Nice clean atmosphere, there is a Starbucks located inside like normal. Plenty of Seating near Starbucks to read, socialize and network. They have a children section very neat and tidy. Books and section are organized and clean. Located next to plenty of shopping and restaurants when done book 📖 shopping would recommend.

The store is clean and all the Beautiful Books bring so much wonder to a reader. Such endless options. Some of the books can be damaged so make sure to check all the corners and pages before buying.Aside from that the best way to get help is to walk up to a cashier. Lately I havent noticed very many employees.

Nice location and good atmosphere. My only complaint is the starbucks Cafe- the floor looked dirty to me. I could see streaks and lots of foot prints. The tables also werent clean. The cookies tasted weird - I noticed in my salted caramel cookie I found CHUNKS of butter. That tells me the dough wasnt mixed properly.

Stopped in to browse around with my family. We had a nice visit and even bought a book for my mom.Store is very clean greeted by a few employees also asked several times if I need assistance, nice, however if I am nose deep in a book or browsing, Id prefer not to be bothered.The have a huge variety of not only books but toys. A separate reading section away from the toys which was awesome so my grandkids were not asking for the toys constantly. They were actually interested in the books!!In the middle of the store is a Nook Book station.Restrooms were to the right rear before the toys.Also a Starbucks, I didnt see any signage for it.Prices are expected for new books!I enjoyed the kids two sections as well as the Harry Potter and Star Wars shelves/isle!Nice selection of board and card games as well..Will return and recommend!

I like this location. Clean, organized, staff is friendly. Several chairs to be able to sit down and read. Starbucks inside of course does help to keep you there longer. Bathrooms are always clean.

I love the bookstore. I read a lot. I didnt go here today, though. I was just drinking a beer on the bench outside waiting for my Lyft. I did get The Ultimate Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy from here a couple weeks ago! This has to be the 3rd or 4th time Ive bought this book; I have to give it away when I find out one of my friends hasnt read it. 🍻

I was impressed that the store was well staffed. I observed employees offering assistance to every customer they encountered. When I went to the information desk, two employees offered to help. It was an extraordinary experience.

A nice Barnes and Noble, always friendly experience. The only issue I have is the lack of indigenous and Mexican history books and their movements. Obviously, I can order online elsewhere, but sometimes IDK what exactly Im interested in. It would be wonderful to browse through.

Awesome Barnes & Nobles. LOTS of books & they even sell games, DVDs, toys, extc...they even have a mini cafe...I like going here. Cant go wrong to go here for an hour or two. Helps if you like reading of course.

Best place for books hands down in my opinion. There is a wide selection of books, toys, and music related items in the store. My friends and I tend to go whenever we hang out, because it allows us to keep up to date on some of the new manga and light novels that are coming out.

This B&N is so clean and organized. The restrooms are well kept and the staff was very helpful/friendly. I will be returning to this location for sure. Only downfall was minimal parking due to it being next to other very popular stores.

This was in CA & I live in FL so 1st this was definitely the biggest Barnes & Noble I had ever been in. I went in for the cafe & not only were they the nicest most helpful employees! I went to buy something out of the case & not only was everything in there massively sized but was fairly cheap too! Would definitely go there again if Im back in CA.

B&N is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to spend an hour with the kids. They have so many good books for kids. Not just reading but activity books to. I was really impressed with the different types of books there are for kids and adults too! Anytime I need to find a gift for someone I know I will find something they will like here. The membership works at the Starbucks inside too. I don’t drink coffee but the desserts there are pretty amazing!

I want to start off by saying this was our 2 year old daughter’s first time at a book store and her first time picking out her own books. As we were searching through the kids books our daughter spotted a kind face and decided she was going to start a conversation, mixed with some Gibberish and some words she began talking away, all the while this wonderful caring Barnes & Nobles employee by the name of Adriana was more than willing to entertain our 2 year old with conversation and a kind smile, she was very helpful by showing her books and asking our daughter questions about pictures in the book. I want to say thank you to Adriana for making our little girls first experience a great one. Taking the time out of her busy day to sit and chat about books with our daughter may not have seemed like a big deal to her, but for us it was HUGE. We live in a world where most people are rude and mean, but Adriana is proof that there is still kindness here. Barnes & Nobles is lucky to have such a nice employee.

