Great experience at the La Jolla store! We’ve been B&O customers for over 40 years and continue to add to our “collection” - most recently with the Beosound/Beovision Theater and the Beolab 8 speakers. Even more remarkable than the B&O equipment are the employees who sell it and provide technical support. Doug Moore the GM and Coby Cruz, the Director of Home Integration have impressive knowledge about AV equipment in general and B&O products in particular; they offer extraordinary personal customer service - in store, in home and by cell phone. The end result is great sound, best of class design and a world class sales and support team.

B&O told me that I am the first to have an 88 Beo Harmony Vision and thats pretty cool. Even cooler are the sounds coming out of these speakers. I rarely enjoy music in a room by myself but now, its a common hangout place for myself. The 88 TV makes it an immersive experience along with the speakers. I cant recommend enough. Truly an amazing experience with this system. And please look for Gaby when you go to the Pasadena store. Shes patient, honest and will give you the best attention.

Many thanks to Pasadena Bang & Olufsen and Felisa for outstanding help with making my iconic Beosound 9000 and Beolab 8000 speakers wireless! I purchased the system back in 1999, and have used every day for the past 20+ years. We recently remodeled and I neglected to factor in the wiring when we installed the radiant in-floor heating system.Felisa and the Pasadena store helped me to update the system so it can connect wirelessly using the B&O products: Transmitter-1 and a pair of Receiver-1s (also needed are the new Powerlink to RJ45 cables). Simply connect one of the cables from the 9000 to the Transmitter-1 and then connect each speaker to a Receiver-1 using the new cable. Position your equipment where you want. Then just follow the configuration steps in the manual. The system sounds just superb!Any B&O audio system can be made wireless and can connect to the new B&O wireless speakers - or you can use the older speakers and make them wireless. The most brilliant products - both exquisitely functional and artistically beautiful. We were helped by Stefn (yes, we double-checked, there are no extra letters in his name) at the Pasadena store who felt genuine in his excitement for the brand and products and extremely knowledgable about the functionality, tech and design. Such a great experience - an entire B&O home setup is major goals that I cant wait to reach. B&O fan and customer for life :)

Words cannot express how happy I am whenever I visit the B&O store here in Pasadena! Gabby, Stefn and Felicia are always so welcoming! Today I had the pleasure of visiting the store and once again brought home three more B&O products! If anyone is reading these review’s because they’re on the fence about taking that extra step forward in purchasing a B&O product, just visit the store and ask any of the above staff members to give you a tour and educate you on any product you’re interested in! Purchased Beolab18 2.1 setup for the house and Gaby, Sales Manager of Pasadena store came through with the best service I’ve ever experienced. From the personal delivery to checking and making sure everything was spot on has me becoming a big fan of the brand! It’s beyond amazing the quality of sound these speakers produces and even more amazing of the white glove delivery with attention to details they provided. Definitely coming back for other speakers and set up! Be sure to ask for Gaby. You won’t regret it.

I had the best in-store experience here at Bang & Olufsen! I purchased my first Bang & Olufsen portable Beosound speaker, the A1 2nd Generation. The sound was excellent! Crisp and clear and much more intelligent than your average home entertainment speakers from Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Diana Che is the best! She gave me a grand tour of the store, and every detail shocked me! All the speakers look like a wall of art, and the customizable options look endless possibilities! I was very impressed! I am very impressed with their love for sound system engineering and love for people. They surely had provided excellent impeccable services on 7th July 2021. First off, the team here is probably one of the most accommodating and helpful group of people I have worked with in retail. I am putting together a home audio space and had a ton of technical questions, which were proving too difficult to answer via any blogs, spec sheets or online reviews. I was put in touch with Stefn through the B&O website chat feature and soon Stefn was sending me videos from inside the store of them testing out the non-standard configurations I was asking about. I got on the phone with Stefn later and using FaceTime he walked me through all the options they had tested beyond what I had asked for and was able to explain in great detail the functions of the products including set up and any quirks. Stefn and the B&O Pasadena team are the best. This team is such a pleasure to talk to and I’m definitely going to put my future B&O orders through this store.
