I am so impressed with this attorney! He took the time to answer my questions directly. I didn’t have to jump through hoops and got straight answers. Because of the nature of my accident, I wasn’t sure where to turn or even how personal injury cases work. I got so much insight about the cost, and realistic expectations of what the recovery should amount to. Because my Case is a mixture of personal injury, Insurance and malpractice… and is really quite tricky, I ended up talking to a few lawyers more specialized in that area, in the end, not pursuing it at all. None of the other lawyers I spoke with were as transparent and direct as Barry. If I ever have a personal injury case I will ABSOLUTELY Come back to Barry Goldberg. I highly recommend seeing what he can do for you.

Barry Goldberg is the BEST ACCIDENT LAWYER you will ever find—hands down!!!…Unfortunately the accident I had in April 2020 was not my first car accident, but I have to say, it was probably one of the most taxing emotionally not to mention also physical pain that I went through. The accident was a hit and run—while I was driving on the freeway! Thankfully, I had uninsured motorist. What I didn’t realize is very few lawyers even want to take on hit and run cases! Well, I retained a lawyer, and only days later got dropped—for no real specific reason! I was beside myself. This was in the night when I received the “drop” letter via email. I was in a panic as I in the process of trying get an appoint with a doctor to get checked out and get treatment. Just like that—dropped! I called several names from the internet, but Barry was the only Lawyer who responded—not just an answering service, he called me back! Did I mention that it was late?! I’ll never forget his tone of real concern and words of assurance that everything was gonna be ok. And, you know—from that point on, I did feel a sense of ease, that Barry was going to take care of it—and, He did!!!! I got the medical treatment I needed, the emotional trauma from the experience subsided, my car got fixed, and he got me an unbelievable settlement!!!! You know, when my accident happened, all I wanted was to get the treatment I needed and get back to feeling normal. That did happen because Barry fought for me!!!