Since its black history month I took the children I work with for a book to add to their collection... they were excited to see a book with children that look like them, they was very proud of their chooses. Always love going here. So many grate books to check out. I always tend to go to Poetry, philosophy, self enlightening (tarot cards, astrology etc), fiction (love some Vonnegut), non-fiction/biographies and classics. I like to check out books I like and then compare prices on Amazon and Thriftbooks (thriftbooks is a great option if you dont care about the book being used. You can get some very cheap). If the books is much cheaper on Amazon, I order it but, if it is closest the B&N price, I just get it there.

I havent been in a Banes & Noble in a very long time. I am a voracious reader but just grab books when I see something I want to read. The only thing that made me unhappy (just a tiny bit) was there wasnt a very good selection of science books. I didnt really see an actual section for anything like Astronomy, Geology, Astrophotography etc that wasnt aimed at high school level. Aside from that, it was great to go to a bookstore again.

Went in for a book on local birds and someone helped me right away. Nice selection plus I like to look around at all the assorted books, journals, fathers day items, games, Funko pops-- so much variety. Fun. Check out could have been better, I bought 4 or 5 items and one book was a big, heavy reference book and the cashier indicated she didnt think double bagging would work; they do it at Trader Joes. Anyway, miracle, it did work ! Recommend.

They didnt fulfill my store pick up order and I had to go there 3 times before I was informed it got canceled. The manager wasnt much help at all. The heavy set male customer service worker had an attitude but management wasnt much better (the tall guy no glasses brown hair) so its just the way they operate. All in all they are pretty decent. The gentleman i checked out with was very sweet..he had glasses and was very chipper, and The older females are wonderful and they made up for the millennial employees. The older woman working the information booth in middle of store needs to be the manager. She really enjoys books and is very friendly. The store had a great selection. I gave 5 stars because we cant Afford to lose more readers... but please note what mentioned above. Thank you

They also only had my books to order online so kinda bummed i could not just get it there and then. Store is always messy, employees stand near the desk and are obnoxious, and restrooms are the worst I’ve ever seen. Their poor cafe workers are doing a three man job with one person in there. I remember coming here years ago and they seemed more on top of things and the workers were much more professional. The workers there now don’t even know where books are half the time. Barnes clearly doesn’t care about their stores, their employees and doesn’t stand a chance if a bookstore of the times comes along. This place is a dinosaur.

Love this place! Having a membership is great and I love all the cool things they carry, besides books! We recently found some awesome baby/toddler learning toys on clearance, that we couldnt pass up! Plus there is always a deal going on with the display tables. We recently took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free board books (for young ones) but they often have the same deal for certain fiction books and such! They keep the place clean and the staff are always friendly!

Open during pandemic with face covering required and hand sanitizer available at entrance. Well stocked yet lots of space to move. Restrooms are available. Chairs for reading are not. Ledges by magazines that were used for reading are blocked. Staff is always nice, welcoming, and helpful. It was more enjoyable before the pandemic and has lost some charm and energy, but still a great place to shop and browse for books. Always has the latest releases and attractive displays. Normally during the Christmas holidays there are groups each week stationed near the entrance providing gift wrap for donations and will even wrap purchases from other stores as long as they are not too large to handle. And many times I have enjoyed a Christmas concert by a school put on in the store. This year will surely be different. But in 2021 that should return.

Some of the customers that go here feel like theyre entitled to do whatever they want how they want they stand right where the drinks are being put for people to grab their drink and they dont expect anyone to tell him nothing but when someone does say something they get offended and if you ask the Baristas to redo your dream because somebody else touch them they have an attitude given the fact that the government still talking about covid-19 and having this Starbuck employees have no regards about this is very unprofessional special when thier is lots of people out here who have immune systems that are compromised

Super disappointed. My daughter has started collecting Pokémon cards, this is a great place to purchase them because they have limits, but the cashiers are not on the same page. From what I understood we are able to purchase 2 of each sku # when I attempted to tell Jesse the cashier who assisted us he refused to listen, my daughter was planning on spending her allowance as promised on cards like she did the week prior, but because he wasnt aware of the store rules and he was unwilling to listen we had a bad experience.

