I ordered 50 lavender, canvas tote bags for my upcoming wedding as hotel guest favors and for $130 the quality is TERRIBLE! I only paid $9.99 for shipping and handling, which is fair. Today I went to my local UPS and USPS and both places quoted me that it would be OVER $50 to ship my return box back!! I emailed the company multiple times, whose website very clearly states 30 Day 100% money back guarantee, and they have been extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company! I am an extremely unsatisfied customer.

There was a problem with my order customer service fixed it and made it right immediately. This place is awesome. Their bags are really good quality. I will definitely buy from this place again. I highly recommend this place. Customer service is excellent.

To their credit, we got our bags. They just smelled really weird. And we had someone let us know that they had gotten a quote from the same business for our project for $150 less. Just kind of weird. Bags smelled super odd... felt weird giving them out to promote our business.

Reasonably priced, high quality bags. I ordered 12 of the canvas drawstring backpacks. The material of the bag is very thick & sturdy and there is plenty of space inside them. The website states it takes 6 days to ship your order but I received mine 2 days after placing the order. Highly recommend!

I purchased over 50 canvas bags from BagzDepot. I plan to use the bags to include in a box for Operation Christmas Child. The bags are excellent quality. I ordered surgical masks from BagzDepot and received them in 2 weeks after the order. Considering how hard it is right now to find surgical masks for everyday people, I think this is reasonable. The masks were mailed to me from California to the East Coast so if you live closer to California you may get it sooner. I am very satisfied with the quality of the masks and have ordered more.

I purchased several sample bags from a few different companies and purchased 20 of the large messenger totes for my art business from bagzdepot. People have really enjoyed the large size and long handles. I am very pleased with the purchases I have made and highly recommend bagzdepot to anyone looking for quality and price. The other companies I ordered from had lesser quality bags and the construction was poor. These bags were great quality and the price was better than the competitors

The bags were delivered fast and as ordered. The bags are in great colors and easy to use for mid size carrying or crafting. Their strong but pliable texture makes them perfect for many uses or even to use as reusable bags, and they are not covered in seams making them the bag of choice for almost anything you could use bags for. I give them five stars cause I cant give them more. 50 min. order, so make sure you need a lot of them.

I ordered 100 bags for my sons wedding as favor bags and they are not what my future daughter-in-law wanted (on top of being low quality). I have called and emailed numerous times to see if they could be returned. No one ever answers there is a recording that they are busy and will return the call. They dont!!!! I would not do business with this company again and I am out $130.00.

The items came pretty quickly and the quality of the bag was as I expected. My only problem is the terrible smell. I have been airing them outside and it does seem to help but my next try is to spritz them with a vinegar and water mixture to try to get rid of the odor.

I received bags that smelled so bad of mildew they made the entire office smell. We couldn’t get rid of the smell and couldn’t use any of the bags. BagDepot refused to refund my shipping and I had to pay to return the damaged ones. Terrible customer service, beware of this company.
