Ordered a new amplifier from the shop to be shipped. It’s hard to come across this specific amp as New in Box as it is no longer manufactured. They had the product in stock and at a good sale price. Very easy process contacting the shop (even on a Sunday) to arrange shipping and the item was promptly shipped by freight shipping. No damage to the shipped amp, working great. Happy with my purchase and would gladly make more gear purchases from this company!

I recently bought a Boss Katana gen 3 guitar amp from them and am so happy with it. I initially went in not knowing exactly what I wanted/needed but Eric took the time to answer my questions and we agreed that this amp would be best. Bananas at large is the very last store in miles that has almost everything you need for music related items. It seems small for the square footage since they carry so much. They even have lessons rooms for the next generation artists. I was helped recently by Brian who took very good care of my equipment needs an provided an exceptional service something you don’t get online. I support local business specially when they thrive on providing excellent customer experience.

Ive been to many Guitar stores worldwide and had the best Guitar shopping experience at the Santa Rosa and San Rafael branch of Bananas at Large.I arrived around the closing time of the store and Jackson at Santa Rosa was so patient and sweet helping me with choosing the guitar I wanted to buy inspite of 30 min beyond his work time.After a few weeks I visited the San Rafael store to pick up the baby Taylor which was on discount for purchasing the Taylor 200 Ltd series.I was attended by Brad and he is the most knowledgeable salesperson Ive ever come across. He threw light on the types of guitar I was interested in and helped me nail that 1 guitar I was looking for. Instead of trying to sell the guitar (which happens in most of the place) he understood what I was looking for and helped me settle down for the best guitar. Thank you sooo much Brad brother I really appreciate you help.I want to thank Bananas at Large from the bottom of my heart for making the visit pleasant and hiring amazing staff.

Bananas at Large is amazing. The selection is extensive and the service is personal—you leave the store feeling like you have new friends and a new community. I went in with the most clear statement that I’ve ever had in a music shop - I am going to buy em expensive guitar in the next six months, I want to buy it here and I am ready to begin the journey. I also shared that I was planning to spend 3K.The store was empty with four employees. Some of whom, I’ve purchased from over the years.Then I got mediocre service and nobody really started digging with me, it felt like I had to drive the conversation when I was looking for expertise to help me home in.You are my local store and I want to have a relationship with the people I am buying from. I was pretty let down at how my time in the store went. It has me thinking that I should just go online especially hi e the range of product online is so much more. No selection of Gibson’s or PRS. - come on, your the high end Marin store.You can do better.

I went into the San Rafael store on a whim earlier this month when visiting the Bay Area and they had a great selection of high end, well priced acoustic instruments including a glorious resophonic guitar I couldnt pass up. Everyone at the shop was friendly and accommodating. They mentioned that they get a good assortment of bluegrass instruments on consignment now and then, so Ill be checking the website periodically in case theres another gem that needs a good home. Great experience at Bananas at Large - highly recommended!

I came by one weekend to try out of a few guitars because I was chasing tone demons. Scott was very helpful and let me try a number of guitars in different price ranges. I never felt pressured to buy and had a wonderful experience chatting with him while playing new and vintage acoustics. I did not hesitate to come back the following week and happily walked away with a great guitar. They have a very diverse selection of acoustics and Id be happy to make the trip back again when Im back in the market.

My first time at Bananas and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of guitars is great. I managed to snag a guitar I had been lusting after for a long time. I especially appreciate how comfortable the staff made me as I auditioned the guitar, something that is so important and yet far too uncommon at a lot of other music shops. I can tell the staff takes a lot of pride in what they do. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Bananas at Large.

While your staff is excellent, especially Brad, your service when ordering a product is not competitive. My wife ordered a Tech 21 pedal through you a couple of weeks before Xmas as present for me. We didn’t get it till a week and a half after New Years. While we want to support local businesses, if we had ordered the same pedal online for the same price we would have had it two - three days after the order was placed. You need to find a way to be more competitive with online services.

Sales person was great and very helpful in locating a Wah Wah pedal I was buying. Then he turned me over to a manager who must have had a problem with the fact that I had Affirm financing approval online. He acted like I was a criminal and repeated the phrase Checks and Balances 4 times before letting me take my merchandise.He was on the phone with a boss talking about me while I was waiting at the counter.

