store, I was greeted and helped by one of your associates. I was out of your store in a few minutes. I liked the ease of ordering online, convenience of pick up at the store nearest me within an hour of ordering. First of all it was easy from start to finish. I was able to order my battery for my Pilot online and pick up in the store. A discount was given for doing it that way. Bought high end battery here that went bad and lost the charge. Brought the battery back for testing and potential replacement. Was told can not test it as it needs to be charged up overnight. Waited till next day when was told battery is bad but.. they do not have it in stock. They can have replacement in 4 days… but the store that has it is 20 minutes away…basically either I take the battery to the other store for replacement or have to wait 4 days. The fact I can not use my car they care less about. Some staff tried to help but a guy in there, maybe manager, cared less and really needs to improve his customer skills. One thing he accomplished is they lost a few customers.

Brought my phone into this store on Sunday, September 12, 2021. I have a green note 20 and my screen was replaced with a black note 20 screen. This makes my phone ugly as heck. Was not told that it was a black screen only that they could replace the screen. They also failed to put my stylus back into my phone. When I called them, I was told they didnt have my stylus. I drove 40 minutes out to the store and all of a sudden they found my stylus. When I called to discuss the screen, I was told a manager would call me back. That didnt happen. I called today and was told they could either order a new screen and replace it in a week or put my cracked screen back on. They didnt care that I have to drive 40 minutes for a third time for their mistakes.

It was likely the easiest transaction I have made since this entire COVID19 thing began. I think it was Brittney who helped. she answered the phone when I called. I was still on the freeway. I gave her my name and let her know I had an exchange. She explained the entire procedure to me in 10 seconds. Fast, efficient . I drove up to the store front, she immediately recognized my vehicle and came out with the order. Picked up my exchange from the back of my truck, went inside and a minute later came out with my receipt and refund slip. All told 2 minutes.

Store Manager Jeff Allen is an awesome guy with great attitude and energy. Extremely trustworthy. I brought my 2006 Mercedes R350 for a battery replacement, replacing is pretty complex unlike other cars as the battery is tucked under the front passenger seat. He took it as a challenge and completed the job with 100% satisfaction.I would highly recommend Jeff for all your battery needs irrespective of what car you possess so you avoid being ripped off by the dealer.

Needed two batteries for a power wheelchair the store I ordered from only had one in stock and said it would take a week at least to order one. Called Battery plus help line to see if they would ship one from one of their other stores .I was told I needed to contact the store where the order was placed. Evidently each store is separately owned. And the help person wasn’t willing to talk to the store. Called the store and explained the situation. We bought a 6 volt dry cell battery in August 2020 after 4 months the battery lost its charge . They said it had a 2 year warranty. Well they charged it 2 weeks lost charge and they wouldnt give a new battery. I will never buy from this store again !

I had an unfortunate but typical for 2020 accident with my work cell phone and the screen shattered. Scheduling online to get the screen replaced was very convenient (and saved me an additional $10). Check-in at the store was a breeze and safe (mask required; plexiglass shield at counter), and they completed the work in half the quoted time (only took 30 minutes). THANK YOU!!!

Classic example of the Bait and Switch. I ordered a Duracell Ultra BCI group 27F on-line for my Toyota. Nothing was stated during the order process that they did not stock it. After placing the order it indicates they will send me an email confirmation it is ready to be picked up or installed. So I called the store to find out if they have the battery so I can replace my trucks failing battery. The lady in the store said We dont stock that particular one, but have the next more expensive ($30 more). I asked when will they have the battery I ordered and she said Well place the order TOMORROW (Sunday), and that we should have it Tuesday. Should have it!!!!!!!! They are going to order it tomorrow????? Why the heck wasnt it automatically ordered immediately upon receipt of my order and credit card payment in this era of electronic ordering. I have had good results in the past from this store, but the lackadaisical attitude toward my on-line order this time has really soured me toward this store and especially the way orders are placed on-line. They should have offered to give me the upgraded battery for the same price. So I guess I wait until Tuesday afternoon to tow my truck over there? I believe this to be a typical bait and switch policy, knowing that most people will be forced into buying the upgrade since it is for a vehicle. Shame on Batteries Plus !

First of all the man offered her a 10 percent discount that she never received second of all the man forgot her case on her phone and insinuated that she had it and that he gave it to her. I tried to leave a review on the BatteriesPlus website but it doesnt allow you to post a review there. So, I wonder if those reviews are even real. First issue is the pricing on the website is misleading. They post a price for a battery and lead you to believe that part of that price is an $18 core charge. In reality the Core Charge/Deposit of $18 is in addition to the posted price of the battery. I told the clerk that the same battery was sold at Sams club next door. He said that the price difference was less than $1. However, he failed to mention that Sams Club gives a free replacement warranty of 3 years but BatteriesPlus only gives a 2 year warranty for the same exact battery. You can also get an Interstate Battery from Costco for $93 and it has a 42 Month Free Replacement.
