Balance Staffing is a great place to work for. Sandy Malloy was able to find me work in 2 days. I had an interview over the phone and was hired during the phone call. This place is grossly unorganized & unprofessional.YOU are to arrive 15 min early prior then appointment time, if YOU are late then you cannot “Test” but find it perfectly except a Acceptable for them as the staffing agency to be running two hours behind.There too many people & not enough seats & that is because they do not value you as a human or your time.Do not waste your time at the staffing agency it is obsolete and useless at this point I encourage every single person to get same-day pay with WONOLO Download application right now you can work on Monday and have Wednesday morning

I don’t know what seems to be the problem. I always ask for work and they seem to give me the runaround and there’s no work there’s no work but I know a lot of people have went through them and get a job right away and it seems like the recruiters keep saying that they’re going to call me back, which they never do.

Took me forever to just get my recruiters phone number sent to me, while they lied trying to say they sent it already. If they sent it already I wouldn’t be calling for it AGAIN. I didn’t even end up reaching out to my assigned recruiter because I decided this place wasn’t for me. It was a huge waste of time and they need to find new people to work the office because the people in there have terrible customer service. Even over the phone they’re rude. There are many other staffing agencies, go else where! Unless you like to be treated poorly, then this is the place for you.

This is not a good agency to register with, I relocated to get a good job, at least I thought, came to apply and it’s been 3 years haven’t worked with them yet, I hate I ever relocated. I treat others equal not show favoritism, they don’t answer the phones or return phone calls, they give certain people the JOBS, it’s just not right. What happen to applying for a job, and the people actually care and there for you and want to see you win, I’ve notice people just have their head in the air because they have a title and look down on you. Remember Kindness, respect, and there for others go a long way.

Honestly, I am so glad I came to Balance Staffing when I needed work. Within a day, my worker Linda got me working with great pay, in a position I could do well in. When that assignment ended, she had me back to work the very next day. One time when I was REALLY struggling, Linda even helped me with gas money to get to work, that definitely helped a lot!! Couldnt be happier with my decision. The people here really find work for you that you will appreciate. If you are in need of work I highly suggest Balance Staffing.

I feel like mine does not keep me posted or reply back when I email, text or leave a voice mail. Balance Staffing is quite like no other staffing agency I have used in the past, the staff at Balance is incredibly kind and helpful. I was treated with so much respect while at the Stockton location. I drove all the way from Elk Grove and upon arrival, I was greeted with a kind welcome which remained through my entire process. I feel the staff at Balance really enjoy doing their jobs and they are truly there to help others find the help that they need to find what they are looking for. I had seen a job posting on a job board Linda Kim listed. I was extremely interested in the position offered, but was hesitant and skeptical about going through a staffing agency to obtain it. Not even 2 minutes after I sent my resume to her email listed under the job posting, I had an incoming call from Linda. Balance Staffing is a great agency. They didnt disappoint me at all. They go out of their way to take care of their candidates. Payroll stays late to ensure all employees gets paid. Recruiters are always there for you when you need them. The admin team are nice and helpful. I give a shout out to Nancy Yang Chilson in the payroll department for always going above and beyond for the employees. Not to mention Sandy Phommavong for being my recruiter. Took good care of me while I had an assignment with balance. Im now direct hired into the company that they placed me with. Took me only 6 months and I was able to become permanent. I recently just heard of balance staffing, dropped in, filled out an application, got a interview within the same day. A couple days later I was offered a job opportunity. Ive been going to Balance Staffing for a year and my experience with them has been great. My recruiter is great and so is the staff that Ive been working it well....except for one. The person that has been helping me through a lot is Melina Yang. She inform me on what I need to do and how I should do things. I was having trouble with my sign in for the Balance check stub and she show me how to do it step by step but since I was still having trouble she went out her ways and got help for me. This girl will do just about anything to help you out. Balance Staffing isnt all that bad if you think about it. If you come in with a bad attitude than your whole outcome is going to be bad. I waited for 2 hrs for my interview when I came for the first time and even though the wait was terrible one of the staff kept on apologizing for me waiting up on them. But my overall visit to Balance Staffing has been great especially with Melina help and everyone else too. Apply here if you want to have your payment held back for a month, they are the absolute worse with communication!! Don’t bother applying here as they will not update you on a assignment you’ve accepted from them.I did an interview and test! passed both. Even did orientation just to not even get me a start date. Still awaiting and no other agency will have you wait a month for work unacceptable and unprofessional.

While the place does help you find a job, most of them are just temp positions regardless of what they tell you. You may get lucky and get a position that hires you but mostly if the clients no longer need you then youre pretty much out of luck. There were some jobs I had where they told me what I would be doing and on the day of working, Id be doing something completely different. They will place you wherever they need. My recruiter, Sandy did a good job. She followed up with me when needed and try to let me know ahead of time what was expected of me or what was going on. The place is good if you need a job and dont mind doing manual labor for it. Some jobs are super easy while others make you really work for your minimum wage. Some of the front desk people can be unprofessional so be warned. If you need a job asap, I would recommend this place but you should look for another job on the side while working.