The violent and untimely death of my daughter led me to a hard look at my life. Learning to play guitar became my go-to outlet to deal with this unspeakable tragedy. I’d been playing for 3 months when I met Dan at the San Rafael store. He spent about 3 hours with me- determining what kind of instrument would be suitable for a newbie (and aging) player. I tried out a bunch of guitars and after listening to the fact that I have been playing a lot in open tunings suggested the Vintage Icon V52, at a lower price point than some of the other guitars I tried. He chose this instrument because he felt a tremolo bar would be a hindrance to making a lot of tuning changes. No way I would have figured that out on my own. I’d been learning on a borrowed Yamaha acoustic and mentioned the physical challenges I’ve had learning to play it. Dan listened and suggested I might be playing a guitar that was too big for me (I’m a pretty small person). Sure enough, I went home and discovered my learning guitar was a dreadnought. Enter Landon at the Santa Rosa store. My Vintage was shipped north to Santa Rosa. When I picked it up, I explained the dreadnought issue and like Dan, Landon spent a considerable amount of time with me- allowing me to play a wide range of guitars. When I played a Taylor 100 series model I knew I had been torturing myself learning on a guitar that was too big and too challenging. I took it home. I cannot overstress the combination of chill and knowledge that Dan and Landon exhibited. I had to buy some accessories and not only did they not try to upsell me- they suggested reasonable, affordable options that reflect my lifestyle. I have rarely walked out of a store (having made what for me was a significant outlay of cash) feeling completely satisfied that I had been guided to the right decision, with no pressure whatsoever. i left the store with tons more knowledge than when I walked in. Bravo to Bananas for superlative customer service, and to Landon and Dan- thank you from the depths for pointing me in the right direction.

Amending my review of Bananas at Large. Had my ukulele and tele deluxe in for set up. Had to send both instruments back a second time for adjustment in setup. Tele set up ended up being too high in the action ultimately. Addressing a string buzz. Thought it was okay at first but after playing for a while, it just didnt feel right. Ukulele still had buzzes after second set up. Ive given up. Brought both of these instruments my local shop in Oakland and they took care of my ukulele and telecaster and both instruments are finally right again. I like the owner, Allen and the sales person, Jose at Bananas at Large. Probably wont be going back though. This was an exhausting experience with this store.

I eagerly drove to the San Rafael store to view and purchase a used keyboard I had found online via reverb.com. The staff kindly set up the keyboard and allowed me to test it at my own leisure. Once purchased, they loaded the very heavy keyboard with road case into the back of my car. Everybody I spoke with was very pleasant. Though I live in San Jose, I would certainly shop here again. They had a great selection of Roland keyboards; I wish Id had more time to play around with them!

I stopped by Bananas At Large for the first time yesterday and was impressed by the guitar (electric and acoustic) and effect pedal inventory. All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had met Dan P. virtually on a pedalboard forum (who also builds pedal boards) and he had mentioned that he works there so I wanted to come by and say hello. I got my guitar back way faster than I expected and it played so much better than before. The fretboard was polished, the internal electronics checked, and everything was tightened up. I’m from out of town and happened to find this on Google while driving north. From 9/3/23. Had a show in the North Bay. Was coming from the East Bay. I was about ten minutes from my destination. Realizing that I needed a new vocal mic. Yelped to find an open music store. Lo and behold I came across ‘Bananas at Large.’ I love local music stores, so I gave this one a chance. As soon as I entered the place, I was nicely greeted by Erik. Who in turn assisted me on purchasing a new mic. He truly came in clutch. I wish that I didn’t live so far away so that I can re-visit the store more in detail because it has a nice vibe to it and seems well stocked. I have been oogling musical instruments and accessories at BANANAS many years now...although i lived in Forestville, Windsor and now Santa Rosa, I have shopped at the old location on 5th near the mall in S.R., recently on College Ave. and more than a few times in san Rafael. (Hi Allen!!!) Well, I was looking for a new set of computer speakers/monitors online. my Klipsch just quit! so while looking, the PreSonus I was checking out came up in your store so I dropped the search and called your store on College Ave. I spoke with Jackson, told him what I was looking for and he was very helpful answering my Q&A, confirming that they were in stock and the pricing (equal to online $$$) So...I wanted new speakers like a cpl months ago but had to save a bit. I loved the idea that I could pick them up and not have to wait & worry for and about shipping! When I went in, Jackson was off so I spoke with another young man, a bit short, wavy hair-blue eyes. I told him Id called n talked to Jackson 2 days b4. I was on my mission I guess and my fault I didnt get his name, LOl! However, he was in all respects perfect in sales and customer service. Took me right to the units I was interested in, was respectfully patient while I went back n forth a cpl xs. He made dbl sure of the pricing, turning the boxes so see the tag. Happy? Fer sure! Yesterday was our first visit to the store. We were told by a friend that they offered a good variety of playable equipment. We weren’t disappointed.The staff of Bananas at Large were extraordinarily attentive to us and our needs. Outstanding selection for novice and pro alike, but that isn’t the reason I drive 150 miles round trip. The secret sauce is the advice and knowledge. Alan and team have practical hands on experience working with the gear with some of the biggest names in music. That knowledge and advice is priceless and worth every mile!Like many, music is my hobby, I’m not a pro like many that Alan works with. Terrible store if you play drums. Very little stock, super disorganized. They can always order things, but might as well use Amazon at that point.Edit: the store sends out a text if you make a transaction to leave a review. Apparently if you arent happy with your experience they will attack you and your own place of business. Classy guys. You solicit my opinion and then get aggressive because you didnt like my answer. Bummer that those 5 transactions we really small, because theyll definitely be the last ones you get from me.