This place has a really good atmosphere. Its not as quiet as a library but not as loud as a store. It has a little Starbucks inside with places to sit, eat and read one of the books. We both purchased books that would farther educate ourselves in school, however they did have books under every category. The employees were extremely rude. I was here 8-19-20. It took awhile, but I found the perfect book. We waited in line to pay, and once it was finally our turn they guy at the register wouldnt take my money because I was paying in cash and didnt have exact change. There were no posting about it anywhere. Just signs to wear a mask and social distance. I might be more emotional about it because Im pregnant and Finally found the book I wanted and there was only one. The guy wasnt nice about not taking my cash either. He wasnt overly rude, but he just seemed snobbish from is attitude and voice, and made me feel like my money didnt have any value. I had the change part, but not a $1 bill to make it an even $16.15. I only had $10, $5, and $20s😭. I do like this overly priced store, but I dont know if Ill go to another barnes & noble for a few years.

Cafe inside is nice and food is actually pretty good.My biggest complaint is probably the fact there literally are only two outlets and only two decent sized tables. If youre going to study make sure your devices are fully charged and hope youre lucky to get a table big enough to study at. And it has to be one or the other because outlets are only next small tables. Bigger tables are next to no outlets.As for shopping purposes they have a good selection of books and can order anything that isnt in stock.

This place was the spot back in the day. They had comfortable chairs you could sit in and enjoy a good book. Now thanks to covid all they do is sell books (I can get one from Amazon) and took away that personal touch that I think made them special. Imagine seeing someone you like reading a book. You approach them with what you reading etc strike up a conversation and boom before you know it you got a new Friend. Lots of books and a great selection of them. They are of course at bookstore prices which is fine, however their sale section is a real gem. They have books on sale at prices I often double take. This store also has a Starbucks cafe attached to it so you can read and drink. Their section of foreign language books is quite small as well as their ancient history. The place its self is really Spacey and nice to be in, its organized with no messes or unsightly sections. Overall a nice place with lots of reading goodies.

Sometimes you just need a book. Yes, Amazon is cheaper, but maybe you want to start reading NOW! or you feel like browsing and find something very interesting and think why wait and buy it now. This is the perfect place to do that. They also have a great kids book section which is open and allows for kids to go around and find something that interests them. A big downside is that there is almost always a line and it takes forever to get another register open. He yelled Dont get anyone sick! In a snarky tone at me, loud enough that the entire store could hear. I love books, I love being able to browse and pick up a book and thumb through it. B&N used to be such a great place to go do end time. Its sad that they have taken out the self-serve computers that customers could use to see if a book was even in the store and possibly locate on their own . Now that B&N has cut the staff significantly, there is usually quite a wait at the customer service desk, which seems to me, would cause them to lose business. I see people give up the wait and just leave. Some of their recent moves have me questioning the leadership.

Okay, so if you want a bookstore this is as good an option as any. It has a Starbucks inside which is nice for a cup of coffee. I have three big complaints about this Barnes & Noble location and book stores in general. The first is the crazy lines at this store. Very rarely do I go in and get through the line quickly. Especially around the holidays the line is crazy long. I was going to buy something about 2 weeks ago and change my mind once I saw the line. My second complaint about this location specifically is that they move around where they put day planners and calendars. First it was on an end cap by the Starbucks. Then they moved it to its own display case by Starbucks. This year its on the completely other side of the store on a wall display. I waste half my time trying to go around to the different locations and find all of the calendars and day planners. :-( every year I end up having to ask staff where theyve moved them two! The third complaint is just about price, which is more related to books and magazines in general. Its extremely expensive in my opinion compared to buying a book used online. But its nice to browse and look at books and check out the sale area. This year my daily planner options were about $20 at Barnes and Noble.... I went a few stores down to Michaels and found one for $2.

