If I could I would leave a 10 star rating to Ryan because the legal service/representation he provided to my family regarding our construction defect claim was par excellence. What stands out is his knowledge of the law and his persistence and drive to move the case forward. Contractors are not easy to deal with but Ryans strong negotiation skills and thick skin helped to finally bring our case to a fair and reasonable resolution. To sum it all up, justice was served. Thank you Ryan for all your hard work and may God bless you and your family. Keep up the good work! You can expect to hear from me again in the near future for future building projects that need your legal expertise.

We were referred to Baldino Law, Inc. and his law practice, because the law office specializes in construction conflict work and knows construction business well. Before we engaged Ryan Baldino, we had spent a significant amount of money with the roofer, who did the original work, because we have a large multi-floor home and because we kept getting charged for services to correct problems that were caused by the roofing company. When we asked for the roofing company to make corrections, at their expense, they refused. Our nephew, who is also an attorney, referred us to Ryan because his expertise matched our needs. After Mr. Baldino got involved and started reprinting and advocating for us, initially the roofing company denied any liability, but after Attorney Ryan Baldino strongly advocated for us, the Roofing Company has agreed to make important remedial work, which we expect will correct the issues. We highly recommend Ryan Baldino, Jim & Louise San Francisco

Ryan was the utmost professional when he supported our family through some contractor disagreements. He was thorough, clear in his communications and helped us pretty quickly. I also found him really easy to speak with where perhaps other attorneys may be too busy for a small family scenario. Thank you Ryan for being so responsive and we would absolutely recommend you to any of our friends and family!

Absolutely amazing. I called 10 lawyers with a question and they were the first to answer it. Even better they were able to answer it in about five seconds. I would recommend them to anyone.

As in-house counsel for a Contractor, we handle many of our legal disputes ourselves. However for more complex construction/real estate matters with difficult opposing parties, bad facts, or the potential for trial, Ryan has been our go to outside counsel. First, hes familiar with the usual suspects (opposing counsel, experts, mediators, judges) and has consistently been able to leverage those connections to cut through the BS and posturing and secure us fair deals. Two, he has impressive investigative skills and finds landmines/smoking guns buried in hundreds of pages of docs that others have missed; allowing us to set a perfect trap, or settle for cheap before the other side finds out. Third, because of his experience and the number of cases he has handled, his initial valuation/strategy of a case is nearly always right on the money and saved us tens of thousands in legal costs.Ryan is easily one of my favorite attorneys because when we hire him I can rely on him to completely take the matter off my plate. I dont need to babysit him, pester him for follow ups, nor spend hours scrutinizing padded bills like youd get with some other firms. He does good work and charges fair rates. Hes the one I call whenever I have a difficult problem or nuanced question and hes never let me down.

As a homeowner for 50 years I was having problems with my home being damaged by A Construction Company. Ryan saw me at a town meeting dealing with the development behind my home. He then saw I was very upset and came over to talk to me to see if he could help in anyway. After talking to Ryan I felt like someone was really going to help me; which took a lot of frustration and stress off on me. The results I was very satisfied with everything he did for me. Ryan was excellent counsel for my legal problem. Most importantly Ryan is an amazing person that truly care so much about me going over and above to take care of my property. In all of this turmoil I found a true friend. Thank Ryan

I needed a contract/construction attorney to advise and represent me in a lawsuit against the painting contractor that destroyed my house. Needless to say the entire job had to be repeated with new painters, carpenters, floor installers and screen installers. I found Baldino Law right here in El Segundo, how fantastic is that? I met with Ryan Baldino and was impresses immediately. Usually, any first meeting is just to look at information and discuss fees. This was completely different, Mr. Baldino had already looked up information about the painter and had a plan of action to discuss with me. Ryan is very professional, low key; not pushy or rushed, he listened to what I had to say and gave me advice on how to proceed on my own. What?Seriously, I could not believe my ears. Ryan told me if I had trouble proceeding on my own he would be glad to represent me. How impressed would you be? I know I was.Of course weve all heard horror stories about attorneys. But how often do you hear or meet an attorney that assists you and advises you on how to proceed yourself? Im sure this isnt the case for all clients that Mr. Baldio meets with, my case was fairly small. However, its fantastic to know Mr. Baldino is available if I need him, for his fee of course.Mr. Baldino is staying in my contact list for any one that needs a referral in his area of legal expertise. Its nice to know Mr. Baldino lives and serves El Segundo.Thank you again, Mr. Baldino.

