I have quite literally NEVER dealt with anyone as helpful as Daniel Guy! I am blind and was having a very hard time filling out a form to link my Shopify acct. When I couldn’t figure out what piece of the puzzle I wasn’t seeing I reached out for help. Daniel called me and took over and fixed all the issues I was facing and went above and beyond to make this transfer EASY! Most of my life with technology is anything but easy! Sorry - mistake with the 5 stars - if I could give Daniel Guy at Bankful 10+ stars, I would! I called Bankful, literally desperate, as I could not connect my current payment provider to my new Wix site (wasnt one of their partners) and was unable to accept payments. Daniel was incredible...not only did have great solutions to offer me but he was very sensitive to my concern about the entire situation, as well as enthusiastic when everything resolved! He had my e-commerce site working successfully in minutes. I really want to thank Daniel, and Bankful, for the incredible customer care and for saving my day!

So far Bankful has been great. Their integration into Shopify was near seemless and the fact that they take on Risky clients is great. However I give 4 instead of 5 stars becasue there application process was pretty unorthodoxed or atleast it felt that way. Their mechant payment processor EMS made a request for my credentials to log into my paypal and shopify store that made me very uneasy. However I will say that the representative I worked with from Bankful was OUTSTANDING. Daniel Guy will be who we want to work with for as long as we partner with Bankful.

Was approved and things were great for like 8 hours and then my account was closed after transactions already went through. Bankful tells me they will still be sent to my bank account. I ship items for all my customers and 10 days later no funds in my account. Reach out to bankful many times and they kept telling me funds were coming. Today they tell me all funds were reversed so I sent the products to everyone and got stuck paying for everything. I am now out almost $200 it was very upsetting. I understand they can accept or decline anyone they want but dont accept funds i ship items and then refund the customers and never let me know. That is very disappointing.

Since I started working with Bankful in January of this year, Ive had a terrible experienyce. My representative Zack is not attentive to my needs as a client. It takes me several attempts at contacting him before he responds. Even after he responds, the issue is still not rectified. As I type this right now (05/23/2023), I have an unresolved issue that has been sitting for a month and no one will help me fix it. The first instance of trouble was when I was not given full disclosure about about EMS (processor) services and the additional monthly fees I would incur in addition to the fees Bankful charges every month. After I discovered that on my own, I submitted a request to change my payment method. That information was never passed along to EMS and now Im stuck with ACH fees that would have been avoided if my rep was attentive to my emails and messages. Be very careful with this company as they drop the ball often in their business dealings and leave you to pay afterward. They are not professional and have a severe lag time when responding to you and resolving any customer service issue.

My payment gateway was shut down through Shopify and needed a new one and was connected with Michael, he patiently and thoroughly explained how it would work and went through everything step by step, explained to me how to set up my page with things it was missing . I was rejected by a bank and as i was ready to give up on my business, he said dont worry we will try one more time with another one, kept me very hopeful as this is something very stressful to deal with. I had a problem with Wix Payments. I was not able to sell in USD. I got in contact with Daniel Guy from Pinwheel, and he was happy to meet with me over Zoom, where I shared my screen and explained my business. He assured me that I would be able to sell in USD with Pinwheel, and with his help, the process of integrating Pinwheel was very smooth!