Had to return an item that did not work. So I grab my receipt and head on over. They take returns up to 14 days after you bought it. Today was the 14th day! One of the few barnes and noble whos employees are actually happy and eager to help you. No attitude nor agitated tone to their voice. Their selection of books is bigger than the one in Rancho Cucamonga. Their cafe spot always bakes their goods on the spot. You can smell them almost all the way to the childrens book section. I havent tried their coffee yet so Im not gonna judge them on that yet. Anyways, everything is organized so you know B & N staff keeps their bookshelves neat and tidy. Also they tend to their customers very well so you wont wait too long to purchase. From what Ive seen if they see a big line they open few more registers to get the customers in and out of the store frustration-free. I had a very bad experience today with Barnes and Noble in Redlands. Driven by guilt for buying books online, I have been thinking a lot about going back to the local store. After going through many sections, I settled on a book and decided to buy it. Having two customers ahead of me seemed a lot judging from the time the line was moving. During this long wait, I decided to pay cash to help expediate the process. The book I was buying was under $20. When it was finally my turn, I handed the cashier a whole 20 dollar bill. She looked at it thoroughly through light and at other angles. Then she decided she was not satisfied. She left with it to put it under some sort of machinery. Meanwhile, I started to think that my plan of expediency has backfired. I called her nicely that I can used a credit card to make things go faster. She ignored me and came back, apparently pleased that the bill passed all her tests, to start the purchase process. I said holding my card all I wanted was to expediate the process. She leaned to take the card and said she had the twenty and asked what I wanted to do. I expressed my concern about the process and if I had known that cash was a worse option I would not have done it. While she handed me the receipt and the change, she remarked that that was the stores policy to check the cash. She was loud and showed some attitude. That angered me so much. I went back in line and demanded a full refund. I asked for my 20 dollar bill back. I went home and bought the book on eBay for a third of its price. Now I will never feel guilty about buying books online. I will be there when they close this store. I will not feel sorry for it.

My sister and I stopped in to the cafe to purchase some teas and my sister noticed that they had their cupcake signs mixed up so she informed the barista Eli C.( the name on the receipt) Responded with well yeah but Im sure you can tell the difference its all the same price in a snippy tone. We shrugged it off and ordered, then while checking out she asked if their chip reader worked and he replies with well it will when I tell you its ready all in all it was terrible customer service and we will not be returning

It was a massive selections of books and a great new books display. I love reading books our whole family rather. I love collecting and reading novels and history. This place was great and good customer service as well.

It was a nice evening at Barnes & Noble till I guess I must hv worn out my welcome (I was browsing too long), cos I began to notice the cleverly disguised employees in customer clothing (they wear regular clothes like u and I and they dont wear any name Tags or identification affiliating themselves w the store) began to shadow me at almost every turn I took. Once I noticed this I hightailed it to the cashiers line and GTFO of dodge...maybe its a brown thing .... whatevs... shout out 0to my Punjabi Paul chowdary! Bengali!

Their service was excellent, without being annoying. We had different staff check in with us as we were browsing, about once every 5 minutes. They were friendly and always able to help point us in the correct direction.

I really love Barnes & Noble because I love bookstores and we dont have too many left, but B&N really does it right. They have good coffee, chocolate, and pastries available; chairs to sit down and read; nerd toys that we pretend to consider buying; etc.Also, if you see someone cute in B&N talk to them - Offer to buy them a coffee/tea/book - youre with your people!

Still my favorite book store. Its always so calming just to be there. They have a wide arrange of books and some electronics (they had a miyazaki section!) And a kids area (which be careful cause they had hatchimals). There is also a lovely cafe (starbucks). Though know you cant use your Starbucks card there as they are associated with Barnes and Noble. You can use your B&N discount there though!

This is a very good store it has a Starbucks in it as well. They have multiple sections for different category books including manga. They also have some games here as well.

Love this place. They didnt have the book I was looking for but the employee helping me suggest that I order it. So I did and it will arrive in 5 days..no charge. So I thought that was cool. My granddaughter walked out with 4 books.

I honestly kinda love Barnes and Noble, and I dont really know why. I mean I love books, but its something else. I will literally just walk around this store for hours. Me and my friends have spent many nights that way.

I have bought the last three nooks here and they always set them up for me.Always cheerful staff. No matter how busy they get.There was a man with long hair that helped me and then went to cafe to help.He had so mush patience with a man in front of us.They really need to keep him around.

As with any other barnes and noble its really easy to find what youre looking for. Im a fan of the blind date books which are wrapped in white paper and someone writes a sentence or two describing the book. Its a little gamble but I have never been disappointed.

Barnes and Noble have a big magazine and book selection. If you cannot find what you want, an employee can order the book for you. There is a cafe inside the store and chairs throughout the store and cafe inviting customers to read.

Its a nice clean bookstore. You are able to go in and browse with a mask. I was able to find the book I was looking for. And the clerk was very helpful! The price was reasonable. I will recommend Barnes & Noble bookstore.

Not having bags. Rude cashiers and customer service. Couldnt find anyone to assist me with a book I was trying to find. After getting no help I left and found it online through Amazon.