I had a large contract for some remodeling, stucco, and an ADU. Contractor wrote up contract for the remodeling, stucco and ADU. But it went bad. I paid them $46k for the stucco and they wanted more money and not nearly done. There was no payment schedule. Side note: always get a payment schedule or dont sign contract. this is my biggest regret. End side note. Not only did he refuse to complete stucco, he fabricated invoices and got a mechanics lien recorded on my property. I never received any invoices. Then I got a foreclosure notice court date from his Lawyer. What a bully. It wasnt pretty and went on for 18 long months. Then I retained Baldino Law services. Ryan is not a big lawyer firm and only charges a modest fee. I believe I hired Ryans firm because he had review helping the common folk and was local (close to my house). But dont let the moderate fee or small firm fool you. Ryan has the experience in handling big firm cases working in a big firm in his passed but has broken off to run his own practice. Ryan is the top lawyer and has his own practice. He felt he might as well work for himself because hes done the big cases for other lawyers in a big firm. I feel you get your moneys worth without the big firm price. However, Ryan is truly an honest person who looks out for the common fold. He gave me a chance against these experienced bully contractors. Ryan was very good at listening. I go off the wall and Ryan kept bringing me back to look at the big picture and do one thing at a time. Ryan was looking out for our best interest from the start. He truly wanted us to get back into our home, then get this bully out of our lives. Ryan reminded them we had to go through mediation and arbitration per the contract. Ryan gave us the facts and this was going to cost us dollars ($$$). His best advice was to get our house in order which we did. Ryan came to my house and met with contractor and inspector. the contract and inspector were at each other’s throat. This would have been a $100k or more cost to me if this wasnt settled. The City inspector was willing work things out but the contract kept mouthing off and boasting all his work is to code when the inspector is trying to show him what he needs to inspect. Luckily i had Ryan there at my house. The inspector was walking off because of the contractor’s bad attitude, but Ryan was able to calm things down and got agreements to get the corrective actions done. bottom line, we got the permit final signed off. Next, was the liens and mediation. Ryan told me it would be in my best interest to settle with the contractor w/o going to mediation/arbitration. but when i this guy threatened to take my home from me and my wife, he and he did that to the last person who went up against him. Truly mean. Since that didnt work, we went to mediation. This process is very slow and took 6 months.Even though we had a very good case, the best advice Ryan had was to settle and get them out of our lives for good. Which was the right advice. To fight, the win would cost 3 or 4 times the amount or more. Winning would be losing $$$. I guess if I were rich, Id teach these guys a lesson. I wanted to. but my wife didnt want the negative and it would cause me high blood pressure, etc. Hold on to that negativity is very unhealthy and was causing me and my wife stress. The best and only practical option was best to settle. Ryan got a zero-dollar settlement for us. not a win for either side. but Ryan got this terrible bully contractor out of our lives for good. A signed release for the mechanics lien and foreclosure case. What a relief and peace of mind this is finally over. Ryan, thank you so much for standing with us against such bullies. we truly appreciated your warm-hearted advice.Truly a big thank you for our best outcome,David and Leticia

I have had my fair share of experience with attorneys and i have been gravely disappointed with each and every one of them. That is of course until I retained Mr. Baldino. I found Mr. Baldino to be extremely professional, always responsive, and incredibly effective. He advise me properly along the way and finalized my case in record speed. He was aggressive in my defense which I appreciate very much and unlike every other lawyer I’ve worked with he actually does his job and is worth every penny. I’d like to add that he is very honest and thoroughly itemized with his billing to the extent that I received a refund when my case was completed due to having a portion of my retainer unused. In my experience this is unheard of. I highly recommend Ryan Baldino and i will absolutely use him again in the future.

I had my bathroom gutted and redone by an unlicensed contractor. Needless to say, it must be all gutted again.Ryan was everything his reviews say he is and more. He was not only super kind, he always explained everything so I could understand. He was super patient and, man, is he knowledgeable on the law!!!! I will ALWAYS recommend Ryan to anyone that I think may benefit from his services. He is truly the BEST! A hidden GEM in LA....