I currently work as a contractor under balance staffing through Tesla in Fremont. This is the second time they messed up my paystub and simply ignore all of my calls and text regarding the situation. Theyre highly unproffessional and insensitive, as long as theyre getting paid off you they dont care about your well being whatsoever. My current recruiter Teresa Garcia is a terrible human being and doesnt deserve current position. I hope in the future that they clean up there act and adhere to the hard working employees they take advantage of.

I seen some bad reviews here about Balance but I have nothing bad to say about them. They got me a job that is helping me progress financially, intellectually, and giving me valuable skills at Tesla in Fremont. They also conducted themselves in a professional manner. When I had questions, they replied quickly with answers or resolutions. Always a cool temperament. Special thanks to Alexandra, Olivia, Teresa with the Tesla project.P.s. If youre applying for Tesla just know waiting time is few days to a few months its up to Tesla. I suggest you find a little something in the mean time to keep up with bills. Then be ready to work alot of hours and work hard. Its worth it though $$$.

I had two interviews here I met with Alex and then I met with Teresa both of them Tony and that they will I had two interviews one was with Alex second one was with Teresa. Everything seemed to go great! Teresa tolded me shell call me back, but she never did. I left her a voicemail never returned a phone call and I left Alex voicemail.I dont do any drugs, Im professional worker, Ive been in customer service/admin for about nine years, and I wanted to to warehouse because receptionist/admin positions in Stocktons are very limited- they pretty much told me not fit For the wear house position( even though I did three months at a warehouse ).People who were being interviewed in front of me had issues with their license they had a bad criminal background they were having allot of issues. Then theres me who Doesnt do drugs have a driver license has a reliable car and is a professional worker.. They didnt want to hire me I dont understand that. I feel like they are just a total scam and they just make money off of peoples applications.Your lost!

I am not looking for employment, but for an employee. There is no way to find an employee on line and I have called the number multiple times, where I have to listen to messages for those looking for employment and then I get transferred to an operator where the mailbox is always full. This experience is unprofessional and does not have a modern approach to being able to find an employee. And I saw the reviews and every negative one place, there was an apology from an employee at Balance Staffing. But, then another one of the same issue would be posted again and another apology. I find these apologies disingenuous.

They dont pick up there phone. Its hard reaching them unless you want to drive 20miles to there office. I applied so many times wit them. Only hired me once and never again. Ive been waiting a whole month now for employment at tesla Fremont. They waste valuable time. Half of the employees that work at the office never last due to NOT Working.

Not helpful, Craigslist ad about needing workers for Tesla. Went in to apply at staffing same day I got drug test and all.This was back in September, ever since then I called and text Teresa every week to see if they still needing people and i get late reply saying they do and im on the list. Instead of waiting i apply myself on Tesla website to see if who will get me in first. Applyed last month and i got accepted. Today I got a call from Balancing staffing asking me if Im still interested to work for Tesla since im still on the waiting list. I know I start next week but again this staffing lies about getting me in. All I get is response saying waiting for a start date and youre on the top of the list this was all BS and waste of my time. Four months of waiting and Im still in waiting list. They call once in awhile to keep tabs on you to make you feel like theyre still trying to help. Four months people, that how long I waited and I couldnt wait so I just apply directly.

Never answer phones, voice mails are always full and cant leave a message. Recruiters are unreliable. Had one interview me and called to ask about work but no one there had ever even heard of me. Called that person back and left a message and never got a call back. Called the office and had to come in for another interview and fill out paperwork for a specific job which I was told Id get either the 2nd of January or the Monday after. Called them to ask about it and was told my information was never submitted because they were on vacation. Now Im being told it will take three weeks. I need a job, I HAVE BILLS TO PAY SO I CAN SURVIVE. Repeatedly call to ask about any other work available. The one time someone answers the phone they send me to voice mail (which is still full after 3-4 weeks? ) I dont appreciate these games. The temp agency I worked at in washington gave me work the next day and always answer my calls so I dont understand why its so hard for them. Highly unprofessional and a waste of time. Look elsewhere.

False advertisement. Found an ad on Craigslist stating they have immediate job openings and looking for 200+ workers So I went in person and applied, waited for 2 hours to be seen. Balance staffing gave me an in-office drug test on the spot and I passed. I was told Im hired so they had me fill out orientation paperworks. However, no start date and told me it could take about a month to know when Ill be starting, but the ad said IMMEDIATE OPENINGS with over 200 positions. I called and they changed their story by stating that they dont have any positions available at the moment and that theyre only a staffing agency. They changed their story after I had filled out their orientation packet and took a drug test. Teresa was my recruiter, I gave my 2 weeks notice when I had to head back to school she said I would be able to work when I came back as long as I told her when I was coming back, when I did tell her I was ready to start working at the winery she told me I was banned from working there because I never informed them.