Its new guitar day!The one on the left has been my daily driver for five years. I first got it in Costa Rica nearly 30 years ago as a beater. In 2010 I sold off all my good guitars because of a hand injury, but about five years ago I took another run at playing again with the beater guitar. Turns out it had all these great songs in it. Its been a great guitar, but it has some defects and it has taken a beating over the years.Im coming up on my tenth sobriety birthday, and since selling off my guitars was probably instrumental in my going off the rails in the first place, Im rewarding myself with a new axe. And this ones a beauty.Its a Cordoba Fusion Crossover Orchestra, and it checks *all* the boxes. First off, its gorgeous woodwork, really top shelf tonewoods (rosewood and cedar), build quality, and finish.Also, it has the best pickup/preamp system in the trade: a Fishman Presys Blend with a saddle transducer and an internal mic, with a great control panel that includes not only three bands of EQ but also a notch filter for feedback control. And a built in tuner that mutes the signal while tuning. And the intonation is excellent, up and down the neck. Finally, a single cutaway gives me another five frets of inventory.Got this through Bananas At Large in San Rafael, with the expert assistance of Rik Elswit, who doesnt even sell guitars anymore. This is the third instrument Ive gotten from BAL/Rik, and on his recommendation.But its the first time Ive ever bought an instrument sight unseen and strings unplayed, so I want to give a shout out to the crew at Bananas for making this process as smooth as it can be. Im given to understand that their inside man at Cordoba went into the finished goods inventory to personally select this particular instrument. Thats the sort of attention you wont get from GC, Sweetwater or Musicians Friend. Five stars.

I try to always support Bananas. They have a dedicated, knowledgeable staff (particularly Shen). Great stuff! I made the decision to invest in a digital piano. I knew I could save a few bucks buying online, but very much wanted to buy local, and I couldnt be happier with that decision.It was my first time in the store, and Nick and company were uniformly welcoming. They provided some very helpful perspective on things to consider, and my being able to get a feel for the instrument before purchasing was immensely helpful. He was very helpful and friendly, and I completed my purchase with him and picked it up today.I must add that already knew what I wanted after weeks of research and reading product reviews. I have been looking online for a few weeks and had stopped at a competitor’s store in Concord last month for a sale but left because I got the typical response that women musicians often can expect at music stores — I was completely ignored while the sales guys all chatted with each other. I purchased the Roland Fantom 08 a little over a year ago specifically because of the in-store support. It was certainly the right decision. Ian was extremely helpful, and now that hes been promoted, Shen Hunt has taken on the role and has provided world-class support and extensive knowledge.Ive had an unusual issue with the keyboard, and Shen has been extremely responsive and has gone above and beyond to trouble shoot. We have a gig in just a few weeks so its time-sensitive. Hes been careful to back up all of my scenes, taken methodical steps to resolve, and has come up with a solution.Its service like this that creates loyal customers and advocates, and Im certainly one of them. I have a couple of experiences and theyre both great:I brought my kid in to get an ukulele and they were really helpful navigating the surprisingly broad range of ukes. Steered us towards a good sounding but not outrageously expensive instrument.I have an acoustic bass guitar with classical style bridge and its really hard to find strings for it. I bought some strings at Bananas and they werent the right ones. I eventually figured out the strings I needed and they handled the exchange with no hassle and made the special order for the new strings. Great customer service.I also only recently began playing again after many years and while some music shops can be intimidating for new or less-knowledgable musicians, Bananas staff are all really cool to work with, no attitude and very patient.I highly recommend Bananas at Large.

