This is the best Banfield I have been to. Toby gets anxious with people he does not know. He loves Jennifer and Brooke and almost all of the vets, except for the one. .

This is the best veterinary office that I have ever visited. I have had a lot of pets throughout my life time so I have been to a lot of vets, mostly as a child with my mother. I finally got a dog of my own when I was 21.That summer, I had been diagnosed with severe Crohns disease and went through two intense surgeries and was in the hospital for 2 months and was on bed rest for 3 months. I was so lonely because all of my friends were off at college, which I obviously had to drop out of when I got sick, or they were too busy working to come and hang. So I was not looking forward to 3 months in my bed by myself. I was incredibly fortunate because I was living with my wonderful mother and father and they were taking amazing care of me. My mom knew that I was a huge animal lover and that I was very lonely and depressed at the time. For about five years before I got sick I had been wanting a dog. So of course I looked up every breed online. I really wanted either a papillon or a miniature australian shepherd. My mom came home about two weeks into my bed rest holding a little dog in her arms and the first thing I said is I am in love. She had found an abused and abandoned dog wandering the streets. He was skin and bones and filthy. He is actually a mix between a papillon and a miniature Australian shepherd. This is how I know God sent him to me in my time of greatest need. My dog Tripper is now fourteen years old and he has been on so many amazing adventures with me. Anywhere I go he goes and every time I walk him everybody says what an adorable puppy And the are always so shocked to find out that he is fourteen. He still has so much energy and life to him. Because of banfield I know that he will have an amazing quality of life up until the end. The staff there and the veterinarians are all the most amazing and kind people. Because of their Pet insurance plans I am actually able afford to take my dog to the vet when he needs it. Due to his age I was not able to find any other organization that would give me dog insurance. At banfield I had no trouble at all. It is super affordable and incredibly easy to sign up for. They have different levels of plans At different prices that include different Shots procedures such as dental cleaning, physical etc.. The way they lay it out is very organized so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. They are always so kind to me and Tripper. Every time we go in or every time I call they are able to answer all of my questions. My husband, who fell in love with my little dog after meeting me, obviously also completely loves Tripper, they are best buds and they have the cutest and sweetest relationship. My husband always has a million questions for the vet. There are always very intelligent questions where I think why didnt I ask that and they are always able to answer every question he has had in a very polite, compassionate and patient manner. Having the pet insurance really gives me piece of mind. My dog means the world to me, he always has but I feel like I need him to be healthy and to stick around a few more years, especially right now. Just like when I was sick I need him. My brother passed away this past September a week before his thirty fifth birthday. My dog is an emotional support animal and due to his age of course I stress and I dread about losing him. However because I have Banfield on my side I feel like I do not have to worry as much. I know that if I see my dog in any signs of distress I could take him over to Banfield right away and not worry that it is something that I cant afford to keep my dog, who I completely consider a family member, alive and healthy. Thank you to all of the veterinarians and staff at Banfield. Thank you for all of your kindness Your compassion, your passion for keeping animals healthy. Thank you for not freaking out when you released my dogs glands and it sprayed all over your clothing and walls. I felt so bad and was so embarrassed but they just laughed it off and my dog felt away better afterwards.

Since our last visit with them, we didnt hear back from them. They were supposed to call us back to book an appointment with a cardiologist but there was no updates. When we felt it was weird we were not getting contacted for follow-ups, or vaccinations, we contacted banfield chat support. They said someone at their office marked our cat as either: deceased, rehomed, or out of service from them. Very disappointing that they would not update us or even bother giving us a call to confirm the accuracy of this information. Our cat is very much alive, definitely not rehomed and we never left our service from them. They do have a lovely team but we will be finding a new vet, as errors like this create large concerns regarding the well-being of our cat.

They were super amazing and so helpful I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Lin and nurse Diane answered all my questions and took great care of my cat. I normally take my pets to the Fullerton office but just a few days prior I had a horrible experience with one of their doctors and now my cat is suffering horrible side affects from a procedure done at that office. Let me clarify that the staff was beyond amazing at the Fullerton office it was just the doctor who was doing my cats procedure that screwed up royally. The Birch team listened to my concern and took immediate action where as the Fullerton office unfortunately did not. My cat is not out of the woods yet and still needs a lot more care but thanks to the Birch team I feel hopeful she will pull threw.

Great place and my dog gets good care here. The only reason I gave it four stars is because theres usually a tremendous time to wait.

Terrible Service, absolutely rude and condescending. Don’t recommend coming here at all. Doctor Hergenreter had no humanity or basic empathy for us and our sick dog. Came in for a consultation she walks in the room with an attitude. After trying to explain what was going on and all of the symptoms she says well I don’t see anything do you have and previous tests. The whole time her condescending tone trying to dismay what we were trying to explain. We explained clearly that our dog was coughing and wheezing for a prolonged amount of time. And she continued to say well panting in a dog is normal when they are older. It was an absolutely mess. She was absolutely unprofessional by making the whole situation about herself. Saying if we put our dog down that it would be on “her” conscious. As if it wasn’t already an extremely difficult and tumultuous decision. We came in for a second opinion cause a previous vet diagnosed our dog with terminal cancer. We had been to 3 other vets who had told us the same thing. When she asked where we said one of them was in Mexico. And she made a comment about oh Mexico as if people there aren’t educated as well. There was a completely racist undertone to her judgement. In this supposed consultation and physical in which accumulated to less than 5 minutes in which she checked nothing of the dog. Cause we walked out due to how preposterous the whole ordeal was they then had the audacity to try and charge us when nothing was done. Saying because she did a physical. When we asked what the physical entailed it was things that weren’t obviously done. Offered zero solutions or treatments made no effort at all to be understanding. They are complete scammers. I will say the only kind person in the building was the person at the front desk.
