2023-07-14 14:44:58I made an online order (#7743) on 21 June and till now the shipping status have remained the same. I called DHL and was told that it wasn’t even picked up. I emailed and left messages on their socials but have not gotten a single reply. Hell, I even called the shop and spoke to an employee by the name of Charles twice. It seems that you have no intention of honoring my order. I don’t think they are a scam but they definitely have a serious customer service and order fullfillment issue. Very disappointing :(

2022-11-04 20:22:40I give them 5 out of 5!! Im happy with my order from the board down to the trucks and wheels. Also, great service i ordered my first board EVER 4 days ago and got it today. Theyre freaky fast.. i highly recommend giving your business to BANNED. I for sure will be looking forward for my next order. Stay Poppin

2023-08-14 14:39:45Ordered goods for 75 USD + 50 USD 3 day express shipping in the online shop. That was almost three weeks ago. A DHL representative confirms a shipping label was created and they wait for the actual goods. So does their own online shop. So does the DHL tracking chatbot. Problem is: banned skate shop claims the goods are shipped and that DHL must be the problem. Its a challenge to reach somebody there (e-mail, instagram, chat, ...). First I thought this must be a scam. But then why create the DHL express label (50 USD) and not just keep that money too? I guess its just a matter of professionalism / industriousness. It still cost me 125 USD, no matter if this is a conscious scam or just a little bit of chaos on the side of this shop.

2020-07-16 17:42:23Please, do not waste your time and order from this shop right now. It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed an order and nothing was process properly. I recieved a confirmation email but the item was never shipped. There is an option to pay more for faster shipping, but I am realizing it is a waste of money at the moment since they arent fulfilling any orders.I have emailed them 3 times now in the past handful of days but have yet to hear back.The phone number on their website is fake. It always says it is busy.Do not give this website any of your money. You will be ripped off and not contacted. You have been warned.

2018-06-11 23:50:35I purchased around $100 from the online store, payed $10 for 3 day shipping.It has now been over a month, 6 emails, 5 phone calls (with no answer), 2 voice mails and I haven’t heard a word from this shop still!I’m just happy I paid using PayPal so I can cancel my order and get my money back.The physical store might have a lot of positive reviews, but I highly recommend you save yourself the hassle and go with another store for your online shopping.

2018-06-14 16:06:45Ordered a shenron deck may 7th and never even got an email saying they sold out or anything. Money was reversed back into my account but order shows it’s still confirmed. Would have much rather bought from someone else rather than waiting around for a month with no indication of where my order was

2019-09-18 03:42:51Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Ordered through their online shop and my order never shipped. Sent numerous e-mails, text messages, and no response. Not sure why they even have an online presence if they have no intention of using it. Its very unprofessional and nothing but a waste of time. Hopefully Banned Skate Shop gets banned from participating in any type of e-commerce.

2021-04-30 01:25:01The staff are Chill a.f, they offer skate lessons and have a chill half pipe in the back of the shop. Lots of cool merch, plenty of decks to fot your needs and all the gear you need to hook your deck up.

2018-04-02 03:58:44EVERYTHING FOR SKATEBOARDING! AWESOME SALES!!This store has everything from gear to clothing to shoes. They have the name brands everyone wants. They even offer skateboarding lessons. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. Their sales are awesome too! Sometimes as much as 70% OFF!!! And I dont mean for CLEARANCE stuff! I suggest you sign up for their newsletter on their website or follow them on Instagram so you wont miss their one day special sales.