I went to Bananas to pick up a ride cymbal and, potentially, a hi-hat stand for my Roland set. The staff said that I should bring in my hi-hat pedal and took my name and number for the cymbal. Mostly the same employees I knew in the previous location years ago, and my favorite guitar teacher that is still there who is still the most valuable guitar reference I’ve ever had in my life as a top me across my high school years dear selection is a definite I candy, and where are the options for most musical needs from audio interfaces and microphones, to the usual guitar gear drums and keyboards. I am yet to explore the shop more of my comes to the primarily available inventory, but for guitars and recording, I was 100% satisfied with my favorite guitar teacher that is Dan Petrazzella to advise and help me demonstrate an experience potential here like guitar compressor pedals, and a potential replacement Stratocaster.It is overall the same valuable local music store that I grew up with.A humble five stars with more to explore the next time I visit Marin, as my parents move back.

I went to Bananas At Large to check out a guitar they had there on consignment. The rep there, Brad, was really helpful: he had just the right amount of interaction - gave me plenty of time on my own to check the guitar out, asked me what type of amp I’d like to play it through, etc., but also came by occasionally to see if I had questions or needs. And he offered up a couple of great suggestions that helped me to really thoroughly evaluate the guitar. Also, when I’d called in advance the day before to ask about the guitar, another rep, Scott, went ahead and put it on hold for me. All in all, a great shopping/purchasing experience! (I did purchase the guitar - a beautiful Heritage H-535.). Definitely recommend this store.

The customer service was pretty good before the sale.After the sale my only real niggle is they did not have any of the case candy or hang tags that typically come with new guitars. Most guitars come with two wrenches for adjustments. Also, they did not have a box to get my guitar home safely. I understand that you cant hang onto every guitar box that comes in but how about hanging on to a few for new guitar sales?

I have been a loyal Bananas At Large customer for many years now and have lost track of how many guitars I have bought from them. This last one that I just bought today, is a top of the line Guild 12 string. Sunburst Maple with a lot of bling. This is my 4th Guild 12 string over the years, but this one beats them all. I left my 2 year old Guild 12 string with them to sell on consignment and walked out with the new F-512. Plays and sounds like a dream. I recently shopped at Bananas at Large for a mic, interface and accessories. The experience was pleasant, and the service was A-1, informative and professional. I chose the shop because of its location in proximityto where im staying. I was also trying to avoid going to GC, a place for which the lack of good service is personally known.On entering the store, I received a friendly, welcoming greeting, an immediate motion by the staff to render service. Although the items I sought were not sold there, two knowledgeable persons assisted me in finding comparable items. An overview (explanation) was given of each item needed, and also of any alternative. My purchase was concluded with an actual demo of how to, for the novice, which was greatly appreciated. This is the reason Bananas at Large earned a 5 star.

