Im so happy with Baron, I dont even know where to start. We wanted our realtor to be first and foremost ethical, Baron is more than ethical. The second thing we thought was important was hard working- Yup, thats Baron 100%. The last thing we need out of a realtor is good communication- Baron might as well have been our neighbor! We heard from him quickly during ALL important steps and developments. He was protective of our needs as his clients. Baron Bruno will start out as your Realtor, and end up a close friend. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had Baron in our lives to help us in this massively important transition, I promise you, you will too.

How do I even start? Baron is simply amazing. I entered into my most recent home search not knowing if I would find anything in my price range that met my needs. Sure enough, Baron found a way to make it happen for me AGAIN. During the several months that the entire process took, he and I communicated on a daily basis. Any concerns that I had were put to rest knowing that Baron and his team had my back. In this market, you have to trust that your agent has your best interest in mind. Baron assisted in my home purchase in 2015, the sale of that property in 2018 and my purchase in 2019. I will NEVER use another agent.

We cannot recommend Baron and Bren more highly. It was our first time selling a house and they held our hands through the whole experience, making us feel very protected and taken care of. From comps, to marketing, to closing the deal they went above and beyond at every step. You can really feel their passion and care for their work.For example, they helped water our plants while we were away and left a card and bottle of champagne for the buyer when we closed on behalf of us. These little touches make all the difference. But not only were they very sweet and personable, they also are very strategic, effective, knowledgeable, and hardworking. The end result for us was a great deal while also feeling comfortable the entire time. And our particular house was not an easy one to sell, we had significant problems that were discovered during inspections. Our buyer nearly dropped out, but Baron and Bren were able to work through all of the issues tirelessly and ended up negotiating a deal that everyone was happy with. The whole time we felt complete trust that Baron and Bren were more than capable of handling everything that came up.They put on a fabulous open house. Beforehand they went above and beyond fixing up the place with little touches to make it sparkle. They saved us money by doing this themselves and not charging us extra for their labor, so thoughtful! They also got professional photos and a cool marketing video done. They even walked around meeting all the neighbors to introduce themselves, get more information, and look for leads. Throughout the whole process they just really represented us so well, were polite and courteous to everyone, and still kept our best interests (both financially and personally) in mind.They are incredibly hard working and communicative. They work very fast, around the clock and on weekends to keep things moving and save money. And they email/text/call any time of day or night, keeping us always up to date.We thank our lucky stars that we got to work with Baron and Bren and couldnt be more grateful to them for a wonderful experience. What a great agency! In less than a week I found the perfect apartment for my daughter. Baron Bruno was the only Real Estate Agent who answered on my demand for helping me to find an apartment for my daughter who was moving from Brussels to Los Angeles. And his Agency has done outstanding work.