Recently purchased a guitar strap. Price tag was $15, but the newbie sales associate said the price in the system was now $20. I didnt want to haggle and hassle for $5. Paid and left the store.A few days later the Bananas owner called me to apologize and refunded the entire purchase price.A professional and generous offer to keep me as loyal customer, which Ive been since 1977.If you are a northern California guitarist, electric bassist, pianist, singer, DJ, performance sound and lighting engineer or a drummer you know Bananas. Gone are the days of meeting up at a music store, talking shop, testing out gear, making connections. The experience I had has turned me off to ever come back. Ive heard that the Santa Rosa location is a bit more friendly, but I dont know if its worth the drive.Pretty cool location (although parking is terrible) with a medium-large inventory. However, the staff comes across as arrogant and elitist, which was confusing as they werent able to answer a few basic questions.The biggest bummer was they had a couple of items that I would have picked up (including a cab and a boutique pedal), but the attitude of the sales staff immediately changed my mind.Long story short, if youre thinking of stopping by, just go to Guitar Center. Youll get the same level of service and ineptitude.Edit:First off, I was the seller, not the buyer. I wanted them to feel safe with the transaction, so I told them to find a local music store. Neither of us had been to Banana’s before. I looked online, and it seemed like a cool shop, and the site said all the right things. Even looked at the inventory to see if there was anything that caught my eye. I’ve done transactions as both seller and buyer, plenty of small music stores around the Bay Area have been accommodating. Most of them know we’re there for 5-10min, and the most important part, we learn about a new shop that supports local musicians.At the time I came in, there were at 3 staff members standing behind registers doing nothing, not to mention 2 more sitting up in what I believe was the keyboard section. When we first came in, my buyer purchased 2 cables, we had already discussed purchasing items to support Bananas. At no point did the staff recommend we come back later, The attitude from what I assume was a Manger, was uncalled-for, as was the “joke” about taking 30% of the sale. Times are incredibly rough, especially for working musicians. I don’t consign my gear because I can’t afford to lose a 30% cut to another greedy business.You also neglect to mention that after the transaction in the parking lot, the buyer and I went back into Banana’s to take a look at the inventory. Strange move for someone who was only “here to test this amp” and ran outside to write” my review. The fact that you say you reviewed footage, but neglect to mention that we both came back into the store, and walked around for at least 15 min. It’s weird and disturbing you’re exhausting so much energy tearing down another person.The reason we came back in was the buyer had a few questions while we had our transaction, so I wanted to show him a few things. I did have questions about a guitar cab, and a staff member came over. It was a unique piece, I was curious. Your “professional working musicians and producers” salesman had no idea, and did not spend more than 1 min with us before just walking away. (I looked it up, and it is a pretty cool little cab, it’s a pity your staff cant do 5 min of research) The fact that you need to gush about your “over $2.5 million in inventory”, when I stated in my review that you have a “medium-large inventory”, sounds a bit braggadocio. You have a wide variety of stuff, that’s cool. What’s not cool is shunning the musical communities that keep you in business.The last item I pointed out to the buyer was in the used pedal display. I had just gushed over how great they were when used in a signal chain, and the only thing your staff added was “yeah, we’ve got a lot of used pedals”. Didn’t ask if we wanted to test it out, didn’t pull it out to show us, didn’t let us know if it had a cool history, or even the price. I had pushed the buyer that if he saw one, he should pick it up, but at that point the damage was done. Your response oozes of elitism and condescension, I can see where your staff gets it from.On the parking, there were not 30 spots in the area I parked. If you have additional parking, I did not see or know about it (again first time here) but if you do, I apologize for that.

Bananas is a unique store and they serve a lot of professional musicians so they have to know what theyre doing. If youre tired of getting wrong answers on gear questions from a certain giant guitar store chain, take a short drive over to bananas at Large, itll be worth your time and money. Never had a bad experience at this store! Every time it’s full of super helpful down to earth people. Same cashier usually rings me up. Lighter skinned dude curly hair. SUCH a nice, respectful, chill guy. But every employee I have talked too has been just great! Their guitar Luthier has helped me on countless projects and he does some great work. 10/10 I come here for all guitar related products.

The service I received during my purchase was very good. In my experience, digitally contacting a vendor is useless more often than not. When I have actually received a response, the support folks seem to not understand my question or dont know the answer. I only took the chance in contacting them because they had earbuds I could not find elsewhere and they were priced well. To my surprise, Bananas At Large support responded within a few minutes of their opening for business (I had chatted them during off-hours). Once I provided more detail they quickly provided me with a solution and I submitted my order immediately!

Very friendly staff and helpful. They also matched a lower price. The only negative issue was that we were ordering something that wasn’t in stock. So we paid for the item up front and then I later found out they didn’t actually order the product until two weeks later. It was a full month before we received it instead of a couple weeks.

I always get the best service and a truly hands on experience where as some places are more interested in selling you on something, they let you explore the store and discover what may speak to you. The team gets to know regular customers and seems to genuinely care what we make with our new music tools. They have one of the best selections of gear in the north bay for bands, studios and producers. They also have two fully stocked locations with some unique items to each store. They are one of the longest running music stores in the north bay and have some of the best staff to ask questions of. They have what you need and can get what you want if its special order or a common musical item. I have placed a few special orders with success just to give them my business regardless of if the item was in stock. Im glad to work with them ongoing and suggest them as a music shop to anyone that makes music with either rock band instruments like guitar, bass or drums, or with keyboards, midi or dj production. They have it all.

Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and cool. I found nearly everything I came in for, and they helped me identify the more obscure items I needed, which they could special-order for me. The prices are great, plus theyve got a rewards program, and there was a lot of selection in store to browse (and to dream of coming back for in the future). Plus, really chill, unpretentious vibes-- you can tell theyre there because they care about music, but they arent there to gatekeep or showboat (or any of the other stereotypes about music store employees). I am a novice guitarist in the market to get my own guitar after borrowing my teachers for the past year. I came to the store with my teacher to evaluate a Taylor she thought would be good for me both to play now and to grow into as my playing skill evolved.We were left to our own devices to experiment for about ten minutes. I tested two guitars. Both sounded good to me, and I was unable to decide. Our staff person came over, and we asked him to demonstrate for us. He switched back and forth playing the several different styles of playing on each guitar.It became clear to from the differences that one of the guitars would become more enjoyable to play, that is had a higher ceiling. So, that was the one I purchased.The salesman was informative and discussed the different qualities of each without pushing one over the other.A very pleasant experience.

My initial interest in the products and services provided by Bananas At Large began with a need for a unique, specific item that was not included with a recent purchase made elsewhere. I required a particular, yet obscure type of audio cord with special connectors for a pair of headphones. The proprietor at Lavish Showroom on 4th street in Santa Rosa, CA answered my inquiry by telling me that I should try Bananas At Large because they have access to everything in the area of audio electronics. The employees I encountered were very encouraging and helpful, informing me that they no longer stocked the item needed but that they could order and have such arrive in short time. Mr Jackson was especially knowledgeable and ordered what I required with the assurance that as soon as possible he would contact me to inform that the product had arrived. The price was reasonable, the personal care was supreme, and the item provides proper utility. We have called on the services of Bananas at Large several times for our sound and lighting systems. Our experience has always but very positive. The systems hadnt been used in quite awhile, and had been tinkered with by someone within our organization that lacked all of the necessary knowledge, hence we had signifcant issues. Stuart, the tech we worked with, is amazing. He came in, assessed the situation, and set about getting everything work to its best. He has great customer skills. You can always count on the entire staff at Banana’s to be consistently friendly, very courteous and highly knowledgeable. They always maintain a wide variety of electric guitars (and bases) in their inventory, from new to consignment, from entry level to Custom Shop & Boutique builders, as well as carry a decent amount of amps also from entry level to boutique. And if you’re a pedal person they have by far one of the best inventories of stomp boxes (from Boss to Strymon and everything in between) of any store I’ve ever been to in or out of state. The best part is that it’s a true “mom & pop” store and the owner is always available should you need him. They remember your name, they actually ask (just once) if you need any help and if they don’t have what you need or don’t know the answer to a question, they’re honest about it and they actually do follow up with a text/email or call. Highly recommended place for all your gear needs.

I saw an ad for a guitar Id been chasing for a while, so I jumped on their website to pre order it, but was having trouble navigating to the pick up in store part, and I dont exactly live in the best neighborhood, so didnt want it damaged or stolen. I contacted the store and they asked if I wanted help over the phone or I could just come in. I opted for the latter, Zack had already done most of the work before I even arrived, all I had to do was confirm the guitar and model I wanted and that was it. After ordering my new Fender Stratocaster Player Plus, Bananas At Large shipped it almost immediately! It arrived quickly in perfect new condition and it was very well packed. Other guitars Ive purchased on line in the past were not packed as well as Bananas packing. The guitar played almost perfect right out of the box. I happened by this store by accident and ducked in to see if they had some percussion items I’d been looking for. I found a good selection of sticks, miscellaneous percussion (tambourines, guiros, etc), and hardware. They also had several cymbals, both new and used, the latter at reasonable prices. There were also a couple of electronic drum kits and a small traditional set.The shop also offers lots of electric and acoustic guitars, amps, and many other instruments It doesn’t have the vast selection of a place like Guitar Center, but it also doesn’t have a bunch of overly aggressive, commission-driven salespeople. Instead I got friendly help and guidance as well as information about products and events. I’ll be pleased to return for another visit.

Bought a downloadable software yesterday. Still havent received the link for download.So the staff at Bananas At Large reached out to me on immediately after my post. The product I purchased was no longer being sold by the vendor. Franklin reached out to the manufacturer and was able to get my downloadable purchase honored. I found the customer service to be excellent and the prices really reasonable. They actually have left handed instruments to choose from, which can be hard to find at brick and mortar music stores. Overall my experience buying a guitar there was awesome.
